@BTCare I'm counting the days until either Virgin cover my area or you give me full fibre. My upload speed is currently 200kbps. I have had 2 engineers out in the last 2 months and it gets better for 2-3 weeks then back to ****.

@MarcAllera @EE @bt_uk Feeling extremely perturbed after viewing EE’s latest advert where Kevin Bacon is remotely shaving Tom Ellis’ face on a mountain range. EE’s claim of network coverage anywhere but yet no coverage in NN12 8PL - we have no stable WiFi connection and only 2G mobile connection! 😡

@bt_uk I’ve done it, it says a fault has been found. I’m not doing this merry go round again. EVERY time the open reach engineers come they plug their device in and say “we see there’s been a problem but there’s no problem at the moment…”
