Faye Carter (@FayeLcarter) reported@bt_uk @bt_uk you've now sent me a text to say complaint closed with no way of even finding how to reply to the initial complaint YOU raised. I now have a WiFi extender, upgraded fibre broadband with instructions for a Smart Hub 3. Do I have a smart hub 3? Nope.

Mert (@mertisbrilliant) reported@bt_uk Around 9am this morning my fttp connection went down (amber light on the hub) and has not yet come back up. I'm based in Aberdeen. Is this a known issue and do you have an ETA for restoration of service?
