    @bt_uk I’ve purchased a dongle which you offered me, had no service for 2 weeks, spent 2 1/2hrs on the phone, taken 2 rest days waiting for an engineer spent a fortune on mobile data, turned up on the wrong shift for work and my son in meltdown as he can’t submit college work...

    Cannot believe further incompetence of @bt_uk. 10 days without phone or broadband. Engineer booked Thurs for today. Chasing ETA appt has cancelled and rescheduled for tues. no reason, no conversation just changed AND complaint has been closed as resolved! I DONT THINK SO 😡 LIVID

    @bt_uk what a ******* joke. Internet doesn’t work, we call up and you can’t fix it till 29th. So we can’t go anywhere due to COVID and have no internet to speak to family! Thanks for a shitty Christmas

    Upgraded my @bt_uk broadband in 2017, have never had good speed or stability. I learn today that I've been paying for 14mbps since then. #servicefail

    I despise @bt_uk and their internet service with a passion, twice in 2 days it has dropped totally in the house for no reason... the amount of times we’ve had engineers out aswell to have this issue resolved is ridiculous as it obviously isn’t resolved! 🤬

    @bt_uk BT have been doing work at the end of the road, all of a sudden we loose internet and phoneline, the engineers left and the next appointment is on the 29th! Cant contact any family members over christmas and my nan cant even phone in an emergency! Thanks!

    @bt_uk I get a red LOS light at 4pm on Xmas eve (your issue) & you say you can’t get an engineer to me till the 29th? You won’t supply a dongle or any wifi to me. Accept 6 days without wifi over Xmas while I pay you? Please tell me how this is anything other than awful service?
