@matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

So all @bt_uk phone agents are “attending a short company meeting until 12.15”. 45 minutes isn’t *very* short, is it? And that’s assuming it has only just started. How unprofessional to take all your agents out in one go. That’s really shoddy customer service.

@bt_uk Now in 3rd week of no broadband. I have rung everyday & been promised a call back. It never happens. The date of the fix changes every day. "BT is committed to providing excellent customer service" is utter sh*te, isn't it? You've even cancelled my right to cancel!
