@btsport says my account needs to activate then does **** all to activate. I’m up at 1:30am to watch ufc - sort this shit out otherwise I want a free year. I watch this once a month and twice this year it’s ****** up. Horseshit service. Your phone support is off too.

We moved into the house in November. The previous owners had perfect internet. @bt_uk say they need to cut a branch down because they need to install fibre. Two deadlines already missed and now we have a date of Dec 23rd and no guarantee. Not good enough.

@Redbird2510 Thank you. It seems perfectly reasonable to me when I can't make or receive calls and can't remedy the problem because a new handset isn't compatible. I've emailed @bt_uk Shop and have been refused, now escalated. 🤞 #CustomerService

@PrentonTommy @lucyjward_ @btsport Tbf some are not so bad, and Alex Scott is knowledgeable and her contribution is normally sound. However, some seem to think they have to talk constant when sometimes less is more. Some of the men's commentary is not always great either though.

@bt_uk Do you know how long after our service switching it will take before our phone lines are on? we currently dont have working mobiles because we cant afford to keep them topped up so currently have no communication other than my computer
