  @bt_uk Hey BT or EE or whoever the hell u identify as at the moment. Sort ur damn app out!! Logged out multiple times over past few days, for what reason?? Have had to verify who I am each time!! That's including the 2 hrs wait for a text verification code just to continue!!

  @bt_uk I've never set foot in Cyprus, I just used a free service on the internet that gives you free access to texts for random numbers all over the world. And it worked.

  @bt_uk Tried this and they say they now need 3 more days to resolve phone line being down. Really poor service and unacceptable.

  @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp unacceptable 7+ day broadband outage. Newborn at home, baby monitor offline, clear vulnerability risk. Already diagnosed fault. Need urgent escalation, 4G backup and review for full fibre upgrade. Considering switching provider.

  @F1 Exclusive is the problem. A hub of motorsports fans in the UK are screed by this. F1: Sky MotoGP: BTSport WEC: TNT Naturally, two have to go. This gets more of a joke every time.

  @bt_uk When are you going to sort out the problems you have. I CANNOT log into my account have not been able to for two days now. What the heck is going on. Awful company, need to get rid of you. Shame really I have internet, phone and 4 mobile phones all going. Had enough😡
