  Every time I have to contact @bt_uk about our business phones, it says webchat is the best option. And every time, without fail, after a least a half hour webchat they tell me I'll need to ring such and such a number. Absolute joke of a company to deal with.

  @bt_uk Paying a bill should be easy. Automatic. Why do you make it so difficult for your customers? I’ve already spent an hour on this tonight. And your complaints page wouldn’t upload. Funny that. You think I have that time to spend on a **** company that can’t organise itself?

  @btsport @EE @SkySportsF1 I`m not sure who to contact about this tbh but my BT box TV guide is showing the Indycar race should have started at 18:00 on Sky F1. Instead it`s yet another re-run of today`s F1 race. This is not the first time this has happened. Really poor.

  @bt_uk And that's the problem, it never does change ... for years and years "If you go with Halo 3 + when you get fttp then you should get a free upgrade. That should happen in 12 months" Yeah, didn't happen

  @bt_uk Everything in the house nowadays relies on internet and mine has been down all week. Your technician ordered the router -mine died through no fault of my own, your product stopped working - and BT is taking its time delivering new one Terrible #customerservice.

  @bt_uk I think anyone would be unhappy don’t you? Messed around, then asked for a £20 deposit to that you will hold onto for up to 6 months. It’s a bloody disgrace. That is no way to treat any customer. And you know it.

  @bt_uk I was calling to cancel a contract for an elderly client but you can’t appear to verify who she is even though I can do it and I’m a 30 year old man putting on a funny voice
