@mrjakehumphrey @btsport It needs some work in the grounds. I was at Old Trafford last week and we really didn’t know what was going on. But that doesn’t negate the fact that we absolutely need VAR in the sport and the issues can be resolved.

@bt_uk so now 13 days without any internet and estimated reconnection now moved to Friday so 17 days but moves on every day . Totally unacceptable service

  • SteelyCityDan Dan Pressland (@SteelyCityDan) reported

@bt_uk They only agreed to drop charges that should never have been applied in the first place - I had already sent them a copy of your letter saying tv could be cancelled for free, & the bill was for the period 19/01-18/02 after I'd stopped being a customer on the 16th. No favour done

  • SteelyCityDan Dan Pressland (@SteelyCityDan) reported

@bt_uk This is beside the fact that it took me 5 phone calls to actually get my account cancelled, including 3 after I'd already left, and I was still being issued a bill as your system had never actually closed my account.

  • adrisalazar_asm AdrianaSalazarM (@adrisalazar_asm) reported
