@bt_uk my husband died January 2020, logged onto the account today as you still have his email as the login and it addressed me by his name. So for 12 months you’ve been emailing a dead person. I rang last Year to change the contract to myself and provided death details.

@GabyRoslin @BTCare Oh Gaby, I feel for you. I had the same run-around from Oct to Dec last year, got lucky and finally got someone who wasn't happy with what was going on and she took it on board to get my problem fixed. Openreach were asking me to contact BT with their findings after home visits!!

Can you please help @Btsport with an issue I have accessing the app via Amazon Firestick? When I try and log in, I cannot enter any uppercase characters. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, even using phone as a remote but nothing works.
