    @JrRushden @philskyross1962 @bt_uk I only had BT once for six months and vowed never ever to use them again, and that was some eight years ago, obviously nothing has changed. Hope your Mum gets connected soon

    @bt_uk buy an upgrade for extra money each month, WiFi’s still shit. Buy some wired adapters and they dont even work ****** brilliant

    @bt_uk As if they do not charge enough also another company making vast profits, l have always been with BT never ever changed. Do they respect this? No they have just emailed me tovsayvorices going up. Time for a change. Retweet if you agree.

    Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

    Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

    @btbusinesscare I've been 'reaching out' to BT Business since 28th November (that's OVER FOUR Weeks) and I Still have no Internet. Customer Care has been non existent. I've been passed from dept to dept. Promises to call me back never happen. Star grading 2 out of 10 (and I'm feeling generous)

    @BTCare Help. I’ve spent ages trying to cancel a bolt on for mobile package. It’s an absolute nightmare. It’s like impossible to cancel.

    @bt_uk I have genuinely had enough of your service now. Expecting a £96 refund but instead for the 4th month in a row after I left you have billed me again. This time it's now apparently overdue. This is genuinely unbelievable

    Hi @btbusinesscare you came to change my telephone line and broadband and you have managed to change by shop telephone number. I haven’t had a shop phone for 2 weeks. I am losing Christmas trade! No one is helping me resolve this serious issue. Can someone help? Thank you
