@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

  • SeanSievewright Sean (@SeanSievewright) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@IANHOSKINS5 Wont be that great as be down before that game. @btsport just rubbing it in by showing it live.

@bt_uk Nah it's ok, won't bother had 5 different stories from you guys in two weeks. Not interested in another one. It's in as a complaint now will see if you guys can be bothered to actually connect me or just lie again

  • andr3brasil André Brasil (@andr3brasil) reported

@bt_uk horrible experience! More than a month to get my internet installed and they are asking for more 10 days to give me an UPDATE!

  • nicky_1n2n Nic Mag (@nicky_1n2n) reported

@bt_uk Very poor customer service /disregard for pensioners in #enniskillen who had the footpaths outside their homes excavated with no advance warning, resulting in restricted access and noise disruption 😡

  • RavinAnend Ravin Anenden (@RavinAnend) reported

@virginmedia and @btsport I now am a BT Sport subscriber on Virgin Media. However nobody at either of your customer service teams can tell me how I can access BT Sport docs. Please can someone help

  • vj_antard Antard (@vj_antard) reported

@bt_uk hi trying to upgrade my headband to the new full fibre, but the charge for an already customer is £30 dearer per month than a new customer? Is this right?

  • Chris_Oliff Chris Oliff ♻️ (@Chris_Oliff) reported

@narkovian @bt_uk Only problem is that - it is not permitted to run cables across the pavement - a real hazard. The real solution - many in London - is sockets on street lamps. For the great red boxes - medical support and books are great ones already in use

  • PJ25King Philip King (@PJ25King) reported

@bt_uk Really disappointed with your service.... Firstly you claim to have fixed a fault in my area and havent. The mini hub you sent has been cancelled so no reliable internet. Also your website lies about online chat hours for getting help...

  • hilaryhendy Hilary Hendy🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@hilaryhendy) reported

@bt_uk I've been a customer for 11 years. I have spent a month & the current call has been over an hour. I want a wifi set top box so I can have full fibre to the property. Ghastly customer experience.

  • Swingbridge2 Preston Dock Bridge #getthemaskbackon (@Swingbridge2) reported

@Lostock_Henge @bt_uk Even though the cost is spread between all telephone companies via a levy there is never a "right" place to have a phonebox. To be fair the "everyone has a mobile" theory does not hold up and the vandals make the situation worse

  • 5tuart71 stuart winship (@5tuart71) reported

@bt_uk I’d settle for an answer to the question ‘why is it taking so long and when will my service be restored?’
