@bt_uk Disastrous Customer Service from BT. Do not believe highly publicised Broadband Telephone service. We have no landline telephone service since moved to Digital Voice service in September. Friends, relatives and vulnerable people cannot call from landline or mobile.

@bt_uk Good morning! Can you help please? I have just had a call from (apparently) 01795 664548 claiming to be "BT OpenReach" and saying that there is a problem with my router connecting to the server. Can you confirm please if this was legitimate or a con? Thank you!
