Cannot believe further incompetence of @bt_uk. 10 days without phone or broadband. Engineer booked Thurs for today. Chasing ETA appt has cancelled and rescheduled for tues. no reason, no conversation just changed AND complaint has been closed as resolved! I DONT THINK SO 😡 LIVID

@bt_uk I’ve purchased a dongle which you offered me, had no service for 2 weeks, spent 2 1/2hrs on the phone, taken 2 rest days waiting for an engineer spent a fortune on mobile data, turned up on the wrong shift for work and my son in meltdown as he can’t submit college work...

@bt_uk Over 48 hrs now so BT will have to compensate the whole village for each day that goes by now as per our contracts 😞😞😞😞what exactly is the problem? I have asked but no answer to my question as of yet! Our digital phones are not working either!

@bt_uk hi. I am unable to login to my ‘My BT’ account online. The website keeps saying ‘we can’t find a BT account with that BT ID’ and get same messages for email, phone number and account number. Is there a problem on ‘my bt’ verifying account logons ? Thanks.
