@ThreeUKSupport No improvement after a restart and I tried 3 different phones so I know it’s not my phone. The phone is on 3G most of the time anyway and it is around the same speed as 4G. The signal is absolutely terrible.

@ThreeUKSupport Been through this, you won’t check as it’s a business account and the business team never follow up. 2 years ago Caerphilly had around 40mb down now it’s about 4mb down and no one there seems bothered.

@JohnDubyaUK @ThreeUK Yeah they’re all in such a rush to get 5G out, they just seem to have given up on trying to get 4G sorted out. At least show me I’ve got a crap signal, don’t pretend it’s all full speed and awesome.

@dlever21 @ThreeUK My problem was they added a new condition this time that said if you haven't used it since January. but @ThreeUK ran the offer in May and I used it then. Guaranteed they caught LOADS of people out 😡

@ThreeUKSupport the web-site doesn't list the Apple iPhone 12 in the "Devices that can run Wi-Fi Calling" - why is this? You can use an Apple iPhone 12 and Wi-Fi Calling on the EE mobile network - surely Wi-Fi Calling works same way because EE and three share infrastructure?
