    @bt_uk having the worst experience in upgrading our broadband. Put through the order last week, then 2 days later our services were all cut off. CS saying it was advisor error and having to put everything through as a new customer and we cannot get anything installed until 15/6.

    @bt_uk Hi. I was a previous customer of BT about a year ago - I still have my BT smart hub, how do I post it back? I never received a return bag to post it back. Could you please send me a returns bag so I can post it back?

    @bt_uk absolutely shocking service, my dads a pensioner and has been treated so badly! Issues on your end should not mean you put someone at an older age under so much pressure! My dad has been a customer for over 20 years and we are due a call back so I hope this gets sorted!

    @btsport I am afraid your lack of coverage on the debacle outside the ground on Saturday night was a disgrace. When the football started you have 3 pundits and a presenter who are to say the least poor any insight they have is lost as they fail to communicate. Get a journalist in

    @bt_uk 😡 bad customer service I call and cancel after 1 week use the advisor did no cancel got given a bill the next advisor told me they never cancelled it my account is closed I won’t get charged to now look and see I’ve been charged!
