    @btbusinesscare after 3 months of lockdown BT cut off my line and broadband just as I reopened my shop. They cited that another company was taking over my line. I can assure you this is not the case. I now cannot take card payments in my shop! I raised a complaint this morning

    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @BrennanSurgeon @bt_uk Our broadband was out whenever windy and wet (10 months of the year in Cornwall) After much online testing and to and fro-ing with @bt_uk they sent someone to actually look at the pole The box was hanging upside down and filling with rainwater- fixed easily #humanfactors

    Supposed to have an @bt_uk engineer visit today between 1-6pm. Can you tell me why no one has turned up or contacted me to say they couldn’t make it. Enjoy waiting in all afternoon for nothing. Piss poor service💩.

    @bt_uk Have to say my BT broadband sucks, tired of complaining, new hub numerous resetting of equipment and still periods it is unusable. If I wasn't on a contract, I would quit now!!!

    @sarahuntley @bt_uk We’ve literally spent months trying to sort it out. It has now been agreed by engineers that it’s a problem in our street. We just want to terminate our contract without fees so we can get fibre (which BT can’t provide here)

    the grass is not always greener. day 4 of @bt_uk internet and it’s died. trouble shooter when you login is a loop of the same question over and over. terrible experience so far. @virginmedia all is forgiven ps the box on the wall is literally screaming like an injured animal.
