I think we have had a telephone scam at 7.55am claiming to be from @bt_uk wanting to check@internet speed. Would like to report this to @bt_uk but their report page on their app is down.

@bt_uk Hi engineer was supposed to come friday between 1 and 6pm no show. No phone call to explain and got a msg today saying arrival between 8 and 1 and no show again. Shambolic service will be taking my complaint to the highest level. Ridiculous service

@btbusinesscare Update, following enough complaints from the village it looks like the issue may be resolved. We have had phones for 24 hours now. Openreach are continuing to investigate.

@bt_uk But this is just a switch over in the exchange box ? I don’t even need a person to Come to my property. There is always an option for emergency or priority situations?

A phone number would be a good fallback for this if you actually picked the phone up .I tried to call you @bt_uk but never picked up. You continually tried to push me to an autopay system. Then the long, long wait on hold listening to highly distorted hold music

Now, my only recourse is to the ombudsman but you refuse to call off the debt collectors while I do this. This is terrible, terrible customer service. You have driven away a long-term customer. Forever. I think I've used @bt_uk most of my adult life. This contract was 8 years old

@bt_uk Hi Elaine, the issue is I can’t use the broadband I’m paying for due to being too slow. I was told when I first set up an account it would be done the next day I upgrade and take 5 days to work. Now I’m having to wait 2 weeks. Surely theres an option for an emergency?

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk - Shocking service. Called twice and both times I got through they hung up on me! I’ve been told that my order will be cancelled so I will be without internet. Very angry right now as the situation I’ve been forced into is not my fault but BT and Openreach

@bt_uk Hi, I did but I have been told it can’t be upgraded until the 21st of Dec however I was told that it does not need a home visit just a change over in the exchange box nearby. I can’t work from home on the slow speed, is there anyway I can get an earlier/ emergency appointment ?
