    I think we have had a telephone scam at 7.55am claiming to be from @bt_uk wanting to check@internet speed. Would like to report this to @bt_uk but their report page on their app is down.

    @bt_uk Hey BT or EE or whoever the hell u identify as at the moment. Sort ur damn app out!! Logged out multiple times over past few days, for what reason?? Have had to verify who I am each time!! That's including the 2 hrs wait for a text verification code just to continue!!

    @bt_uk Hello, yesterday I highlighted I needed some extra support and the reasons why are on my account. I had a message to direct message you and you’d get back to me but you haven’t, any chance of hearing anything back? I’m now 8 days over the promised call back from a serious issue.

    @bt_uk Thanks for the advice but I am not wasting more time, trying to get hold of you. Part of my complaint is the amount of time wasted trying to sort your error out. The onus is on you to show some customer service and have the decency to contact me following my complaint.

    @bt_uk @BTBusiness shocking service today. Over an hour being bounced between departments, kept on hold, more automated voices, chat bots, crappy apps and all I want to do is talk to someone who can sort things out, properly.
