  Well the @bt_uk saga continues! Emailed the ELC team on Friday about the issues, someone called first thing this morning and had escalated things with @WeAreOpenreach to have an engineer out this afternoon…. And surprise surprise, OpenReach failed to turn up again (3rd failure)

  @bt_uk I can't create a bt account to tell you how utterly gutted I am with your service. I've not been able yo watch TV as a brand new customer for several days and I only started last Friday. Consumer act 2018

  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

  Horrendous service from @bt_uk. Dealing with my Father in Laws account and getting threatening letters when we’d been reassured it was sorted. Disgusting. Stay well away.
