@bt_uk @LeahClareLennon Also that's absolute bollocks it runs tests on the line into the house, for many the issue is after this point and the poor distribution in WiFi. BT are a con and I would and will be trying to move my services ASAP

Hi @bt_uk I’d love it if you could sort out how **** the Wi-fi is in Tebay please ***. I just wanna be able to watch tik tok and Netflix without it taking 2 years to load... is that too much to ask? What else am I menna do as a single gal on furlough in lockdown 😩 many thanks xo

Hah, @bt_uk raising broadband prices by 4.5% from end of March but I guarantee the connection speeds aren't going up for anyone round here. Still being ignored for full fibre despite it being down the road. I'm paying way more than I should for what I get.

@bt_uk Yes still having problems. Engineer due Friday although not holding out much hope as I haven’t had a confirmation email. I will send you my details and perhaps you can check? If I ring up again they will just send another hub and we already have the fourth arriving today!

@Azrael808 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp The problem is that all fixed line stuff where I live is ultimately handled by Openreach. We are using a mobile hotspot but the signal in the house isn't great. I tested a 5G connection and that works reasonably well although but of course a lot less stable

@bt_uk @sid1307 Hi @BT_uk lots of companies respond like this to look like they care and want to fix the problem. How about tweeting out what should be happening. This is not a unique case so how about helping everyone? You never know, you may even attract a few more customers
