    @bt_uk Hi, it’s just bemoaning the poor broadband speeds available at our new house compared to where we have been renting!

  • poulsm90 Mark Poulson 😷 💙 (@poulsm90) reported

    @bt_uk Both! Both have been very slow. I thought I had a guaranteed rate. Definitely not hitting that.

  • JayR_Xx Jay 🏳️‍🌈 (@JayR_Xx) reported

    @Luke_FFF @bt_uk I lost contact with a friend 9 days ago. CH45 area. We talk online every day… but he was having some issues last saturday (internet dropping for an hour or so thru the day) then went offline at 5pm and haven’t seen him online since. Hopefully this **** gets fixed soon.

  • Bigwheeezy Ac (@Bigwheeezy) reported

    @Luke_FFF @bt_uk I've got news for you. They are all a complete waste of space. I recently left @VodafoneUK due to their ineptness. 2 mobile phones and broadband at a cost of £200 per month and a customer lost forever. Customer service shockingly poor.

  • SimonBowland Simon Bowland (@SimonBowland) reported

    @bt_uk Hi, my broadband recontract "offers" are higher than what I'm currently paying, and what I'm currently paying is far higher than offers from Sky and PlusNet. Can I cancel online without having to phone BT, as I'm always left waiting in a long queue?

  • lookatzebears Stephen Hendry (@lookatzebears) reported

    @bt_uk Can I DM you the details of an issue that you are failing to resolve on the phone etc?

  • RegMorse Richard Morse (@RegMorse) reported

    @DrLindaDykes @bt_uk Ours was 0.1… We now use a ‘rural broadband’ service where it gets sent from a mast to a small dish on our house. Works very well. Speeds of 20mbps, but no problems streaming etc as the connection is not used by lots of other properties. (Can get higher speed if we pay more)

  • petersturdgess Peter Sturdgess (@petersturdgess) reported

    It would be cheaper and more effective if @bt_uk were to work together with the emergency services to make the 888 functionality available through 999.

  • kkomaitis Konstantinos Komaitis/Κωνσταντίνος Κωμαϊτης, PhD (@kkomaitis) reported

    @1Br0wn @bt_uk Oh for ****’s sake — it’s like we don’t learn!

  • 037robots Leo (@037robots) reported

    @Luke_FFF @bt_uk The phone coop are the only internet provider i would recommend in the uk… from my experience. The only issues you will ever have is when They have to use on BT, for the lines, but customer service wise second to none… probably doesn’t help you know but if u can switch!
