I honestly think now all sport is postponed @SkySports and @btsport fees should be deducted from our monthly bills until they start up again this will help reduce peoples bills specially if had to self isolate so not earning #COVID_19uk #cornoravirusuk #selfisolating @SkyNews

I am furious with @BTCare. They changed our phone lines to internet and now we have no phone. I’ve rung them and despite spending a long time being explained to I’m 70 yrs and cant understand, they won’t send an engineer because it’s an inside problem.

@bt_uk We’ve tried and tried. Apparently it’s a billing issue not a fault but no one can find the person to solve the issue despite being quick to take the money. Everyone we talk to fobs us off to someone else. Last call the agent out the phone down. I’m at the end of my tether!!!

Abysmal level of service from @bt_uk. Been without WiFi for nearly two months and no closer to a solution. Have taken 3 days off work and still not had a solution to the problem. Connecting people? The only people I'm being connected to are @SkyHelpTeam
