  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

  @bt_uk still no reply to our complaint raised last week on the non arrival of your engineer to install full fibre for the 3rd time. Instead you closed the complaint sayng matter resolved !! Lies ! I am not waiting 30 mins in the phone either to get through to an advisor!
