    @bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

    I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

    @bt_uk Is the service down in Stevenston, North Ayrshire? My router keeps dropping connection and now it keeps flashing purple. Tried restarting it several times. Was working fine till around an hour or so ago.

    @bt_uk very frustrated Fibre100 customer here - it should be called FIbre15!! Continued intermittent faults since last Sept.Have spent crazy amounts of time reporting faults and have had 3 no shows from engineers when booked. Fault reported on 4 Apr still not fixed! WHEN?!?

    @bt_uk I was waiting to see if everything was installed correctly, get this email confirming installation today only to be told that there’s nobody coming to install fibre today. I asked to escalate my complaint and was basically told I can’t. Yet your own process clearly says it can

    @bt_uk please help you guys suppose to fit our fibre today but due to your lack of planning we are now cut off from the internet due to you cancelling our current provider we now have no internet and the best your team can tell me is 12 weeks to get the fibre or 5 days for copper

    @bt_uk by far the worst customer experience I’ve had. After an open complaint which was closed and the agreed callback never happened I’ve now been told the engineer which is confirmed isn’t coming. When I asked to escalate the complaint or speak to a manager was told I couldn’t

    Utter fiasco from @btbusinesscare and @BTCare. I can't access emails from my new phone. Nothing happened last week except a few links which didn't work. Then on Monday somebody managed to **** up my emails to the laptop, so I have no email service at all.
