    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yep, thought so. Support person from @bt_uk said the transatlantic was yours! Didn't think so. Still need a direct contact with someone from the group about an issue that's popped up about the cable.

    Woken up and our internet is down @bt_uk really pushing my patience now, and nobody can come round until Saturday 😖 Oh and @LindtUK don’t bother ordering from them because your Easter gifts will turn up AFTER Easter.

    @bt_uk I’ve been without broadband since 31/03/21 and the minihub you provided cannot serve two computers. I’ve been told the incident will not be resolved until 7th April and the engineer appointment has been changed from today until the the 5th despite no comms about this.

    @bt_uk Yes I have and I have always tried different browsers. I am also unable to login with the app so therr is clearly a problem at your end with the login system. Can you please look into this?

    @bt_uk Dear Management my fibre home 🏠 installation was attempted before the appointment date, due to security reasons they was denied access, my complaint was resolved by Lisa from Dundee office brilliant customer service 👍 highly recommend Bt products & services @BTGroup

    Absolutely appalling service from @WeAreOpenreach and totally disjointed with @bt_uk. My parents who, like many of us, are working from from home because of the pandemic, have been without internet for 13 days, because engineers on four occassions have simply not arrived...

    @bt_uk I am waiting for a refund, last month I was refunded 20£ on 48.50£, this month still nothing but keeping paying as a never received a final bill. I was supposed to pay for 1 week
