'If your automated systems are secretly scanning my IP address without my consent and blocking my service because I use a secure dedicated IP, that is a fault in YOUR system, not mine.   Finally, a customer service employee from @bt_uk is taking ownership of my complaint. Apologies offered by her. I have requested a timeline of everything to identify human error in ceasing the account. Agreed a plan to reinstate broadband & get a refund from @EE @BBCWatchdog
