    @bt_uk My BT service is terrible. I have to reconnect my mobile to house wi-fi every time i return to the house. Every bill gets higher and higher and got a letter recently saying theres more price increases on the way

    To anyone interested. Never use @bt_uk for your Internet or phone. Shambles of a company. 6 years if issues, no interested in fixing the problems. So called tech experts that don't know how to reset a router. Always the same response.

    @Cal_SFC The problem isn't VAR it's the rules that they are enforcing. Great point made by @rioferdy5 on @btsport last night. That defenders will now be told to take the man out. Have you considered thinking rather than letting your inner child tweet?

    @bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

    @bt_uk very frustrated Fibre100 customer here - it should be called FIbre15!! Continued intermittent faults since last Sept.Have spent crazy amounts of time reporting faults and have had 3 no shows from engineers when booked. Fault reported on 4 Apr still not fixed! WHEN?!?

    @bt_uk Is the service down in Stevenston, North Ayrshire? My router keeps dropping connection and now it keeps flashing purple. Tried restarting it several times. Was working fine till around an hour or so ago.

    Yet another day with frustratingly slow, intermittent internet. I'm told there are no faults with our line but there is as we have a fault reference.@bt_uk this is unacceptable especially in the current situation where we rely on it for home home schooling & WFH. So frustrating.

    worst experience ever with @bt_uk. Sub standard equipment then staff that make guarantees that are false try to meme you pay for things due to there sub standard equipment and then supervisors just avoid a resolution. Stay away if you want decent product and service. #Disgusting

    Constantly getting a “weak security” warning for my @BT_uk Wi-fi on my @apple iPhone XR and it is doing my head in 🤯. Wi-fi becomes slow to virtually non-existent on my phone and makes Wi-Fi pointless 😡🤬.

    @stuskl @bt_uk That is also one of my questions. Should be £27. However I was expecting a discount due to bo/little usable WiFi for the first month of being here. I was 1 week away from being able to cancel my contract as it was so poor. Its a joke.
