@mrjakehumphrey @btsport It needs some work in the grounds. I was at Old Trafford last week and we really didn’t know what was going on. But that doesn’t negate the fact that we absolutely need VAR in the sport and the issues can be resolved.

@bt_uk Shame, there's been no update & no information beyond your brief DM to me. You have now left a man with Alzheimers for more than a week with no ability to receive care or phonecalls...or ability to make emergency calls should he need to. This is atrocious! #poorcustomerservice

@bt_uk My elderly uncle who has Parkinsons has had his landline erroneously re-allocated to another BT customer. His security necklace is connected to his landline which no longer works. Please can someone at BT address this issue with some urgency?

@bt_uk You have cancelled my phone contract with no warning at all. There was meant to be a transition period which we negotiated. I am now left stranded with a phone that only works on wifi. I need this fixing within an hour before I leave. Please help!!
