    COVID no doubt continues to be an excuse to reduce customer service @bt_uk or is it your infrastructure that is rubbish? Prospect of no WiFi for 10 days when working from home is unacceptable. Please help sooner, answering the phone would be a good start!

    @bt_uk after 28 years I’ve had to leave #BT for business because of your poor service. Now I’m looking at transfering my personal BT account. Unless you deal with my complaints and do something you have lost another customer

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    @bt_uk BT mobile can't load websites, can't load apps that require an Internet connection. I can search on the Internet and tweet just fine. I don't want the mobile teams phone number, I want you to tell me if there is an outage for BT mobile data and your complaints procedure.

    @bt_uk Waiting for your colleague to phone me to tell me. Not holding my breath because customer service has been appalling. Fourth attempt to get engineer. Last 2 phone calls either not returned or line dropped and no attempt by your colleague to get back to me.
