Cannot believe further incompetence of @bt_uk. 10 days without phone or broadband. Engineer booked Thurs for today. Chasing ETA appt has cancelled and rescheduled for tues. no reason, no conversation just changed AND complaint has been closed as resolved! I DONT THINK SO 😡 LIVID

@bt_uk My wife spoke to the “loyalty guys” and did indeed “sort” something out,but it doesn’t detract from the way the deal was offered in the first place and how you can treat people/contracts the way you do

@DavidGArnold @bt_uk If it’s any consolation (I doubt it), I am going through this drama with @virginmedia at the moment. 3.5 hours of my life (mostly on hold) wasted talking to people who have no idea how to give me the service I am paying for. Are there any reliable broadband providers out there?

@DavidGArnold @bt_uk So Vodafone were in third place I guess? I've just dumped them because they could not give me access to my own account. I spent hours on the phone with them, the reset password email never arrived. When they sent me a temporary one time password it didn't work. Etc.

@bt_uk @DrJohnCosgrove I have this exact same problem too. The mini hub works great for everything apart from iPlayer. After a minute of playing, the hub stops connecting, red light shows.

@bt_uk Hi BT, my mum has been unable to receive emails on her iPhone & iPad all day. The internet connection is fine, and if she logs into bt mail through safari it works fine. Can you help please?

@bt_uk Ok. I have been up early trying to do an hours work.... will try again now. This is an ongoing problem though and needs to be sorted out permanently to enable my family to work and study.

@bt_uk It’s not a fault to report though, the connection has consistently been awful for as long as we’ve been here, I’m particularly noticing it now as I’m relying on it so much. Not sure what to do in this scenario?
