Continued intermittent faults since last Sept.Have spent crazy amounts of time reporting faults and have had 3 no shows from engineers when booked. Fault reported on 4 Apr still not fixed! WHEN?!?

Had 2 new routers sent out which havent fixed the issue either. (im writing this on mobile data as the internet is down currently too)
