  @btbusinesscare What is going on with my bt account?No Internet connection from 10pm last night,unable to even use 4 or 5g, can log into account to even see if theres a problem as it wants me to use a different email for a username,only have one email which the account is under?!

  @bt_uk you then went onto confirm to refuse to cancel the Digital Voice appointment even though your records show the telecare equipment hasn’t been upgraded yet and that the notes say I’ll be in touch when it is. Rep went on to say we might be left without a line, like a threat

  Whoever owns the local mast… @bt_uk needs to fix it because it is now constantly cutting out. I use my mobile phone as a landline too so it’s inconvenient. I have been with two networks and same issue so it’s deffo local mast.
