why are #lfctv @btsport moaning again because Liverpool didn’t win. Come on @mrjakehumphrey it’s getting ridiculous now the amount of support you show as a presenter. Shouldn’t it be a bit more balanced. They have had more pens than any team in the prem this season #giveitarest

@bt_uk the lovely Russell in your Truro loyalty team is just lodging a complaint for me. Its the only way to get this new customer deal apparently. Surely you can change your procedures so as not to cause so much aggro for customers?

@BTCare 2/2 why can't an existing customer. Out of contract, have the same deal a new customer can have? Full fibre 300 for £39.99 a month? Rob said you would rather lose a customer?!

So yet again my Dad has been let down @bt_uk. That's 5 failed appointments and promised a follow-up calls. This is an 81 year old man, with relatives around the world that he wants to contact. He has missed out on phone calls, watching sports on tv, music. This is unacceptable.

@bt_uk WiFi is rarely the issue, it's usually poor Internet connection, I've had issues for a long time. Unfortunately, I don't have other providers in my area.
