Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

@JrRushden @philskyross1962 @bt_uk I only had BT once for six months and vowed never ever to use them again, and that was some eight years ago, obviously nothing has changed. Hope your Mum gets connected soon

Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

@bt_uk "We Connect for Good" then why do you want myself and people down my street to pay £20,000 for you to connect us to fibre? We live inside the M25 and only have copper internet through the tel line at 3 - 7 mbps maximum. Shameful company!!

@bt_uk I'm about to upgrade to a 5G phone and as I'm happy with the service I've had I spotted a 24 month deal, but it is only showing 12 month deals when I'm trying to choose one after signing into my account
