@bt_uk none of the apps will@open on tv, apart from Netflix, I don’t have any more time to spare to traipse through forums and your faqs can you advise a fix please (I’ve tried reboots, unplugging etc etc) Thanks in advance!

@bt_uk I am not sure if there is a problem with your webpage. I am trying to make a payment and the page is trying to load but it never does. Just says "loading" all the time. I tried both my Tablet and phone. Does the same thing.

@Woolystone @bt_uk I've been given the carrot of £8 a day since 48 hours after service stopped, which presently would be over £1300. Conveniently, if they don't ever fix it I never get my money!!

@bt_uk Hi, thanks for reply. I go to add and it asks me to log-in, I do that but all it does it keep asking me to create an account. When i try to create an account it says the service is unavailable. What am I doing wrong?

Have never been treated so poorly as a new customer than by @bt_uk. Waiting for fibre installation to be completed with only a patchy mobile data connection. 20+ calls and 1 week later, no connection, no answers, no call backs and conflicting advice. About to give up entirely.

Any Wi-Fi wiz kids able to help? Cant get fibre to our property yet. With @bt_uk and average less than 2mb download speed - not ideal for 2 people working from home. Last 7+ days our signal constantly drops and often can’t connect to apps. No fault on our line. Help?

@bt_uk Brilliant from you BT! My elderly mother who has never missed a payment, has had her Internet and phone cut off and you've allocated her phone number to someone else. This is the landline that her DOCTOR has to contact her. She's shielding and cut off from everyone.

@bt_uk I got a call from this number 01382200824 claiming to be BT tech support saying they are seeing connection issues with my router to your services. As soon as I said I have no notification of this they hung up instantly.

@NationCymru @bt_uk Quick solution for an independent Welsh government would be to nationalise the Openreach backbone of Internet. Shift it to fibre and provide 5G access nationally so people don’t need to have cable to the door.
