@bt_uk Hi, until recently now shortly after the SSID was changed to BTWifi the option to login with a Fon account was removed as per my screenshot above.

@bt_uk 2 issues. Web pages initially loading but then going blank after one second, can get to the page by minimising the page then expanding it again. This is happening on two separate devises in the household, both mobiles, the pc and laptop don't seem to be affected.

@bt_uk Okay I can see that. Thanks. I now need to reconfigure the two accounts I have in the house down to one. Last time i tried this it was a complete nightmare. How do I get to speak to an adviser? I have to say I hate the @BTGroup experience with a vengeance.

@bt_uk cs is the worst Iv ever experienced. Took an extra £113 out of my account for ‘unreturned’ equipment (not true), then lied to me twice abt refunding after I begged and cried to them bc I have no money to even buy food til they refund me #heartless #terrible #wheresmymoney
