When you wait in all day for @bt_uk engineer to arrive, call them to chase it up and get told they’ve cancelled and no one was going to tell us. Waiting weeks & still waiting. Not even an alternative date. Awful considering we bought into their hotspot to rectify this issue 🙃

Warning: BT scam call doing the rounds "This is BT [not]. We've detected suspicious activity... press 1 to speak to an operator, or we will cancel your phone line, internet, etc". For me it was from 01773 206432, but likely that's variable. @bt_uk

@bt_uk The lying scumbags. Have just put roaming charges in the EU up from January £2 a day the robbing scum. They treat us differently to other EUROPEAN nations. Contract cancelled end of next month. @OliverDowden should get a grip of these robbing bastards. Infrastructure money liars

@bt_uk Disappointed to see no thought has been given to vulnerable people with mobility issues during Digital Voice roll out. My parents router is at other end of house (BT engineers decision) Completely cut off today with no idea what to do.

@bt_uk Hi Ian, no, nothing was sent out to them at all. We just bought them new phones at the beginning of this year too. We need BT to move the router back to where it originally was. The signal is weak as it is and we wouldn't want to have to depend on it for our main means of contact

@bt_uk Hi. Elderly relatives: issue with new landline. Just b4 engineer arrived 2 fix- spoof BT contact ctr called and nearly got away with fraudulently extracting £ from a/c! How did they get v new tele no and know engineer due? misuse/exposure of pers data? Can dm as not happy!
