@bt_uk Hi! Not sure you can help, but maybe point me in the right direction, please. Ever since BT changed the email system, mine keeps crashing, takes ages to load & to file emails. It’s unacceptable.

@btbusinesscare we switched to you on 16/12. The broadband didn’t work then & we raised a fault. Apparently fixed over Xmas (you closed the fault). Come in today & still dead. Been through a pointless hour of “diagnostics”. It’s dead. Not spending another hour on live chat. Help

@bt_uk Hi, made contact via chat earlier but lost the connection. Option to use chat not now available? The problem I have is that the WiFi disc you recently sent me won’t power up. No lights at all and I can’t get to speak to anyone to resolve this.

@bt_uk I terminated my service on 23rd December. Now today you send me an email saying my final bill is ready and to log into my account to see it. Well… you close my account so how exactly can I do that? Please send me the bill by email as a PDF.

@bt_uk It’s been ongoing for a year now. The most unstable connection I’ve ever experienced; it’s unusable. Thanks for the message but I don’t have time to troubleshoot over & over. I’ll just continue to use my phone hotspot and look for new service.
