@btsport just bought BT Sport package to find it doesn’t cast to my JVC TV making my purchase pointless. Live chat with your support team to request a refund - no solution. Directed me to call support - No answer. Have rated your app 1 star until I receive my refund. Unacceptable

@bt_uk Hi, I have already tried both Modes 2 and 3, both provide the same error so in this case it's more than likely the drivers themselves causing the issue. Nintendo have confirmed that it can't be fixed but ah well, hardware goes out of date sometimes. Thanks for the help.

@TwirlingGB @bt_uk Having a similar sort of issue and I have fibre wired into my property - still no luck since the 2nd of December. I’ve heard it’s £5 every day they are late so hope that’s the same for you!

@bt_uk The problem is seldom poor WiFi within the home. It’s the bit from the home to the exchange - and maybe beyond. Every provider uses the same cable to the exchange anyway. Invest in the network instead of bribing people with £100
