After 48 years as a customer I’m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. There’s a name for that. Fraud.

When can we at least hear some updates! This is just getting extremely silly! We now think Openreach don’t know how to fix it! 😑
