@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

I never realised that @BTCare Broadband was susceptible to this virus going around. They must be the worst broadband provider in the UK. Can’t see me staying with them after my contract is up #BringBackBuzby

@bt_uk My BT connection is pretty poor, but whenever I call to complain all I get is "if we come up and don't find a fault on our side we will have to charge you." Nice.

@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

@bt_uk Why can't @bt_uk keep appointments. Have failed to keep 2 appointments to install fibre at my property and send me messages to say sorry we missed you....cheek of this week . However one thing I'm sure of, they won't fail to call for the payment they surely have not earned 🙄

@bt_uk How do you report fault with BT mobile service? I am not able to make or receive a call- the phone doesn't ring and I get a missed call message. My husband who also has a BT account is having the same problem as are friends in the area.

@btbusinesscare Speaking with you constantly, have a complaint number but no resolution moving in to week 2 with no internet when all we did was take out a new contract with you. Between the fault dept and sales there is a disjointed mess and no resolution. Don't need to be put in touch
