I honestly think now all sport is postponed @SkySports and @btsport fees should be deducted from our monthly bills until they start up again this will help reduce peoples bills specially if had to self isolate so not earning #COVID_19uk #cornoravirusuk #selfisolating @SkyNews

@bt_uk quick question- last Thursday I made a request for a manager to call me back re a broadband issue and BTs response- I was told that someone would call back with 72 hours - my question is why hasn’t this happened?

@bt_uk Can you please help? I was told my first order for fibre had been cancelled and to place a new order. I've done that, but 'MyBT' is only showing the first order; and there's nothing about being refunded the £9.99 I paid for the Smart Hub on the first order.

@bt_uk Why would I waste my time talking to your loyalty team. @bt_uk show no loyalty to anyone. The service we receive is appalling and the “hopefully soon” excuse has been the same for numerous years. How can over £40 a month be acceptable for a service that is so poor! #useless

@bt_uk I had a look at what packages were available on BT's website before going ahead. Apparently this has left an unfulfilled ordered on the BT's system, and this is stopping me getting the BT fibre I ordered. Can you help?
