@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yep, thought so. Support person from @bt_uk said the transatlantic was yours! Didn't think so. Still need a direct contact with someone from the group about an issue that's popped up about the cable.

@jimallthetime @BTCare I cancelled the broadband last month, as we now have full fibre to the premises, I got promised a higher guaranteed bandwidth from BT (38Mbps/19Mbps) but that doesn't quite match the 400Mbps synchronous service I'm getting from Gigaclear. Now to move the mobiles

@mhegarty90 @Mino_M4 @bt_uk Actually, they can be very good indeed. I had massive problems, openreach were out 2 days later and ended up excavating 2 road boxes of silt and requiring the entire road onto new circuits. Fixed it up a treat. Replacing my copper to the house? Done 2 days after I asked. Solid.

@waivethesale @BTCare Hahahahahahahahahahaa! This is the quality of service that led me to quit BT and move to EE for home broadband. *Much* cheaper and better value, and better service. Oddly, owned by the same company. Maybe they could learn something?
