    I think we have had a telephone scam at 7.55am claiming to be from @bt_uk wanting to check@internet speed. Would like to report this to @bt_uk but their report page on their app is down.

    @bt_uk The alternative solution you've offered is only a solution if it works. I've tried windows, doorways and even had it sitting in the middle of garden and it doesn't work. We need our services reconnected until our home move takes place.

    @bt_uk my bt box keeps turning off. I lost half a days work last Thursday with it happening and have more or less lost all of today. I have ran the suggestions from smart hub but to no avail - help!

    @bt_uk I have an old iphone that is locked to your network. A 7plus so it is definitely out of contract etc. I live in NYC and I can't open a BT account etc. How can I get it unlocked? Please assist. It is not cloud locked or blacklisted etc etc. I just need it network unlocked!

    @BTCare advised by an agent on a cancellation call 12pm that my complaint would categorically not be upheld if I made it because she knows the rules - do your agents have this autonomous decision making skills before a complaint is made #vulnerablecustomer involved @Offcom

    @bt_uk I hope it doesn’t take 5 days. I don’t know if this will help speed up the process but my Mum is in her 70’s and has a care line connected which is supposed to give her priority when it comes to phone issues.

    @bt_uk Thank you, the problem wasn't a BT one, it was due to an Android 11 upgrade, the APN settings need to be reset on the phone.
