I honestly think now all sport is postponed @SkySports and @btsport fees should be deducted from our monthly bills until they start up again this will help reduce peoples bills specially if had to self isolate so not earning #COVID_19uk #cornoravirusuk #selfisolating @SkyNews

@bt_uk Two days ago, told that someone would come today from 8-1 but no one turned up and we got a text full of grammatical errors saying that the next update would be on Monday 🙃 it will be 2 and half weeks by then. It’s unacceptable.

@bt_uk @MarcAllera Lost internet during upgrade- I’ve waited more than 30 minutes for calls to be answered and remained without internet for almost 4 days- 2 teens homeschooling, 2 parents working in nhs- I’m now waiting for contact by customer services- do I have to call you and hold again?

@btbusinesscare Yet another unhelpful data collecting portal with no human at the end!! Passed around from person/department never solving problems! Our children have yet again been let down by adults that promise to deliver but don’t! Your company shows no trust as you failed to deliver 5 times

@emilyburrows5_ @bt_uk I was told on Monday that it would be the 9th but it wasn’t 100%. The ducting work was done a week ago. All internal work was done prior to Christmas. Yet nothing. I can hear how bad the quality of the live lessons are too! They lag constantly

Am outraged at @bt_uk - my parents are in their late 70s & switched to BT in Nov. Feel like they’ve been ripped off. They STILL have no phone line, terrible WiFi requiring multiple boosters all over house & no confirmed date for phone. No solution 🤬 just stress 🤯

@bt_uk I just got a call from my very upset+confused 83yo grandma. She rang BT up to cancel her contract and instead they upsold her on extra services, adding £50 to her bill. Disgusted your advisor took advantage. She doesn't know how to resolve, please can you help me do so?
