Fred Parry (@fredparry3) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you canโt load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me Iโm connected and then the loooong wait!

Tried reporting though finding anything on BT website is a major task in itself! Any time I test the speed and connection it tells me itโs good and no fault. #Homehub5

As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.
