@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

  • Deansmiles Dean Miles (@Deansmiles) reported

@ThreeUKSupport seems like you are not supporting Ukraine as was promised. My bill has charges for Ukriane, I’m told by support I have to pay these charges and they will be credited back the following month. How am I not being charged.

  • Mrs_Bodders Leigh Boddington (@Mrs_Bodders) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Mark, no there wasn’t any issue in that case. I couldn’t remember my memorable word and advised I had since married and needed to change my details, I was advised to send it to proofs which I’ve done several times since feb with no correspondence in return inc chat and calls

  • CarefreeJonty J (@CarefreeJonty) reported

@Kingcanners @ThreeUK Agreed. Trivago set a great example by sticking with us and understanding the situation. Would rather not have a sponsor who is not going to support through the tough times and bail out when it gets tough!

  • johnnhendo Face in the Crowd (@johnnhendo) reported

@ThreeUK can you Jack in ringing me every day with your promotional garbage , getting a bit miffed with it now , if you have need to contact me then use email

  • JheySL2 Jhey (@JheySL2) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi I have the three 5g broadband and still within 14 days of returning but the last 2 days have been an awful connection, slower than my home broadband.

  • Mrs_Bodders Leigh Boddington (@Mrs_Bodders) reported

Don’t ever try cancelling a contract with @ThreeUK you’ll still be trying to cancel it months later. 4 emails sent to proofs and all you get is - wait 5 days for a reply. I sent the initial email in February, again in March and again in April x2..calling them doesn’t help either!

  • Logan_iso Logan ○●● (@Logan_iso) reported

@ThreeUK How long do PAC codes take to arrive? I’ve been waiting quite a while and the automated system isn’t working. I’ve had to go through support for over an hour just to ask for my PAC code.
