@bt_uk I don't know how to send a DM via Twitter. I am just upset that my friend has been treated so badly and had to phone BT about 6 times a day. He is giving BT until Friday to fix the problem and then will revert to Sky if still no service.

@LonginusBrutus @btsport @btdrawtheline Social media is broken, we have seen what happens to "moderation", it's in the eyes of the beholder. The platform is broken, as long as it keeps pushing certain narratives, it will always be broken, it's a terrible human social experiment that leads to the depression of millions.

Never known such a inadequate company as @BTCare - 5 months and still they can’t resolve issues!! If you’re thinking of going with them, here’s a tip - DON’T !!

  • Rower1969 Steve Rowe 💙 (@Rower1969) reported

@bt_uk @TimothyJBrown27 According to SONOS customer support (which is excellent) there IS a specific problem with Smart Hub 2 with the latest firmware upgrade (the point at which the disconnect issues started). The short term fix is to turn off 5 GHz on the router - but this is not a great fix.

  • 1mpossiblealice Layla (@1mpossiblealice) reported

@bt_uk Have tried this several times, it doesn't make much difference. Problem seems to come and go.

  • Greg_Plays Greg (@Greg_Plays) reported

Actually fuming about my ISP @bt_uk About 18 months ago I reported a fault and was told I was having between 10-20 drop outs of service each day. After multiple visits where ive been told the issue was fixed (it hasn’t been) ive now been told it’s up to 25-35 drop outs per day.

  • ncfcatwembley Zak Nelson (@ncfcatwembley) reported

@NorwichNow @bt_uk I would say I’ve found joy contacting them on Facebook. But seeing as the problem still isn’t resolved, I can’t really call it joy. At least they reply on there on though.
