Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@JrRushden @philskyross1962 @bt_uk I only had BT once for six months and vowed never ever to use them again, and that was some eight years ago, obviously nothing has changed. Hope your Mum gets connected soon

Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

Broadband + phone down @bt_uk since 10am yesterday. On premium contract. You just emailed saying will fix by 14 Dec - 5 days time!!! Can't get to speak to anyone - customer service on hold 22 mins so far. Same yesterday. No reply to complaint form submitted. PLEASE REPLY!!

Hi @bt_uk I am trying to amend my new package before my 14 day cooling period passes and I am billed, but as usual I can’t get through to anyone on the phone. I was supposed to receive a call from one of your customer agents, Andy, on 1st Dec but that didn’t happen. Please advise
