@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk Updates? All I know is I went to the GPs after they left and the main road I live off had at least 8 Openreach vans doing repairs. The road my cul-de-sac is off isn’t that long. I was told by one operative there were numerous issues in my area

@btsportfootball @btsport I bought a monthly BT pass at 8.48 to watch tonight’s football and despite your website saying instant access I have found a page saying you need UP TO 15 mins to activate my account, it’s been 30 mins and still won’t let me watch can u help pls

@oldheatonian @btsport Because he wasnt spat on. Ffs Steve it was a kid on Twitter who said that. If he was spat on Schar would have said so by now out of instinct he would have wiped his face when he got up which he didnt do. He just bent down close and said something nasty.
