    @UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

    🧡 3/3 Told I would receive no further updates/confirmation of this appointment and no further action will be taken. @bt_uk advisor was unhelpful and no understanding that the lack of customer communication means my overall experience so far has been so poor and frustrating.

    Morning @bt_uk I switched to digital voice for my landline today and caller ID is not working. Rang BT customer service to be told they have discovered that the caller ID function is not compatible with the new system. I need this function. Why was this not sorted before launch?

    No call from @bt_uk yesterday about why my #BTbroadband hasn't been activated (6 days overdue) I called today; no updates and a promise for another call back in 24hours. Asked to speak to a manager about the poor communication,got another promise for a call before 4pm. Let's see.

    @bt_uk there has been BT Vans by the Green Connection Box down the road on numerous occasions, but we’ve had no explanation as to why our connection is dropping out, yet being billed for a service we can’t use fully - 2/2
