Thanks @bt_uk for cutting my vulnerable 81 year old grandfathers phone line due to your own admin error (with no more than 1 hour warning). This then left him unable to contact anyone or use his care line. Treat the elderly and vulnerable better. #bt @AgeUKGlos @ageukcampaigns
