    @ThreeUKSupport My mobile Wi-Fi keeps dropping. Last Monday it was off all morning. I regularly gave evenings where it drips every 30 minutes or so. My mobile phone is on Sky, but I never have connection problems with it. Only my mobile broadband with Three

    @ThreeUKSupport Italy. Yes my phone was connected to a network but I wasn’t using it for anything apart from taking pics, recieving texts, and using my mum’s phone’s hotspot. I had mobile data and roaming turned off in my settings. I used Go Roam 3x during my hols but not 5x as my texts show

    @ThreeUK store manager told me nothing could be done. Apparently nobody else other than the area manager can help despite being told to come in to store. No back up phones in store to help, no offer of replacement and we are accused of misunderstanding
