@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@ThreeUKSupport It was sometime in the middle of October 2021. Yes I have been shown the information about go roam several times in the past day. My issue is that I was assured I could carry on as I was while agreeing to a 24 month contract.

Hello @ThreeUK. When are you going to fix your mobile broadband service in the Jaywick area? It's been up and down all week. I need a steady connection for my studies for the Ambulance Service, and I've had to pay Tesco £17.50 for broadband. Are you going to reimburse me?
