    @btsport I HAVE to refresh or I don't get the option to press play, and it happens EVERY time I login. The browser should be irrelevant, unless there are known compatibility issues with a specific browser that you haven't made customers aware of? This has been happening for weeks now.

    @AdrianSchultz @bt_uk Me too!! No one is helping. Rang up on phone and he said they don't deal with box office issued unless BT Box Office. So stupid !

    @WeAreOpenreach 1st @bt_uk service rep said this would be done if I called back in 1hr. 2nd rep said spoke to @WeAreOpenreach and told wasn’t possible because we cancelled the apt. Told I should complain to you but your site informs complaints to provider. I’m stuck in between.

    @bt_uk Virgin cut our landline whilst still charging us for it, and it's the last straw in a long list of grievances. I've been with them for a long time, 20 years and it's about time I moved on. They do not value me as a customer.

    .@bt_uk Why do you offer new customers at our address full fibre 100, (150Mb), whilst as an existing customer you only provide the option of fibre halo3 (74Mb) which is half the speed for the same price?

    @DavidBurgess73 @bt_uk That certainly seems odd. My 82 year old father’s phone/broadband was down last week and @bt_uk sent out an engineer the next day first appointment at 8am.
