@ThreeUKSupport @BrianJudge724 Or you can switch to literally any other UK network and have them put a bar on such charges. @VodafoneUK even did the right thing and refunded me directly after I got caught by a similar scam.

@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@Sic5ense @ThreeUK This why I’ll never consider @ThreeUK, and I’ll continue to advise friends and family against them. @VodafoneUK are by no means perfect, but they do at least allow you to block these scams and they also refunded me when I complained as a “goodwill” gesture.

@ThreeUK currently having a terrible experience with the 3's customer service, firstly i had a debt which they squashed due to me paying back but also struggling for money. Then take £131 out of my bank two weeks ago and am still awaiting a refund in the cost-of-living crisis.👍
