Hi @bt_uk, I DM'd you but got an automated reply so not sure if the message will get to an agent. I keep getting reminder messages to return the old kit you kindly replaced, however I sent it back a few weeks ago and so am now worried about getting a charge. Please can you help?

@bt_uk are pretty useless. Log a broadband fault and their system says they hope to fix it by the 7th February. What sort of SLA is that consider what we pay for BT FTTC and line that is a joke!

@BritishTelecom shocking cus service as usual. Double chrgd for BTsport (via Sky and direct with BT) genuine error. Receive final reminder/threat to pass to debt agency today (no previous bills)call up to sort &they are insisting I pay- although I’ve already paid for through Sky

Hey @bt_uk mind explaining this? My speeds should not be this bad. I usually get an average speed between 10 and 12 Mbp/s. But the last few days my speeds have been pathetically slow.
