As you say don’t want to refund or cancel as Sky has but did come up with a very good deal - too long for this tweet so I’ll add it below

    @bt_uk My 91 year old grandparents are still without internet or phone since 11th February despite reassurances it would be resolved yesterday. This is disgusting service they are isolated, depressed and deserve better.

    @bt_uk Thanks for the reply. The light is consistently on; the issue is the connection keeps dropping - good one minute, not working the next - and this is not isolated to one device (or just Apple devices). All very odd.

    @btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

    @bt_uk I’ve been trying to move my internet service as a home move but it always ends in an unfulfilled promise - engineers don’t turn up, BT staff never call when they say they will etc. You’re just collecting my money at this point and offering nothing in return.

    @bt_uk Thanks but apart from telling there is a fault there is nothing else. I was with Plusnet for several years and didn’t have any faults. I’m with BT for one month and have a severe fault and am down for days. It’s simply not good enough and your fault management is extremely poor.

    @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk very disappointed how an engineer can attend site to fix issues and then within half hour of them leaving the issue has got worse. Not good customer service or a good experience at all. Cant speak to anyone as all automated #poorcustomerservice #vulnerable

    @bt_uk That's had no effect. The sound fault is only on this one channel, all others are fine. I guess you've had no other reports of problems with Sky History 2HD - or no one watches it?!
