    @bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

    @UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

    @bt_uk Hi there Alannah, I placed this order as a brand new customer, I actually already received the JBL Sound Bar as part of the deal, so I'm confused as to why there is a problem. I'll send a DM now

    On top of this, it's impossible to make a complaint and they have refused to reimburse me for the cost of purchasing a Wi-fi booster. I have been told to purchase a 'BT disc' - I will not be spending a penny more with you @bt_uk - such terrible service.

    @bt_uk - promised a refund 5 weeks ago for all the issues I had. Guess what still not happened. The worst customer service of any company I have ever given money too. Incompetence and indifference are your 2 pillars it seems.

    @bt_uk I've never had any problems with my landline until @gigaclear & @SwishFibre started digging up my street.. since then my landline has gone down 4 times.. I don't believe in coincidence, and yet again my land line is down. This is absolutely rubbish..

    @WullieHalliday @bt_uk There are 2 types of service, residential and roaming. The residential only works within a certain distance from your address, roaming you can use anywhere.

    @bt_uk been without WiFi for 6 days since my fibre installation (which worked for a few hours) The issue is still not resolved despite countless update requests by myself on the phone and online chat. No contact or update from BT themselves, I'm chasing it myself #bt #broadband

    @bt_uk Terrible layout, and when I clicked on what looked like the link to look at my bill the wrong page kept loading. I managed to do what I needed to do, but the process was a lot more annoying than it needed to be.

    @bt_uk hi just trying to reactivate my monthly bt sport app subscription since Saturday and not getting anywhere. Almost like you don't want my money. All I get when I try to restart is the 3 colored circles bouncing up and down and nothing happens. Tried app/web/chat/phone

    Modern life. Yesterday @bt_uk emails offering a new contract £39.99 per month for the same level of service we have currently, which is fine. Today both chatbot and helpline person are adamant that no such rate exists. Husband wore them down.
