    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yep, thought so. Support person from @bt_uk said the transatlantic was yours! Didn't think so. Still need a direct contact with someone from the group about an issue that's popped up about the cable.

    @bt_uk youโ€™ve emailed me three times now over the past three months with a digital voice activation date, and each time it never happened. Your chat help times out after 20 minutes and your call centre doesnโ€™t pick up. Do you have an email address or postal address so I can contact you?

    @EE having a nightmare with your broadband again! You have been nothing but failed promises! I was moved over from @bt_uk I had no issues with them. How can I find out when my contact is up? Thanks

    @bt_uk We are not wasting 25 -30 minutes on the phone to speak to an advisor, you have our number on the complaint, but you dont bother calling us, we are talking to a new supplier if you dont want our business after 40 years with you then fine !!

    @bt_uk unbelievably terrible customer services, the people I have eventually spoken to have been good, but the automated system is crap as is the 'my BT' when you have a problem. Engineer appointment show 2 different days on different pages, so frustrating!

    @bt_uk how long do I muck around with the chat bot, refresh everything etc before I give up and go to bed early. Again. Tell me if I need a booster or ket me out of this horrible 4 week nightmare

    @bt_uk One of your exchange buildings has an alarm going off (BN6 9SR) there is no way to contact you about this by phone, it is annoying everyone is up at their windows and doors, could you please deal thing this issue!
