    @MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

    @bt_uk You mistakenly cut me off instead of my neighbour three weeks ago; despite a thousand apologies, and assurances that I would be reconnected by 11th Dec I still have no service - I now have to set aside a least an hour to try to contact you again - you are a shambles

    @bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

    @eddiebhoy71 @bt_uk Aye a know its openreach, we wer trying to get sky broadband as part of our package and didn't know that BT have the rights for the first year but our sky fiber was crap, always cut off between 12-1 for some reason and ran slow, BTs been much better so far

    @bt_uk Hi, you've sent me a minihub while I'm waiting for a home move installation. Tried to set it up but it tells me "no sim". There is a sim (which I haven't touched) and the hub is fully charged. Please help!

    @bt_uk same person also tries to tell me I will never be without Wi-fi, despite my parents & sister both being without Wi-fi for extended periods of time with you doing the bare minimum to fix with no urgency. She then back tracked. Annoying moment 3.

    So, we are paying for a fibre service we don’t have. We have no idea when an engineer might attend again and connect us. We cannot book another appointment and are wholly in the hands of “specialist team” who don’t seem to want to contact us. Good work @bt_uk

    @bt_uk so much for promises of a welfare case and things being sorted. A week has now passed with no working phone or lifeline and you have left an elderly and vulnerable person completely isolated and cut off and unable to call for help. Shame on you. just false promises & lies
