  Getting absolutely pissed with @bt_uk now. Still not connected over a month later. Already billed once with no service. Another bill ready. Three engineers and no installation. Now trying to charge £130 to send another out! 🤬

  @fliegerrick @fleetstreetfox @BTCare The wire wasn’t there before, hasn’t made the problem better or worse. I see someone working on the junction box frequently. I complain, they fix, it works for a week and I’m back to where I started
