@bt_uk is there a way to see / find out an ETA of when Full Fibre will likely be available in my area? Currently with Virgin Media and getting 350Mbps. Very unhappy with their customer service but sadly you can't offer us speeds anywhere as close yet! :(

@bt_uk is everyone at bt stupid or is it just the digital phone team that are stupid ? i asked for a complaint to be open but the man on the phone kept refusing i can't even move providers because of bt stupid digital phone team ! i'm not happy

@bt_uk it says on your website "we're currently making network improvements and this may cause temporary disruption" I'm unable to connect to the internet at the moment. How long will it be, I've waited for the recommended time and reset the hub but still no connection.

Dear @bt_uk @BTcare, Please sort out the issue on my account by closing any/all open orders, especially my last order which was delivered/activated on 16 Dec (😡) so I can upgrade my #BTbroadband package - before my neighbours take up the fibre capacity on our cab!

@bt_uk I wanted help with my mini hub as it was switched off from your side. Had to call this morning to get it switched on again. You could have easily helped but chose to ignore me - both Jenny & James M responded to people who messaged after me. Rude is an understatement

@bt_uk Really appalling + unprofessional service from BT. Had one of your customer service guys try to retain my custom offering me a renewal at £24.99/ month with a £50 digital voucher. Promised to phone back between 8.30 and 9pm as he ran into issues with his system,but no phone call

@bt_uk It was about when you reneged on an advertised deal then I had to spend 6 months trying to get my money back and resolve it, I would never use BT again.
