    @bt_uk @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis Hey, I tell a lie. She received a cable by post that arrived the day before people came to wreck one of her utilities. Where is the recompense? Where? Where is the thought in the process that stops this from being a long-winded problem for people again and again.

    @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.

    @bt_uk someone has usurped your service providing to me and you dealt with it using poor communication with insufficient information for anything to be done.... i shouldnt have to spend 4-8 hours each month ensuring you did your job. a job which btw i did in my 20s without mistakes.

    @bt_uk Yes I have done and I’ve rang you. Also rang twice previously before installation. Still sending my personal information to an ex partner not to mention I cannot access a god damn thing to do with MY account

    @bt_uk your customer service is terrible! This issue still hasn’t been resolved! Told this morning that your executive customer care team would contact my mum to discuss the issue as a priority and she still hasn’t had a call! Paying customers are clearly not a priority to you

    I'd like to thank @bt_uk for leaving my vulnerable elderly mother without a working phone line for almost a week and giving such atrocious customer service.
