    @bt_uk I don't think it's an openreach van, it's not got any openreach branding. It's in Exmouth, I'm sure if you were so inclined you could quite easily find out who the driver is and give them some friendly advice. I'm not raising a complaint against them

    @bt_uk Thanks for the copy and paste response. If you'd bothered to actually read my post, you'd know I already have ongoing complaints. I wasn't posting for assistance, I already know the issue, and I also know how unlikely it is that it will be fixed IF your engineer arrives tomorrow.

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp I’ve been told that openreach need to send a multi skilled engineer to fix a network issue. The ONT modem is not connected to the network from what I understand.

    @bt_uk please send an engineer out sooner. Our internet has been off for 24 hours and I work from home and have angry clients. Internet has even slow for WEEKS. Planning on cancelling after 10+ years.
