    Official complaint made to @Ofcom about @bt_uk . Joke of a company. Moved premises, charged me an early termination fee, then doubled our bill, claiming it was a "new package". I only asked to move premises.. didn't leave, and didn't ask to change anything.

    @bt_uk The internet keeps going out briefly periodically throughout the day. This has been an issue for a few days now as well.

    @bt_uk Ive Dmed it. But i have got it working now. You may need to report back to open reach as ive had to disconnect their service unit. I know it alarms their systems so they may need to send an engineer to investigate

    BT(@bt_uk ) you are a disgrace, leaving a 95 yr old with no phone, no internet and no care line for 4 days, and telling me she’s not vulnerable. Hang your heads in shame, second time in 4 weeks too!!

    @bt_uk Jesus Christ can someone tell me WHY my WiFi is so slow? I am trying to download a program from my iPad from sky Q and it’s taken nearly half hour to get to 80%. Downloads usually complete in less than 3 mins! I had this issue a week ago, why are you giving me **** WiFi?

    @bt_uk where can I actually speak to a human not a pre recorded machine! I have had broadband issues for ages you sent me new equipment which was free of charge until you charged me on my dam bill!

    @bt_uk Hello, I rang BT at the start of August as I'm not receiving my Halo benefits on my mobile account. I have an open order on my account dated 10th August, but the issue has yet to be resolved. Are you able to help?
