    @dlever21 @ThreeUK My problem was they added a new condition this time that said if you haven't used it since January. but @ThreeUK ran the offer in May and I used it then. Guaranteed they caught LOADS of people out ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I usually switch between when my 4G struggles. My calls have been dropping and not working properly too though in a variety of locations.

    @ThreeUKSupport Been through this, you wonโ€™t check as itโ€™s a business account and the business team never follow up. 2 years ago Caerphilly had around 40mb down now itโ€™s about 4mb down and no one there seems bothered.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I don't usually have good experiences with customer support calls, but tonight's call was one of the best I've had. Finally, staff that I can clearly hear and understand. Unfortunately I am moving on from Three but your staff tonight were excellent. ๐Ÿ‘

    @ThreeUKSupport Have been with @ThreeUK for years and always been very happy with service. However since renewing to a 24 month contract and 5G getting turned on, my service has been absolutely terrible. Terrible or no 3G/4G, calls cutting out or failing. 1/2

    @jaybee_ms Moved to them last month. Advise against it. Data service has been awful. Wish I'd never moved provider. Tried all the main providers and 3 is by far the worst #threeuk #crap

    @ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom

    @ThreeUK , your chat service is not fit for purpose. Once you've managed to convince the AI chatbot what it actually is you need and an operator comes online they obviously juggle many chats at once as after "Hi" it took 11 minutes for the next reply and then 8 for the next.

    @ThreeUK are your Complaints Team okay? Might want to check in on them. I have specifically asked to keep all correspondence regarding a complaint in writing. They have been harassing me daily with multiple calls but despite reminding them I expect written comms, they still call.
