I think we have had a telephone scam at 7.55am claiming to be from @bt_uk wanting to check@internet speed. Would like to report this to @bt_uk but their report page on their app is down.

@bt_uk Yes I have but it has and is always only BT that has the problem. There’s zero issue from Prime, Netflix or anything else that’s ever cast to the Tv!

@bt_uk BT customer services is **** though, if you have an issue (and you will) you call them and they wont deal with your query there n then They'll take down your details and arrange a phone back in the next few days but wont tell you when, if u miss it have to start over. Disgrace.

@bt_uk Hi - this fault was fixed for approx 4 hours and now the hub is flashing purple again so I assume the fix didn't take. Please can you provide an update?

@bt_uk Thanks. Obviously not ideal. I can't work/earn money without Internet and my neighbours had kindly let me connect to their network, which has gone done since the engineer came :( so now 2 households down

@bt_uk Don't have complete WiFi, whatever that is, but I can barely use iplayer in my dining room, which is diagonally opposite the router location, as it keeps losing connection. And I refuse to pay to buy booster connections for a service I feel I am already paying for every month.

Still can't believe I'm getting just over 4mbps AT PEAK with a wired connection. In 2021. Actually terrible. @bt_uk
