    @bt_uk Hi. I’d like to upgrade my BT Sport app subscription to BT Sport Ultimate, advertised as an extra £5p/m on your site. When I try to add it to my plan I’m told it’s not possible. Are you able to help with this please?

    @btsport You are really terrible at recording baseball games. It routinely cuts out before the end of the game. Ye should call @SkySports they seem to have their **** together.

    @bt_uk my elderly parents have now been without a phone for two weeks. Broken promises and non delivery of hub/phones. Unacceptable.
