    I never realised that @BTCare Broadband was susceptible to this virus going around. They must be the worst broadband provider in the UK. Can’t see me staying with them after my contract is up #BringBackBuzby

    @UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

    @bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

    @bt_uk can I have internet for 5 minutes, today? your service is constantly down. I got no less than 5 different IPs today. Internet speed down to a trickle. And constantly falling down for even an hour. What a joke of a company. And I am a joke in all the zoom calls thanks to U!

    @O2 are ridiculous. Left o2, my numbers ported over,happily used with @bt_uk then O2 put a bar on the number as claim outstanding bill? Can't use MYO2 as I have no numbers, can't verify me on phone as stupid security Q, can only go into a shop? Archaic. Terrible company. Avoid!!

    @jinks_bar @bt_uk @BT They are but I judge on how many times it happens. I've been with BT for just over two years, this is the first issue I've had with them. It was a regular occurrence with both Virgin and Sky.

    @bt_uk my father-in-law has had a really bad line for weeks now, he had an engineer out last year and it seemed to rectify it, but it is so crackly at the moment that he can't hear what the caller is saying. Please can you arrange to sort it out, thanks.

    @bt_uk No decided to leave BT and go with Vodafone. The fact that it's £10 less per month is not reason it's the fact that BT customer service is terrible and when engineers are booked they don't turn up.

    @bt_uk Poor attitude from @bt_uk and actually discriminatory considering you offer it to your business bustomer plus EE offer it to both their sets of customers. It’s totally illogical.

    @bt_uk Yes I will take the complaint to the Ombudsman. If inflation is growing up to 10% and families need to reconsider expenses, not sure how BT can justify to lock in their customer base to a long contract. I am starting to be Resentful to your brand and can't wait to be out..
