Very frustrated in @bt_uk My friend lives in isolated home near Solva and has had no broadband since last Thursday. She is partially sighted, vulnerable and needs internet for food shopping. A visit today was cancelled. Awful service.

Hi @bt_uk Connecting your BT YouView box via Ethernet throughout did help prevent some of the freezes we experienced, it has not sorted out all of them. The boxes still freezes sometimes once a day.
