@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

  • emmaroo74 Emma Smith (@emmaroo74) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk OMG! Why did I become a BT customer? You have to be the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I joined you on 18th October and its been a disaster since. Please can someone who knows what they are doing contact me.

@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

  • johnclarke1 John Clarke (@johnclarke1) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp another 2 engineers joined the “I’m not even qualified to do this job” elite club today. Starting to feel sorry for all 6 of them (so far), especially with the gas prices soaring..coming all the way down to West London for a lunchbreak…

  • kevsmac Kevin McAleer (@kevsmac) reported

They actually wanted to charge me a delivery cost for the replacement equipment as well. This just gets better and better. Here's a tip - focus on the customer, not the process... Process automate things, so you're just being stupid, faster. @BTCare @bt_uk @btbusinesscare

  • tony_sutton Tony Sutton (@tony_sutton) reported

@Kirsty0076 @bt_uk My mum had the same issue (BT too) earlier today. Supposed to be around 40Mbps but it dropped to 1Mbps! A reboot of the router resolved it! Have you tried it yet?

Thank you @bt_uk for your shocking customer service. As a new customer, I am shocked that Wendy can deal with complaints, she is the manager and cannot help move a date due. When I get last minute texts after two date changes when we need Wifi.

@bt_uk I have already discussed and when I did not get any help than I have tweeted here hence request you to help me out
