    @DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport I'm a Three user and have had experience of both good and bad network in and around the Cardiff area. What Three are stating is true but it's taking longer than they planned originally. Three have the largest 5G bandwidth allocation of all the UK networks plus they also have..

    @DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport ..a new chunk of 4G 1500mHz aka Ban.d 32. When they're actually commissioned the Three network has huge potential to deal with all these issues virtually overnight. Sadly they don't communicate the cause and ther solutions very well hence disappointed customers.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just had the worst #customerservice experience I have ever. My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV background noise made it hard to understand the Glasgow accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

    @DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I am also on Vodafone. And I would agree they now have overall a formidable network But they have less bandwith 5G than Three..50mHz as opposed to 140mHz so when Three eventually launch 5G 5G it'll be interesting how it all pans out.

    @NathanWyburnArt @Apple I’m having a similar issue and @ThreeUK won’t do anything about it. They told me to download some app which won’t help anyway as it’s unknown caller. I think next step is I’ll be forced to change my number 😐

    @ThreeUK Extremely annoyed with your service. Been a customer for many years and have two lines. Tried to upgrade and was told a price. I asked was there any upfront costs to be told no At the end of the call I was asked for £90. Livid and will be leaving

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I usually switch between when my 4G struggles. My calls have been dropping and not working properly too though in a variety of locations.

    @ThreeUKSupport Have been with @ThreeUK for years and always been very happy with service. However since renewing to a 24 month contract and 5G getting turned on, my service has been absolutely terrible. Terrible or no 3G/4G, calls cutting out or failing. 1/2

    Imagine being a @ThreeUK customer with 2 contracts for years on end and being told to find another service provider because they can’t fix the masts in my area and then refuse to refund what I’ve paid off this mobile or even pay my upfront cost for my next phone 😡 #scabs

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, but currently a different part. I am working in FY1 6BP a couple of days a week, and whilst it shows 2 bars of a 4G signal I often can’t connect to things. Very poor

    @ThreeUKSupport Blackpool is a big and important town. Please tell me why your 4G network is getting worse and worse here? My contract is up for renewal very soon, after nearly 18 years I am seriously considering moving away from you, unless there are rapid improvements

    @HarroBS19 @ThreeUK Thank you, if you try manually connecting to Vodafone Australia or Telstra Mobile this should allow you to connect consistently without dropping. Let us know if you're still having some issues. -Holly
