@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

@btsport Your app on PS5 hasn't been working for weeks at this point and your iOS app consistently stops and is annoying to cast to the TV. Sort it out. Already charging a ridiculous amount for what you give and you can't even provide a consistent service.

So, @BTCare you have charged me £9.99 for ‘connecting to a service’. The same service that was a week late being connected to. The same service that caused us to miss a day of our holiday? So much for the compensation promised.
