  @bt_uk Having a really poor experience with the switch to Digital Voice. Included being sent inaccurate information, wrong switch over date, I've now been unable to receive incoming calls for 3 days. Latest news 'should be resolved within a further 3 working days'. A thread 1/2

  @bt_uk @herbie963 Call them and chat online is a joke. I put a complaint in and they’ve just dismissed it out of hand and closed the case without even talking to me !

  @btbusinesscare @Starlink 5 days later and this might be fixed by Wednesday. We’re a business and we pay for a business service. Your lack of service, communication and even a temporary solution is pathetic. The best you’ve come up with is “use a 4G dongle”. Imagine running YOUR company through a dongle!
