@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

@bt_uk serious rant coming. I have had nothing but issues with you since joining in January. None of them solved. Now I have no internet and I work from home. New hub on way but not until 28th. What happened to engineers coming to fix things.

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. @bt_uk how is it acceptable leaving old people without phonelines, welfare team checked line remotely and said it’s all good, we went through this Thursday and the call out yesterday never happened and now they can’t send someone til Tuesday… not happy!

Now 12 days without office telephone lines or broadband. @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness really know how to treat paying customers. Example - Sat appointment between 8 and 1pm with the engineer. Sat in work all morning, they never showed. Great customer relations they have.

@bt_uk Indeed it is. @SkyUK told me that the reason I was having problems downloading my favourite crime drama ( the Sopranos) was due to compatibility problems with BT. I don't have problems with @primevideouk.

@bt_uk Just been told by my mum that you have credited £8.06 for not fixing her phone within 2days. So the fact it was nearer 6 days and you were keeping updated by leaving messages on a phone that's not working has been ignored. Again well done for rubbish customer service.
