Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

Anyone thinking of switching to @bt_uk DON’T!!! I’ve had problem after problem and wish I never took their call promising me this, that and the other only to be disappointed. Constant glitching, cables constantly fall out the box, awful service and other problems too. Not good.

@bt_uk Been with BT for around 4 months now and has been great with a concrete 50mbps down speed, but since 4am on the 15th, been pretty much completely down. Seeing others have the same issue. can you please tweet something about this communicating with your customers of issues

@bt_uk I been a customer for so many years, I nvr got a such a fabulous service from any of the companies. The credit goes to one of your colleagues. I would recommend BT only if every CSR are like him cos it’s so much stress free.
