@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

@matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. No broadband for two days and no one cares. NHS worker and can’t work from my own home. Genuinely wish I’d never moved my broadband from @bt_uk
