    @bt_uk Called them as soon as engineer left. Already have a complaint raised (for over 1 month), now they are trying to escalate it with Openreach. Getting it wrong once or twice sort of OK - but 6 times for the same reason is monumental incompetence.

    @bt_uk I was told on Wednesday that someone would call me within 72 hours regarding my complaint but nobody has. Please advise when I can expect this call - I want to discuss compensation for leaving me without internet for a week and having to spend £51 on data.
