Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@JrRushden @philskyross1962 @bt_uk I only had BT once for six months and vowed never ever to use them again, and that was some eight years ago, obviously nothing has changed. Hope your Mum gets connected soon

@bt_uk You can just end our contract and let us move to a provider than can actually provide us with a consistent wifi service that doesn’t required half a dozen signal boosters that still don’t work, and save us the time of having to contact you every week.

@bt_uk and @SkyHelpTeam. I have internet with bt. Had no issues until the past week. Now my sky a had no internet connection but other devices seem to have it. It sometimes come back on for a bit then goes back off. Is it a sky or bt issue? Who do I phone?

@bt_uk I did send a message via the website regarding the nonexistent WiFi, within the first hour of trying to use it! I have not received a response, hence my Tweet. I didn't have an app, it was via the website. Seriously? No refund, for a service that wasn't functional?!

@bt_uk Info on the app says that you have to text ‘help’ and then your landline number. Website wants landline. Not everyone has a landline Karen! No internet for 2 days so far and no way to check what’s going on 😞

@bt_uk Have done so, but refused due to not taking enquiries from customers about engineering issues. Anything you can do yourself to help would be acknowledged with thanks in these freezing conditions. Minihub does not support landline, heating controls or security as you well know.
