@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

@bt_uk Lynette in ‘Customer Team’ has emailed but only to say phones are in transit! by Snail Mail I think! No communication from BT so when I chased I asked for next day delivery like many other companies can manage but apparently BT can’t do that! Do you even have phones in stock?

@gigaclear is quick when it works. But it has constant outages. This one has lasted all day. Lucky it's a weekend, but not a suitable product or company for business to rely on. @btbusinesscare was slow but ultra reliable. #failure
