@ThreeUKSupport No because it is impossible to get through to anyone. Online it says it is £300+ to cancel. Complete con that if ordered online free cancellation within 14 days. Buy in shop get it home and realise it doesn't work and it is a massive charge to cancel.

128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@ThreeUKSupport My billing date has always been 26th, yet the date the payment is taken from my bank had crept forward to 14th on 3 occasions now in the past 12 months. I understand why/when it's taken AFTER 15th due to w/ends or b/hols but Direct Debits should NEVER be taken earlier than 15th!
