    @BTCare No just a link to renew on an email BT sent me. If I’d known I’d never renewed because I think £77.50 a month for just the Internet is an absolute insult! I could get TV, phone and internet for £55 a month from @SkyUK that’s without discount.

    @BTCare Apparently so but when I renewed I never got told how much I would be paying just that I’d get a preferential rate on BT sport. So I never knew what I was entering in too! I just assumed that loyal customers would be looked after and not penalised or taken advantage of!

    @BTCare Installation of service. Was supposed to be yesterday (after a month wait) but order was cancelled without us being told. Called yesterday and were told someone would call is back today. No one called so we called BR. Next date you can send someone is June 16?!

    @BTCare BT DontCare - so another day of broken promise. Stayed in awaiting a call which would happen before 9pm. Nothing. 2 day wasted for something which should be simple. What does a customer have to do to get help.

    @OssettMike @BTCare Just seen this via a round about route. Have you tried logging a formal complaint on the web site. You get a complaint number and then you can keep escalating. Don't do it on the phone because they will close it without your permission
