    @tower_cell @ThreeUKSupport Yes they have. One corner of my village didn't have any signal. There's now low inside signal but at least it's something.

    @XiaomiUK @Android @ThreeUK Hey! What usually happens is, when I start a message with another 'Chat' user it can still be on SMS. I'm settings Chat will dispy as Connecting & sometimes fail. Or when another messages me they see it as txt not Chat. There's been a software update recently, it seems better now

    @ThreeUKSupport I raised a complaint, they asked to close it as it was dealt with, passed me on to another agent to finalise it and bang, back to square one as the issue wasn’t solved. Called again, the agent couldn’t see that the complaint and disconnected the call. I’m a long standing customer

    @Scoutsscarter @ThreeUK I’ve had no end of problems with @ThreeUK as a customer over the summer... both for broadband and mobile. Still no apology or offer to discuss the problem.

    @ThreeUK Customer service is rubbish!! Don’t let them say they’ll close the case and then don’t sort the problem. I always thought they were pretty good, but, after a call of over an hour, I get nowhere! Extended my contract without my permission. 😡

    Just had the @Huawei E5783B-230 today. I'm setting it up, but I don't see 4G only mode under any network mode settings. Has this been taken away? @ThreeUKSupport @Huawei_Europe

    Does the @Huawei B535 support VoLTE? Your site says no. But with the AI Cube B900 supporting it, it wouldn't make sense for this new model not to. @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had an account for years. I’ve been able to sign in on the phone and website. It is only the last week I have not been able to do so and have had the aforementioned errors. I still get errors as below on the PC on registering, or attempting to change password.

    @ThreeUKSupport When I make / receive calls, the other person can't hear me. I have called customer support many times and they tell me the mast will be repaired by Friday. I am a new customer and the cooling off period is Wednesday . I need extension in case problem persists

    @ThreeUKSupport I am just fed up going through data protection by several people in one call excluding the recorded vocals. Had to put the phone down when the 4th agent went trough it again. It's ANNOYING. RIDICULOUS!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport We were under the impression that the direct debit that was set up in store at the time the contract was took out was being sent to Three every month but we learnt on the phone the other day that Three had never received a bill payment from the contract started in July 2020

    @ThreeUKSupport Its so irresponsible you don't have a dedicated customer service number for people who need to report their phone lost or stolen. Your automated service is faulty and you try and sell products to people who have just been a victim of crime. @Moneybox

    @ThreeUKSupport I've already dm'd you the details. The live chat cuts off and when I rang he hung up as my signal is so bad. Live chat said this will still happen over the next 7 days.
