@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk I’ve phoned customer servagain myself, agent had no idea what was going pipped has been placed incorrectly again by BT staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No managers apparently available. Been promised another callback Monday but am holding my breath. So much for being a customer for decades

@bt_uk hey how long is the wait for installations in London at the moment please? Virgin unable to provide any kind of stable service I’d like to move and am seeing how long I’d have to wait, I’m so sick of the rubbish from Virgin!
