  @bt_uk Yes please. I’m not going to die in a ditch about it I just find it odd to read that if the leccy goes off I will have to use a mobile to make calls. What’s the point of that? I didn’t ask for the service to be changed.

  @bt_uk I was assured the issue with receiving mail re cancellation for someone who doesn’t live at my address would be resolved. Today I’ve received a cheque for said person. Can I be assured you’ll sort this please? And what should I do with the cheque.

  @bt_uk hello. Having problems with the tv the sports channels and package channels are working but the signal for the the freebies channels is very broken…. There’s no signal cable to the tv all through the Bt box thing
