    @bt_uk @swainson09 Just had a lazy engineer call and say he isn’t coming because the whole area is down and won’t be fixed until 30/9. You’re website reports no such faults. 😡

    @btcare hi, if its not too much trouble can we please have some internet, i know its far too greedy of me to expect some internet even tho i pay a rediculous amount for it but a little bit this week would be nice as so far we have had next to **** all

    @virginmedia Today I have been told that installation will take 2 more months! This is just insane customer service- I am trying bring it forward by a few days and you are trying to delay it by months! Phew!! Hope @bt_uk can help?

    @bt_uk What the actual flying **** is happening to the service in my area? Are you having Instalcom yanking on cabinets degraded “unsettled” copper cables feeding homes? Oh, yeah, that’s something else. Have your engineers actually say it’s beyond their knowledge instead of lying
