Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@Tonysmini @bt_uk Thanks for the tip.. at least I know my upload speed is correct. To be honest since I was a diehard VM cust and forced kicking and screaming to BT.. I have not regretted it. Upload speeds are 3x faster than my VM service.. and consistent download speeds VM was all over the place

40mins into the #favasefinal, 65mins on the phone to @virginmedia who keep cutting me off because they don't know how their customers can view a free to air show on @btsport. Can someone please help!!!

Thanks @btsport for making the #favasefinal free to air. Shame @virginmedia hasn't bothered changing the settings so that I can watch it. @WeAreOpenreach please install fibre cables in my area and I'll be a BT customer straight away!!

@btsport it’s come to a point we’re it is becoming to expensive to watch Bt sport for me , and time to cancel my Bt sport football , it’s a shame really, how people afford it , is beyond me.

@bt_uk It will be someone from an overseas call centre telling me that they are calling me from BT or Virgin. Sometimes they say that my internet is about to be cut off. If I tell them that's fine, they usually hang up on me. Otherwise I hang up on them. 3 or 4 times a day...

@bt_uk Bt sport Ultimate channel goes green and pixelated and dogy sound during champions league and europa games. Its really poor as this happened wen i started the contract. - could you just let me leave with no termination fees on my package?

@bt_uk I have one of your new router devices for when Broadband goes down. A representative said it costs more but would be perfect. I am without #Broadband and have been several hours now. #FailedTheCustomer and I’m disappointed. I want this sorted TODAY.
