    I honestly think now all sport is postponed @SkySports and @btsport fees should be deducted from our monthly bills until they start up again this will help reduce peoples bills specially if had to self isolate so not earning #COVID_19uk #cornoravirusuk #selfisolating @SkyNews

    @btbusinesscare Hey BT, Not sure how to reach out. I am unable to access my account on BT app. It authenticates well, means no issues with id/ password etc. But some how apps don't work. Have reinstalled the app but still the same error. My web login is working though! Pls help.

    @bt_uk @herbie963 Call them and chat online is a joke. I put a complaint in and theyโ€™ve just dismissed it out of hand and closed the case without even talking to me !

    @bt_uk I wouldn't be leaving if you had sorted my tech issues over the last 2 years. I find it very coincidental that I am switching and I have my problems turned up to 11! And my cancellation fee is MORE than I was quoted the day I was looking at leaving!

    Absolute shocking service from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach . 80 year old parents without landline or broadband due to an off site fault for over a week, call center a chocolate teapot and still no visit from an open reach engineer or any hint of service recovery. Contact plz

    @bt_uk I have tried to do it on my account even downloaded the app but nowhere to do it it just sends you round and round in circles I am a new customer today this isn't looking good so far

    @bt_uk how long do I muck around with the chat bot, refresh everything etc before I give up and go to bed early. Again. Tell me if I need a booster or ket me out of this horrible 4 week nightmare

    Who else is having issues with BT Broadband after moving? ๐Ÿ˜ก Been waiting 28+ days for service and just spent 2 hours on the phone with no resolution. Broken promises, poor communication, and still no connection. Completely unacceptable. @BT_UK #BroadbandFail #CustomerService

    @bt_uk can you please update me as to when the phone lines will be back up and running in SS177BW No 149 has my elderly relative without a phone line and no communication for over 12 days. She has a help line that obviously works off your system. Many thanks. Jacki
