@bt_uk very frustrated Fibre100 customer here - it should be called FIbre15!! Continued intermittent faults since last Sept.Have spent crazy amounts of time reporting faults and have had 3 no shows from engineers when booked. Fault reported on 4 Apr still not fixed! WHEN?!?

@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

@goatersmotors Can I say it’s a much nicer experience to watch @btsport game on mute and have a watch along in the background. Doesn’t even need to be fan channel, plenty of alternative commentary and frankly offer more insight than the awful commentary BT subject it’s customers too

@Varcs @bt_uk Ridiculous. One thing has nothing to do with the other. BT are meant to provide the service your Mum pays for. Whether she has a mobile phone is irrelevant,signal could be bad on that too & why should she incur more costs when she isn’t receiving the service she pays for from BT!

@bt_uk Hi, I've just switched to BT & since my old number transferred to the new SIM I'm now getting a 'PDP authentication' error when I try to access data. I've tried resetting the network settings and taking my SIM out and waiting before putting it back in but neither worked.
