Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

I can assure you this is not the case. I now cannot take card payments in my shop! I raised a complaint this morning

However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.
