@matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

Does anyone get broadband and tv from BT @bt_uk If so a. What is their product like b. What is their customer service like. I am totally dissatisfied with @SkyHelpTeam and their efforts to upgrade my broadband. I also have a Sky Q upgrade booked.

@Ofcom if someone @bt_uk opens an order on your account with all your details and then places said order in your name. Charges your account, sends equipment to your house, to then cancel it at there end and put it down to a miss leading sale. What can I do?
