@OpenreachHelp I hope you can help. @bt_uk have sent out our new home hub (randomly) to your building 294 Ormeau Rd, Belfast, BT7 2GB. Someone signed for it so I wonder if there is anyway that we could see if it could reach us instead this weekend? #homeschooling #nointernet

@bt_uk Having moved house with BT and given a 4G Hub to aid transition, I asked if this would tie us in to a contract to which the answer was “we can discuss the new plan once your in your new home”. I now find I’m stuck with a 3.5Mbs plan until 2022. I would never agree to that.

@rustyATO @bt_uk @Ofcom Try Sky; they blamed Openreach whilst Openreach blamed Sky. Took over three months to install the internet (and still charged us for the privilege) and that was just before the first lockdown. Boys and home education on a mobile signal was not the best. No reply to our complaint!
