    @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness Absolutely disgraced with BT Business! We’ve recently moved house and they couldn’t provide the same gFast service in my new address, however they want £800+ to cancel. Now I’ve had new orders on my account with my authorisation. Nightmare to deal with

    @moonie8404 @bt_uk Same here. Recorded message on their phone line says they are aware of a problem but there’s no mention of a timescale to fix it. Not good 😔
