@bt_uk Hi, until recently now shortly after the SSID was changed to BTWifi the option to login with a Fon account was removed as per my screenshot above.

@bt_uk £416 cancellation fee???? Absolutely awful ‘service’ and then charged for the month after I’m not even using it. No way out, they hook line and draw you in creating new contracts for a small amendment to your contract and draw out a new 2 year contract Will never use BT.

@bt_uk Waiting 5 months for internet/tv/phone to be installed! Raised a complaint with the Ombudsman and still haven’t had a reply after 2 weeks! Absolute Joke... never dealt with such a bad company and service!

@bt_uk Bt superfast broadband: less than 10 meg down, 0.5 up I get when it decides to work. Which it didn't for most of last night, so bad I can't watch youtube on the pc and be on the mobile at the same time, and the likes of Netflix, forget about it!

@btbusinesscare Bunch of crooks! Costing me 185 fees to cancel my business services despite having an email dated April 2021 saying “as you’re out of contract, you’re free to move to another provider without having to pay any termination charges”. Disgusting.
