@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yep, thought so. Support person from @bt_uk said the transatlantic was yours! Didn't think so. Still need a direct contact with someone from the group about an issue that's popped up about the cable.

@btcare your internet service is unacceptable. It is constantly dropping ever since changing to you a couple weeks ago. This never happened in the previous 15 years when I had another provider and it means my children can’t do their lessons online. #ofcom #btdontcare

Every radio show I've made wfh in lockdown has been a miracle. We have lost count of the many visits from @bt_uk engineers and bits that have been replaced inside and outside of our house and at the exchange 🤯 and still the problems remain. Next appt on Monday. Wish me luck 🤞

@bt_uk I feel we’re going round in circles tbh. We’ve had a succession of engineers round and the problem hasn’t been solved. Fibre would be good though.

@SImonPegg5 @bt_uk I think the app updated and they didn't test it correctly. I have a Google TV, and the icon disappeared, and if I force it to launch it goes into Portrait mode, like it is on is phone. Very poor QA.

@BTCare @BTGroup BT has without a doubt the worst WiFi. Literally has been acting up for the past couple months and every time BT is contacted they say the same thing and do nothing 🤦🤦🤦🤦

@thebeerybear @bt_uk In my experience on and off with BT over the years, the actual services I have are pretty good - however the customer service is absolutely dreadful.
