    @bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

    He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

    2) We had an engineer in May this year who fixed our problem and our speed went to over 40mb. In the last few weeks it reduced to 7. #britishtelecom #Broadband @btsport we pay over £40 for BT Sport too (and get sky included), which we already pay for through sky. shocking service

    After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

    @bt_uk Correct - so that could have easily been run in the boarded loft to the right place. Wifi not working, less phones, camera not working, more money and BT want even more money to get wifi working.

    @bt_uk @BTCare sent a message yesterday advising BT Internet keeps dropping messages on iPad using Apple Mail after 15.1. Apple advised possible BT Internet issue as reported by others—trouble is nobody from BT bothered to reply to me message —speaks volumes—poor service!
