  @bt_uk I have also had 2 dates given to me 1 is today the issue will be sorted or by 14th so which one is it, and will the lack of service be relevant to what I'm due to pay in the coming weeks for a rising service charge I currently can't use.

  @bt_uk As I’ve said previously: 1/mobile signal is terrible in my street. 2/not everyone has a mobile,some have a landline instead. 3/no company will give out “personal information” over the internet to 3rd parties,so that’s hopeless,as I’m finding out! Problem was reported 10 days ago.

  @btbusinesscare I moved house in December, you failed to move my Internet so spectacularly that mid January I cancelled the non existing internet. I’ve been sent bills in February & March that I’ve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.

  @bt_uk have had multiple updates as well as promises of engineers visits BT have been told multiple times that the reason for the outage is the tree down the road that fell on the line. Tree has been cleared up for a fortnight or more. Operatives now trying to blame household faults!
