Craig Keith (@Keifski) reported from Ringwood, England@mrjakehumphrey @btsport It needs some work in the grounds. I was at Old Trafford last week and we really didn’t know what was going on. But that doesn’t negate the fact that we absolutely need VAR in the sport and the issues can be resolved.

Timothy Collinson (@timpaa) reported from Hill Head, England@bt_uk @AndrewExplainer So let me get this straight, not only providing poor service but denying you're even providing the poor service while the customer is in the middle of it?

Kit Marsden (@manek43509) reported from New Milton, Englandseeing this game is on has reminded me to cancel my @btsport subscription. No point in paying for a stupid football channel which puts the score in the wrong corner of the screen and only shows Premier League games now that Norwich have been relegated. #NCFC

-
Ross Palmer (@rossp77) reported from Burton, England@btsport how can you sit there and allow the likes of @RobbieSavage8 @chris_sutton73 Steve mcmanaman and Co speak so much rubbish on your shows. Obviously show a clear anti nufc fans agenda. How can they not report on how bad nufc are under steve bruce. The stats are there for

jonathan jackson (@jonatha40457375) reported from Ringwood, EnglandClassic @bt_uk stitch up. We get 0.4mb upload speed which is less than the USO for internet. The USO helpdesk (run by BT) tell me I need evidence from my service provider (also BT) of this and my service provider (BT) tell me they can’t provide this. Toothless legislation

Trevor Chenery (@Krisp06) reported@countrymousie @btbusinesscare I wouldn't have thought so. You can keep your landline but you would need to move it -eventually - to a 'digital supplier' when the line service finally ends. However, I checked with Dr Google & his Elves & they made the following points which sound like very good news. "Starlink does not directly provide a traditional copper landline service, but it can fully replace one as part of the UK PSTN switch-off by supporting Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services. You can keep your existing phone number and handset by using a VoIP adapter connected to the Starlink router, suitable for replacing old copper lines. How it Works: Starlink provides high-speed internet, allowing you to use third-party VoIP providers (e.g., Plexatalk, Premitel) to make calls via your internet connection. Requirements: You will need a VoIP Analogue Telephone Adapter (ATA) to plug your existing telephone handset into the Starlink Wi-Fi router. Suitability: VoIP over Starlink is ideal for rural areas where copper is being removed, offering sufficient speed and reliability.Alternatives: If you do not wish to use VoIP, you may look at mobile phone-based solutions, which are also often used when replacing old copper lines. As the UK moves towards a digital-only network by 2027, switching to a VoIP service via a broadband connection like Starlink is a common solution." You need to find & check it al lout with a good IT man to help you through the key steps & stages. You may also need to invest in new telephone hand sets around your house to replace your old BT ones. You won't need wires to connect them, it all works digitally through the air.

Simboman 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 (@simboman) reported@brian_mcbride1 @bt_uk That's similar experience to my 90 year old mother's complaint about digital switchover and contract renewal. Sent a complaint letter to BT plc, PO Box 334, Sheffield, S98 1BT and received a text a couple of weeks later saying the complaint had been closed but with no resolution.

Euan (@euanwab) reported@asha_shar Any way to have wi-fi 5ghz as default or option? Xbox is one of the only devices that defaults to 2.4ghz with no way to get 5ghz unless you disable 2.4ghz on the broadband entirely. Some providers like @bt_uk don’t allow for that or splitting the network on their routers. Help!
