I honestly think now all sport is postponed @SkySports and @btsport fees should be deducted from our monthly bills until they start up again this will help reduce peoples bills specially if had to self isolate so not earning #COVID_19uk #cornoravirusuk #selfisolating @SkyNews

@bt_uk are there outages or problems in the West Wales area? The building I'm in uses BT Internet, and over the last few days the service has seriously degraded in terms of quality. It can't hold a stable connection and has very low data throughput when it HAS a connection.

Appalling, awful and atrocious service from @bt_uk new customer but engineer doesn’t show, 5 phone calls later told that next available appointment is 16 days away. No thanks BT.

@bt_uk Thanks for that, but the issue is the App. Our Moniter works fine but wnen I use the app it has stopped working I've tried different devices (Tablet /Phone) with the same error message.

@bt_uk why do you make it so hard to cancel parts of a subscription? You can add at touch of a button but to take an add-on off you expect people to spend ages waiting on a phone?
