@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk Despite getting a DM from you on 01/12/22 saying "That's marked off now for you" Today I got an email saying "Return your kit to avoid charges" Do I have to go via the Executive Customer Resolution Team again to get this resolved once and for all?

Internet BT!! Switched from Sky to avoid a rubbish signal, and I have a rubbish signal!! @bt_uk the EE back up doesn’t even bloody work! Sort it out
