I never realised that @BTCare Broadband was susceptible to this virus going around. They must be the worst broadband provider in the UK. Can’t see me staying with them after my contract is up #BringBackBuzby

  • cuthyb Andrew C Jnr #FBPE🔶️🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇱🇺 (@cuthyb) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@bt_uk Hi there Alannah, I placed this order as a brand new customer, I actually already received the JBL Sound Bar as part of the deal, so I'm confused as to why there is a problem. I'll send a DM now

  • daveofduncan 🄳🄰🅅🄴🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@daveofduncan) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

  • chrisphin Christopher Phin (@chrisphin) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

  • SeanSievewright Sean (@SeanSievewright) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@IANHOSKINS5 Wont be that great as be down before that game. @btsport just rubbing it in by showing it live.

  • larzo14 Lawrie Hill ⭐️🧡🖤🎗 (@larzo14) reported from Longforgan, Scotland

WTF @btsport Penguins v Caps goes off mid-game and we end up with blank screen and then adverts 😡😡

@bt_uk @MarcAllera @OpenreachHelp love the fact that BT et al can't be bothered to respond to their customers when there is a problem. A "no help" brand, maybe their new advert tag line?

  • itsLouise_xx ✨ †hï§ hêrê ï§ †hê Mågï¢ §hðþ 💖 (@itsLouise_xx) reported

Hi @virginmedia just wondering why we keep getting a call from what is supposedly a @bt_uk text service? After so many scams- is this something that should be happening when we’re not with BT? Plus, how do we get it to stop @bt_uk ?

  • BenWinterburn Ben Winterburn (@BenWinterburn) reported

@bt_uk I paid an activation charge on Sunday 26th May, this has now been refunded and my order has cancelled. I cannot work from home because I have never been connected to the internet. What is going on??!!!

  • ArthurCrown5 Arthur Crown (@ArthurCrown5) reported

@chocolate0rang3 @jez_cyberdude @bt_uk I did not know that, until you mentioned it. Sky bought BE Ltd and rip-offs and declining service followed (including a charge of £2.00 per month for NOT using SKY's TV product. In the queue for a counterclaim far exceeding the £75.00 owing to SKY ! 🧐🤠😭💩💩

  • JasminRia Jasmin Ria (@JasminRia) reported

@bt_uk Yes a fair few times. They’re going to send an engineer between 8-6, which I won’t be home for as I cannot work from home without internet. Not sure why this is required as the last residents had internet no problem with yourselves.
