Kate (@kateloudavies) reported from Watton, England@bt_uk so glad I wasted my entire day, the guy on the phone didn’t really care and offered max of £25 back. My job depends on WiFi and I deferred my start date, which now has to be done AGAIN. But I’ll need to pay for the hotspot so it’s a bit cheeky isn’t it? Hotspot sucks btw.

Joshua Issitt (@joeissitt) reported from Attleborough, England@WestHamUtd, @NorwichCityFC and @MotoGP all on at the same time tomorrow.... Help! @btsport
-
Sean Greentree (@SeanGreentree) reported from Attleborough, EnglandI’m beginning to think that I’ve made a bad choice in @BTCare. 5 lunch hours in a row trying to get my old Premium email account transferred to my new Broadband account. Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!
-
Jake Humphrey 💙 (@mrjakehumphrey) reported from Great Massingham, England@LittleOlivia7 @btsport @raphaelvarane I guess we could have done, however, may have caused issues. It wasn’t planned, and we were all playing it by ear. Rio felt more comfortable just congratulating him and i think it made great TV. 👍🏻
-
Kate (@kateloudavies) reported from Watton, EnglandWhen you wait in all day for @bt_uk engineer to arrive, call them to chase it up and get told they’ve cancelled and no one was going to tell us. Waiting weeks & still waiting. Not even an alternative date. Awful considering we bought into their hotspot to rectify this issue 🙃
-
Sean Greentree (@SeanGreentree) reported from Attleborough, England@bt_uk I haven’t. But will give it a go. However, my old Premium account is suspended as I was told to cancel the DD on that when I took the new account out - as I’d get it free. But that hasn’t stopped the payment chasers and hence eventual suspension. I’ve explained this many times!
-
Lord Porridge (@IChewPorridge) reported from Watton, England@bt_uk I printed them off your internet page - are they really unique to me, because I didn’t have to login
-
Nicola Daykin (@NicDaykin) reported from Northwold, EnglandCannot believe further incompetence of @bt_uk. 10 days without phone or broadband. Engineer booked Thurs for today. Danny V (@danzell33) reported from Shouldham, England@bt_uk your customer service is awful, sent you a complaint over a week ago due to no broadband and it's still not even been reviewed!!! Was told my partner would get a call within 48hrs, absolute joke.
-
Simon Daykin (@SimonDaykin) reported from Northwold, England@btcare you fail on yesterday’s install, then bombard me with urgent messages to contact you. I do, and 7 calls later and over 3 hours on call (being cut off by you after 30 mins), I’m losing the will. When I placed the order you were amazingly attentive and quick. Funny that
-
Nicola Daykin (@NicDaykin) reported from Northwold, England@bt_uk I’ve purchased a dongle which you offered me, had no service for 2 weeks, spent 2 1/2hrs on the phone, taken 2 rest days waiting for an engineer spent a fortune on mobile data, turned up on the wrong shift for work and my son in meltdown as he can’t submit college work...
-
iDifficult 💨 (@IChewPorridge) reported from Watton, England@bt_uk Broadband service working fine. Eventually times out logging in.

Trina S 💙 (@BrownEyedGirlGB) reported@bt_uk you then went onto confirm to refuse to cancel the Digital Voice appointment even though your records show the telecare equipment hasn’t been upgraded yet and that the notes say I’ll be in touch when it is. Rep went on to say we might be left without a line, like a threat
-

-
GM (@Giseldi1) reported@bt_uk how you guys accumulate the most retarded customer service agents in the world is genuinely impressive
-
Amy Lou (@Lashes_N_Ink) reported@bt_uk why do your representatives feel it is ok to hang up on elderly customers? I’ve been helping my nan with internet, told 2 different stories, didn’t show up on installation date, then told can’t do it because of careline, £95 offer revoked. Disgusting behaviour!
-
emze (@KerZE87) reported@bt_uk I already know there’s an issue as this was discussed on a community Facebook page. But it would’ve been nice to have been told by email or text that there was an issue.
-
RaeRubyRae (@RaeRubyRaeK) reported@bt_uk Now I can’t log into the website either without giving you my mobile number? What about someone who doesn’t have a mobile number? You’re actively discriminating against people who might not be fully digital. @Ofcom stop allowing BT to pull this crap!

Trevor Chenery (@Krisp06) reported@countrymousie @btbusinesscare I wouldn't have thought so. You can keep your landline but you would need to move it -eventually - to a 'digital supplier' when the line service finally ends. However, I checked with Dr Google & his Elves & they made the following points which sound like very good news. "Starlink does not directly provide a traditional copper landline service, but it can fully replace one as part of the UK PSTN switch-off by supporting Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services. You can keep your existing phone number and handset by using a VoIP adapter connected to the Starlink router, suitable for replacing old copper lines. How it Works: Starlink provides high-speed internet, allowing you to use third-party VoIP providers (e.g., Plexatalk, Premitel) to make calls via your internet connection. Requirements: You will need a VoIP Analogue Telephone Adapter (ATA) to plug your existing telephone handset into the Starlink Wi-Fi router. Suitability: VoIP over Starlink is ideal for rural areas where copper is being removed, offering sufficient speed and reliability.Alternatives: If you do not wish to use VoIP, you may look at mobile phone-based solutions, which are also often used when replacing old copper lines. As the UK moves towards a digital-only network by 2027, switching to a VoIP service via a broadband connection like Starlink is a common solution." You need to find & check it al lout with a good IT man to help you through the key steps & stages. You may also need to invest in new telephone hand sets around your house to replace your old BT ones. You won't need wires to connect them, it all works digitally through the air.

DemonicSuccubus (@MissSatanism) reportedNah @bt_uk you’re having a laugh. They finally turn up nearly 3 hours LATE! Why is it so difficult for you to have HUMANS answer a phone? Stop automating your **** with AI voices and options. It’s a piss take.

KG40 (@KG40332532) reported@bt_uk Please fix the problem with your email. x
