Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

Spent well over 24 hours speaking to @bt_uk support all leads to them trying to raise this with openreach but from here has never progressed, has been terrible service.

@bt_uk I have upgraded my Wi-fi package 3/4 times and each time it was a short term fix your engineers confirmed that with the amount of wireless devices I have you broadband can’t cope so it drops devices then crashes we reset the router it works for a week or so then it crashes.

@bt_uk No we were calling to cancel but had a billing issue first. Seeing as we were cut off we have no idea if the cancellation has been actioned or not?

@wwfcofficial If not also on iFollow, any chance that @btsport will start doing a day pass like @SkySports? I'm sure plenty of fans happy to pay to view, but quite annoying to have to pay £25 for the monthly one then cancel it, to watch one game...#WYCvTOT
