  @MadMonkeyGroup Crappy BT INTERNET!! @bt_uk full fibre is worse than the previous cheaper package we were on! £48.99 for nothing!! Called them, still bad... Probably best to look elsewhere where and cancel BT soon as possible!!

  @bt_uk I appreciate the response. After three phone calls from your loyalty team or whatever they called themselves. I ended up switching to sky. You should genuinely treat your loyal customers better than the new ones. It's not okay.

  Update on the @bt_uk fiasco. After 48 years as a customer I’m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. There’s a name for that. Fraud.

  @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.

  @bt_uk my mother phone line has a fault and it is not working I have brought new phones and this has not changed the issue. I need help as my mum has dementia.

  Customer service really is everything. @bt_uk has the best customer service in the country in my opinion and I’ve spoken to a lot of companies. I’d rather have someone helpful to talk to than have 42 extra club card points a month.

  @bt_uk I’ve already done this. It’s says network fault and the date for resolution keeps getting pushed back. It’s not acceptable and can’t get through to an actual person on the phone.
