    @bt_uk hi my wifi disc has randomly stopped working. I’ve tried reconnecting using an Ethernet cable, doing a factory reset and then connecting as soon as I take out the cable it keeps flashing red. Can you help please?

    @bt_uk Our wifi has been down since yesterday in SE23. Notifications are telling us it will be back up by the 16th. Six days isn’t good enough when we’re WFH. When will this be sorted please?

    @bt_uk I need help with my bt smart hub. When I go to use the admin panel on the web page, it says that the pwrd is incorrect. It’s the same one found on the router which I typed out carefully. I think my router needs to be replaced.

    @bt_uk Just wanted to be treated the same as a new customer , which I thought you had to do, only deals on offer to me are £65 , where as new customers are able to get new deals around the £39 mark.
