Spoke to @ThreeUKSupport several times now, the number ending in 1812 I was told failed, so I ordered another, however I just got 2 letters saying 2 direct debits have been setup, called support, not cancelled.... both direct debits cancelled, both numbers hopefully now cancelled

@ThreeUKSupport Theres no point. You ask this every time. I've complained several times. It's not changed or improved. I give a postcode, you confirm there are issues, recommend I use wifi or drop to 3G (not the 4G service I pay for). It would be better to let people know when it will be fixed.

@ThreeUKSupport have been having really poor signal an mobile devices and three broadband in the HP23 area, and generally poor signal on my new iPhone. Any idea why? It’s very inconvenient, especially as I have just increased my monthly contract cost!
