    I honestly think now all sport is postponed @SkySports and @btsport fees should be deducted from our monthly bills until they start up again this will help reduce peoples bills specially if had to self isolate so not earning #COVID_19uk #cornoravirusuk #selfisolating @SkyNews

    @janbarber34 @bt_uk We’ve been with them for several years and ours goes off when it rains or snows turns out the exchange box keeps fludding they said it’s not there problem lol and I have complete Wi-fi and I’ve never received a refund. It’s impacting on my work now also it’s a load of old baloney

    @MarcAllera @BejayMulenga @bt_uk I have no internet. It jas been 13 weeks. It was escalated to an executive level but still no resolution!!!! Im sixk of it. BT and Openreach just blame each other and im the one left unable to WFH and 2 kids to home school who need the internet but can't.

    @BTCare hi guys - do you have a livechat link at all? I've tried several times to get through over the phone but after 20mins each time I've given up. Painfully slow broadband - just need someone to check the line over livechat.

    .@bt_uk latest development. Still no broadband had engineer booked for between 1-6pm today. No one has arrived. Got an email saying I need to book an Engineer about 5mins ago. Absolute waste of an afternoon waiting for this absolute shambles of customer service

    @bt_uk terrible customer service for vulnerable customers. Engineers now failed to attend five appointments for my vulnerable parents, one who is terminally ill, with no explanation at all. Currently they have a 6th engineer booking. Maybe they might turn up this time.

    Considering buying a @btsport pass to watch #saintsfc but the website refuses to allow me to use my existing broadband account login to buy it. I'm still a bt customer. I'm aggrieved at having to register again. Surely it's not necessary?

    @bt_uk No. If you actually read my tweet you will see I am pointing out your greed to rip off existing customers and disadvantage them against new customers. Your lack of customer care forced me to leave BT.
