    @btsport .. anyone else experiencing poor coverage? The live football is very 'jerky', certainly not the quality that we expect to receive when we've paid good money. Thoughts please.

    @btsport thanks guys. The sole reason I stick with BT TV is your European football coverage. When you can’t broadcast a signal for the EUCL quarters, it diminishes your appeal

    2) We had an engineer in May this year who fixed our problem and our speed went to over 40mb. In the last few weeks it reduced to 7. #britishtelecom #Broadband @btsport we pay over £40 for BT Sport too (and get sky included), which we already pay for through sky. shocking service

    @bt_uk quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Was supposed to be connected after moving nearly three weeks ago. Nearly 6 hours on hold, cut off three times, passed from pillar to post and still no service! Absolutely pathetic!

Had the same kind of scenario going on when my grandfather past. Took months to get a couple companies to kick bricks. Capitalism sucks

    @bt_uk On the 24 February I reported a fault on my landline, which you said you would fix by 3 March. Still no landline, tracking says I told you it was fixed - I didn't. 2 complaints have been ignored and I have just had to report it again. Now I have to wait until 8 March!

    @bt_uk putting your fibre broadband prices up only has one effect, a move back to Sky. You have no idea as to how to retain your customers, especially ones that pay for your premium level products. At the very least there should not be any in contract price rises. Awful company.
