  @bt_uk I appreciate the response. After three phone calls from your loyalty team or whatever they called themselves. I ended up switching to sky. You should genuinely treat your loyal customers better than the new ones. It's not okay.

  @bt_uk The first 3 I cannot do because I cannot log into my account online, you don't take international checks, I don't live in the UK so pay machine doesn't work. And your customer service team want to authenticate the account with me, using a uk mobile.

  @bt_uk Your engineer came on Tuesday but couldn’t fix the problem as I needed a new router - which for some reason he didn’t have. A new one was ordered but now 2 days later no sign of it! What kind of service is that?
