@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

@BTCare I’ve had bt for 12 days two missed appointments four different engineers to the same fault I thought virgin had the worst customer service but I think bt take the crown absolutely shocking

@nocturnalmonkey @bt_uk Try using a dynamic DNS service and set your work security to use a hostname rather than IP address. Works well for me. DM if you need to.

.@bt_uk @DPD_UK @OpenreachHelp - BT responded to say they cld do nothing. We still haven't a 4Gminihub & no information abt what's happening. DPD have promised delivery time & again & now say there's an issue with the 'scan on the parcel' & we aren't allowed to collect it .. 1/2

@HannahOvett @OpenreachHelp The final nub of frustration is our neighbour who is on the same physical line as it comes through our field is on @btbusinesscare Internet and being told a cabinet got flooded out but we are being told it’s a damaged pole 🤷 so whatever is going on communication is a problem!

@bt_uk Texting is not really any use, default response is contact us in 24 hours. 4 days outage close to what i recieved in 9 years with virgin!

@bt_uk would it have been an idea to ask before coming onto my property and disconnecting our line whilst you move it to a new telegraph pole, this is scheduled work, not an emergency, what compensation are my neighbours and I getting for no service and the inconvenience?

@bt_uk can you tell me why your company and BT open reach don’t train your staff? Lie? Don’t fulfil contracts? Are lazy? And have the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with? 13 year olds have better customer service than you!

So the new EE qmini hub from @bt_uk that was sent to the wrong address connects to local network but not to the internet!! this is the fourth one that has done this and I am sure that will be my fault also
