    @bt_uk No 4G connectivity for me at all. Worked fine the first few days now nothing at all. Reset phone, removed SIM, checked all settings and nothing. Help please!

    @normian100 @btsport Completely agree Norman and it’s not the first time. BT Sport, for heaven’s sake allow more time when recording the games! Also, do we really have to have an advert break at the end of every over and the fall of a wicket? Really poor production.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I need an internet service. I tried to switch to @bt_uk on a fibre promise, but now they can’t even offer basic broadband. I don’t know what they’ve done to the line. How quickly can you get me back to a Sky service? I still have all the Sky equipment set up here.

    @bt_uk History of Terrible BT internet: 1/2 Speed stable ~38Mbps until July 2020 Speed slowly drops Speed down to ~8Mbps by August 2020 01/09/20 - Engineer Visit; new Hub and line check. Back to ~33Mbps Speed down to ~18Mbps by early November 2020

    @primevideosport et al, Fake Fan noise is crap, it spoils the atmosphere - please follow @btsport and have an in stadium atmosphere choice (no commentary would also help)

    @bt_uk Hi, are you having some Broadband issues in LA21 area please? Our service has been iffy for about a week, losing connectivity, having to reboot router etc...
