I honestly think now all sport is postponed @SkySports and @btsport fees should be deducted from our monthly bills until they start up again this will help reduce peoples bills specially if had to self isolate so not earning #COVID_19uk #cornoravirusuk #selfisolating @SkyNews

@bt_uk Hi, yes he did fix the issue temporarily and unfortunately we still do not have wifi in half the flat. He mentioned getting extenders? I paid an extra £50 a few months ago for an extender that doesnt work. He said I should replace with discs. I am not paying again for this

@bt_uk any news on when the Hybrid connect will be back working? Was informed yesterday that it’s down nationwide and a P1 was raised. Been without internet for 24 hours now, not ideal when working from home!!!

@markjVFXGAMING @bt_uk We are on FibreNest and having download issues with SkyQ so I don’t think this is BT related, they have likely tried to fob the blame off.

@bt_uk Appalling BT Digital Voice engineers have failed to turn to three scheduled appointments - appalling service for disabled customers. I did not choose for this hasstle - happy with my existing phone - did not want to go digital - no warning.

@bt_uk This is where the problem is. BT says I should contact SKY. SKY says contact OpenReach and OpenReach says contact BT. It’s a BT telephone pole so surely it should be BTs responsibility and not SKY?

@bt_uk - Router problems since Saturday afternoon. Purple flashing light. Reset yesterday got it working but it's now off again. No change to our set up. All cables checked. Checking BT forums seems like this always results in an engineer at the green box!!
