@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

@royconnelly @bt_uk I had similar problems with BT in the past, engineer and online expert appointments continually missed. Weeks trying to run a business using hotmail and no internet, eventually I changed provider. Within minutes BT called and sorted the problem. I still switched provider.

btsport is the worst sports channel i have ever seen, the commentators are woeful, seems they just chuck them a mike and say your on, jobs for the boys and pc woke, i think after this season you will lose a lot of viewers #btsport

@bt_uk how can I speak to someone? It's a 30 min wait... I've spent hours on the phone to you. I make an order you cancel it then reorder it and cancel it then send equipment and then ask for the equipment back or you'll charge. I can't keep wasting days chasing your bad service

Very disappointed with @bt_uk 45 years as a customer and no loyalty. They want me to pay for a Wi-fi extender £25 extra per month for one room in the house joke. When contract ends I’m out!!!!!! #crap

What is going on with @btsport? It's been two weeks now that we've been unable to watch anything on the PS5 @AskPS_UK. Isn't connection issues. I've streamed Netflix, downloaded games, played online all no problem. Getting error code vc019.
