Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

But the Chat Bot ignores everything you type in and just asks unrelated questions before saying it can't help.

When can we at least hear some updates! This is just getting extremely silly! We now think Openreach don’t know how to fix it! 😑
