@ThreeUKSupport No because it is impossible to get through to anyone. Online it says it is £300+ to cancel. Complete con that if ordered online free cancellation within 14 days. Buy in shop get it home and realise it doesn't work and it is a massive charge to cancel.

128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@ThreeUKSupport Theres no point. You ask this every time. I've complained several times. It's not changed or improved. I give a postcode, you confirm there are issues, recommend I use wifi or drop to 3G (not the 4G service I pay for). It would be better to let people know when it will be fixed.

Spoke to @ThreeUKSupport several times now, the number ending in 1812 I was told failed, so I ordered another, however I just got 2 letters saying 2 direct debits have been setup, called support, not cancelled.... both direct debits cancelled, both numbers hopefully now cancelled

@heatherpaterson @ThreeUK They wrote to me telling me I’d be paying more than double to get LESS than I currently get. Phoned them and they dropped it down but it’s still an increase to get less. I’ll be switching after going to the US next month. They’ve absolutely screwed over loyal customers.
