I honestly think now all sport is postponed @SkySports and @btsport fees should be deducted from our monthly bills until they start up again this will help reduce peoples bills specially if had to self isolate so not earning #COVID_19uk #cornoravirusuk #selfisolating @SkyNews

@bt_uk I’ve tried to call several times but can’t get through to anyone and keep getting disconnected on live chat. My internet was down for 18 days I just want to speak to someone about getting some money refunded for loss of service. Thanks

@ian_wac @bt_uk Have been loath to in the past as the level of service is good, didn't want to jump from frying pan into the fire. Serious consideration now though with this unjustified increase

@bt_uk internet connection has been awful lately Today's been the worse. Slow at best, but mainly just not working. Hub lights go orange then blue then orange etc.

So @btsport problem on Ultimate via AppleTV audio for commercials not kicking in properly, end of sting being repeated continuously over commercial video.

Have to watch @btsport on mute, no problem with female commentators but a match of this magnitude needed an ex player to be the co host….not a Lucy.
