Appalling customer service from @bt_uk three days in a row. No callback each time, despite assurances given and now employee hangs up as they don’t know how to resolve the issue.

@thatwullybee @bt_uk Its like it every time it rains mate, I don't think they have a roof on their exchange ;) started last night as I had a guy in my sights too I shot he tp'd . the speeds showing arent representative either...it feels much much worse because its so unstable
