    @bt_uk I am not prepared to ring again. Be put on hold for upto an hour for the problem not to be resolved. Can you please get someone to call me.

    @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @bt_uk My mother is 85 and partially sighted her broadband has been down all day so we cannot reach her by phone or mobile as both rely on internet connection I cannot get to speak to anyone at BT to discuss it. #verypoorservice

    @btsport hey any reason that I can’t watch the main event from last nights @ufc card? Literally the only good fight on it and it’s not available? Your site is constantly plagued with issues, I’d be better of streaming it from somewhere dodgy

    @David_Freeburn @btsport @AFL I think I know why. It might be an issue with music rights between Seven and Fox, which distributes the broadcasts internationally. We get the same in the US too. Not an issue with BT, alas. It’s why the int’l broadcasts don’t show the pregame concerts for the GF.

    @bt_uk I get that issues happen but this is a paid-for service where people haven’t received what they were told they would get if they paid. Also, why is there no mention of, or apology for, this mistake on the actual app - why can we only find out on Twitter?

    @bt_uk Hi I'm having trouble with your my bt app, it has let me create an account put in passwords etc, but when I actually try to log in it says there is a problem and try later. I've had this for a few days now. Any help or thoughts. Thanks

    @bt_uk BT Full Fibre giving me 6.78mbps. Are you having a laugh? Been hanging on your chat line. Expected response time 20 minutes. I've been waiting 40 now. DON'T GET BT FULL FIBRE! IT'S **** #BTfullfibre
