@bt_uk hey; our broadband has been out since 11am and was to be fixed by 1900 today...current update is Monday at 2315...what's the issue as this is needed for work etc..

I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

@bt_uk This is where the problem is. BT says I should contact SKY. SKY says contact OpenReach and OpenReach says contact BT. It’s a BT telephone pole so surely it should be BTs responsibility and not SKY?

New @virginmedia customer, massively regret leaving @bt_uk already. Not 1, but 2 cancelled install dates, 3 weeks overdue. Negating on promised installation today.. now 12 hours until existing broadband ends & I work from home.. just put through to a dead phone line after 29 mins

@bt_uk Appalling BT Digital Voice engineers have failed to turn to three scheduled appointments - appalling service for disabled customers. I did not choose for this hasstle - happy with my existing phone - did not want to go digital - no warning.
