    I think we have had a telephone scam at 7.55am claiming to be from @bt_uk wanting to check@internet speed. Would like to report this to @bt_uk but their report page on their app is down.

    @bt_uk It's 2022. We say no isnt a solution. I've done all of that. The problem is seemingly the BT Openreach monopoly on lines and other providers having to use them.

    Shocking service from @bt_uk this morning. Trying to report my 86 yr old mothers phone line faulty for the umpteenth time and when I finally get answered they hung up before I could grab the handset and say hello. Literally fuming right now!!

    @bt_uk a tree branch has fallen onto the line outside and now our wifi is not working. your troubleshooter is absolutely useless and keeps sending me back to previous pages. we get no 3/4/5G here despite being close to a big town. we need help fixing this asap.

    @bt_uk Is the HD part of BTTV essentially a monthly contract outwith your main contract, so could cancel anytime really ?

    After some truly horrible customer service from the accessibility team @SkyUK who said it would take three weeks to move my broadband, called @BTCare had a great experience and services will be up and running by Tuesday.
