I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. Vicki (@vcotton21) reported@bt_uk Taken out new broadband with you last Friday and Iโve had nothing but trouble since connecting some of my devices & wifi frequently dropping out, previous Sky broadband handled it fine. Canโt log into my account, really unhappy. Do I have a 14day cooling off period?
