    talked to a #bt_uk adviser and full fibre team member on 1st mar and was told the old order would take 24h to cancel and a new one would be placed automatically. till this morning, i saw no order confirmation.

    All this money to get the sports channels/packages and still have to put up with dead picture quality cos @SkySports can't get their **** together... Beg you just allow your 4K channels on @virginmedia, the football looks like *** after coming from @btsport Ultimate

    @bt_uk my Internet has gone down with the red LOD light on the modem, this is the third time in the past year this has happened and each time I've been without Internet for weeks due to a **** up on your end

    @bt_uk I sent a complaint email regarding my contract renewal last Sunday and have still not received a response. Is this how you treat your loyal customers?? How is it I’m paying more now for the same broadband package and after I’ve downgraded my phone package . Mike.
