    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yep, thought so. Support person from @bt_uk said the transatlantic was yours! Didn't think so. Still need a direct contact with someone from the group about an issue that's popped up about the cable.

    @bt_uk should never have sold my dad this package. I can help but feel your sales representatives have taken advantage of my 71 year old father like this. He might not understand how the internet works but he very much understands the frustration of slow internet speeds.

    Yet again @virginmedia can't deal with me over the phone, telling me to call back on Friday. Yet again, being charged for a service I'm not even using any more, having had @bt_uk fibre up and running for the last ten days. Pathetic, frankly - although I guess it's a good earner..

    @bt_uk Business account, but the outage seems to effecting residential in the area too. Little bit disappointed that BT have left it this long to fix.

    @bt_uk They're constant blue now, I don't know what they were at the time the internet completely cut out though. I'll keep an eye on them.

    @bt_uk Honestly if you charged a reasonable amount and gave us internet with a speed of 1MB that didn't drop connection every 5-10 minutes I might not tear my hair out so much. But when you charge £70 per month for a totally unstable and slow connection,

    @bt_uk bt send me a letter with about 1 wks notice to let me know my contract is up soon if I don't renew my broadband bill will increase and new offer from them is more than currently paying nice way 2 treat a loyal customer of 2 yrs who's never missed a payment 🤔🙄

    @bt_uk tell me why I have been without internet for almost 3 weeks now. You have given me MULTIPLE completion dates, all of which you have FAILED to meet, your customer service team is absolutely useless. I have called, emailed countless times. I cannot run my business #BT

    @bt_uk This is disgraceful. You’ve been charging me for BT sport and I haven’t been made aware of it and I don’t even use it! I cancelled it on my last contract! Your operator hung up on me as well. Your customer service is absolutely shocking, wouldn’t recommend you to anyone!!!

    @bt_uk Can someone assist me pls with a billing issue . Spent 5 weeks in hospital & come out to a late payment charge and “credit control “ charge . I’d informed yourselves I was in hospital and would pay as soon as i was home & was assured no charges would be added yet they have
