  @bt_uk Yes they have after “hours” on the phone and then they charged me £40 it’s an insult. @bt_uk got it wrong I’m disabled recovering from cancer I’ve no window on the world other this mobile my life is shut down! I’ve got to wait till 27 Oct! And I told you Oct 3 it was happening !

  @JackMFellows @bt_uk yep, they've been charging us £50 a month for years and never fixed the prices for us, even though the plan we're on rn costs someone £20 a month if they wanna buy it LMFAO

  Content has been extremely difficult lately, my @bt_uk internet has been god awful, getting 3-4 internet drops an hour. Pissed off is an understatement but I'm locked with them because almost nobody offers internet in my block of flats cause they are new builds.
