@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

@matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk I had an internal engineer come he said fault was external an external engineer was booked for the following day nobody came i message chat on BT website they said still a fault tried to book a day then it crashed I wrote a complaint still waiting makes me want to go to @sky

@bt_uk Thank you so much. My son moved his computer and so far, all is good. The router is working fine, it was his computer losing connection to the router. If it happens again, I will message details so hopefully we can find a permanent solution. Much appreciated.
