Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. Can't phone, can't text, can't email. How can I force BT to pay attention? Offer to buy something from them?
