@bt_uk You mistakenly cut me off instead of my neighbour three weeks ago; despite a thousand apologies, and assurances that I would be reconnected by 11th Dec I still have no service - I now have to set aside a least an hour to try to contact you again - you are a shambles

@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

@OpenreachHelp 16 weeks still no internet. Work supposedly started on 25th October update due 27/10- no update, now wait till update on 5/11 but no idea of fix date just updates due. @bt_uk escalated issue to patch manager and Level 2 but still can’t get it fixed.

@ytty92 @btsport The calibre of the fight and fighters is beyond reproach. Plant poses certain threats too. But the breadth of interest required to support PPV at 4am is a big ask. BT could have enjoyed real cache showing this one free to air but they clearly bid big and are gambling on returns.
