@btbusinesscare after 3 months of lockdown BT cut off my line and broadband just as I reopened my shop. They cited that another company was taking over my line. I can assure you this is not the case. I now cannot take card payments in my shop! I raised a complaint this morning

@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk called to cancel part of my business package and told I have to sign a new 36mth deal to retain my business number plus pay £250 to cancel part of the package. Have been a customer for 30yrs. Once contact ends, I'll find another supplier. Rubbish service!

@bt_uk I had an engineer scheduled to arrive today between 0800-1300 which I’ve just found out isn’t happening. Nobody decided to call or email me to let me know but instead updated the BT app (which also didn’t give me any sort of notification.) Awful service.

@btbusinesscare Well I would DM you but it appears that I’m unable to to send anything to you. Formal complaint ref is IMP-107429764. I emailed the person who was supposedly dealing with it on Monday and they haven’t even bothered responding.

@bt_uk My password is reset, so I no longer need help. Perhaps you should look into why it is possible to log into an account with two different passwords? It suggests to me that your website is not in any way secure.

@bt_uk wow again. How long should I normally expect to wait for a complaint to be acknowledged? Do you just keep closing complaints by email so as to meet targets rather than help customers. Why is it impossible to get any reasonable answers?

Is @bt_uk the worst company for customer service? Cut off my elderly parents-in-law phone, Wi-fi etc with no warning (this is the 2nd time) citing non payment of £12 when they have a DD. Old people who rely on their phone and Wi-fi totally to prevent loneliness & isolation 😡

@bt_uk An upgrade to an existing service. I have attempted to raise my concerns with someone via live chat on your website but Im being told I now need to call up the installation team to rectify this. Even though it’s not my fault. Oh an a paltry offer of £25 for a wasted day.

@mich250385 @MarcAllera @bt_uk I also didn’t leave, was cancelled by BT & now they are taking forever to reconnect. I can’t even order broadband! I was promised all would be done by the 10th and have that in an email but now it’s the 14th. No credible information. I bet a new customer would get services sooner

@bt_uk Now in twentieth day without Internet and phone line. #BT promise to ring us on Monday evening (that will be after 23 days without a service). What exactly is going on here and why are they allowed to treat us like this? @Ofcom
