It must be soul destroying working for their customer service team. Nearly as bad as being a customer

It’s going to take another 2 weeks and cost me more than twice as much per month, yet if I place a new order online it will be the same price. Nothing you can do about it apparently, again I’ve got to place a new order and call back to cancel the old one???

Caitlin Green (@Caitlin_Green_) reported@bt_uk have left us a week without internet due to incompetency. Terrible customer service, no one making sure things get sorted. Waited in today for an engineer who never arrived. Avoid BT at all costs! Absolutely terrible time consuming experience.
