🄳🄰🅅🄴🏴 (@daveofduncan) reported from Dundee, Scotland@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!
-
Sean (@SeanSievewright) reported from Dundee, Scotland@IANHOSKINS5 Wont be that great as be down before that game. @btsport just rubbing it in by showing it live.
-
Christopher Phin (@chrisphin) reported from Dundee, Scotland@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

Derek Taylor (@DerekTaylorDFC) reported from Dundee, ScotlandI never realised that @BTCare Broadband was susceptible to this virus going around. They must be the worst broadband provider in the UK. Can’t see me staying with them after my contract is up #BringBackBuzby
-
Andrew C Jnr #FBPE🔶️🇪🇺🏴🇱🇺 (@cuthyb) reported from Dundee, Scotland@bt_uk Hi there Alannah, I placed this order as a brand new customer, I actually already received the JBL Sound Bar as part of the deal, so I'm confused as to why there is a problem. I'll send a DM now

Lawrie Hill ⭐️🧡🖤🎗 (@larzo14) reported from Longforgan, ScotlandWTF @btsport Penguins v Caps goes off mid-game and we end up with blank screen and then adverts 😡😡
-
DJ Billy Morris (@billypleased) reported from Dundee, Scotland@bt_uk My BT connection is pretty poor, but whenever I call to complain all I get is "if we come up and don't find a fault on our side we will have to charge you." Nice.

-
Rob (@theRedun) reported@bt_uk @EE @BTBusiness currently on the #caravanclub site at Clumber Park, Notts, paying for “premium WiFi” and it’s painfully slow, no faster than the free version, caravan club staff say it’s nothing to do with them, report it to you! How do I report it to you?
-
Ann Palmer (@AnniePShoreham) reported@bt_uk No I won’t do that. I have spent far too many hours of my life at various times over the last year trying to get this sorted. Please pass this to the complaints team - the agent I spoke to on 5/3 promised to sort it. Another epic fail.
-
Ian Robson (@GFX2001) reported@bt_uk I have spent hours on the BT Website and BT Community Support systems trying to find an answer to a simple Digital Voice question? Can you connect two analogue Phones to the Green Socket on the back of the BT Hub using a two into one Phone Socket adapter?
-
John Richards (@Johnty14) reportedso @bt_uk after no real support over your dm’s as we were going around in circles, with you still not quite understanding that when someone that has an account with you dies, their contract ends. It’s not transferred to their next of kin. We gave notice with the bereavement team
-
Jon Chadwick (@JonD_Chadwick) reported@bt_uk Thanks, but there has to be someone in BT who can fix an email problem? It might not be you, but there has to be someone?
-
Darren Mumby (@mumby83) reported@bt_uk what on earth is going on with account. I can’t sign in anywhere
-
David Sinfield (@omotforest) reported@WasSamLowryEsq @bt_uk @openreach The French call it demerdisation. Removing the ****. It's how I flew under the radar when I lived in France in an unapproved residence. Basically you keep the local mayor on side* and don't let anything escalate to the departement. *May involve 5L of wine a couple of times a year.
-
@sharpy74 (@sharpy741) reported@martinintune @bt_uk Do you have any local alternative? I’m baffled why people pay BT for poor service at inflated prices. There are so many new Fibre providers now offering a better service at much lower prices. The days of BT’s monopoly and ridiculous Line Rental charges are thankfully, over.
-
Chris Wall 💙🧡 (@ChrisWall85) reported@bt_uk hi, I need a bit of help! I'm moving in July so need to cancel my service. I can't log in to My BT to do this, could I get some assistance with this please?
-
emze (@KerZE87) reported@bt_uk your service in the Deal area has been absolutely appalling the last few days. If my wifi goes down again I’d like money off my next bill if not all of it. Why am I paying £83 a month for a shoddy connection?
