    @bt_uk very frustrated Fibre100 customer here - it should be called FIbre15!! Continued intermittent faults since last Sept.Have spent crazy amounts of time reporting faults and have had 3 no shows from engineers when booked. Fault reported on 4 Apr still not fixed! WHEN?!?

    @bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. Sutton's conduct wasn't that professional either but if I'm honest wasn't far off my thoughts at the time.

    Maybe @btsport and @SkySports could refuse to ‘buy’ the rights for the ESL. Obviously they won’t as they are as much driven by money as the clubs involved. Despite saying they ‘feel for the real fans’. Yet they are one of the main problems.

    The speed I’ve been told I’m getting over the phone isn’t what I’m receiving. I was paying for less with my previous provider and never had this problem @bt_uk. 3 engineers later and still having issues. #thegrassisntalwaysgreenerontheotherside
