@matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

I really wish it was easy to cancel services… I can set up online but can’t cancel online. And when the phone line is working it’s a horrific long wait. Yes that’s you @bt_uk @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp any advice?
