    @bt_uk Hi, until recently now shortly after the SSID was changed to BTWifi the option to login with a Fon account was removed as per my screenshot above.

    @bt_uk Hi! Not sure you can help, but maybe point me in the right direction, please. Ever since BT changed the email system, mine keeps crashing, takes ages to load & to file emails. It’s unacceptable.

    @bt_uk Been trying to renew Broadband and BT Sport for the last hour. Your customer service team didn’t even try and help and the live chat bot suggested I clicked the moving home section. If you don’t want my custom I’ll take it elsewhere. Interested @SkyHelpTeam?

    Have spent last two hours holding for 'Customer Services', been transferred twice, been cut off twice the last time after holding for 52mins with no update as to where I was in the queue, how long I'd have to wait whilst listening to inaudible music! #FFS @bt_uk

    @bt_uk as usual, BT customer service diabolical. Not being able to access services that I’ve been billed for since June. On hold for a hour this evening, then got cut off. A complete waste of time and money. DON’T USE BT, THEIR SERVICE IS OUT OF ORDER!

    @bt_uk we’ve been trying to cancel our BT WiFi contract since Friday, having spent a cumulative 1.5 hours on hold, with no success of getting through. How can you justify a notice period of 30 days when customers can’t inform you of cancellations?
