  @EEBroadbandUK @Ofcom @bt_uk Cheers for the horrific broadband you supply to my parent’s home. Every time I come back here & try to watch a football match or the Formula 1 it fails. They keep getting engineers out but u never fix it, yet you keep charging them a fortune tune?

  @bt_uk @stokeygurl it’s a massive issue they’ve caused know all about - i can’t see bills or sort my wifi out or even renew a contract - so i’m leaving as they have been rude and unhelpful

  @bt_uk No I won’t do that. I have spent far too many hours of my life at various times over the last year trying to get this sorted. Please pass this to the complaints team - the agent I spoke to on 5/3 promised to sort it. Another epic fail.

  @bt_uk @ralphaverbuch but they will put you hold , be rude to you and ultimately do nothing - we are paying for service that you are not providing - answer us on here

  @bt_uk Hi, still huge problems with BTID and BT email. This has been going on for weeks. Endless phone calls, nothing ever gets fixed. What is going on? Who do I speak to to get this fixed?

  @bt_uk Your new "2FA" is completely broken as the phone number is not validated. I was able to connect using a temporary number in Cyprus to get my "security" code... It adds nothing to security.

  @bt_uk calling itself 'customer centric ' grates with me after an internal transfer of my broadband went horribly wrong, then four hard searches on my creditworthiness and three attempts to get BT broadband and a TV package also successfully completed by phone after a time on the phone that I regret all fell through with no explanation or apology. Customer centric? You are having a laugh BT!

  @bt_uk Hi BT, please advise if there are issues with bt account login at the moment. When we login to view our bill it states you cannot find our account details at this time. Thanks Morwenna
