@bt_uk serious rant coming. I have had nothing but issues with you since joining in January. None of them solved. Now I have no internet and I work from home. New hub on way but not until 28th. What happened to engineers coming to fix things.

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. @bt_uk seriously I'm thinking about leaving now if virgin can offer 500mb services in my street and you still can't after 5 years it's frustrating you've got brilliant service but the slow speeds as time is moving on is disappointing when will the faster speeds be in basingstoke
