Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@bt_uk thanks for your great customer service today BT. Absolute appalling service. Your engineer can make the slot but you don’t tell us! We only find out by ring BT. Now we have to rebook with over a month wait. Where is your customer service?

@bt_uk Just spoke with someone who said can’t provide it, no reason, that’s it he said, we can’t provide.Appalling disgusting customer service. Why send all bloody equipment out, surely checks should be done first. I will be showing you up as an organisation for what your worth.

@btbusinesscare I have been calling for 2 days (over 4 hours) on the phone and can't speak to a UK call center about why its taking 3 months to fit FTTP to my property. I cant even get through to cancel? I am now paying for a service I haven't got? I received my HUB the next day

@hendopolis @bt_uk We had issues with our fttp through BT. They supplied a mini 4g hub. Not perfect but worked. Paid compensation for each day we were without Broadband. £8 per day and £25 for missing an appointment. Was a problem with the Exchange.

Lots of dodgy calls today. Two from BT one caller said we are BT we monitor your lines and can tell you where you have problems. Another call was international. Then an automatic voice claiming to to be from @BTCare Telling me I need to speak to an executive from 07675103710

@OliviaAnko @bt_uk BT Openreach have a monopoly on installations, so they have absolutely no incentive to actually be decent. They're a bad joke of a company.
