    I’m beginning to think that I’ve made a bad choice in @BTCare. 5 lunch hours in a row trying to get my old Premium email account transferred to my new Broadband account. Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

    Still no @bt_uk broadband or home phone for my neighbours and I since Friday as @OpenreachHelp despite having visited the damaged line have made no attempt to fix. Not great when single parent in remote blackspot area. 4 x being told fixed in 48 hours #stillnotfixed #notattempted

    @BTCare On my 4th call to 150 - 2 have been cut off after over 30 minutes of holding, third I rang 150 only and EE answered and put my through but to a business team who wouldn’t help and now I’ve been on hold over 40 minutes once again. Dreadful service :(

    @bt_uk No idea how you can justify more price increases right now. Having seen my most recent bill you've lost us as customers. I'll find better service for lower cost. Ridiculous to hike the prices when so many of us are struggling financially. Been a customer since 2006 ...

    @bt_uk so glad I wasted my entire day, the guy on the phone didn’t really care and offered max of £25 back. My job depends on WiFi and I deferred my start date, which now has to be done AGAIN. But I’ll need to pay for the hotspot so it’s a bit cheeky isn’t it? Hotspot sucks btw.

    When you wait in all day for @bt_uk engineer to arrive, call them to chase it up and get told they’ve cancelled and no one was going to tell us. Waiting weeks & still waiting. Not even an alternative date. Awful considering we bought into their hotspot to rectify this issue 🙃

    @btsport J mir, v rossi and J Miller when advertising them on bt sport with that stupid model they don't speak with an American accent. Fgs 2 of them are Australian and Italian. Fans say its stupid 😤too sort it out. #MotoGP

    @bt_uk I haven’t. But will give it a go. However, my old Premium account is suspended as I was told to cancel the DD on that when I took the new account out - as I’d get it free. But that hasn’t stopped the payment chasers and hence eventual suspension. I’ve explained this many times!

    @bt_uk The latest update is that we'll know more "on Monday morning". Not only did they cut her line off, but they also redirected her number to a neighbour, who is now getting all of my Nana's calls and none of their own. I'm at my wit's end here, NOBODY wants to help.

    @bt_uk So done your test you say there is a problem then ask me if I want it FIXED…of course I do … then I spend a hour messing around sending texts to a bot. This is not a service BT …find a fault just get on and fix it!!!

    @winstano @bt_uk Hi Ben when I had a similar problem a few years ago I emailed the Chairman of BT and got a reply from his blackberry and the problem was fixed in two days. Unfortunately we seem to have to make a nuisance of yourselves these days to get anything done!

    @bt_uk It's a fault with the whole area according to your app. 2 days estimate as of yesterday for fixing it. So I don't think that calling will help.

    1of2 Even although the product is decent @bt_uk customer services never fails to amaze! “I’d like to upgrade pls” ( that is, give BT more money) “Sorry,no can do as you have one open order which will need to close” (which I never asked for) Revenue prevention at its very best
