    @bt_uk been on hold to BT for over an hour this morning, trying to chase up BT not delivering my digital voice phone with my fibre install yesterday. Can anyone find any customer service for me?

    @bt_uk Still dissatisfied - you're now sending us a 'mini hub' and calling us back on Tuesday! You never called back the last time and that means you aren't confident of solving our issue by then. Can't be trusted. Have sent you a DM with phone number for an ACTUAL MANAGER to call me.
