@matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk Hi there, I have The BT Smart Hub 2 and have a Fibre 150 package, i’ve just moved my PC downstairs and the wifi coverage just about covers the corner where the PC is located however the signal is weak, is there any chance of sending me a WiFi booster?

@bt_uk hi. I'm trying to renew my contract, I currently have full fibre 900 and as a new customer there is an offer for 59.99. I'm being offered 69.99 by the value team. Who are refusing to match the new customer price. Is your price promise a lie?
