    @MmmmTrams @philrichardsuk @jonworth @VernonBaseley @ThreeUK Not true Colin. There * was * mobile signal, it’s just that your network provider at the time ( T-Mobile ) didn’t have a roaming agreement with STA ( Andorra Telecom )

    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

    @ThreeUKSupport The Echo dots won't communicate through either your router or network. I'm going to try putting my home broadband SIM in my mobile and turning on my personal Hotspot to figure out if it's the Three network they hate, or the router. I'll get back to you.

    3. The @ThreeUK staff in both their Cambridge and Charing Cross stores were so helpful and got me a SIM card with that number on so she'd stop clocking up a bill! I decided to keep paying the contract out till May 2020. In April (at the height of the lockdown) I tried to cancel

    Worst #CustomerService from @O2. Told lies clearly by one sales person and now can’t get the refund I was told was possible. Will cancel our family accounts and move to @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK or other. Shames as I’ve been with them for 15+ years but I can’t stand #lies
