@JrRushden @philskyross1962 @bt_uk I only had BT once for six months and vowed never ever to use them again, and that was some eight years ago, obviously nothing has changed. Hope your Mum gets connected soon

Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@sergeantblast @kristemple @btsport I heard the commentator mention that and I actually thought fair play for mentioning the people who actually recognised the issue and queried it. People who wouldn’t normally have been mentioned on the live coverage

@bt_uk I have DM'd you about the month-long struggle with our WIFI. Please respond ASAP, the issue is unacceptable and the customer service suggestions were also lacklustre, to say the least.
