@btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

  • MrT222 Tony Kenny (@MrT222) reported from Birmingham, England

@Halcruttenden @btsport Ditto. Sky first. Then BT. Graze boxes next (nice idea but still eat crap too) then the woofers. Two is a luxury I’ve decided so they have a week to prove who is staying. Mind you if I tell the wife I think I’m gone

  • StephenDobbin4 Stephen Dobbin (@StephenDobbin4) reported

@bt_uk with the roll out of “home phone going digital” does that mean that my landline won’t work in a power cut, whereas it does at the current time? Not ideal for the elderly or vulnerable in an emergency is it?

@bt_uk Just sticking to the easiest solution. Restarting the Hub daily. Intend to buy a smart plug and do it automagically.
