    @bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

    Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

    The reason we have #VAR is because in my opinion the likes of #SkySports and #btsport and the TV companies in my opinion pushing for it. Cancel your subscriptions now to show them it's killing the game and we don't want or need it

    @bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

    @bt_uk After having my broadband installation delayed by a month FOR THE THIRD TIME I want to cancel my order. I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

    @bt_uk Have no signal on all ITV channels, pictures freezing or breaking up, no issue with any other channels. This happened last month too! Any ideas. Have returned channels!

    @bt_uk unbreakable wifi? BT has lost my email held for 21 years - 7 days on you can't say what's happened or whether it can be fixed. all that after shutting down the account for bill non payment which you admit was raised in error. how about an unbreakable BT customer service offer?

    @WorkTheSpace @bt_uk I had a problem before that and they kept saying everything was OK because it was only intermittent. After months they finally got an engineer to come out and they had messed up installing a line after years of having the internet

    @bt_uk upload speed issues since Monday in the Addlestone, Surrey area. Upload speeds are below 1MBps (avg 0.4MBPS) and download speeds are about 10MBPS lower than I was getting last month

    @FFScout_Mark @bt_uk I don't think I've ever had such a terrible experience with any company. I've been left chasing constantly, even now having got to their higher level complaints I'm running into the same issues, the word 'sorry' loses a lot of meaning after you hear it for the 8th time

    Ever since the switch, within the same house where I used to golet decent network with @bt_uk I have been getting rare to no service with @EE. I called today with that regard, explaining that I work from home and need the service. But I was refused solutions for whatever reasons.
