  @bt_uk Hi, I have just signed in to the BT account and the last bill says (Final bill). Next to the BT account No it says (Inactive). I was in credit and this was sent to my bank account. So I'm guessing its ok to cancel.

  @bt_uk Sorry, but this is becoming a part time job. I took out EE contract to watch some Tele not to spend my days troubleshooting poor quality hardware. I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.

  I have ongoing issue with BT & internet connectivity outside UK! Using WiFi I cannot connect to get mail on phone, iPad & computer! WiFi will not connect to Btinternet server! I spent hours resetting everything, next day it’s same problem! Gmail is ok @BTGroup @bt_uk

  @BTCare hello, i am abroad in travelling In Croatia atm. Bt randomly disabled my email.having spent three hours with your messaging team it is still, not working. What do I do? I would like to speak to someone on a phone

  @BTGroup @bt_uk can anybody please tell me when the BT voice cloud app will be functioning again? Been down nearly 6 hours now and we cannot redirect any incoming calls. Need help regarding this ASAP please.
