My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

Spoke to cs last night was assured they would be delivered 2day only one arrived !! Just come off of the phone to poor CS who have told me tech error I have to wait 48
