@bt_uk It’s fine I understand there obviously is no loyalty with bt to customers or common sense used Regret advising my partner took out a bt contract and will cancel as soon as it is possible The same applies for my ee contract Have a good day

@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@bt_uk My partner whose house I have moved into has only just taken out a bt contract I wasn’t meant to be moving in as quickly as I have but had to due to work I understand terminating cost need upheld but over 400 quid charges to a customer who has been with bt for four years???

@bt_uk Absolutely awful service from BT. Forced my mother to change to a clearly inferior VOIP home phone which was again down today along with her broadband for over 3 hours today. This left an elderly pensioner with no phone or means of communication. Totally unacceptable.

@btsport you have the worst UX I have ever seen. You log into an account via the web but can’t login using same credentials to BT sport App! I’ve just cancelled my subscription. It’s probably too big to rewrite your systems so your pretty much stuck with this **** setup

@GlennMoore7 @TheDesKelly @btsport Wot would help is if the UCL teams played their UCL games on the same weekday night for all the round of matches. Wot complicates matter is Liverpool played Atalanta on Weds night but play Ajax on Tuesday. So they have to play their league game on Saturday
