  • timpaa Timothy Collinson (@timpaa) reported from Hill Head, England

@bt_uk @AndrewExplainer So let me get this straight, not only providing poor service but denying you're even providing the poor service while the customer is in the middle of it?

  • Keifski Craig Keith (@Keifski) reported from Ringwood, England

@Agent2675 @bt_uk I did, he’s says it’s not him, but it’s coincidence it went down as soon as he arrived. I will wait for BTs reply. Thanks.

  • manek43509 Kit Marsden (@manek43509) reported from New Milton, England

seeing this game is on has reminded me to cancel my @btsport subscription. No point in paying for a stupid football channel which puts the score in the wrong corner of the screen and only shows Premier League games now that Norwich have been relegated. #NCFC

  • NicolaSyms Nicola Syms (@NicolaSyms) reported from Christchurch, England

@bt_uk Thanks. I just hang up on them but wasn’t sure if there was a centralised effort to track them - I’ll fill in the link.

  • maxyourday max yourday (@maxyourday) reported from Hythe, England

  • rossp77 Ross Palmer (@rossp77) reported from Burton, England

@btsport how can you sit there and allow the likes of @RobbieSavage8 @chris_sutton73 Steve mcmanaman and Co speak so much rubbish on your shows. Obviously show a clear anti nufc fans agenda. How can they not report on how bad nufc are under steve bruce. The stats are there for

  • LymoTweetUp #LymoTweetUp 💚 (@LymoTweetUp) reported from Lymington, England

@bt_uk do you have any issues with internet in the SO41 postcode please ?

  • aidanrudd Saint Aidan (@aidanrudd) reported from Locks Heath, England

@bt_uk Please can you let me know how I can get a 2nd disk for whole house WiFi? Current WiFi is intermittent & causing video call problems. Thanks

  • Keifski Craig Keith (@Keifski) reported from Ringwood, England

@mrjakehumphrey @btsport It needs some work in the grounds. I was at Old Trafford last week and we really didn’t know what was going on. But that doesn’t negate the fact that we absolutely need VAR in the sport and the issues can be resolved.

  • NickScurr Nick Scurr of #Nicks_Music_Promo™ 🦩🎪 (@NickScurr) reported from Newport, England

@bt_uk Your customer service team member today was patronising, preaching policies, and exclaimed im a 3rd party account holder. Over many years I have always been able to make enquiries on our account. A 30 min call turn into a headache, I was refused a manger unrealistic complaint ❓

  • tim_roebuck Tim Roebuck (@tim_roebuck) reported from Lymington, England

@btsport why do I pay for your channels with BT Broadband and its still the shittest veiwing experience ever. And if my Broadband speed is ****. Dont sell me the service

  • jonatha40457375 jonathan jackson (@jonatha40457375) reported from Ringwood, England

Classic @bt_uk stitch up. We get 0.4mb upload speed which is less than the USO for internet. The USO helpdesk (run by BT) tell me I need evidence from my service provider (also BT) of this and my service provider (BT) tell me they can’t provide this. Toothless legislation

  • TallisMoon ElaineAllsoppArtist🐺 (@TallisMoon) reported from Hythe, England

@bt_uk @codybartlettt SO45 area internet down for the last hour now

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Steve__Clare Steve Clare (@Steve__Clare) reported

@ellis_red @IanRidley1 @bt_uk Ian, I tell them the computer is in the other room. Every time they ask me to check something I say 'hang on' and come back in three minutes. It drives the scammer crazy.

  • Normanton0809 Five Towns Gossip...STAY SAFE (@Normanton0809) reported

@WakeyNic @bt_uk Twice over the last few years...usually works ok for a while. Looks like a re register is required. It’s always the customer who has to take action....@bt_uk have NEVER taken the criminal use of their network seriously.

  • andrew_2693 Andrew Thomson (@andrew_2693) reported

Hi @bt_uk - can you provide an update on fixing the broadband outage in the G31 area of Glasgow? Really frustrating for those working/schooling from home. Thanks

  • quiettrickster Helen MacDonald (@quiettrickster) reported

Hi @bt_uk - my broadband has been down since last night, part of what seems to a Glasgow-wide issue, but when I check my number on the status checker, it says there’s no problem. It also says I have a fault open fault on that line from when I raised it last night.. 1/2

  • Gardmuir Gardner Muirhead Art (@Gardmuir) reported

@bt_uk is there an issue with wifi / broadband in G31 area Glasgow?

  • quiettrickster Helen MacDonald (@quiettrickster) reported

@bt_uk Yeah, that’s what I’ve been trying. It says I have an open fault, but then doesn’t show anything when I log in, and it says the service status is okay - postcode is G31, and judging by the tweets there is a widespread problem.

  • JulieR282 Julie R (@JulieR282) reported

@bt_uk Well your colleague replied to someone else stating they will check if they have the ‘correct package’ to be provided alternatives whilst it’s out. Which I’m guessing is the most expensive package which the majority of people won’t have, so yeah suggests that support varies

  • Katymc1974 Katy McCarthy (@Katymc1974) reported

@bt_uk @kevinhandley My partner can not access work files with the mini-hub and one of my daughters cannot homeschool yet we are told we would have to pay £500 to get out of the contract! And we’re told every day that it should be “fixed the next day” and BT have 30 days to fix it!

  • electricaye [adhoc bampottery 3.14] (@electricaye) reported

@bt_uk The issue is far more severe . Alarm required to be disconnected as "phone disconnected" message runs 24/7. Reported to Glasgow City Council Community Alarms. 0141 276 2020.

  • Jo_Rodgers Jo Rodgers (@Jo_Rodgers) reported

.@bt_uk I signed a contract with ypu for a set payment per month which your salesperson said would not vary. You are overcharging me by £13/m. Please arrange a refund, your call centre said they'd do this in December. It's still to be actioned. Terrible customer service.
