@mrjakehumphrey @btsport It needs some work in the grounds. I was at Old Trafford last week and we really didn’t know what was going on. But that doesn’t negate the fact that we absolutely need VAR in the sport and the issues can be resolved.

The start of my day has been a total nightmare! The signal where I live is so bad and it’s the fault of @bt_uk and/or @arqiva - it’s 2020 yet providers can’t get this right; I had better signal/service in 1999.

@bt_uk Our BT box is terribly prone to glitches, pauses and poor resolution. Find it easier to watch things through Xbox (both running through same bt wifi router set-up).

Good luck for the rest of the season @LFC, cant watch anymore ridiculous, almost mind blowingly poor VAR interceptions. Surely it should be dealt with, watching the great game, is no longer making me excited, so this said, I will be losing my @btsport sub.

You can tell something is up when you can submit a complaint online to @bt_uk but you can't submit a customer support request! Maybe don't offer 'call us' as the only option if you don't answer the phone.

@b44zFPS @bt_uk Boris Johnson seems to be determined to destroy the economy. Sweden never imposed a national lockdown/mask wearing. Sweden has recorded fewer deaths per million than the UK. It's not because of population density, Stockholm has fewer deaths than Manchester (a similar size city).
