Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

Both have said there's no record of me closing the account so I'm being charged an insane termination fee AND my old housemates had to pay to be reconnected.

I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.
