I think we have had a telephone scam at 7.55am claiming to be from @bt_uk wanting to check@internet speed. Would like to report this to @bt_uk but their report page on their app is down.

@bt_uk today was the 5th time an appointment to install broadband was broken. No show despite promises on the days that an engineer was in the way. I am without words as to the incompetence and unprofessionalism. New business start unable to operate...appalling.

Awful service from @bt_uk broadband supposed to transfer 15 Dec. Didn’t. Today broadband and phone dead. Apparently no way of connecting before Christmas. Once it goes live again, I will be changing to a better provider as soon as possible.

@bt_uk So why was I even offered the option of delivery to another address by BT? Along with £15 credit on our account for the inconvenience? And there's really nothing you can do? Will be calling to cancel my service tomorrow in that case.

@bt_uk I’ve been waiting almost two months for my broadband. I’ve been lied to multiple times be different people in your organisation. Today work was to be carried out. It wasn’t. You customer relations team was to call me and hasn’t. Who can I talk to about service.
