My shop is OPEN and I cannot operate.Also being wrongly charged for TWO services when I only have ONE. It's impacting my business. Fix billing & resend equipment.

Part of my complaint is the amount of time wasted trying to sort your error out. The onus is on you to show some customer service and have the decency to contact me following my complaint.

Duncan Anderson ๐๐โก๏ธ๐ค (@duncsand) reportedI called @bt_uk to cancel a service we're not using. The "guide" put me on hold for ages, then the line went dead, followed by an automated SMS asking what I thought of the service. Not very good is the answer!
