Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

Your question about the router just infuriates more. Itโs not helpful. Itโs irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.
