    @bt_uk Shame it was a broken appointment for me today. Waited in from 8 till 1 no show. Not even a text to say not coming. Little respect for customers BT

    @bt_uk The advisor pick the package? And here I thought that was the job of the customer to pick a package suited to their needs! Who knew! In seriousness, the advisor was adamant I need a landline phone in order to have broadband. 1/2

    @bt_uk All agents have been trying to identify what’s preventing from booking an appointment for the last 3 weeks! I’m sorry to say this but in today’s day and age I would expect someone to manually sort an appt out first and then fix the root cause? But that ain’t happening either😢

    @bt_uk But that doesn’t help. No internet til at least Tuesday afternoon - that’s if the hub arrives. Post is so erratic these days. 😡

    @btbusinesscare I've been buzzed by Vicki. Please note I've been taking to BT some time 2 times day every day for 2 weeks... It will soon be 3. This is a farce. Today ,bt sending me an ethernet cable is a joke. A very poor joke

    @bt_uk I spoke to one of your colleagues last night, who has risen the 'dissatifaction report' or something, giving @WeAreOpenreach 5 working days to work out what they've done. I'm to call you back next Friday morning and there needs to be a solution that isn't 'wait until mid-May'.

    @bt_uk Please can you help us. After 2 fibre lines, 2 visits from engineers, 2 routers, lots of calls to you, we still have no phone. We are now getting very fed up with your advanced digital phone, it doesnt talk to the hub (s). Its now getting ridiculous.
