    @bt_uk it’s just extremely slow!! It automatically disconnects and doesn’t allow me to reconnect for a while. And no I don’t.

    @bt_uk no internet since last Tuesday, two engineers didn’t show up(no one told me they wouldn’t come so I stayed at home both times), your customer support disconnected the line after making me hold for 1.5h.. are you going to do something about that or?

    @bt_uk I recently received compensation for a very badly managed broadband house move, only for BT to take most of it away for an installation fee - despite being told I wouldn't have to pay it. I closed the complaint associated with it but I'd definitely like to reopen this.
