@bt_uk Disappointed with BT customer services,engineer came around today,having issues with my internet and range ,I was told by engineer that the contract iam on , I could have,Wi-fi BT discs ,what I don’t understand is why BT customer services never told me this.

@bt_uk I've been waiting nearly three weeks for my broadband hub to arrive, when it was dispatched on 48h tracked delivery. I logged a complaint last week and have still heard nothing. I'm without Internet which is a real bother as a teacher on summer holidays!

For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

@jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

@bt_uk Absolutely disgraceful. Still no service for my 91 year old mother since 21st Sept. This has to be addressed NOW!! She needs emergency services (ambulance) and no telephone line to call from. Luckily a neighbour had mobile phone.

@Cobby5 @bt_uk 1300 now and no contact of an engineer @bt_uk … I’ve had to work in the office due to poor internet but had to come home to not risk missing an important meeting 1300-1400 which I’ll now have to do from my phone. Horrifically bad service?

@bt_uk And £45+ per month thereafter. Your phone or tablet won't pick up their BT modem forcing you to log onto their WiFi hotspot network every five minutes or so. It's a nightmare.
