@ThreeUKSupport Cool, thanks for switching the apology with a smattering of patronisation. Quality service. Yeah faults happen, dealing with them well, and at our expense is where you have the problem. Worst provider I’ve had, and it is terrible for your reputation.

@formerlyEddie @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK As a customer of ten years I can highly I recommend leaving now. The nice lady in the Three store basically confirmed that until 5g is finished the service will be awful. That’s the middle of next year!!

Enough is enough. For the first time in my life I'm walking away from my mobile contract with three months to go. @ThreeUK are without doubt the worst network out there. Had nothing but problems from the start. Their solution - switch off 4G on your handset... 1/x

... but that's not the solution. Admitting that @ThreeUK don't have a competitive 4G network. I've always thought it was bad in Manchester. It was a million times worse ten days ago in London. Final straw was spending 5 minutes stood outside Subway earlier... 2/x
