I never realised that @BTCare Broadband was susceptible to this virus going around. They must be the worst broadband provider in the UK. Can’t see me staying with them after my contract is up #BringBackBuzby

@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

@bt_uk My BT connection is pretty poor, but whenever I call to complain all I get is "if we come up and don't find a fault on our side we will have to charge you." Nice.

@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

@bt_uk Why do I have to spend so long on hold to cancel my BT Sport on Sky package? Tried and given up a few times now. I should be able to do it online. I can’t help thinking I would not spend nearly as much time on hold if I called for anything acquisition related.

Is @TalkTalk using @bt_uk 's roll out of faster fibre to make people renew contracts with them? Mine was upgraded @talktalk 's request and I'm now advised I need a new 4k TV box to fix problems caused by the installation, to get one I've got to renew my contract.

Called yesterday to reschedule my installation with @bt_uk and they still managed to send the poor engineer out this morning to waste his time. Knew this would happen. And now i'll have to wait another two weeks, I suppose?

@aitken_will @bt_uk My broadband went down last night in TN12 postcode and @bt_uk are saying it’ll be 5 or 6 days to fix. Will I at least find out what the issue is for such a long delay?
