I think we have had a telephone scam at 7.55am claiming to be from @bt_uk wanting to check@internet speed. Would like to report this to @bt_uk but their report page on their app is down.

@bt_uk I tried that but it didn't work on the browser. I could sign in at least but it wouldn't let me watch it. almost like it wasn't trying to load the video on the website. The app would have worked if that error code 153 wouldn't have came up

Have had to turn the volume off its that bad. If this is how the @BTSport are going to cover Everton and think its acceptable. I'll listen to BBC Radio Merseyside instead. Amateurish. @btsport

@bt_uk well I never thought I would result in social media moaning,but however I can honestly say how disappointed I am with the level of support from bt today and seriously need to make a decision if to cancel everything moving forward and go to sky tv, absolutely shocking
