I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

@bt_uk we have a smart baby monitor that has lost its volume and our baby has been in distress for a prolonged period of time without us knowing. Looking online it’s common fault with this unit and is obviously putting the lives of babies at risk. What are you doing to fix this??
