    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yep, thought so. Support person from @bt_uk said the transatlantic was yours! Didn't think so. Still need a direct contact with someone from the group about an issue that's popped up about the cable.

    @SamM66506055 @bt_uk I've seen dozens of similar issues being tweeted. I can report an individual case, but it's quite obviously a system wide DNS issue.

    @damiendavis @bt_uk Yep - same issue here... Cant' access Zoom. BT are asking for individual cases to be reported / but it's very obviously a systemic issue.
