@bt_uk I certainly will, as no matter how many phone calls to @virgin nothing improves, my kids have to use data on their telephones, Virgin Media's Wi-Fi and internet is terrible @richardbranson

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk but they keep contacting you and are told 'it will be tomorrow', tomorrow never comes. Someone needs to inform me as the customer what is happening and when it will be provisioned. I am a brand new customer who is still not connected.

@bt_uk Very disappointed at the customer service received after a phone call my wife made regarding our current broadband contract. Staff member was very patronising and unhelpful especially considering we have been BT customers for 20 years.

@btbusinesscare The Company I work for have had an ongoing issue with yourselves for over a month now. I was called last Friday & PROMISED that the missing SIM card would be delivered to us yesterday! It has not been. I can’t explain how frustrated we are with BT!

@gaznolan @bt_uk @Virgin @richardbranson @libertyglobal Cheers Gaz!! In that case @libertyglobal your Wi-Fi and internet is terrible, spend less on fancy adverts and more on infrastructure and getting your product as advertised, we really shouldn't have to have mobile data on in our own house

@btsport @premierleague the issue, as I understand it, is the 12.30 Saturday slot is agreed by clubs, PL and TV. The TV cos THEN select the games irrespective of whether that team has a game on wed eve. It IS the TV cos which are causing the problem. Why not show WBA v Sheff Utd

@btsport had a nightmare there with Klopp, your interviewer says u never picked game so premier league say you have that game then? Klopp is correct you didn’t need to pick this game with so little time between games if you cared about the welfare of the players even Ole had a go
