  • Keifski Craig Keith (@Keifski) reported from Ringwood, England

@mrjakehumphrey @btsport It needs some work in the grounds. I was at Old Trafford last week and we really didn’t know what was going on. But that doesn’t negate the fact that we absolutely need VAR in the sport and the issues can be resolved.

  • Keifski Craig Keith (@Keifski) reported from Ringwood, England

@Agent2675 @bt_uk I did, he’s says it’s not him, but it’s coincidence it went down as soon as he arrived. I will wait for BTs reply. Thanks.

seeing this game is on has reminded me to cancel my @btsport subscription. No point in paying for a stupid football channel which puts the score in the wrong corner of the screen and only shows Premier League games now that Norwich have been relegated. #NCFC

@bt_uk @codybartlettt SO45 area internet down for the last hour now

  • TitsOut Matthew Titley (@TitsOut) reported

@bt_uk Yea, you need to send Open Reach round ASAP to sort it out, you also need to refund me costs of having to go to the office as it doesn’t support WFH, and my Sky Multi room subscription as that can’t be used on the EE box. Cheers, my name is linked to my account.

@btbusinesscare Is there a maximum ambient temperature for BT infrastructure? Do you have a guesstimate of the temperature at which you might expect to see failures in broadband cabinets, for example? I'm curious what (if anything) might fail during 41C+ heat waves. Thanks!

  • Total_Lisa Lisa Hawksby (@Total_Lisa) reported

Wow @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare substandard service since we moved into our work premises in Sept. Apparently it is acceptable for the internet to drop out every day for a least 10 mins a time🤔🤔🤔 passed from caller to caller and now you want £250 to send out an engineer!
