    @bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

    @UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

    I never realised that @BTCare Broadband was susceptible to this virus going around. They must be the worst broadband provider in the UK. Can’t see me staying with them after my contract is up #BringBackBuzby

    @bt_uk I applied for Fibre Broadband. Was told the application was pending and someone would be in touch.I’ve tried several times to call customer service.The £29.99 fee has been refunded. I assume it was unsuccessful and will not be connected by date supplied upon application?

    @bt_uk To even seriously suggest my Wifi wasn’t being logged in with the correct password is utterly insulting and shows a complete lack of understanding of my issue. I had 4 other devices connected to that WiFi which were working fine FFS. Just give me a refund please.
