@bt_uk You mistakenly cut me off instead of my neighbour three weeks ago; despite a thousand apologies, and assurances that I would be reconnected by 11th Dec I still have no service - I now have to set aside a least an hour to try to contact you again - you are a shambles

  • thistleboy1 Michael Kenny (@thistleboy1) reported from Bishopbriggs, Scotland

@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

  • Bethalie9 Bethalie (@Bethalie9) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

  • Macca87 Andy McNeill (@Macca87) reported from Thornliebank, Scotland

  • fleuroriginale LisaBH (@fleuroriginale) reported

@bt_uk So I was told it’s fibre tv , like I had with Virgin , also it’s clearly been mid- sold to me. Please give me a solution that’s not going to cost me money. I knew I shouldn’t have used BT after the issues I had previously .

  • beachjunkey Lee White (@beachjunkey) reported

@bt_uk This is what we’ve already done. We’ve had engineers out to look at our internal set up and it’s fine. The engineer couldn’t find a fault but there is as we’ve got no service. If I text this number will the cycle just start again. We keep getting this

  • danishlulz danish (@danishlulz) reported

@flickzyay @LFCRedRobbo @bt_uk Is that why you never made the grade? Couldn't take a penalty?

  • SYFR South Yorkshire Fire (@SYFR) reported

@bt_uk is reporting a big increase in 999 calls, due in part to the hot weather. The very high volume of calls may result in a slight delay in some emergency calls being answered. BT has called on people to only call 999 if it's a genuine emergency to help keep call volumes low

  • hangonjames1967 Richie Griswold 🇬🇧🍷and thats what she said💉 (@hangonjames1967) reported

@bt_uk That’s rich. My BT broadband is so rubbish we can only watch one of our 3 skyQ boxes at any one time. Or use an Xbox. But can’t do 2 things at once. Don’t be fooled by this garbage. OurBT broadband is so slow I keep listening for dial up sounds.

  • Jake___7 Jake (@Jake___7) reported
