@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp don’t offer fiber in my area (houses been here for at least 20 years) shocking in today’s day and age ether slow internet with them or unreliable fiber from virgin unimpressed that they not even looking in my area #fibershouldbeforall

@michael91510009 @BTCare We have slow fibre c31 9 new houses got their own superfast c900 box and then BT/openreach hooked up a further 10 or so houses I saw them pushing the cable in one Sunday on the way home from the pub, right past the box we're all connected to. So ******* annoying 😠😤😡

Does anyone know what to do when a utility company is causing so much distress to an individual and their mistakes are causing independence to break down. I am at my wits end with @bt_uk it’s verging on abuse. I just can’t cope with it.
