  @bt_uk @charl32647 That’s part of the problem. In my recent experience they didn’t help on most occasions, only when I chanced upon one good one. They just consumed huge time and frustrated.

  Renewed my broadband today with @bt_uk / @EE / @BTGroup As per the perennially poor service, a service costing me £26 a month was added to my contract without my knowledge. Complained when I found out - and the problem was put back on me to solve!!!

  @bt_uk Im hard if hearing so cannot phone as have difficulty in understanding. Have you got an email address so I can put in an official complaint. You insist I return equipment i didn't need or want. You promised a returns bag would be put in with the new hub and it wasnt.

  @mrmikeMTL Yes. I worked for @bt_uk for almost 20 years. I left because they were destroying my life with how stupid they were.

  @bt_uk I've now raised a formal complaint with BT. I have the emails and now a screenshot of an Openreach build status map for the Newport on Tay exchange showing we don't have plans to build any further in this area.!

  @bt_uk I've spoken to them and like I said they ended the call because I can't see txt message or read bank card due to being partially sighted-please get a manager to call me or I'm happy to cancel my contract I was told by would be simple so far its been very stressful

  @bt_uk @herbie963 Call them and chat online is a joke. I put a complaint in and they’ve just dismissed it out of hand and closed the case without even talking to me !

  Shock @bt_uk has another outage after saying they fixed the issue… I need recommendations for another provider because this contract is getting terminated.

  @bt_uk you broke the internet end of Feb! Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - I’ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! Sort my internet out!

  @bt_uk I can't because the My BT app and online is broken. Just keep ending up on a page that says that you cant access my account and you're working on a fix. It's been like that since around April!
