-
Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid you allow people to do this? I think as a company you desperately need to review this practice, it’s dangerous and a disgrace and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.
-
Victoria Sutton (@vickiadhmsutton) reportedShame on you @bt_uk. When people lose someone they love, they need support not to be told their next of kin need to sign up to a 2yr contract to reduce the monthly bills. Utterly disgraceful. Cannot wait to cancel your services and NEVER use you again. You should be ashamed.
-
