    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yep, thought so. Support person from @bt_uk said the transatlantic was yours! Didn't think so. Still need a direct contact with someone from the group about an issue that's popped up about the cable.

    So, @BT_UK once I've managed to get through to BT again and a 4th appointment has been scheduled, what can you do to make sure you don't cancel without notice again and I don't waste a 4th morning waiting for an engineer who never arrives? #BTUK

    @bt_uk It wasnโ€™t an issue with our line, our whole town lost their internet connection on both occasions.

    Help @bt_uk shocking customer service! Third failed attempt to have home tech check visit today, and far Iโ€™ve had to make 8 calls trying to sort this out

    @Footyfan20001 @btsport Only highlights of games from the group stages, then all of a sudden the option to pick manager mode went so I couldn't. Managed to download the app on my PlayStation and watch through that with no issues.

    @taffymc87 @bt_uk @PHOENIXS80 It's getting beyond now, no service for hours at a time, at least 3 times in the last two weeks. I understand that things can go wrong occasionally.... this is regularly! Remind me what we are paying for?

    @bt_uk I am fuming booked for Internet on Friday 8am-1pm, engineer didn't turn up & made no contact, now I am left without Internet & spoke to the engineer who said he went to the wrong house. Noone at BT is prepared to help getting me up & running but quick to take my money ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก
