@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@ThreeUKSupport Three days of poor signal / bandwidth in B13, and then complete outage from midnight last night until 11:30 this morning. Absolutely zero acknowledgement of problem by three. 4g and 5g out. 5g broadband did not work. Phones did not work. Sort it out please.

@ThreeUKSupport hi, you need as a service provider to confirm what’s happening with your broadband connection. We’ve essentially had no reliable service for 3 days. You’re telling everyone that it being fixed but there’s no sign of when it will be resolved!

@ThreeUKSupport Okay, Three then need to post something to confirm what’s happening. There needs to be some indication as to when this will be fixed. Financially, customers should be reimbursed for loss of service…this started 3 days ago to be fair!
