@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

@bt_uk We have everything FTTP installed in our house, just a red light on the new white box, the engineers said it would just start working when it had been connected up down the road at the exchange or whatever the fibre equivalent is! He said the light wasn't on that sends the signal

@bt_uk my wifi has gone off in surbiton. smart hub 2 showing orange light. same symptoms as 2 weeks ago when there was a major outage locally. pls look into this for me and sort it - we have work in the morning and need it to be fixed

@bt_uk I've tried this. It says add pass. NOT cancel subscription. I payed 25 pound for 1 month ONLY, But it keeps renewing. I can't cancel because it only says "add pass" ??
