@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

@bt_uk The problem of Twitch videos buffering every 30s started a few weeks ago. Apart from using a VPN It didn't matter what browser, pc hard wired to the router or laptop on wifi I used. But coincidently within 24hrs of tweeting @bt_uk the problem disappeared as quickly as It appeared

@bt_uk The issue has returned, however only terrestrial channels. Our signal strength shows as weak, but it has never done so before. We only had the aerial installed a few months ago as our property is a new build.

@bt_uk I'm not doing this rigmarole again. The mast on b480 at the postcode above is not providing any signal to BT phones regardless of who pays handsomely for the contract. BT and EE do not care enough to fix it. BTs process won't let me inform BT. You could report it but won't.
