I never realised that @BTCare Broadband was susceptible to this virus going around. They must be the worst broadband provider in the UK. Can’t see me staying with them after my contract is up #BringBackBuzby

  • larzo14 Lawrie Hill ⭐️🧡🖤🎗 (@larzo14) reported from Longforgan, Scotland

WTF @btsport Penguins v Caps goes off mid-game and we end up with blank screen and then adverts 😡😡

  • chrisphin Christopher Phin (@chrisphin) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

  • cuthyb Andrew C Jnr #FBPE🔶️🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇱🇺 (@cuthyb) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@bt_uk Hi there Alannah, I placed this order as a brand new customer, I actually already received the JBL Sound Bar as part of the deal, so I'm confused as to why there is a problem. I'll send a DM now

  • SeanSievewright Sean (@SeanSievewright) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@IANHOSKINS5 Wont be that great as be down before that game. @btsport just rubbing it in by showing it live.

  • JLMooreMr Mr J Moore (@JLMooreMr) reported

@bt_uk I had a fault on my router last week. An engineer came out but didn't fix it as he said he thought the problem had resolved it's self. I'm still having issues. Can you advise me on how to resolve this please. I have tried troubleshooting steps but the issue is intermittent

  • Phantom1078 Stuart Holmes (@Phantom1078) reported

To add to this poor service - My wife is a school teacher and is expected to provide online learning... how is she going to provide this key service now @bt_uk? A week to sort out a problem you created is not good enough!!

  • LookoutPoint2 Lookout Point (@LookoutPoint2) reported

@nearney_glenn @bt_uk They really are a waste of space! Check that you receive £25 automatic compensation for each missed appointment. Should be credited to your account within 30 days of your service starting.

  • StaceyEBx Stacey Butlin (@StaceyEBx) reported

@btbusinesscare Unless you can close the account you ate billing for which should have been closed already then no. I'm really unhappy with your customer support. Such a shame as the product is great.

  • OneRandomDolly OneRandomDolly (@OneRandomDolly) reported

And guess who never turned up for the appointment today..... surprise surprise... @bt_uk incompetence showed again, they booked a different date to we was told. I cancelled appointments for this damn engineer! ******* sick of the treatment from this JOKE of a company!!!!!!!
