@bt_uk I'm not now being contacted until next Wednesday. Nobody at BT seems willing to take control and get it sorted. customer care for your top line service is rubbish. Why is it my problem to chase like this?

Why can't @bt_uk simply supply a returns address for uncollected stock, rather than only giving an email address that is never answered? And don't get me started on their customer service phone number. That's just impenetrable!

@bt_uk @BarryP94847920 You as well??!!. Been waiting for the clown working on switching our phone line after fibre installed for 7 days now. No one can help, no one is interested and now I'm told next Wednesday.....if I'm lucky. Simply woeful management of unhappy customers.

@bt_uk Hello. I'm having fibre installed today and the engineer is apparently on their way. However, no equipment has been delivered. I never received a tracking number. Has their been a mistake in sending it out? Details are in a DM I sent last night.

@bt_uk We upgraded to your fibre a week ago today. Great, except we have no phone line. Despite numerous calls to BT you can't give me a day when it will be fixed other than 'not today'. This is an essential phone line connected to an emergency call button. Very angry.

Interesting times in the area of broadband services in the UK! As loyal customer of @BT_UK for decades, it's galling that their prices increase inexorably and and about twice the price that a new customer would pay.

@bt_uk I sent my router back to you in February, I received an email a couple of weeks later saying you hadn’t received it. I phoned up, provided a tracking number and supposedly that had been noted down and the charges taken of.
