@Varcs @bt_uk Ridiculous. One thing has nothing to do with the other. BT are meant to provide the service your Mum pays for. Whether she has a mobile phone is irrelevant,signal could be bad on that too & why should she incur more costs when she isn’t receiving the service she pays for from BT!

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk any idea how long until you can finish the job you started? Or do you have to book another appoint for the same job? We're left without any Internet service after half a job was carried out.
