  @yellowblue71 @bt_uk I guess that's the issue with 'stamping out online hate'. There's a difference between criticism and hate. For example, I could say that a large portion of kpop fans need to grow up, which would be criticism. But hate would be every single man/woman, teenager/adult or someone of
