@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yep, thought so. Support person from @bt_uk said the transatlantic was yours! Didn't think so. Still need a direct contact with someone from the group about an issue that's popped up about the cable.

@bt_uk Here we are again, the same fault that's happened biannually, for the last decade. Another month without a reliable usable connection Another replacement router cos the last one is a whole 9 months old. Yet there's never a problem with the service 👀👀👀👀

Woohoo, free and away from **** internet and cust service I've had for 5 years with @bt_uk its never your fault hahaha got a good deal @SkyUK look forward to having decent WiFi coverage around my bungalow that for some reason BT couldn't cope with unless I paid extra per month.

Anyone else having issues with @bt_uk TV not recording TV series? All my planned stuff has been deleted and when I click series link on any channel at any time it just does a single recording 🥴

@bt_uk sell Halo as giving better than new customer pricing on renewal for BB - shame they don't pass that on to mobile renewals too. New cust get 50GB for £15. I get offered 30GB on recontracting #ZeroLoyality
