  @bt_uk Just finished my 24m Broadband contract with BT. Trying to terminate contract now, customer service advised that broadband can be cancelled, but need to pay cancellation charges for phone - guess it’s an add on we never used! I’m not in UK anymore & it’s very frustrating!

  @bounder @bt_uk My Dad had problems streaming on his Samsung TV - always buffering etc so I bought him an Amazon Firestick 4K and it has not buffered since. Somewhat weary about the quality of the antenna on the GV but the Firestick had a new upgraded one. If you can try one out that might help.
