@dafties @Record_Sport @chris_sutton73 Laughing like a wee boy about rangers on a btsport live broadcast? There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. Sutton's conduct wasn't that professional either but if I'm honest wasn't far off my thoughts at the time.

Guys supposedly from @bt_uk going round the doors in EK saying my neighbours have complained of slow internet speeds. That's ok I'm on VirginMedia. They asked me to do a speed test on my phone. I told them to piss off. 1 I'm not a BT customer 2 I'm not your data source

@bt_uk serious rant coming. I have had nothing but issues with you since joining in January. None of them solved. Now I have no internet and I work from home. New hub on way but not until 28th. What happened to engineers coming to fix things.

@bt_uk Well yes, if only, just once there’s FTTC if you can just string the cables then FTTP can’t be such a massive thing as building a new network. No road digging etc so logistics must be far simpler.

@bt_uk Internet is going off every night for no reason and has been for weeks. Can’t check the service on your site without a landline number which we don’t have and your portal doesn’t work so we can’t check a bill for it. You need to allow service checks by postcode! Piss take
-

@bt_uk Logging a note on a computer system in my opinion does not constitute communication with Openreach. You need to allow your call centre operatives to get hold of someone at Openreach and someone to take ownership of issues.
-
Openreach
(@WeAreOpenreach) reported
@SarahAuty @bt_uk Openreach is responsible to maintain and repair the network. Your provider is responsible to manage any fault issues on your behalf. This means that they must contact Openreach for you. Your provier is our direct customer so we have a team who they can contact.
