@mrjakehumphrey @btsport It needs some work in the grounds. I was at Old Trafford last week and we really didn’t know what was going on. But that doesn’t negate the fact that we absolutely need VAR in the sport and the issues can be resolved.

@bt_uk My service with BT is terrible for last 3 weeks. I got disconnected from internet 120 times during last 14 days, including 40 times in last 24 hours. And counting. Helpline is not really helpful, I got engineer rescheduled 2 times, it took 10 days to get one visit me.

So, @bt_uk unable to communicate internally, claiming to have no contact with @TalkTalk , one of its own businesses and both companies charging the customer for a service provided only once. What does @Ofcom say in these cases?Hilarious inadequacy, shirty customer service. Fail.

@bt_uk i had a really awful experience with bt but steven Kennedy who eventually sorted the problem deserves alot of credit! I dont know who his manager is but hes an absolute star- over and above to get things done🙌

@bt_uk They have said a date but not what is actually happening or where its happening, we just get random text messages. It will have taken 2 weeks from installation date to get internet (assuming this works) with no support BT to getting any ongoing connectivity. from anywhere.
