@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@Perranarworthal @bt_uk I think our problem is foot thick granite walls... And a couple of new bandwidth-hungry neighbours!

@bt_uk Move service. But with a delay as we were waiting for our house to be built.

@bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

  • Ace_pseudonym Ollie Kirkbride (@Ace_pseudonym) reported from Camborne, England

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk you allowed another provider to take my internet mistakenly, waited 3 weeks under the promise it would be fixed. Your solution now…FIND ANOTHER INTERNET PROVIDER?! What an absolute joke!!!!!!

  • artaylors Alan.R.Taylor (@artaylors) reported

@bt_uk This is not a complaint just like to know what to expect bc when I get up and running with broadband, and should it be faulty as breaking up ect I will have no doubt it'll be the 20yr to 30yr old cable it's connect to will be the problem most likely

  • lardconcepts Jonathan Harris (@lardconcepts) reported

@That_Welsh_Git @bt_uk Ah! That is EXACTLY the problem I was having. I have partially worked round it by installing the Cloudflare Warp app which tunnels stuff like a VPN. I also found that chaning my DNS for both v4 and v6 to 1.1.1.1 has massively reduced DNS errors, but there's still some problems

  • livchappers LIV (@livchappers) reported

@bt_uk I'm trying to contact someone about our wifi being extremely unreliable. Ive been contacting for months trying to find a solution but nothing has been suitable.

  • aaronmjenks aaron (@aaronmjenks) reported

@bt_uk I’m having a line fitted at my new address but need an update on when this will be happening I can’t get through on the phone. Can you help please.

  • JBPheadspace observing-thinking (@JBPheadspace) reported

@bt_uk my 85 year old disabled mother was supposed to have a BT landline installed on 04/11. 2 weeks on and she’s STILL WITHOUT A PHONE. This is truly the most appalling service - you should be ashamed. But you’ll just ‘blame’ Openreach. V v unhappy 😡

  • ReissParkinson Reiss Parkinson (@ReissParkinson) reported

@bt_uk what a poor show, appalling service, rude incompetent staff a complete failure at every level. #herenottohelp

  • Spenno1989 Craig Spencer (@Spenno1989) reported

@bt_uk Another appointment missed due to @bt_uk failing to confirm with openreach. We now have an appointment in December which is a joke. Starting to re-consider tying myself into an 18 month contract if this is the service.

  • luafcam jessica (@luafcam) reported

@bt_uk how do I report my wifi as not working if I don’t have a landline?

  • artaylors Alan.R.Taylor (@artaylors) reported

@bt_uk It's your engineers, that's delivering poor customer service
