I honestly think now all sport is postponed @SkySports and @btsport fees should be deducted from our monthly bills until they start up again this will help reduce peoples bills specially if had to self isolate so not earning #COVID_19uk #cornoravirusuk #selfisolating @SkyNews

@huwpendry @bt_uk Same issue here yet talk talk thinks it’s inside the house. Refuse to let my grandmother pay their charge when it seems to be their issue

@bt_uk Not advised of any area outage, the link you’ve sent ask for a landline number but we only use the wifi and have never had a landline

@bt_uk No - but it's a BT managed pole. According to their service provider, we can't do anything until BT fit a new pole and reconnect the cables to the property.

@bt_uk my wifi has been down for the past two hours now, phoned up no fix just told to wait. Had a text message to say maybe it will work by the 18.11.21 totally unacceptable.

@bt_uk No it's through Talk Talk. However, I'm no expert, but if the same thing is happening on both my landline and mobile then I would say the problem is when the call is routed on BT's network.

@bt_uk love it, we ask for a offer to stay, you offer a service worse than what had or forced to go to Halo3 then when we go elsewhere we get text saying don’t leave. I get a better deal if i was a new customer #poorretention

@bt_uk Someone is coming tomorrow. The problem is not the speed. There's nothing that can be done about that. The problem is that your company sees it as acceptable to charge me almost £20 more than some people in the town for the very same services
