  @AxholmeMiller @bt_uk Hey mate had same issue also it was damm frustrating and kind of making me loosing appetite all I had to do was I contact a support specialist he got my error fixed and it work out perfectly and everything safe all thanks to him i suggest you contact him now I’m sure he will help

  @bt_uk no wifi since lunch time yday, told it was an outage that would be sorted by 12am, still none this morning and been told that there was no outage at all? meanwhile your chat agents are trying to sell me even more products despite me not getting the service I’m paying for

  When @bt_uk sent a letter saying they were digging up the road a few blocks down, they failed to mention they'd get creative and block my driveway with zero notice. In a road where I'm not allowed to get a permit no less. Cheek of it.
