    @BTCare I didn't even get given a fault reference as I spent the whole time explaining myself and being transferred between departments until I got a recorded message telling me the BT plus team were closed! I will check the service again when I get home & re-report it if needed

    I’m up for voting for any party that nationalises the mobile-phone/broadband/internet market and shuts down @BTCare @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 @SkyUK and owners of TV transmitters and 4G signals that control who watches what, with transmitter strength driven for profit.

    @BTCare @gavalar83 I don't think the problem is limited to the app. I can't access the enhanced player via the website either. The link to it is missing. There's no option to use it. I've had this problem since last night. It was there to begin with yesterday but then has disappeared ever since.

    @BTCare No I gave up considering I had to be up early for work. I think BT forget we all work for a living and cannot sit on the phone for over an hour to try and do what your customer care had told me to do. Waste of my time.
