I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.

Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. I trust you will retain call recordings from June 7th, 2026, I know I will. Good evening to you and yours.

Now that it is working again i looked about messaging them to complain and ask how they will compensate me. Has anyone had any success or a helpful answer from a stupid bot. Me thinks its switch time
