@bt_uk Yes I've been through those help pages but nowhere does it help when correct username and passwords fail, I reset the MyBT password and the new password is not accepted.

Been with @bt_uk for years, like many am struggling with bills so looking to save money. 75 minute phone call yesterday to discover it's not a problem cancelling BT Sport but I'll have to pay £239 to leave the contract early. Don't pretend you care about helping.
