    @UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

    @bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

    @bt_uk Just came indoors to find my wife in tears after dealing with @BT_UK. My father-in-law passed away earlier this year, leaving Mum, who is registered blind, with a £67 a month contract for a service she can harder use and certainly cant afford. BT totaly unsympathetic.

    @duncanharris5 I totally blame @bt_uk who dragged their heels and refused to fix THEIR utility after the last flood in June. Finally came out and fixed the ducting (3 hour job) 2 weeks ago but delay has meant only a temp road for 5 months, which has led to this, again! Shame on you BT! 🤬

    Morning @bt_uk I switched to digital voice for my landline today and caller ID is not working. Rang BT customer service to be told they have discovered that the caller ID function is not compatible with the new system. I need this function. Why was this not sorted before launch?

    Thread 🧵 1/3 Absolutely appalling customer service from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp. Failed to send an engineer last week at a scheduled installation time, no prior notification so no broadband fitted at new home last week. Told I would be updated by Tuesday.

    @tomsiimms @Izain1 @btsport The subscribers aren't ALL British; there will be Italians who live in Britain🤦🏼. Why should they be subjected to a one-sided commentary? Even those who are English and don't support #MUFC would find the commentary contemptable. The broadcast should be unbiased and impartial.

    @bt_uk there has been BT Vans by the Green Connection Box down the road on numerous occasions, but we’ve had no explanation as to why our connection is dropping out, yet being billed for a service we can’t use fully - 2/2
