@mrjakehumphrey @btsport It needs some work in the grounds. I was at Old Trafford last week and we really didn’t know what was going on. But that doesn’t negate the fact that we absolutely need VAR in the sport and the issues can be resolved.

@bt_uk The light on our hub is flashing purple which means the broadband is down but can’t call the customer service number as it says it’s not recognised, please help. We only got internet set up the other day

@bt_uk you’re an absolute living joke of a company. We’ve had a complaint since DECEMBER 30th, that hasn’t even been looked into.. we now wanted to watch NOWTV that we pay for through BT.. AND WE’RE NOT EVEN REGISTERED??? Refund please.

@bt_uk I get this with BT. Phones keep getting thrown out and having to re enter password. Signal test says good with BT but some independent tests show different. I’m out of contract now so looking around to change.

@bt_uk Simply not true @bt_uk, I had years of unreliable service & at times no service at all. You promised the world but delivered nothing. Noone @BT takes responsibility, we were passed from pillar to post. Best thing I ever did move to 4gWiFi. Don’t promise what you can’t deliver.

@bt_uk I am happy with BT products, but when something goes wrong trying to get hold of an adviser is extremely diffcult. BT customer service is getting worst and worst as BT is trying to automitize all communications. My landline has been faulted for 10 days now

I subscribe to @btsport via @NOWTVIreland & I went to watch football played by professionals & what have they got on instead? Women's football - and on their main channel. Also Rugby (an awful "sport" played by posh private school fat gits) on BT Sport 2. WTF am I paying for?
