  Has to be said that @btsport online coverage is very poor indeed. Pausing, stuttering, random fast forwarding and won’t work on my smart tv, it’s totally amateurish. And Steve McManaman is god awful!!

  @bt_uk At 4am every morning I get a big lag spike lasting about 5 or 10 mins. When this happens my ping jumps to 1000 when it’s usually around 85. I don’t want to raise a support ticket because it’s very difficult to describe the issue to support

  @bt_uk /2 couldn't find my house or be bothered to try to call me seems cruel. If I'd wanted shonky customer service I'd've stayed with Virgin, you know? I expected better, and I can't even raise this as a complaint online because I'm tethering from a mobile and the page won't load.

  to set up the call forwarding for me which is what I really need. Bizarre but true. The credit is far more than the cost of call forwarding and the help I need is call forwarding which I can’t set up as there’s a fault on the line. Wishing just for call forwarding @bt_uk

  @bt_uk Did a reboot, and all but nothing has happened. Smart lighting is also down so I am sitting in dark.

  @EE @bt_uk "To fix this, we'll just cancel that order and start again." We've been waiting a month at this point, will we have to wait another month? How many times will a single bank-holiday be used as a scapegoat? I've been on the phone for nearly two hours and my bedtime is approaching.
