@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@virginmedia come on. You just have a good idea from the outage earlier today how long this is going to take. I’m trying to WFH with Covid. @bt_uk how long does it take to switch providers?

@keiranatharmony @virginmedia @bt_uk I will be doing the same, fed up with Virgin lack of service, and their constant prices rises that are way above inflation, enough is enough now, bye bye Virgin
-
Muhammad Brown

@keiranatharmony @virginmedia @bt_uk BT are more expensive than my current virgin package and I have TV phone and Internet. I understand frustration about recent service but overall virgin have been good for years, they are just going through a rough patch because their owner thought he could orbit the earth.

(@MissBlabarella) reported
@keiranatharmony @virginmedia @bt_uk I had to move from BT to Virgin after BT was extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately, Virgin is the only provider that doesn't need a landline to install the internet (I don't have a landline). In the end, they are all terrible. They are only good at ripping us off.

@Jb_radley @virginmedia Not true, since leaving virgin and going to @bt_uk I've only had 1 single issue and that was due to a storm so was out of their control.

24 months with @bt_uk and I chose to switch to @virginmedia. I saved £5 extra every month, but I pay for that £5 in service outages. Never cheat on your broadband 👍
