    @mrjakehumphrey @btsport It needs some work in the grounds. I was at Old Trafford last week and we really didn’t know what was going on. But that doesn’t negate the fact that we absolutely need VAR in the sport and the issues can be resolved.

    @bt_uk 7 customers, all of whom have BT broadband, connected to their home BT broadband. No 4g. I spoke to the domain supplier. It is an issue ONLY WITH BT customers. Please understand it is not a global issue.

    @bt_uk It’s a line fault, but u won’t get anything done about it!! Nearly 3 weeks with no internet or phone!! U just blame openreach! Even the openreach engineers say it’s an easy fix and shouldn’t take long! I’m your customer, can’t u stick up for me and get them to sort it!!

    @bt_uk I have been having problems again with the connection I get in my bedrooms I have complete WiFi which I pay extra for each month and I still do not receive a good connection in the bedrooms!! I do have another disc which I use too and that’s connected to my router x

    .@bt_uk It's been 17 DAYS since storm Arwen brought phone cable down nr home. 17 days of no internet or phone contact. No mob.signal where i live. Expense, lost work & missed online Uni course. Why is it taking SO long, its one cable.

    @bt_uk Hi, in the last couple of days my WiFi has become so slow it takes an age for pages to load & streaming services keep pausing to re-load every other minute. There’s usually only 1/2 devices using too at once. Any ideas?

    @skinnerreborn I’ll get the help to sort that out in due course, haven’t moved in yet. Still sleeping on the couch here. Got the cable BT TV sorted out today, so was testing that. First time today using BT, doesn’t look like they have given me @btsport yet was told I was getting all. #Shameful

    @bt_uk Hey, you're trying to charge me £50 just before Christmas for a kit I no longer have...because I placed this order with you an entire year ago... and you never came to set it up. Hoping this can be resolved asap.
