    Iโ€™m currently charged ยฃ20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sportsโ€™ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

    @bt_uk Honestly sick of the crap speeds I get here, pay top dollar for Superfast Fibre Plus with most up to date router and I struggle to get above 23 MB. Engineers been out 10 times in last year and canโ€™t find a fault. ๐Ÿคฎ

    @bt_uk I wouldn't be leaving if you had sorted my tech issues over the last 2 years. I find it very coincidental that I am switching and I have my problems turned up to 11! And my cancellation fee is MORE than I was quoted the day I was looking at leaving!

    @bt_uk you cut customer services , phones Broadband and no one can advise after 4 days what services will be reinstated. After 30+ years of loyalty your staff advise us to leave as they cannot be bothered to take the pressure and answer questions on shocking service @bt_uk .

    It only took @bt_uk 14 days to fix the broadband we pay them to provide. And it lasted a good 9 hours before it stopped working again. We should be grateful really. Incompetence on an industrial scale. Bravo. What a shambles.

    Dear @bt_uk - for 6 weeks I have had a wholly unreliable WiFi signal. So far I have had 2 engineers to the house & 2 to the outside set up. I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles. Please can I speak to someone who can help!!!!! PLEASE!

    @bt_uk If it's not installed at the 3rd attempt we are going to the ombudsman. BT and Openreach cannot communicate with each other and neither can tell the customer what is happening...or worse, what is NOT happening!
