@bt_uk That Service Checker does not work unfortunately. It says “No known issues in my area” for me, despite it affecting a number of households.

BT Fibre broadband from @bt_uk is down for the 4th day running. An issue with light levels that has affected 10 houses in the area? No idea if WFH is going to be feasible going forward.

@bt_uk Hi. Sadly things still not loading & if they do, major buffering. Further assistance is needed. I sent a DM to yourselves with my name & address (I haven't had problems in the last 6 years so I cant remember acc number). I hope as a loyal costumer, a solution can be found today.

@bt_uk Thanks. This shows no problems, but I keep having dropped connections, online internet outage trackers show multiple people reporting problems in this area & other people in the area have also told me they have been having problems.

@btbusinesscare Hi BT, that's a kind offer, but I've already had phone and chat conversations about this, and since I do not use a BT router you have declined to provide support. That's your business decision and I have to respect that and muddle along in the forums.

@Angelsfeartogo Just sit back and work out the difference a national fibre network would make to businesses, education, entertainment, environment Etc etc etc.. Its criminal we don't have in place already. Greedy BT should be made to do as part of its universal connection requirement. @bt_uk

@bt_uk such a shame you can't offer a 17 year customer a little help to sort out rubbish WiFi upstairs without spending an extra £10 a month on top
