    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    why are #lfctv @btsport moaning again because Liverpool didn’t win. Come on @mrjakehumphrey it’s getting ridiculous now the amount of support you show as a presenter. Shouldn’t it be a bit more balanced. They have had more pens than any team in the prem this season #giveitarest

    @bt_uk Installed new hub yesterday. It partially worked then now not at all. BT Home Tech due this evening to set up Halo. No point if there is no broadband. Still awaiting call from Advisor. Alway trying to shift the blame to consumer. Can never explain why internet doesn’t work.

    I am a disabled customer with @bt_uk and I’m absolutely disgusted in how they handled my complaint, they took my money they should give it back as I was unable to use my landline for over 2 years, £33 pm and they offered me £70 total refund. Disgrace grrrr

    @MarkMowbrayNE @redvanman12 @bt_uk To be honest, I wouldn't blame the staff, I worked on a BT contract a few years ago and the process was a nightmare, trying to book an engineer was down to 1 phone number, 2 guys answering it, constantly engaged. The staff will be limited by call stats and how many calls taken

    @bt_uk Hi i’ve not had a good connection in my office for nearly a month now. Have communicated and no resolution to the issue. Can this be looked into.

    hey @bt_uk, I've been waiting 3 months for an explanation/resolution as to why my house is the only house in my village that can't access full fibre (despite living right next to the pole), last communication was May and no idea who to contact?

    **** @bt_uk they have given unreliable internet that cuts out almost every night without fail, causes constant ping spikes to 500+, send multiple engineers out listing multiple problems none of which solve the issue when fixed and yet we are the ones stuck in their contract...

    @bt_uk No we hadn't. We signed out and back in again but still had the same issue. Doesn't matter now. We've purchased the Now Boost so my Niece is the 3rd to able to watch aswell
