Preparing to move my broadband from @bt_uk to @virginmedia... Virgin Media calls me and all I get is a chap with Liverpudlian accent shouting "slow down, slow down" at me. He didn't take kindly to me pointing out that's not the way to get my business. That plan is now on hold.

@bt_uk what a shambles! My new service was supposed to go live yesterday but I’m still waiting! No one offers to help. No one calls u back. Absolutely disgraceful! Emailed CEO but no doubt I’ll be ignored! When are my services going to go live? I’m paying for nothing!

@bt_uk Yes, but Openreach refuse to actually provide any information - and have in the past provided statements, including to MPs, that they have then contradicted. And BT refused to ask for information from Openreach (as BT is openreach's customer + boss) when I raised as a complaint.

@bt_uk Day 45. My internet has now been down longer than @trussliz was PM. Have spent £44.34 on that service, and I'm owed £361.20 in compensation. @WeAreOpenreach SSKMD MSO ongoing for 99 days, 5 missed resolutions dates. #stilloffline #beatthelettuce
