I honestly think now all sport is postponed @SkySports and @btsport fees should be deducted from our monthly bills until they start up again this will help reduce peoples bills specially if had to self isolate so not earning #COVID_19uk #cornoravirusuk #selfisolating @SkyNews

@bt_uk your internet is a sham. Drop in service throughout Christmas and today, we can’t even watch a film without it buffering. Consider we pay £40 a month to you, I think a response would be nice. Husband working from home also and it’s affecting him also

@bt_uk exactly how long is acceptable to repair a faulty broadband? Is it usual to make appointments to repair and simply not turn up or cancel them but forget to inform the customer?! Is it only businesses you’re interested in these days? 3 appts you’ve failed to turn up for.

@bt_uk Perhaps read the post again? It says I placed order but the account is in their name. A degree of common sense could be applied? That isn't even the main issue and that is that your call centre have been advised three times that the external work has been completed

@bt_uk and @ee why is my Internet so **** since you put new 'super fast fibre' in? Others in the same street have said it's got worse and keeps going on and off all the time!
