    Call attempt #4 on day #10 if trying to get through to @BritishTelecom CS dept 2 cancel @btsport subscription but as usual no one ever answers this truly is a 💩company if this keeps up I’ll just cancel the DD @BritishTelecom get it SORTED

    @bt_uk can you sort out the issue that is not letting us connect to our Amazon fire stick. It says on your checker everything is fine but it’s far from it. It won’t connect at all.

    @bt_uk Don’t look into it for me, I’m up and fine with Virgin Internet. Do it for your millions of users who are unable to log into certain sites because you are letting them down.
