  Another little gift from @bt_uk today - a price increase from March ... would be nice if they connected me to what I ordered first.. mistakes and mishaps since Feb 2020. I have a service but not the right one! Not exactly the speed guarantee promised on TV

  @bt_uk can someone help please. Engineer was supposed to come out to finish the work on 24th Feb. No one showed. No contact. I rang and have been told that it’s now been scheduled for 26th March. Been out over £100 on EE WiFi. Not acceptable @bt_uk
