@bt_uk I spent 1 hour 20 minutes on Wednesday transferred to 5 people and eventually they cut me off this is the worst company in the UK by a country mile I will be going to the media outlets over their handling of this case awful experience

@bt_uk "insulting" Fibre with BT Halo 3+ marketing ploy, "big fail", BT invitation upgrade offer letters sent out are then withdrawn by email for BT gain. Your @bt_uk punters are far from impressed, come on BT you can do better for your loyal customers.

@bt_uk Why did you go with @Norton their security software is crap. Bit like the last one you was with. The Norton Security with BT you don't even get VPN what a complete RIP OFF to BT Customers. @Norton when we go with taking your crap software off.
