More issues accessing @bt_uk having so many problems with emails last few weeks. I will have to change provider asap, luckily not under contract although been with long time. It's too bad now.

Hi @bt_uk , I get that sometimes things prop up and appointments have to be ‘moved back’, but it’s not great customer service to not give me a new date! I WILL NOT be paying for these extra days of no internet, which WILL impact my work!

Why are some customer service chat experiences so poor! Just contacted @bt_uk and they wanted my account number to proceed, even though I started the chat from my app (which I logged into)! Absolute madness!!
