    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yep, thought so. Support person from @bt_uk said the transatlantic was yours! Didn't think so. Still need a direct contact with someone from the group about an issue that's popped up about the cable.

    Hi @BTCare - gather there was a major update to #btmail this weekend. Since then I can no longer send emails with attachments and anyone trying to send me emails [used for twenty years] gets a rejection with assumption it's spam. Seems like there's a very major problem?

    @bt_uk The Ombudsman are now involved, I will look forward to ensuring that your amateur treatment of customers is brought to the public’s attention. 3 weeks of being unable to work from home during a pandemic. Disgusting service & abysmal help throughout.

    @bt_uk Yes, I have and it says there is an outage, that bizarrely starts at 5.30pm, that's in the future! Why so long to address the issue? Home internet is paramount these days, and mine is essential for my job.

    And the fact if it's internal got to pay 75. Bad enough gotta pay up to 30 a month for it to crash. And peoples still got issues after new routers. Etc Need to go over to @bt_uk Or @SkyUK

    @bt_uk a huge shout out to Mohammed the tech expert in Bradford. He was a total gem, one of the kindest people in customer service and he stuck around to fix all our problems.
