    @bt_uk Hi Rita Problem is now fixed as the disk has arrived even though Royal mail changed it to Monday! Please give your customer's an option to choose a carrier I would Evan pay extra knowing that at least it will be delivered on time bt service is great not RM.. thank you.

    @rem @virginmedia happy with @bt_uk broadban good router with 3 mesh discs, we have had FTP for many years and get about 30 Mbps upload with 150 download. mobile fall back if line fail. expensive but do get BT mobile deal as well. good support.

    @bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

    Hi @bt_uk there is a problem with my elderly neighbour’s connection, meaning she has no phone and no broadband. I can only speak to you through an automated service saying it could take 48 hours for an engineer to look at it 1/2

    @BTCare so I make a complaint of pressure selling to renew my BB contract with BT , told I’d get a call in 72hrs - no call back but email closing complaint …complain again , told manager will listen to tapes and contact me … no contact again & email closing complaint again 😠

    So, after following instructions from @BTCare , my online account access breaks. Three contacts later, inc a delayed callback, I’m told there’s an issue affecting “many customers”, but no answer as to why they couldn’t have said that this morning.

    @livesurfcams @btbusinesscare I guess my point was that these things can be worked round, my banks seem to manage it. Also, if there is a known issue this would save a lot of agg if the issue was communicated.

    Can @bt_uk or @btsport help? BT TV subscription from yesterday, BT TV box arrived this morning, but BT Sport channels (have got them in the package) not working. Why? BT TV box is running latest software.

    @JosephGilbey212 It's properly unacceptable, over several hours, to not communicate with customers and explain the issue. A few minutes is explainable, but a few hours is disgraceful. @BT_UK @BTSport any comment? Where did the coverage go?

    @GeorgeFredWhite @bt_uk My speed has been dreadful too, online tool said I needed an engineer, booked on, then they cancelled it and ran tests, couldn't fix it, now I need to book another one and the web tool to book one doesn't work. BT is a joke, can't even stream 360p right now it's so bad

    @bt_uk can you sort your stuff out? The website says there's a fault with my connection and books me an engineer, one of your staff cancels it without telling me, can't fix it, now the site says I need an engineer again but it won't let me book one and won't reply on DMs!!!!

    @btbusinesscare This has been on going for 4 months now. I’m not the account owner, just the frustrated guy that’s in the middle of trying to fix it. It’s already escallated to the highest folk who are now making slow progress. I’m just lost as every dealing I have with BT is excruciatingly poor

    @btbusinesscare Is there a problem with the phone app on Android, can not log in. Tried uninstalling still no joy. No problems logging in on web site, just phone app says there is a problem, is it me or you?
