    @bt_uk Thanks but unfortunately that particular link says there are no issues. I'll keep an eye on it and reset the smart hub from time to time (currently has an orange light)

    Spent the day onto both @AppleSupport & @bt_uk. Absolutely amazing support from the Apple team on both sides of the Atlantic as always. I can’t say the same for BT’s customer service though as they’ve honestly driven me up the wall today. 🙏 I don’t have to deal w them again.

    @bt_uk Is the digital phone line meant to sound worse than the copper line? I mean the internet is still using the copper line, so why the downgrade? VOIP calling is pretty bad quality wise at least for now, we still prefer the copper over the VOIP phone.
