I honestly think now all sport is postponed @SkySports and @btsport fees should be deducted from our monthly bills until they start up again this will help reduce peoples bills specially if had to self isolate so not earning #COVID_19uk #cornoravirusuk #selfisolating @SkyNews

@bt_uk I am absolutely horrified at watching how you've handled the complaints process after my brother had his brand new mobile phone handset stolen before it ever arrived. The way he's been treated is genuinely shocking. Has anyone else had this problem of theft from BT?

@bt_uk my parents and little sister have been left without Wi-Fi all day today and told 3 working days it will be fixed. It’s half term and they can’t even watch TV. Can you not fix this any sooner ?
