    I honestly think now all sport is postponed @SkySports and @btsport fees should be deducted from our monthly bills until they start up again this will help reduce peoples bills specially if had to self isolate so not earning #COVID_19uk #cornoravirusuk #selfisolating @SkyNews

    @bt_uk as a customer affected by the fire at Bilsdale mast, it would be nice of you to send out an email or 2 to keep us up to date with what is happening rather than us pick up snips from the news, which isn't much! Is our TV with no channels for 2 weeks? Do we retune?

    @bt_uk If BT's network infrastructure wasn't antiquated rubbish devoid of investment then there would be no need for a 4G SIM card to back it up. Just skip the bit where you give BT any money and buy a 4G router and unlimited data SIM.

    @bt_uk The account isn’t in my name unfortunately, it’s my mums, and she’s bedridden and really, really bad with technology lol.. but definitely going to have to find a way to get it sorted because this is the 3rd night now.. it hasn’t worked for an hour

    1/2 @bt_uk your service can only be described as appalling! After being forced on to EE, I've tried to transfer back to BT, which has been a joke. The last few weeks I have spoken to at least 10 different technicians. Each promised to sort everything and call me the next day,

    Been let down twice now by @EE . Took the @btsport add-on and been waiting since Tuesday evening for my login to be sorted. Twice been told it will be fixed within 24 hours and still waiting. Paid out the money for a service I’m not receiving. Not good enough!

    @bt_uk Well there was no internet on my devices despite the hybrid device showing a signal. I just restarted them all and it came back.

    @bt_uk I appreciate you following up. That’s a lost art in customer service these days but it’s a shame your people there are not doing the same. I’ll give them a call when I can find some more time.
