@ThreeUK very upsetting calls last night from a call centre claiming to be from Three offering upgrade deals. When I said I wasn't interested man kept ringing back in different numbers and swearing down the phone. Presume not your staff but you not sure if outsourced call centre?

Voice over WiFi is also down @ThreeUKSupport ....we understand nothing works all the time. But it might help if you put less effort into sales and marketing until the service is working. Will there be with any possibility of roaming with Vodafone?

@Monarchofmoaner @ThreeUK I didn't say there was emotion, but there will be a caveat which means they don't have to provide the service 100% of the time, or based on certain circumstances. They wouldn't leave themselves open to giving you a free phone because the network was down for a morning.
