@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

The only issue with watching #AUSvIND on @btsport is that some of the graphics e.g tables etc are not shown, so you don't know what the commentators are on about Going to have to switch to @FoxCricket

@bt_uk This is a residential line but due to Covid we both work from home. It’s not just our house it’s a lot of houses I don’t know why they can’t fix it on a bank holiday. I pay you for internet and you outsource to open reach

@bt_uk Of course there’s problems with the service. BT made Liverpool play at 12.30. Now jota is injured. Also I pay for 100mb internet and I’m lucky to get 20. As soon as the contract finishes I’m getting virgin

@BTCare no actions taken after promises of reimbursement for poor service. Poor service continues, but now it’s impossible to run speed tests. Always fails
