    I think we have had a telephone scam at 7.55am claiming to be from @bt_uk wanting to check@internet speed. Would like to report this to @bt_uk but their report page on their app is down.

    @PleasantKenobi @34SeigeRhinos @bt_uk I wonder if it's based on the area because we've had the highest speed package from Virgin Media for years and never had an issue but I know lots of people that have. Sucks that BT has done this though especially in a time when so many people are working from home. Holiday? :P

    @bt_uk Claire, I know you are just piloting the PR account - but that response isn't good enough. I don't want to go super Karen, but "not have all the same capabilities" translates to your mistake stopping me doing my job. Heads up; I asked for a complaint to be logged already.

    @talkMacca @virginmedia Finally binned them in December, been a customer for 6-7 years, put up with the £4-£5 price hikes at least once every year, but the broadband speed just got worse. Customer service is non existent. Back to @BTCare and it's brilliant! Saving £25 a month too!

    @34SeigeRhinos @bt_uk Honestly, my experience is that Virgin Media are literally the worst provider in the country. I will avoid them at all costs after numerous issues and poor responses from them. BT have been consistently good - but this week is stressful enough without being disconnected.

    @bt_uk Yes everything is connected. Like I said in a previous message, it is intermittent, so may be working at the moment. The problem is the line is so old, it needs updating because his BB speed is ridiculous at 1.5mb, he is being charged full price! He is nearly 70 yrs old!
