I honestly think now all sport is postponed @SkySports and @btsport fees should be deducted from our monthly bills until they start up again this will help reduce peoples bills specially if had to self isolate so not earning #COVID_19uk #cornoravirusuk #selfisolating @SkyNews

@bt_uk @virginmedia On... it shouldn’t be this hard to just switch back on my service on the current account until I’m able to do the provider switch as GUARANTEED by YOUR agents 4 times.

@bt_uk worst service ever for each of my last 3 house moves. Been on the phone 2 1/2 hours to you so far. Missed a week of work due to BT no show twice this week. Still no internet. What are you going to do about it ?

@bt_uk hey, is there a broadband outage in Worksop? Local friends had problems Tuesday and ours is down today. We’re out in the sticks with no mobile signal (I’ve had to take a walk to tweet this 😬). I’m having to put off clients and board meeting as I can’t work - please help?

@bt_uk I was switching provider and multiple BT agents confirmed with me that my service would not be terminated until 26/03 but instead they terminated it today and I have had to order a new BT package on a new account just to get internet back until that time but that cannot be 1/2
