Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

My job depends on WiFi and I deferred my start date, which now has to be done AGAIN. But I’ll need to pay for the hotspot so it’s a bit cheeky isn’t it? Hotspot sucks btw.

However, my old Premium account is suspended as I was told to cancel the DD on that when I took the new account out - as I’d get it free. But that hasn’t stopped the payment chasers and hence eventual suspension. I’ve explained this many times!

Waiting weeks & still waiting. Not even an alternative date. Awful considering we bought into their hotspot to rectify this issue 🙃

I do, and 7 calls later and over 3 hours on call (being cut off by you after 30 mins), I’m losing the will. When I placed the order you were amazingly attentive and quick. Funny that
