@matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

I really don't like @btsport's decision to use the Australian commentry on the #Ashes. It's bad enough that England have started poorly. It's worse when it's communicated in a slightly triumphal Aussie twang.
