  @bt_uk The app no longer works but you still link to it on the 'My BT' account pages, which have just been updated. This is a known issue with the 'BT WIFI' app which I have discussed 3 times in the last year with your advisors. They do not know why it doesn't work just that it doesn't.

  @bt_uk Around 9am this morning my fttp connection went down (amber light on the hub) and has not yet come back up. I'm based in Aberdeen. Is this a known issue and do you have an ETA for restoration of service?

  @puddles46 @bt_uk So agree @bt_uk constantly closing complaints down without speak to customers. When they do speak to them, very uneducated in the situation. Just want to speak to a normal person 🤯

  @bt_uk so after 21 days of "service" I've had justv6 days of tv working without Internet dropping. That's really, really poor. If you don't cover Hurst Green then don't sell your service here
