    I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

    @bt_uk Is the service down in Stevenston, North Ayrshire? My router keeps dropping connection and now it keeps flashing purple. Tried restarting it several times. Was working fine till around an hour or so ago.

    @Cal_SFC The problem isn't VAR it's the rules that they are enforcing. Great point made by @rioferdy5 on @btsport last night. That defenders will now be told to take the man out. Have you considered thinking rather than letting your inner child tweet?

    @bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

    @bt_uk very frustrated Fibre100 customer here - it should be called FIbre15!! Continued intermittent faults since last Sept.Have spent crazy amounts of time reporting faults and have had 3 no shows from engineers when booked. Fault reported on 4 Apr still not fixed! WHEN?!?

I hope u don’t treat others the way u treated me. I would like 2 know what action you are taking + reassurance u won’t do this to anyone else

    @bt_uk Damn Mat you up early xD But yeah I saw the deal I wanted there, and it told me no at checkout, but suggested the same deal but instead £30/month extra than what was listed publicly, despite me already being a customer and also offered me no personalised upgrade options xD

    @bt_uk Thanks Sharon. I'm assuming the multiple entries for the same fault represent updated fix times? I'm the best minds are working flat out on this. Meanwhile on mobile, I can get a remote robot shave on Mt Snowdon, but it takes 30secs for a web page to load at my house!

    @bt_uk How can you be so dysfunctional? You ceased our primary broadband service 2 weeks too early, re-enabled it when we said don't bother, charged for new router we didn't need, forgot to cease line on correct date and carried on billing us. Your people haven't a clue!
