    @bt_uk Just seen my latest bill, no discount for the time we were without service, talk and Internet after #stormarwen . Still only have a temporary fix for FTTH, not receiving full speed yet I upgraded to. @OpenreachHelp engineer said they would return to install new line's

    @bt_uk I’m currently on a fibre plan but the contract runs out in July 2022, but I’ve seen i should be eligible for the home essentials package - am i able to switch it before the contract ends? As it would certainly help my financial situation.

    Interestingly, we should be owed most of our internet cost back this month since @BT_UK have still to fix this fault. (A fault which is still not showing up on my account, but the site now shows a "Planned maintenance" banner that's brand new...)

    @bt_uk Is there a way to make a formal complaint to the supplier? It's insane that they are allowed to just shut us off with no notice, costing you money and costing us our connection (in a neighbourhood with *terrible* 4G signal).

    @bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

    The @primevideosport stream quality is absolutely shocking, you’d think they were hard up. Never an issue on @btsport or @SkyUK
