10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

  • KeithBr89743464 Keith Brown (@KeithBr89743464) reported

@bt_uk hey, I was wondering if you could help me possibly: I was just shafted by sky and charged a termination fee even though was never told about it, and had final bill month before. Was told you can cover termination fees however I’m not sure I believe @SkyUK

  • running_gooner Brian Russell (@running_gooner) reported

@BTCare hi, could you confirm the number is should call for the tech support that comes with my BT package? Thanks

  • SoddenGecko SoddenGecko 🦎 (@SoddenGecko) reported

@bt_uk The lights on the hub are orange, and rebooting it won't solve the issue as the fibre box is not receiving any light from the head-end (PON failure). The fault won't be cleared until the PON light goes green.

  • PaulGreenTPB Paul Green. (@PaulGreenTPB) reported

So the repair after #stormarwen that @bt_uk said was fixed was a temporary repair and that's why again we lost service and why the service continues to be below the level I am paying for. As confirmed by #openreach engineer today.

  • running_gooner Brian Russell (@running_gooner) reported
