So, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.

Guys if you’re thinking of going with @bt_uk I would strongly avoid like the plague. There way of fixing things is changing the cables in the cabinet and then someone else complains and then your broadband is broken again I’m sure you get my point.

Hi @Ofcom please advice how I can take this further, I’ve got over a year on my contract I’ve had 4 @bt_uk engineers out in 3 months but the fault comes back after a week. Can I log a complaint? @bt_uk speeds are now below the minimum again I’m sick of calling them about it 🙁

If you don't want functioning broadband during a pandemic, then I highly recommend @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp We are approaching 11 days without working WiFi and a 4G temporary fix that doesn't work. In a time when so many have to wfh this is verging on diabolical @BBCWatchdog
