@bt_uk hi. Still issues with Smart Hub 2 and google chromecast/home/nest devices. Seems to be IPv6 related. Constant “there was a glitch” responses and inconsistent cast devices showing in any iOS streaming app. October 2021 firmware update did NOT fix it! Let me disable Ipv6 pls

had a break up last yr, 3 mnths after buying a house. mum helped me buy him out but I was left with depression & bills by myself.Tried to cancel @bt_uk but couldn't- was in his name. Finally sorted today after many calls, finishing with lovely Alison who was like my therapist.

@bt_uk I hope so. I really do. Its been a total nightmare..and if the cause of our issue is that a cable has been chopped/disturbed due to trimming ivy on Wednesday it surely could have been fixed earlier
