I honestly think now all sport is postponed @SkySports and @btsport fees should be deducted from our monthly bills until they start up again this will help reduce peoples bills specially if had to self isolate so not earning #COVID_19uk #cornoravirusuk #selfisolating @SkyNews

I cannot believe the appalling service by @bt_uk with regards to my broadband. Not only have you incorrectly set up an additional account, you failed to make me aware and have subsequently allowed debt collectors to approach me after YOUR own admin error.

@bt_uk have now failed to call me despite promising and assuring me for the LAST 2 ENTIRE DAYS. Just how much do they want to piss off a customer? They have been nothing but #liars and #**** through all this. Now nearly into MONTH 3 of waiting for a broadband connection. #awful

@bt_uk shocking, utterly appalling customer service. Tried to sort a home move, spent 4 hours on phone trying to sort their mess, moved in today and no phone or broadband. Please sort this or I will cancel my subscription

@bt_uk @seadaisy81 I am in my fourth week since my landline was ceased by mistake (they say) and I'm still trying to sort it, BT are a joke I've been a customer for 35+ years and am treated like I don't matter

@bt_uk installation 16 days late, full fibre now installed.... 8 hours so far waiting for someone to flick a switch and activate my broadband. You know I now have 14 days to cancel my order right?
