@bt_uk Again, I was planning on sorting out some work today and I couldn’t. I waited in the only place I could find a good phone signal but no one called or acknowledged that DM had been read. I’m freelance - I’ve lost so much money and time waiting for replies and phone call from BT.

@bt_uk I can go go so far and when I try the service status page it won’t load, frustrating as I’m with BT mobile as well. Surely you can check service status for my postcode LL29 8ET

Why am I surprised? Online account with @btsport I can do anything other than cancel my account! At £36 a month we don’t think is good value but they make it so difficult to cancel. Shame the FCA don’t regulate them!

@bt_uk @bt_uk should be ashamed! First & foremost children SHOULDN'T BE USING SOCIAL MEDIA!!! 2nd BT using a woman who is (1) not particularly attractive. (2) looking down her nose at the reader as if they're filth. (3) pointing unjustifiably at the reader accusingly! Is disgraceful!
