    @bt_uk I am disappointed with your customer service. When attempting to renew my contract. Spending hours in a queueing system. To be told contradictory info by all the agents involved. Then a wall of silence when I raise a complaint. BT clearly don't want to retain my business!

    @bt_uk Hi Garry, it was checked yesterday on the phone and she reset the router from her end but she said it looks fine so not sure what the problem is. It's still cutting out??
