I hope u don’t treat others the way u treated me. I would like 2 know what action you are taking + reassurance u won’t do this to anyone else

    Greed and Corruption has blighted football for far too long. Not enough that several clubs, from certain leagues, get automatic CL entry, they want even more. Shameful. Sky/BTsport/PremierSports, you are all part of the problem. You’ll get no more money from me.@SkySports

    @virginmedia any plans on installing fibre in the Irvine area as @bt_uk clearly can't provide any sort of reliable service.

    I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

    @bt_uk My BT service is terrible. I have to reconnect my mobile to house wi-fi every time i return to the house. Every bill gets higher and higher and got a letter recently saying theres more price increases on the way

    @btsport Terrible new format all buttons iPads everybody pressing screens 8 games in half an hour Analysis in the other half an hour ,so dark its like a Cinema I hate it

    @bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

    @bt_uk very frustrated Fibre100 customer here - it should be called FIbre15!! Continued intermittent faults since last Sept.Have spent crazy amounts of time reporting faults and have had 3 no shows from engineers when booked. Fault reported on 4 Apr still not fixed! WHEN?!?

    To anyone interested. Never use @bt_uk for your Internet or phone. Shambles of a company. 6 years if issues, no interested in fixing the problems. So called tech experts that don't know how to reset a router. Always the same response.

    @bt_uk Tbh, our BT Internet is so poor we haven't been able to stream HD for months. If I complain, you check, tell nothing is wrong, it magically works for a few days, then it stops again til I next complain.

    @bt_uk After years of trouble free use, my WiFi has been all over the place in the last few weeks. I reported a fault just before Xmas when my speed which is usually 50+ suddenly dropped to almost 0. This was fixed within 24 hours, but in the last day or two has been erratic again. 🤔

    @bt_uk I couldn't get reliable internet over Ethernet with BT, buffering videos and connection issues in games. Now I'm with Virgin, not had a single issue

    Once again @bt_uk internet is constantly dropping out, no sign of any fault. We’ve had new modems, engineers sent out and nothing still being done. Sadly live in a village and only can get 2 providers here, yet it’s shocking the level of service the internet provides out here.
