@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

Anyone else on @bt_uk having trouble getting Twitch to work properly? Can watch streams but chat won't connect; some other websites like IMDB won't load at all

@_shaunirvine @bt_uk I work for BT aswell, although not a part of a technical team. Definitely a BT Issue though, seems like they’re having some widespread DNS/NAT Issues, so unfortunately some people won’t realise the issue therefore won’t report it. Hopefully will be resolved soon though

@_shaunirvine @bt_uk It started to fail around 12:15 its progressively getting worse. More and more sites going down. Can ping them but get zero response. DNS seems to be working so it must be a backhaul network problem.

@bt_uk my Internet is connected and speeds are showing fast but certain websites and my games console is not connecting to Internet. And ideas on when this issue will be resolved !
