  @TerryPDunn @bt_uk I'm also angry & frustrated that for weeks @BT 'guides' have taken my calls for help and either said they have passed the problem to technical team or latest contact was escalated to complaint & complaint closed within minutes of it being taken.

  @bt_uk Thanks for responding. The situation is crazy. I just want to cancel and not rebook an engineer visit. It should be simple. But instead spend an age on the phone and escalate? It’s disproportionate for a simple task.

  @bt_uk When are you going to sort out the problems you have. I CANNOT log into my account have not been able to for two days now. What the heck is going on. Awful company, need to get rid of you. Shame really I have internet, phone and 4 mobile phones all going. Had enough😡

  @bt_uk No I won’t do that. I have spent far too many hours of my life at various times over the last year trying to get this sorted. Please pass this to the complaints team - the agent I spoke to on 5/3 promised to sort it. Another epic fail.

  @bt_uk That number was unhelpful and still required a login, so wouldn't let me proceed. I just need to find out if there is an already reported error in my area or if it needs to be reported. That should be public information.

  @bt_uk I’m not in a position to call anyone at the moment… I notice I still cannot access my BT account with an email address I’ve used since 2018. Nothing is working as it should! Could you email me with a solution please.

  @Ofcom I have evidence BT won't let customer complaints get to 8 weeks, so they cannot be reported to the regulator. BT closed out 3 complaints I made, without reference to me. One was closed within hours of being raised. Are they permitted to do this? @bt_uk @MartinSLewis #slamming

  Horrendous service from @bt_uk. Dealing with my Father in Laws account and getting threatening letters when we’d been reassured it was sorted. Disgusting. Stay well away.
