@Halcruttenden @btsport Ditto. Sky first. Then BT. Graze boxes next (nice idea but still eat crap too) then the woofers. Two is a luxury I’ve decided so they have a week to prove who is staying. Mind you if I tell the wife I think I’m gone

Day 10 with no broadband; @bt_uk yesterday promised us it would be working by 1300 today. @OpenreachHelp ring this morning and say "they will look at our problem...in five working days". Does anyone know how I can get out of my contract with BT?

  • Matt_Greenwings Matt Berry (@Matt_Greenwings) reported

@JohnABurton @bt_uk They’ve succeeded in their aim then, to hide behind their system and frustrate customers into giving up without them having to do anything. The standard modern customer service model for large firms sadly.
