Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@bt_uk Raised a complaint a few weeks ago and I’ve had no contact whatsoever from yourselves and I even had to reopen the complaint as you closed it without resolving it! I am also being chased for a bill for services I don’t want and am not using. Sort this out please

@btsport Please don’t palm this off on a local network issue. I could stream other bt sport content, chromecast from YouTube/ Netflix etc, so it’s definitely a bt sport fault thinking I have legacy streams open. I get BT sport through my EE contract

@rioferdy5 Really appreciate you being honest, telling it straight on @btsport yesterday. Regardless what team you support, it's clear to see that #MUNWBA was penalty and for Scholes to say otherwise, even when Peter Walton said a penalty should've been awarded, shows his clear bias.

@bt_uk I was told that your policies are to provide different upgrade prices to different existing customers. A neighbour is getting a better service for £10/pm less than I was offered, but it was impossible to give me the same price.

@bt_uk The issue being we got through to them in 5 minutes when you select to cancel broadband! She was rude, unhelpful and tried to rip me off so bye bye BT, thanks for the service but the customer service is ridiculous! I only wanted to upgrade to which the website wasn’t letting me!

@bt_uk how about you fix the internet at RG40?? Just renewed yesterday, and now you go down in the entire area.. absolutely shocking, think might have to get everyone and file a class action lawsuit!! This happens all too much with you.

So @bt_uk can you tell me how a new customer can get broadband and phone package for £34, but as an existing customer out of contract, I have to pay at least £64 @BTCare @MoneySavingExp #TimeToLeave
