    @bt_uk The landline is my parents only form of communication, they do not own mobile phones, so this situation leaves them very vulnerable. I live in the same street and have Virgin phone line with no issues at all.

    @bt_uk the new router has not fixed the issue at all. I NEED AN ENGINEER. Why is it so hard to do that? All I need is an actual trained human to come and look at the wiring, figure out where the issue is, and fix it. NOT in 3 weeks time, ASAP, or I’m going to switch provider.

    @bt_uk Don't do that as it will not get paid some from bt sends me letters to sort it out so what is actually going on looks like bt just like having people over it the worst company I have ever had to do with

    @bt_uk As a BT customer, I redeemed my PS5 offer code 6 weeks ago. It says so under “my offers” at bottom of the page. So should work for other customers. Thus using an MS Windows laptop

    @ppaigeyx @bt_uk He didn’t update his notes either so they couldn’t send another engineer for like 5 days if he still didn’t update in that time. We didn’t have internet for 2 weeks lmao. Terrible service
