@mrjakehumphrey @btsport It needs some work in the grounds. I was at Old Trafford last week and we really didn’t know what was going on. But that doesn’t negate the fact that we absolutely need VAR in the sport and the issues can be resolved.

@bt_uk additionally this is causing issues every 30-60minutes causing the whole internet to shut off (not the wifi, that stays connected) for around 2 minutes

@bt_uk 3 years of poor service (overcharging then adding it back to your BT account as credit, closing complaint cases without speaking to me and resolving, being called a d**k when someone thought I wasn’t in hold)...tbh I could go on all day but there’s a few highlights...POOR!
