    I’m beginning to think that I’ve made a bad choice in @BTCare. 5 lunch hours in a row trying to get my old Premium email account transferred to my new Broadband account. Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

    @bt_uk so glad I wasted my entire day, the guy on the phone didn’t really care and offered max of £25 back. My job depends on WiFi and I deferred my start date, which now has to be done AGAIN. But I’ll need to pay for the hotspot so it’s a bit cheeky isn’t it? Hotspot sucks btw.

    @bt_uk I’ve purchased a dongle which you offered me, had no service for 2 weeks, spent 2 1/2hrs on the phone, taken 2 rest days waiting for an engineer spent a fortune on mobile data, turned up on the wrong shift for work and my son in meltdown as he can’t submit college work...

    @bt_uk I haven’t. But will give it a go. However, my old Premium account is suspended as I was told to cancel the DD on that when I took the new account out - as I’d get it free. But that hasn’t stopped the payment chasers and hence eventual suspension. I’ve explained this many times!

    When you wait in all day for @bt_uk engineer to arrive, call them to chase it up and get told they’ve cancelled and no one was going to tell us. Waiting weeks & still waiting. Not even an alternative date. Awful considering we bought into their hotspot to rectify this issue 🙃

    Cannot believe further incompetence of @bt_uk. 10 days without phone or broadband. Engineer booked Thurs for today. Chasing ETA appt has cancelled and rescheduled for tues. no reason, no conversation just changed AND complaint has been closed as resolved! I DONT THINK SO 😡 LIVID

    Big shout out to @bt_uk engineers today for setting up my new Full Fibre in difficult conditions. But a big NO NO to @bt_uk customer service for not sending out the equipment to set up. Now without broadband and phone until it arrives

    @bt_uk worst experience ever & it's not over yet 😭 😭 😭 Ordered fiber to property not working & turned off my working broadband. Day 12 still no engineer assigned & told another 5 working days + for an update for assignment. 5 updates of no info so far 😭 😭 😭 #waitingforever

    @bt_uk Nope. We have a fully working Openreach box with lights and a working serial number but no address means no order. You and Openreach have been unable (for some unfathomable reason) to add my address to your records. For the love of God please fix this! #shoddyservice

    @bt_uk It’ll not be paid I can tell you that much. I did keep the proof but as this was weeks ago and I hadn’t heard anything I thought all was fine. Terrible way to treat an ex customer. Not a chance I’ll be going back. @skytv at least treat you better.

    @bt_uk Hi it’s Hedley Rees. 4 The orchard wallasey, Wirral, Ch45 5JN. Account number GB10024276. Hedley has rapidly deteriorating Alzheimer’s- so you can imagine the problems being unable to contact them are causing. A visit was promised again today- no show

    @bt_uk I have had no internet for two weeks until weekend ... I have just allowed a complaint to be closed.. now no internet again .. my wife’s works from home for NHS… now got to wait 2hrs for return call …not happy
