@bt_uk I’m trying to purchase access to a hotspot for a day as I have no internet but it won’t recognise any details when I create an account. I’m not a BT customer so was buying daily access.

@btbusinesscare can someone tell me why the service you provide is so inadequate? Complaints staff not calling when they say, @OpenreachHelp not doing their job & installing equipment when contracted to, drilling holes in my building without permission & yet to repair 😡

Appallingly slow internet from @bt_uk. Have people working from home (again) in my company & all day long the service has been cutting out or crawling at 3-5 Mbs. We don't need the stress of this on top of everything else. I'm trying to catch up on work now at 2:38am!!!

@bt_uk It is the freeview signal and its only started in the last couple of days and it isnt all the time, it comes and goes! Nothing new is happening in those times either

Appalling service from @bt_uk spent half an hour trying to get through to their customer service to find out why suddenly my appointment for FTTP has been put back by two weeks.... Really regret not going to another provider at the moment #badservice
