@mrjakehumphrey @btsport It needs some work in the grounds. I was at Old Trafford last week and we really didn’t know what was going on. But that doesn’t negate the fact that we absolutely need VAR in the sport and the issues can be resolved.

@btbusinesscare I just don’t get it. We get free @btsportfootball as a personal customer but when we pay extra for @BTBusiness line we can’t watch it on our TV, just on a device. That’s rubbish and makes no sense #brightonfan

@bt_uk we got a text saying engineer would be out to us between 8am and 1pm. No show and morning wasted and rang you at 1.25pm only to speak to a disinterested person. Text doesn’t guarantee attendance apparently. Lady then hung up on us. Terrible all round. Response please.

@bt_uk Seems to have multiple accounts created after several confusing calls over last 2 weeks . English is not her 1st language. Now been on hold over an hour after being cut off as issue was near resolution!

@bt_uk @BTCare don't call me to tell me my Internet is poor then hang up when I explain how bad. 25 mins on hold several times and unable to contact you. Contract due for renewal and will be looking at other options. Customer service?????
