I think we have had a telephone scam at 7.55am claiming to be from @bt_uk wanting to check@internet speed. Would like to report this to @bt_uk but their report page on their app is down.

@bt_uk hi, I'm having issues with my home broadband. We just got back from a weekend away and the modem has no lights flashing on it. It is plugged in and was working fine on Sunday morning. Sent a DM but seems to be a auto-response. Can you help? Thanks.

@BTCare Interesting. BT have offered me a deal on my Broadband called Halo 3. For that I get a 4G dongle in case my Broadband goes down at home and all for just an extra £12 a month. So now I can have **** Broadband and **** 4G reception in my area for just £12 extra a month.

@virginmedia just got off the phone with one of your staff members after being without internet for 6 days. You as company think £5 is acceptable to give back to your customers. A joke il will be leaving for another company thank can provide a better service. @bt_uk or @SkyUK

@AirtimeRewards is @bt_uk mobile on your reward programme,articles from 2019 and 2020 state it is, however when looking for bt as my network it's not showing,if need be I'll save what I earn and change networks in March 2022..thanks

@DaveThePepper @bt_uk Hi. I did. They spoke to their BT engineer who said I needed to give them some information but can never access the tech line given to me as IVR requires BT bband account number.

@bt_uk seeing as your diabolical customer service is stopping my business from running and your passing me from pillar to post for 6 weeks thought I'd try here. Fibre to the door pay 90 a month 4 engineers later one who's ****** it made it even worse!!
