    After 10 or so years on @ThreeUK, I've finally left. It was so good in the beginning, but after nearly 2 years with lack of signal and frustration with them, it left me no choice but to leave. Now back to my childhood network....Hello @TheO2.

    @ThreeUK #threeuk I’ve never experienced a company so bad in my life, on the phone since 1pm & finally get through to the complaints team who made no sense & was so rude, then said I’m cutting the call. Rang back & was informed she needed to leave as she’d gone over her shift 🤬

    @ThreeUKSupport It keeps wanting to 'activate' it yet won't connect to any network, both Wi-Fi & mobile, in order to let me connect to iTunes to do this. All they offered in store was a much more expensive contract at £51pm, not the shiny upgrade I was promised last year

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm in the city centre every weekday. That postcode I gave is just for a Greggs. It doesn't happen every day but I only started noticing it after that 24 hour outage you had not long back.

    @ThreeUKSupport Charley, please read through the thread. This is not a complaint about the outage from a couple of weeks ago. I was merely stating that I only started noticing the issue I've been having (see my initial screenshot right at the start) since that outage happened.

    @ThreeUKSupport Cool, thanks for switching the apology with a smattering of patronisation. Quality service. Yeah faults happen, dealing with them well, and at our expense is where you have the problem. Worst provider I’ve had, and it is terrible for your reputation.

    @ThreeUKSupport Can't get through on 333, Live Chat disabled, no option to log a complaint as required by Ofcom, will try writing you a letter tomorrow or failing that smoke signals. Over 10 years as a loyal customer to be treated like this.

    @ThreeUK @DjDarkus007 Let's Nooooot... Yer Network & Mobile Broadband is pish in Leith!!! Throw up se more transmitters will ya.. you can't even get decent 4G reception never mind 5G. If it doesn't improve in a couple of months I'm off and not coming back ( ex staff so I know what it's like)

    have had shocking service over the last few days from @O2 however @ThreeUKSupport have restored my faith in Mobile networks and also saved me a truckload of cash in the process. superb #CustomerService from them would recommend for sure

    @ThreeUKSupport it's working OK at the moment (of course it is!) - but the towers in range of HP22 6DE were struggling between 10 and 4 today, and only giving me 1 bar of service (it's normally pretty strong)

    @ThreeUK finally rid of three.. after 15 years and 4 contracts. Worst customer experience in the last 4 years. Then to top it off. They try to rob money from you. At the end of the contract. Well done three. Won't recommend to anyone. Even if it's for free. Lol

    @ThreeUKSupport Bought 3gb/30 day package, £15 for 3 mobile payg dongle had for years & use occasionally. Used a bit, next day disconnected. Tried to get reinstated but told "no" so went elsewhere & asked for refund. 7 support people say "no refunds", despite taking cash falsely
