    @bt_uk so glad I wasted my entire day, the guy on the phone didn’t really care and offered max of £25 back. My job depends on WiFi and I deferred my start date, which now has to be done AGAIN. But I’ll need to pay for the hotspot so it’s a bit cheeky isn’t it? Hotspot sucks btw.

    @bt_uk I haven’t. But will give it a go. However, my old Premium account is suspended as I was told to cancel the DD on that when I took the new account out - as I’d get it free. But that hasn’t stopped the payment chasers and hence eventual suspension. I’ve explained this many times!

    When you wait in all day for @bt_uk engineer to arrive, call them to chase it up and get told they’ve cancelled and no one was going to tell us. Waiting weeks & still waiting. Not even an alternative date. Awful considering we bought into their hotspot to rectify this issue 🙃

    I’m beginning to think that I’ve made a bad choice in @BTCare. 5 lunch hours in a row trying to get my old Premium email account transferred to my new Broadband account. Email now suspended, so made a complaint. Told I’d get a call back in hours. 5 hours on and I’m still waiting!

    @Bubbles_A4PD @bt_uk Doesn't surprise me about BT these days, a mate of mine had a lot of issues with their TV and Broadband. He ended up taking the matter up with the Communications Ombudsman and got all his money back. It's a shame BT are like this these days, my dad used to work for them.

    @bt_uk Ok,so where do I start.Random disk connections, random full disk resets, missing Ethernet backhaul integration (even though you ADVERTISED THIS FEATURE!),no device steering integration even though it is in the internal browser config software, lots of DHCP issues. do u want more?

    @btbusinesscare So far this morning 2 further clients said they tried to call us. Cloud express not working. Both clients have gone to another salon who could take the calls. 😡

    @bt_uk A fault it's a new customer, every 2 days since last month an engineer meant to be coming to fix, changed hospital appointments to be in for this and nothing, and now I am not getting update till next week 😬

    @bt_uk Hello, my broadband has broken for 5 weeks. And BT staff should contact me yesterday to tell me Openreach team fixing process. Today, my broadband still cannot being use.

    @bt_uk a week into a fault 4 engineers visits and daily calls to CS to repeatedly explain the same thing; still no broadband. Complaint logged = utterly pointless as you do NOTHING. When do i get my money back for a truly shocking service and get my broadband actually working?
