    @bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

    @UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

    @btbusinesscare This is our confusion we are a residential account but we’re told we can upgrade to a business account for “faster & cheaper internet” by BT Business with no cancellation fees & just switch over no issue since you are also BT instead it’s all messed up our full account gone.

    @bt_uk update!!! Day 16 with no working internet. BT have decided to send another engineer( this is the 4th one we’ve had ) to try and fix the issue. Partner had 2 interviews this week where the internet cut off. I’m having to take time off work for all of these engineer visits.

    @bt_uk Well - I've done this and it's made absolutely no difference. (To be honest, I can't see why it would) The always connected service really needs to be dealt with. As does the actual issue in my area to be fair, rather than blaming strikes for delays in repairing.

    @bt_uk I am paying extortionate amounts of money for no internet. Every time I call to explain the issue I’m told another engineer will arrive . No consideration for work or money lost . They have refused to recompensate me or let me leave my contract . We have had to……..
