    @mrjakehumphrey @btsport It needs some work in the grounds. I was at Old Trafford last week and we really didn’t know what was going on. But that doesn’t negate the fact that we absolutely need VAR in the sport and the issues can be resolved.

    @btbusinesscare Never heard back. 4 promised calls to investigate. Nothing. What the hell is going on???? You have now left us 20 days without a business service. @btbusinesscare are as useless as BT Business complaint management.

    @bt_uk I have received loads of boxes of broadband kit at my address but the person it's addressed to does not live here . Tried calling but was put through to the fraud team and that number rings & rings ..can you help ?

    @bt_uk I have today emailed your CEO @bt_uk to escalate the matter. Enough with the back and forth which is getting us nowhere. I am disappointed at the level of customer care from a large corporate. Nobody seems to know what they are doing.

    @bt_uk why is @TalkTalk offering superfast fibre broadband to homer when your own support closed our ticket without actaully providing any answers on fibre rollout? Is denial a new sales tactic?

    @bt_uk your online team are telling me that my new broadband service that is £6 a month more expensive is costing me £10 for the 9 days that I paid on my old service. Go figure that maths! Currently online with oldest person in BT billing (their words)

    BTsport will no doubt mute whatever happens in Anfield tomorrow before the Ajax game and pump in YNWA. Some idiot will overdub booing and that’ll do the rounds. It’ll only be actual fan footage that will give a true indication of how Liverpool fans actually behave tomorrow…
