  I honestly think now all sport is postponed @SkySports and @btsport fees should be deducted from our monthly bills until they start up again this will help reduce peoples bills specially if had to self isolate so not earning #COVID_19uk #cornoravirusuk #selfisolating @SkyNews

  @atcfrase @bt_uk hi fraser same here intermittent all day. service message on 0800-800-151 bt faults says major problems/outages our PO area. fix due in 2 hours (yeah right) #sigh

  @TalkTalk Hi Jo, I have spoken to your customer service but they cannot find an order without a account number (we didn't place the order so don't have one) they advised @bt_uk can provide it but they also say they can't. Not sure what to do but can't work tomorrow. Thanks

  @btbusinesscare STILL NO NEW ORDER FROM BT. Meanwhile Openreach L2C (Lead 2 Cache dept) confirm customer has FTTP availability and not a surveyable L2C job as overhead; also appointment committed 14 June for 30 June cancelled by BT and currently no fluid orders with Openreach. PLEASE RE-ESCALATE

  Network issues with @bt_uk would logically of affected all accounts not just children's ones & cookies really, when all other devices provide full access to all accounts, not to mention last I knew tvs didn't store cookies. So why just are just the TV & kids profiles being hit.

  @BTCare can you tell me how to cancel BT sport packages - your website is hopeless or deliberately designed to not allow cancellation - all you do it confirm i have the package i want to cancel or direct to me to buy what i already have.

  @R_Lufc_c @TalkTalk @bt_uk hi richard. I had the same problem, in late 2020 with openreach customers eg talk-talk trying to take my line off me. Bt info'd me & I rang them and got them to stop my line being taken over. However it kept happening again & again, 4 times in all before 1/
