    I think we have had a telephone scam at 7.55am claiming to be from @bt_uk wanting to check@internet speed. Would like to report this to @bt_uk but their report page on their app is down.

    @bt_uk your customer service has gone right down the drain. your entire automated system is made of options that assume a million things that are not true for me. its just infuriating and you keep wasting my phone credit by failing to do basic back office jobs. call me ffs.

    Hay @EE and @bt_uk, next time you have a broadband outage can you text me that there's a problem in the area to my mobile phone about the issue? I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.

    @bt_uk my mother phone line has a fault and it is not working I have brought new phones and this has not changed the issue. I need help as my mum has dementia.

    @KookyKym @bt_uk I’m on the BT900 (guaranteed speed of 700) and get less than 100 most days. No issues according to BT. Am still in contact with them to try and resolve this.

    @robincornelius @bt_uk @ThreeUKSupport Hi Robin, is that affecting EE customers do you know as mines been down all morning and when ive phoned up they are saying there’s nothing wrong and I’m saying well there definitely is as nothing it work?.

    @bt_uk She's paying money for this service that she is not getting, do you understand this? That has been ceased without warning of this one line per property policy that was never communicated. What the hell would you do if you encountered similar in your life?

    What has happened to BT? Changed broadband and calls from Sky to BT for my 91 year old father. It has been one problem after another. Order had to be redone. Dad had no service despite needing careline. Now they want to charge £80 for a router that we sent back @bt_uk help

    @EDiamond136 @bt_uk Just cancel your DD for the shop they can't do anything about it they try and bully you to pay it but don't give in also youfiber is cheap and you get 1 gig speed
