@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

In fairness, BT got it installed and gave us a good bit of credit on account - but I still had to

@bt_uk Took a contract in Nov, order messed up at the time. Had hours on phone. Router performance is poor, found out I am still on the wrong plan,more hours on the phone. Said it was sorted yesterday and now accidentally cancelled my bt sport, calamitous.Still not sorted 4 months later

. @BTCare transferred me to *the queue*, which I could have done having been there several times. Dundee fibre agree my case had been handled badly (lovely peps doing a horrible job). Now, we all wait *again* for @WeAreOpenreach, a comms company that doesn’t, not with me anyway!
