@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

I never realised that @BTCare Broadband was susceptible to this virus going around. They must be the worst broadband provider in the UK. Can’t see me staying with them after my contract is up #BringBackBuzby

@bt_uk You can close the conversation, but the complaint and issues continue. The fact that #BT and #Openreach are incapable of resolving their own mistake, leaving a customer, who relies on the internet for working remotely, without service for two weeks is mind blowing.

@bt_uk Sorry Joe its gone way beyond where anyone on Twitter can help, I am sick and tired of being lied to and given misleading information, I though the problems had been resolved when I spoke to Teri-Ann Howard but shes MIA and no one seems to be able to pick up the pieces
