@bt_uk was horrendous. The resolutions to my complaint offered by manager on the phone were frankly insulting. The only reason I had the complaint closed was due to being so frustrated with my experience that I couldn’t continue- manager also refused to allow me to speak to (c.)

@bt_uk what’s going on BT. My internet has been crap for months and it’s getting worse! The diagnosis tells me it’s fine but the reality is totally different! I’m using mobile data, which I pay for. I also pay for an internet connection!

10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

@bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

@bt_uk Long story. My account was incorrectly cancelled, BT acknowledged the error and set up a new one, no o/s balance. Yesterday £2019.07 is taken for cancellation. Phone to resolve & complain and the customer service on offer, in particular from the first gentleman I spoke to (c.)

@bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

Don’t think @btsport and @YouTube will be holding there heads high tonight. The live stream of the champions league final was awful. Not a lover of the @BBCiPlayer, but at least they can successfully broadcast a live event in UHD without any major issues.

@cliveagran I'm thinking right now @bt_uk is the worst offender. Spent nearly 1/2 an hour this morning with the "Thank you for holding..." msg before getting bumped off. Called back to find out staff were on a training course or something. Now waiting again, nine minutes and counting.....

@bt_uk I became homeless living in a hotel but BT refused to cancel my contract for free and insists I still need to pay the cancellation fee! I’ve been their loyal customer for years. BT do you really have to charge homeless person for broadband she cannot use?
