    @BTCare Yes they are. The router is a hub 5 and it’s blue but there’s no internet connection on phone or laptop. Don’t know if it’s a general problem or our router. Tried resetting, etc no joy

    @BTCare I appreciate that is what should be happening Claire...but sorry it is not actually what is happening...10 days..closing the fault cases without checking fault fixed, blaming Open Reach, failing to call when promised...I have just read the BT customer service code of practice 🤯

    @BTCare You closed... our original complaint VOL013-337703979566 without even checking it was fixed ...so angry...now had to open a second case and yet still no phone, broadband or Wi-fi TV for 10 day’s now

    @BTCare Nope it’s blue, even after I have reset and done all the tests that I’ve been asked to do it’s still the same. And then I rang up to complain again and got roped into renewing and now I’m tied in so can’t cancel without paying!! I’m not paying any extra...So annoying!!

    @BTCare Your bt engineer because of the quality of his expertise he was able to instruct me on how he was going to solve problem. I have now got 64mp. My point is getting to the point solving .I don't think there is enough investment in the infrastructure.

    @BTCare Yes originally told on day or order thatnktnwould@be today then within 10 minutes changed to 5th that’s 2 without access in a house preciously serviced by BT. Open reach guys based just down the road they only have to flick a switch

    @BTCare no call as promised from my complaint handler. It's an absolute joke. Do I now take my business elsewhere? The line is up and running. I'm sure there are plenty of other providers who would be only too happy to take some money off me.

    @BTCare order VOL013-297438069130. So after 3 surveys, 3 days holiday, 1 abandoned visit and £150 in mobile data charges I have an engineer coming today before 1pm to install my line for an order placed 1st May. He's just called to say he's runnibg late. Diabolical service.

    @BTCare one of your employees told me they were checking the status of internet and phone connection in my area and I’ve heard nothing back. I hope I’m going to be reimbursed for the fact that I have had no internet for over 3 hours. Bad service.
