    COVID no doubt continues to be an excuse to reduce customer service @bt_uk or is it your infrastructure that is rubbish? Prospect of no WiFi for 10 days when working from home is unacceptable. Please help sooner, answering the phone would be a good start!

    @bt_uk Thank you but sadly your information seems incorrect as I can categorically tell you it drops several times a day. My husband works from home so it is noticed each time and it always goes down in the evening.

    @flanman100 @bt_uk @Ofcom Dad wanted same a few months ago. Was without WiFi for 8 weeks after engineer visit. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    @bt_uk Yep. Trying to make sense of the mess BT and OpenReach have left my family in. You switched broadband off the day OpenReach failed to turn up to connect fibre. Now I have to wait for 1st Feb? WTF? Piss ups and breweries come to mind. Utter clowns.

    @bt_uk are you open today? I was told to call at 9am and still it is saying you are closed. My internet is being activated tomorrow but I still do not have the hub, it has been stuck with @RoyalMail since the 20th December. Please contact me to help get this resolved?

    @bt_uk I have checked and there are not any reported issues, in my area. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I work from home and supposed to be working tomorrow. I need by BT Halo to be fixed TODAY or at least speak to someone. Will I get any compensation for not having broadband???

    @TheRealHughesy BTSport are just as bad tbh…… always get buffering issues - with Virgin fibre at 200mbps and the TV wired in to the box….. it’s bloody shambolic!

    @bt_uk Yes she does have a mobile phone, but that’s no reason not to escalate ! Since she became a BT customer, the standard of service, accessibility of service has been horrendous.
