@bt_uk third night in a row trying to talk to my elderly parents with a dreadful, crackling line from there end!! During a global pandemic and the fact I haven’t actually seen them in a year telecommunication is supposed to be our saviour.Your service is woeful. Sort it out!!

@bt_uk No my problem still hasn’t been sorted and I am close to raising a complaint this has been the worst experience trying sort moving my broadband which has completely been messed up! I’m considering leaving you all together because it’s a shambles!!

@bt_uk three more hours on hold, still no mini hub despite two bt employees telling me it was up and running. two texts promising WIFI up and running by Tuesday and still nothing.NEVER EVER USE BT, SKY PUT THEM TO SHAME
