    @bt_uk I am not prepared to ring again. Be put on hold for upto an hour for the problem not to be resolved. Can you please get someone to call me.

    @bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

    @BrennanSurgeon @bt_uk Our broadband was out whenever windy and wet (10 months of the year in Cornwall) After much online testing and to and fro-ing with @bt_uk they sent someone to actually look at the pole The box was hanging upside down and filling with rainwater- fixed easily #humanfactors

    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk Nope, on the login page, option for forgot password, this asks to confirm email address, then the next screen is a security question, does nothing after correct entry. Other option to input account details, does nothing.

    @BTCare and @WeAreOpenreach **** up again. 15 years I've had "incorrect address" details, that I can't see but every year come renewal I get told I live next door, and every year I ask for the details to be changed and they never are.

    @bt_uk @Ofcom No BT broadband or landline service since 29/01/22, I contacted you to to get this sorted out but your bot does not allow me to get this done I've now paid over £100 to you & had nothing in the way of a service, now a 3rd bill Why should I be paying you for this? >>

    My @bt_uk Internet isn't staying connected for more than 30 seconds at a time :/ I've been asking for ages to go on fibre to the box but there's no bandwidth in my area. It really really sucks.

    @bt_uk Thanks for getting back but too late I'm afraid. Spoke to Sky last night and sorted a deal with them at half price what am currently paying BT (and faster). Note - their deal is open to existing customer too.

    @bt_uk i am having an issue with my broadband connection, a bit of a pain as working from home, router flashing pink then orange but no connection, tried restarting but no joy
