  • daveofduncan 🄳🄰🅅🄴🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@daveofduncan) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

  • DerekTaylorDFC Derek Taylor (@DerekTaylorDFC) reported from Dundee, Scotland

I never realised that @BTCare Broadband was susceptible to this virus going around. They must be the worst broadband provider in the UK. Can’t see me staying with them after my contract is up #BringBackBuzby

  • billypleased DJ Billy Morris (@billypleased) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@bt_uk My BT connection is pretty poor, but whenever I call to complain all I get is "if we come up and don't find a fault on our side we will have to charge you." Nice.

  • SeanSievewright Sean (@SeanSievewright) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@IANHOSKINS5 Wont be that great as be down before that game. @btsport just rubbing it in by showing it live.

  • cuthyb Andrew C Jnr #FBPE🔶️🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇱🇺 (@cuthyb) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@bt_uk Hi there Alannah, I placed this order as a brand new customer, I actually already received the JBL Sound Bar as part of the deal, so I'm confused as to why there is a problem. I'll send a DM now

  • chrisphin Christopher Phin (@chrisphin) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

  • larzo14 Lawrie Hill ⭐️🧡🖤🎗 (@larzo14) reported from Longforgan, Scotland

WTF @btsport Penguins v Caps goes off mid-game and we end up with blank screen and then adverts 😡😡

@bt_uk I have not yet reported the faults as my husband (who has terminal brain cancer) was having a very bad few days and I need to care for him.

  • gwyndra Jen (@gwyndra) reported

@bt_uk has got to be the worst internet provider in the UK. I ordered in October and now I am being told I won’t have broadband until February. Constantly getting excuses and pointing fingers at OpenReach - how is this okay? 4 months!?

  • colinacland Colin Acland (@colinacland) reported

@bt_uk I’ve been a BT customer for years always been satisfied recently had new faster fibre broadband fitted so far all good and fast I would like to use the phones that come with it but unfortunately the plans do seem quite expensive

  • ianhf ianhf (@ianhf) reported

@_rodgilmour The @btsport match coverage and commentators are good, however issues 1) no countdown clock for shuffles, 2) limited supporting features, 3) @btsport don't promote, trail or advertise hockey on TV, website or social media 🙁, 4) EH focused on selling event tickets

  • kimtella_187 Kimberly (@kimtella_187) reported

Imagine, BT sent me x3 SIM cards and said they were free and that I would not be charged until they were activated (which I never activated). To then find out 18 months later they had charged me £30 a month for them!!!!! £500 later 🥺😔 @BTGroup @bt_uk

  • matt_timson Matt Timson (@matt_timson) reported

318MB into a 767MB upload - at less than 1mbps. Can anybody explain to me how this is even possible, nearly a quarter of the way into the 21st Century? This isn't some aberration, by the way - this is just the speed @bt_uk thinks is okay to sell as a service. Unbelievable.

  • JuniorJohnson Junior Johnson (@JuniorJohnson) reported

@bt_uk Wtf is this? I don’t need a tv guide Mat. I know what programmes and what channels they’re on, bt tv doesn’t permit them to be used. Why? Sky do.

  • DamonCochrane1 Damon Cochrane (@DamonCochrane1) reported

@bt_uk The reason I ask is because what if there is a power cut or the Broadband goes down in our area.

  • garypine Gary Pine (@garypine) reported

@btbusinesscare For what a poor online experience, I was later contacted by one of your 2nd or 3rd line team (Else) and they did a sterling job sorting out the issue and, fixing another challenge that I'd forgotten I'd given up on years ago.

  • AdvantureTimeUK AdvantureTimeUK (@AdvantureTimeUK) reported

@bt_uk @financialombuds if BT close an unresolved issue each time I called but the same problem persists, surely I'm entitled to compensation from the first complaint and not the latest of 5?
