  @bt_uk Nope still issues on the app and browser. I have been able to email forward. There’s seems to be lots of issues if you search twitter.

  @bt_uk hello - after 4 months of failing to get my broadband service working - I returned all your it equipment in the envelopes provided-you are now emailing and texting me to say you haven’t got it-I have a proof of sending receipt from the post office - please leave me alone
