Nick Scurr of #Nicks_Music_Promo™ 🦩🎪 (@NickScurr) reported from Newport, England@bt_uk Your customer service team member today was patronising, preaching policies, and exclaimed im a 3rd party account holder. Over many years I have always been able to make enquiries on our account. A 30 min call turn into a headache, I was refused a manger unrealistic complaint ❓

Timothy Collinson (@timpaa) reported from Hill Head, England@bt_uk @AndrewExplainer So let me get this straight, not only providing poor service but denying you're even providing the poor service while the customer is in the middle of it?

Craig Keith (@Keifski) reported from Ringwood, England@Agent2675 @bt_uk I did, he’s says it’s not him, but it’s coincidence it went down as soon as he arrived. I will wait for BTs reply. Thanks.

Kit Marsden (@manek43509) reported from New Milton, Englandseeing this game is on has reminded me to cancel my @btsport subscription. No point in paying for a stupid football channel which puts the score in the wrong corner of the screen and only shows Premier League games now that Norwich have been relegated. #NCFC

Tim Roebuck (@tim_roebuck) reported from Lymington, England@btsport why do I pay for your channels with BT Broadband and its still the shittest veiwing experience ever. And if my Broadband speed is ****. Dont sell me the service
-
Craig Keith (@Keifski) reported from Ringwood, England@mrjakehumphrey @btsport It needs some work in the grounds. I was at Old Trafford last week and we really didn’t know what was going on. But that doesn’t negate the fact that we absolutely need VAR in the sport and the issues can be resolved.
-
jonathan jackson (@jonatha40457375) reported from Ringwood, EnglandClassic @bt_uk stitch up. We get 0.4mb upload speed which is less than the USO for internet. The USO helpdesk (run by BT) tell me I need evidence from my service provider (also BT) of this and my service provider (BT) tell me they can’t provide this. Toothless legislation

Trevor Chenery (@Krisp06) reported@countrymousie @btbusinesscare I wouldn't have thought so. You can keep your landline but you would need to move it -eventually - to a 'digital supplier' when the line service finally ends. However, I checked with Dr Google & his Elves & they made the following points which sound like very good news. "Starlink does not directly provide a traditional copper landline service, but it can fully replace one as part of the UK PSTN switch-off by supporting Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services. You can keep your existing phone number and handset by using a VoIP adapter connected to the Starlink router, suitable for replacing old copper lines. How it Works: Starlink provides high-speed internet, allowing you to use third-party VoIP providers (e.g., Plexatalk, Premitel) to make calls via your internet connection. Requirements: You will need a VoIP Analogue Telephone Adapter (ATA) to plug your existing telephone handset into the Starlink Wi-Fi router. Suitability: VoIP over Starlink is ideal for rural areas where copper is being removed, offering sufficient speed and reliability.Alternatives: If you do not wish to use VoIP, you may look at mobile phone-based solutions, which are also often used when replacing old copper lines. As the UK moves towards a digital-only network by 2027, switching to a VoIP service via a broadband connection like Starlink is a common solution." You need to find & check it al lout with a good IT man to help you through the key steps & stages. You may also need to invest in new telephone hand sets around your house to replace your old BT ones. You won't need wires to connect them, it all works digitally through the air.

Tru Benjamin (@TruTruThinks) reported@WeAreOpenreach @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness appalling breach of service. 4 dates have now passed where we were told broadband would be fixed. BT seem to think this is acceptable as 'it's subject to change' How are we supposed to run a business with no comms!! 4 weeks & counting
-
Future Tech (@neural_theory) reported@duncsand @bt_uk Being able to find a contact number for a business is more than you get from most companies. Goes to show though, very few understand or care about customer service these days
-
Caroline Applepie 🇪🇺🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️🇨🇦🇮🇪 (@CarolineApplep1) reported@bt_uk Appalling service. You did not complete our installation on the 20th as promised, so we've been left with no phone, internet, and our security cameras and entry phone system are offline. Thanks
-
Philip Godfrey (@Fliposteo) reported@bt_uk I haven’t been able to access my account or log in on the BT app for days/weeks despite following instructions to change user name etc. the system sucks. Can’t through on the phone How do I get my bills if I can’t log in?! For a communication company this is a (bad) joke.
-
joanne taylor (@Joannetay1808) reported@bt_uk my youview box has broken - power light not on
-
Brian McBride (@brian_mcbride1) reported@TerryPDunn @bt_uk I'm also angry & frustrated that for weeks @BT 'guides' have taken my calls for help and either said they have passed the problem to technical team or latest contact was escalated to complaint & complaint closed within minutes of it being taken.
