Tried reporting though finding anything on BT website is a major task in itself! Any time I test the speed and connection it tells me it’s good and no fault. #Homehub5

Fred Parry (@fredparry3) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

I log in to watch a replay and it’s never there or it comes up with an error. Also very poorly designed interface. Nothing intuitive or logical about it. Easier to use the BT TV app and that’s poor too!
