I honestly think now all sport is postponed @SkySports and @btsport fees should be deducted from our monthly bills until they start up again this will help reduce peoples bills specially if had to self isolate so not earning #COVID_19uk #cornoravirusuk #selfisolating @SkyNews

@bt_uk As I just said, this is a wide area outage - there are dozens of forums discussing this issue. Like Oliver, there is no landline in our house.. all I’m asking is do you have an aprox. time when this issue will be resolved?

@bt_uk We had an engineer booked twice for a visit as no internet, no-one turned up. We have a product purchased through @SkyUK, the service is appalling. We are being told that there is an external fault by BT, but no update at all! Sky blames BT and vise versa!

@bt_uk That there was no CBT box fitted and the requisite cable length had not been specified despite my husband emailing the details twice. The poor contractor team (MJ Quinn) were lovely and very upset that they could not deliver, that their time had been wasted as well as ours
