    @ThreeUKSupport Mobile contract. It’s around TA6, TA5 area. It’s not specifically in one place. It’s just weird because sometimes it works then other times I get dead 4G for hours. Just never had any of these problems with Vodafone as I always had 4G in these locations. Hope we can sort it out

    @ThreeUKSupport constant slow speeds of around 2-5 mbps and your live chat keep telling me the same thing. Change network settings ect.. I’m sick of paying £40 a month for slow speeds. It’s advertised as ‘VERY GOOD’ in my area yet my speeds are shockingly slow. HX3 9AN post code

    @ThreeUKSupport He has. He has been told yesterday that his number will be back with him at 10:00 today. He was told this 50hrs ago. Today when he tried to contact support he has been transferred 5 times to different operators for an hour until he gave up and raised complaint.

    @ThreeUKSupport I understand COVID delays but i was told on 3 seperate occasions the sim would be with me the next day. If it would have been explained the delays that would have been no problem. I didnt deactivate the sim, the ******* live chat did. Now i cannot do my day job from home

    @ThreeUK please stop your call centre in “Scotland” calling me and trying to make me take out another phone or tablet. I said no 20 times and they still keep going, it looks bad on your brand. I was nice but if I get called back it won’t be nice.
