@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@MmmmTrams @philrichardsuk @jonworth @VernonBaseley @ThreeUK Not true Colin. There * was * mobile signal, it’s just that your network provider at the time ( T-Mobile ) didn’t have a roaming agreement with STA ( Andorra Telecom )

@ThreeUKSupport You have completely lost what would have been a loyal customer, as previous 12 months I had very good service from you with my phone. After this experience I will never use you again.

@ThreeUKSupport Your services and your customer care number you are posting, being a Sunday are limited. You ought to be well aware of this. Please do not patronise my raised question.

@ThreeUKSupport Every other mobile network or ISP I’ve used inform their customers directly about upcoming maintenance, and updates on unplanned outages. It would be nice if you did the same. We’ve already migrated one phone away from you and have had to order a DSL line for backup broadband.

@pauli1888 @ThreeUK Maintenance been going on in Glasgow for 8 days straight now, at worst it was unusable (40kbps), 4G & 5G is now back up but seems to be about half usual speed. Message still on their status page but of course Three have a policy of not informing customers directly about outages.

If you’re in the UK, whatever you do, NEVER take out a phone contract with @ThreeUK They’ve charged me for a handset, accessories & early update fee, when I’ve not had any of those things, I’m at the end of my contract & im leaving. I’ve requested my pac code several times (1)

@SianiePopsx @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Yep! And it is still terrible! I have had my Bill covered for the next 2 months and then a free termination of contract after that if the problems still persist. 3... what can you do for her?

Disruptions leading to loss of service due to your undertaking mean I am not receiving due service paid for. Kindly amend my bill to reflect this @ThreeUK

@Threeuksupport You did maintenance work on our local mast. Says should be done by Friday 2nd July. But since then, our phones are having issue with keeping decent signal to it. Phones rebooted, etc. Are you able to check if work is done or not? Website says yes. Thanks.

So @ThreeUK your app won’t let me *paste* a password?! I used to think that disabling password manager auto fill was the height of stupidity, I stand corrected. Encouraging weak passwords is stupid.
