    @ThreeUKSupport hi my daughter had her new phone today with a new SIM card after and upgrade she activated the sim. But there was nothing when trying to into my 3 for new number would let us log in or update password. Kept saying technical error. Is there a problem.

    @ThreeUK Customer service is rubbish!! Don’t let them say they’ll close the case and then don’t sort the problem. I always thought they were pretty good, but, after a call of over an hour, I get nowhere! Extended my contract without my permission. 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport I raised a complaint, they asked to close it as it was dealt with, passed me on to another agent to finalise it and bang, back to square one as the issue wasn’t solved. Called again, the agent couldn’t see that the complaint and disconnected the call. I’m a long standing customer

    @ThreeUK is the worst mobile company in the UK, I'd never recommend them to anyone. Worst and slowest customer service. Sadly I'm stuck with them for another year, after being with them 11 years. Don't make the same mistake and don't even sign a contract! #worstmobilecompany

    @JamieSteeper @ThreeUKSupport Yes it’s absolutely useless, not fit for purpose. They dismantled a Three mast on the grounds of brigg town football club reducing the network capacity and now they probably wonder why everyone else’s internet has ground to a halt.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've discussed this at length many times with @ThreeUK staff in India. I'm usually on the phone about an hour and find it difficult to hear and understand them. Your service is absolutely appalling

    @ThreeUKSupport Been due to upgrade for a while. your new customer offer on a S22 ultra 5G 512GB (unlimited data) is £79 upfront, 6 months @ £42, 18 months @ £84= £1,843. Existing customer, £0 upfront, £79 a month for 24 months= £1896. Its not that i "feel" its unfair, it is unfair!

    @ajameschristian @ThreeUKSupport I have 6 contacts with them and when I first went with three it was never an issue but now it’s just got stupid and near to the point unusable. I have had to get an EE Wi-Fi dongle to get reliable internet data
