    @bt_uk He said the green box fibre optic is broken outside, and didn’t give me a date when it was going to be fixed and also didn’t tell me today he was arriving so I guess it’s another surprise visit next time which I don’t know when it will be , issue is still on going not fixed

    @Ofcom @bt_uk Why do cancellation fees apply if a person has moved house? They don't apply for any other services. Why is BT allowed to get away with this practice? The new house does not have a BT phoneline. They don't provide service to that address.

    @WeAreOpenreach please can you let me know how to get an engineer to fix damaged equipment at our premises. We have spoken to your customer services line and they said contact @bt_uk however they cannot help as we are not their customer (or anyone's) at the moment!

    @bt_uk all my wires work in the test socket but it doesn’t once the cover is back on master socket 5c engineer is complaining it’s the wires not the socket therefore not his problems which is not right
