@matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

@Moonwortmax @btsport Could be Max, but if I cast anything else off my phone to the TV I don't have that problem. I don't think it helps that BT have decided to stream it free rather than offer it for free on their channels.
