    @bt_uk No, was just checking on my lunch break. It did say packages were based on recent usage. So I'll assume the 500 plan might appear once our usage settles down to our normal usage. If not I'll assume a call will be needed to have a package that meets our needs at the best price.

    @virginmedia Hi, the picture is now back to HD quality however, this is not the first time that there has been an issue with the quality when BT games are on both channels. Can you tell me what will be done about it? @btsport @btsportfootball

    @bt_uk @BTcare Sheer lunacy gone duckin stupid, the guy who was supposed to set up my new mobile just now would not do it because I don't have drivers licence or passport yet council tax and bank cards not creditable ID for him, oh God I am seething right now, British business !
