    @OpenreachHelp I’ve done that & @bt_uk & yourselves have let me down several times. I was told BT would call me back twice & on both occasions got a text to say to call them to rearrange my appointment. If you’ve an hour to spare call them. Just terrible service.

    @bt_uk hi BT. If I cancel my line rental, as I don’t use the line at all, will a phone dial 999 still in an emergency?

    @bt_uk I'm absolutely furious with BT. No service since 1st Feb when they cancelled my line for another customer. On my 3rd account now. Connection delayed again till end of May! No phone, no internet for months! We're both self-employed/working from home. Please sort it out BT!

    @bt_uk BT engineer returns today to fit new cable from pole to house. Original external cable v old & degraded = cause of problem.

    @bt_uk NO NOTICE yet again to work on internet in our street,no note through the door. This is the 2nd time it’s happened. My Mum works for the @NHSuk from home and now she can’t help her patients because YOU didn’t even give us one day’s notice. DISGUSTING. Shame on you BT.

    @bt_uk why can your staff not get a simple home move order put through correctly, twice now they've had to cancel it and told me to call back the following day to redo it, at the wait time of 1 hour every phone call!

    @EE @btsport Morning guys, I’m hoping you can help me I’ve made an add to plan order, it has gone through, payment and I got the initial text, and it’s visible on my plan, however I’ve not received a confirmation email or any further info on my order which seems odd :( hoping you can help
