    so because my mum didn’t take your offer of paying an extra £20 a month for wifi, you decide to make our current wifi so slow it doesn’t even load a video. Do anything for extra money @BTCare @bt_uk

    @bt_uk terrible service been on the phone for 30 minutes to someone that is no help what's so ever and rude then ask for a manager to be told I have no right to talk to a manager I have all this on video you cannot treat people like this

    @beverleyturner @RobroyTroy12 @virginmedia @bt_uk Same over the river ! Engineer who visited told me to buy WiFi boosters from Amazon. Have bought 7 and signal gets to all rooms now plus a booster from Virgin, that was free. Have no plugs free now for vacuum though...,

    Hey @bt_uk my router keeps restarting itself between the hours of 9pm to 12pm everyday, I don't think this is normal so if you guys have a solution or an answer then I'd appreciate it.

    @bt_uk Broadband worked fine all over the house for years. Since the 'signal boosters' went on sale, the signsl upstairs is pretty much weak as dishwater. Will def be shopping around when contract is up....its like having dial up again. Fed up of seeing Lite versions

    @bt_uk So for my broadband that was supposed to be activated yesterday. I still have no connection. Because oh yes... I DO NOT HAVE A BROADBAND LINE! I tried using my phone line to connect to the internet. But enough is enough. You have lost me as a customer.
