I honestly think now all sport is postponed @SkySports and @btsport fees should be deducted from our monthly bills until they start up again this will help reduce peoples bills specially if had to self isolate so not earning #COVID_19uk #cornoravirusuk #selfisolating @SkyNews

Two letters to the CEO - nothing - several call backs - none arrived, rang customer service several times same answer 'go away' and come back in 48hrs - not our problem it is Openreach!!! - who owns Openreach Philip Jansen? #bt_uk

@bt_uk good evening - quick question I have full fibre 900 with Halo 3 but one problem with the service you are charging for! Mini-hubs are not capable of reproducing that speed so 90% of my house is running at 250 as are my wireless devices - DM please

@bt_uk just phoned you to cancel services, and no joke, your automated phone line told me you are too busy to speak to me to let me cancel. Is this even legal? How can you have no way to cancel your extremely expensive service?
