@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

@bt_uk Hi there Alannah, I placed this order as a brand new customer, I actually already received the JBL Sound Bar as part of the deal, so I'm confused as to why there is a problem. I'll send a DM now

@bt_uk we have just been advised that you are switching us to Digital Voice next week. There is no mobile at all where we live. If there is a power cut, we risk my elderly mother not being able to call 999. This is awful, and I would like advice on how to make a formal complaint

@bt_uk It's now got worse. Eventually got through to chat online. Told I need an engineer visit, but won't come on a Saturday. I have no holidays left to take for B.T. Then my wi-fi goes off again during chat. This is horrendous service. Paying for a substandard service.

I missed the start of #LoveIsland because my child was vomiting on me. Can’t watch recordings or live TV on the @bt_uk app and can’t watch +1 on the @itvhub app 😫 I’m a broken women and not being able to watch the TV I want in bed has absolutely finished me 😭

@stokesinskeggy @bt_uk We had issues (still do a bit), and so did my dad. They ended up putting a new socket in at ours which improved things. (is yours still the original/old?) They put an extender/booster (can’t remember) in for free at my dads.

@BTCare My internet is dropping multiple times daily. Solid purple light followed by flashing orange, then orange and finally back to blue. No stability at all and an engineer was only here 2-3 weeks ago!
