@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@bt_uk A child could see the flaws in Digital Voice. I now have 3 redundant phones & 3 cheap and nasty phones that I don't want. An engineer came but said he couldn't fix it & it was a job for Openreach. They never came. My wireless printer now doesn't work. All thanks to Digital Voice.

@btsport (A) terrible news because the coverage is shocking. Humphrey and Fletcher two of the worst sports broadcasters out there (B) Amazon have 17 exclusively live games - 👍 (C) BBC will have highlights & digital clips, great news. Shame you don't mention any of the good stuff here.
