    @UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

    @bt_uk Hi there Alannah, I placed this order as a brand new customer, I actually already received the JBL Sound Bar as part of the deal, so I'm confused as to why there is a problem. I'll send a DM now

    @bt_uk Diagnostic came back but because I'm a sky customer I have to contact them? Despite BT owning the infrastructure that they use? Bit mad really isn't it? Especially seeing as the problem happens when the BT engineers doing the work 🤔

    @stupotsug @sconny3383 @bt_uk You're right, it shouldn't be left but it's hardly worth a complaint An example about complaining is me, I few months ago something was badly stacked in work I glanced my head I typed an email to the boss then stopped it was weeks before Christmas and someone could've been sacked

    @bt_uk my parents have had no landline or internet for 10 days. You said you’d fix it yesterday and now it’s being pushed back to tomorrow. It’s becoming a joke. Where is the apology, urgency and compensation for absolutely NO service???

    @bfford @btbusinesscare Yeah. ISDN finally got ditched in December and replaced with broadband, but seemingly never got cancelled (even though they said it would be) so was still being billed for it.

    @bt_uk hi, our Wifi has been down all afternoon but according to your service status check on your app there’s no know faults in our area, we’ve tried rebooting our box with no luck, anything else we can do?

    Appualingly bad service from @bt_uk 2 months in and still no Internet, no TV, and engineers not turning up to booked appointments. 6 days wasted waiting for engineers and people to call who never appeared. Complacency from unhelpful call centre too
