    After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

    2) We had an engineer in May this year who fixed our problem and our speed went to over 40mb. In the last few weeks it reduced to 7. #britishtelecom #Broadband @btsport we pay over £40 for BT Sport too (and get sky included), which we already pay for through sky. shocking service

    @bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

    @bt_uk do you actually help customers or just pay ‘lip service’ to them ? Upgraded to a more reliable service in May - since then a nightmare !! 20+ calls to you , many promises of callbacks never received - account closed but broadband still working - customer service NIL 😡

    @bt_uk are you able to tell me when my elderly parents’ broken phone / broadband will be mended pls. You said July 1... But no sign. My mother is registered deaf and only able to communicate with family via a special device fitted to her landline. No mobile. Pls help.

    my @bt_uk is absolutely crap again I'm paying for 32mbps, today lucky to get 13mbps and getting error messages 'unable to play @NetflixUK , BT Broadband must be the Spectrum rubber keys of the 21st century, you cough or fart it crashes

    @bt_uk I'd like to know why my internet was incredibly slow all week. I run an hourly speed test, half failed and the other half all had a ping of over 1000, loading web pages took forever. Why was it slow? Why is it now OK? I work from home, this is unacceptable.

    @bt_uk Seven days with no service. @bt_uk can’t even get me connected and I’m a new customer. No one actively trying to resolve my case for 6 days. Wouldn’t recommend switching to them.
