@bt_uk Your customer service team member today was patronising, preaching policies, and exclaimed im a 3rd party account holder. Over many years I have always been able to make enquiries on our account. A 30 min call turn into a headache, I was refused a manger unrealistic complaint ❓

@mrjakehumphrey @btsport It needs some work in the grounds. I was at Old Trafford last week and we really didn’t know what was going on. But that doesn’t negate the fact that we absolutely need VAR in the sport and the issues can be resolved.

Classic @bt_uk stitch up. We get 0.4mb upload speed which is less than the USO for internet. The USO helpdesk (run by BT) tell me I need evidence from my service provider (also BT) of this and my service provider (BT) tell me they can’t provide this. Toothless legislation

Someone explain to me how it is customer centric for @btsport to hold the rights to #LIVLEE but decide not to show it because of the #ucl clash, yet @SkySports can only broadcast it in full at 90 mins! It’s a joke - either show the game or let someone else. #Fansfirst

Hi @bt_uk My internet stopped working at the exact moment I moved a cable (at your request) Are you sure it's a major fault affecting the local area that can't be fixed until March 1st? Because no-one else with BT round here is reporting any problems, so that seems unlikely

It was probably a mistake to trust that everything would go ok with the switch to @bt_uk for broadband. My existing service is set to cancel tomorrow, and the BT engineer who came to enable to my new one can't, cos someone had decided to sever the underground cable to my house.

@MartinSLewis hi I've currently been without Internet since 14th December when @bt_uk were supposed to install my broadband. Update today is still no resolution from @OpenreachHelp no more updates due til 3rd march and no progress made. Please can you help me? Thank you.
