    @ThreeUKSupport I raised a complaint, they asked to close it as it was dealt with, passed me on to another agent to finalise it and bang, back to square one as the issue wasn’t solved. Called again, the agent couldn’t see that the complaint and disconnected the call. I’m a long standing customer

    SO Disappointed with the level of service from @ThreeUK Recommended a family member to them and never received the referral money even though I have chased 5 times! 6 months on! Shocking service.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been trying to cancel my mobile broadband contact for the last few days whilst still in cooking off period, however every time I’ve got through I have been told their system is down. How can I cancel within this period if I can’t get through? #threeuk

    @ThreeUK Customer service is rubbish!! Don’t let them say they’ll close the case and then don’t sort the problem. I always thought they were pretty good, but, after a call of over an hour, I get nowhere! Extended my contract without my permission. 😑

    @ThreeUKSupport hi my daughter had her new phone today with a new SIM card after and upgrade she activated the sim. But there was nothing when trying to into my 3 for new number would let us log in or update password. Kept saying technical error. Is there a problem.

    @ThreeUKSupport It was *receiving* calls that stopped for me (could call out fine) so the first I heard of the issue was when a customer couldn't get through, which wasn't great as a business customer. Why was the service status page on the website saying all systems fine? πŸ€”
