@DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

@btsport had pretty much enough now. Every time Everton play we end up with MCManaman. Is there any chance you could give any other human being on Earth the job just so I can enjoy the service I pay a lot for??
