  Dad's just retired from @bt_uk due to ill health 38 years service. Not a single thank you, good luck or all the best Nothing at all Zero communication regarding help or advice getting his pension sorted and organised Just a random DPD driver turned up for his laptop Shambles

  @bt_uk That number was unhelpful and still required a login, so wouldn't let me proceed. I just need to find out if there is an already reported error in my area or if it needs to be reported. That should be public information.

  @bt_uk I’ve spoken to seven different people, another one isn’t going to do much good. Your customer service is awful.
