    @bt_uk I received a surprise email as you messed up my installation date, you also did not carry over my direct debit details can you explain why? as I am now ready to leave your service as all these lil surprises got me really annoyed!

    @bt_uk @BTSopenreach @WeAreOpenreach The engineer cancelled my appointment yesterday afternoon (I took time off work to be home) - Now being told I have to wait two weeks for another engineer appointment… it’s going to cost me to find a place to work. Anyone else had this issue?

    @westywaldo @btsport That's kinda my point then, everything is better when it's free lol, if not freeview though then i'm glad it's not sky, Sky lock you in, it's extremely expensive and their flexibility with their apps for watching other than on TV are crap, same as their multi room.
