  • AlexNewbury Alex Newbury (@AlexNewbury) reported from Birmingham, England

@bt_uk Yeah, still doesn't work. Got a minihub in the post today, which I'm assuming is a tacit admission that there's a problem outside of our immediate control.

@Halcruttenden @btsport Ditto. Sky first. Then BT. Graze boxes next (nice idea but still eat crap too) then the woofers. Two is a luxury I’ve decided so they have a week to prove who is staying. Mind you if I tell the wife I think I’m gone

@bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

@GeorgeMonbiot @bt_uk Funny thing is that I had exactly the same problem yesterday…despite 6 text messages from Openreach confirming the appointment. Now I have no internet/broadband at all for 36 hours and I’m still waiting for a call from Openreach…

  • SamuelS44122088 Samuel Summers (@SamuelS44122088) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @bt_uk We have been waiting since September for openreach to install WiFi here in South Wales. Each time the date gets pushed back. There is no number to contact them and we are getting charged full whack for a fraction of the service!

  • mdshamilton Mark Hamilton (@mdshamilton) reported

@bt_uk Still waiting for Openreach to arrive or ring as they’d told me they would. Worst service I’ve experienced.

  • mdshamilton Mark Hamilton (@mdshamilton) reported

@bt_uk Correct - I have been a BT customer for 15 years. The order was to upgrade from copper broadband to fibre. I am now being told by BT Executive Customer Solutions that I have to wait to 16 January! Openreach in their wisdom switched the copper broadband off - we are on 4G only.
