    @bt_uk hi, I've been moved over to the BT VoIP service. However, I've had a few power cuts today which has meant my phone line has been disconnected. Bt mobile coverage is also very very poor, can I move back to the original land line service for backup?

    @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp I’ve been without my fibre connection for 6 weeks because none of your engineers can be bothered to prioritise closing down an old order that’s preventing a new one being raised. I’ve been chasing @bt_uk and getting nowhere. Please sort it out

    @bt_uk Hi. My Broadband hub has been flashing purple for an hour. There has just been a massive thunderstorm in the area, could this be the issue? Thanks.

    @indieimmy @bt_uk I believe China and all the other authoritarian regimes are down with putting that in place. Maybe you could ask someone in China what they think of your idea?

    @bt_uk Don't assume a person with a bad back, poor clothing, no ID, is a fraud, different color is a fraud. The Fraud is the 1 who is living in the mansion and has robbed the lives of ppl. It wasn't BT to be 100% clear but @EE as well. I saw your logo saying BT&EE are collaborating. tnx
