    @bt_uk To be honest I’d settle for someone that can actually provide the broadband I pay for! 6 days with no connection now & you just keep moving the fix date forward every day! I assume you will be giving customers a refund for the days without service?

    @bt_uk What details do you require and I will DM them. I want a resolution from this, I am not prepared to wait til the 3rd march for an update - I've just waited over a week to be told nothing has been done.

    @bt_uk Claire, we’ve been having intermittent weather related problems that you’re aware of caused by trees on the wires. Please work with Openreach to sort out.

    It was probably a mistake to trust that everything would go ok with the switch to @bt_uk for broadband. My existing service is set to cancel tomorrow, and the BT engineer who came to enable to my new one can't, cos someone had decided to sever the underground cable to my house.

    @bt_uk Yeah I do, I’ve been with bt a long time and it hasn’t gotten any better. Shouldn’t have to be connect by cable to be able to play a game. Shocking service if I am honest.

    @bt_uk Yes, thanks for checking back! It was super slow for a while and then it was OK. No obvious idea why that might have been as everything else was behaving. I blame the gremlins.
