    @bt_uk 1/2. can you tell me why your team hung up on me earlier? Whilst trying to find out how much money I was owed for the 44 days without service? I'm sure you'll say it just cut out, in which case why didn't somebody call me back? I'd been on hold for 45 minutes

    @SkyHelpTeam do you bother to answer your phones or not? Can I arrange a call back. I don’t have time to just keep trying to get through for ages to resolve repeat issues. @bt_uk do you still buy people out of the end of contracts?Sky don’t seem to value customers of many years

    @bt_uk Hi Jordan. I will pick up after the weekend. I had time on Thursday to sort this, which is why I called your customer support then. It’s a shame the supervisor was too busy with meetings to speak to an actual customer. Thanks.

    @bt_uk Bt you need to stop 2 men in resolution team to cover up the mess they have done there are supporting each other as ‘ mates I have disability rights to not be intimidated i but he constantly on me i an Frightened please stop this We just want investigation they are covering up

    @bt_uk No good really. I have logged a complaint with Ofcom now. Think we will be parting company. I cant trust a company that blantantly lies. But no one seems to want to help. Also what happens to the lying salesman? The stress and no land.line for 3 weeks is unexceptable
