I honestly think now all sport is postponed @SkySports and @btsport fees should be deducted from our monthly bills until they start up again this will help reduce peoples bills specially if had to self isolate so not earning #COVID_19uk #cornoravirusuk #selfisolating @SkyNews

@Rob_Withey @bt_uk They charged me for unlimited calls for 18 months, I dont even have a home phone, they added on a free bt sport sub that turned into paid without me knowing, paid that for 12 months, never watched it, no rebate. Absolute crooks.

Another day, another poor excuse of customer support from @bt_uk. KPI for repairs is 48 hours - we are now 13 days without internet. No support or alternate provision particularly as we have an SEND child.

@bt_uk Thanks for the reply. But when Openreach engineers visit, they blame it on BT. BT Blames it on Openreach. Nice way to treat your customers.

@bt_uk Well it can't be a wireless issue when the hub keeps flashing orange and purple. It's a hub problem or a fault somewhere else. Been through it enough times now. I'll DM you when we have another problem

@bt_uk then last week it was cancelled completely & we were back to a speed 0.53 mbps. My husband @BCambridgeEdit works from home & it’s virtually impossible for him 2 do so. Now we have 2 wait till 13th sept.The service is absolutely shocking. What are u going 2 do about it?2/2
