@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

I never realised that @BTCare Broadband was susceptible to this virus going around. They must be the worst broadband provider in the UK. Can’t see me staying with them after my contract is up #BringBackBuzby

@bt_uk My BT connection is pretty poor, but whenever I call to complain all I get is "if we come up and don't find a fault on our side we will have to charge you." Nice.

@bt_uk who do I need to speak to about getting a better deal for being a loyal customer? I’ve called and then been cut off after being on hold, online chat no help! Not good when Vodafone, talk talk, etc are less than half price what I’m paying now. I’m out of contract by the way

@bt_uk do you think keeping people on hold to your fraud department for 48 minutes with no human being shows your concern about banking safety? I’ve had to hang up now so will start the whole rigmarole again in the am. Not happy. It’s a bloody fraud department ffs.

@bt_uk i had a really awful experience with bt but steven Kennedy who eventually sorted the problem deserves alot of credit! I dont know who his manager is but hes an absolute star- over and above to get things done🙌
