    @bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @bt_uk I am not prepared to ring again. Be put on hold for upto an hour for the problem not to be resolved. Can you please get someone to call me.

    @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

    @bt_uk thanks for checking I had a call from BT and got this resolved. Thanks for checking. I’ve decided to join BT for broadband, do you know if there’s any chance of speeding up the activation date? I’ve been given just over 2 weeks, but I have less than 14 days to cancel my current.

    @bt_uk We have found a fault in the network and have submitted this to our engineers. We aim to fix this on Saturday 21 Nov between 8am-1pm Keep track of progress using the BT app (Fault Ref: VOL055-5890557560284). Still no sign of an engineer.
