    I think we have had a telephone scam at 7.55am claiming to be from @bt_uk wanting to check@internet speed. Would like to report this to @bt_uk but their report page on their app is down.

    Hello @bt_uk. I cancelled my broadband service BEFORE activation and within the cooling-off period. However, I’ve been incorrectly charged £33.99. This is unacceptable. If this isn't refunded immediately, I will escalate this to the Communications Ombudsman. Account number is

    @simboman @stokeygurl @bt_uk Could not agree more! During my many calls with BT I’ve been told this is affecting tens of thousands of customer accounts. Waiting for my paper bill for which BT “kindly waived the £3 fee”. Luckily, I’m “out of contract” and hence able to move to another provider.

    Weeks with no broadband. Multiple calls. No real help. We are a charity and people depend on reaching us. BTs failure to resolve this issue is not just inconvenient, it is putting vulnerable people at risk. We urgently need BT to take responsibility & fix this. @BTGroup @BTCare

    @bt_uk So I have filed a complaint its number is N150511-151190. And guess what you are now threatening to disconnect us when in fact we dont have a service with you and haven't since March. So what are you going to disconnect! You are a JOKE

    Almost a yr after i left...and im still getting emails and texts from @bt_uk telling me my bill is ready .. plus they never paid me the money they owed me #BT #EE make it stop

    @bt_uk no service since 6pm Ryde, IOW. tried everything reboot, turn on/off. Confused as to why as there’s no outage being reported however the text AI service is saying there is?? ? Sort it ouT BT
