@ThreeUKSupport I raised a complaint, they asked to close it as it was dealt with, passed me on to another agent to finalise it and bang, back to square one as the issue wasn’t solved. Called again, the agent couldn’t see that the complaint and disconnected the call. I’m a long standing customer

@ThreeUKSupport It was a years contract which I took out before the start of the pandemic, happen to go into a Three shop in Stevenage to upgrade my daughters phone, got caught in the usual blah blah stuff re broadband. Hence switching from EE to Three, connection is awful.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, but 3 could only deliver to my home address but I work away from home and I tried to upgrade in store in Ayr but the assistant was actually very unhelpful AND very rude. Since August 2019 3 have had over £1,100 from me but I’ve not had £1,110 worth in return
