I honestly think now all sport is postponed @SkySports and @btsport fees should be deducted from our monthly bills until they start up again this will help reduce peoples bills specially if had to self isolate so not earning #COVID_19uk #cornoravirusuk #selfisolating @SkyNews

So after 12 years it's goodbye @bt_uk Automatic price rises within contract and ending free weekend calls make it Hello @zeninternet Speaking to BT Loyalty Dept just wound me up. "Price is £40, until it goes up in two weeks." And I'm not subsidizing their stupid Sport channel.

@bt_uk How do i go about requesting better upload speed on full fiber 900? seeing as youre using a GPON/SFP solution to run it and its easily 40 gigabit capable how do i go about requesting a better upload speed?

Officially 1 month without my broadband that got terminated early before full fibre was ready. The staff at @bt_uk really do their best but are hampered by systems and processes. Still waiting on my FTTC order to be placed so I can pay for the service I need that got taken…
