    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yep, thought so. Support person from @bt_uk said the transatlantic was yours! Didn't think so. Still need a direct contact with someone from the group about an issue that's popped up about the cable.

    @bt_uk lots of us in DN7 area have been without internet since 12pm today. Any idea when this issue will be fixed?

    @bt_uk I was transferred this week to digital voice. In your info, you say that, in the event of a power cut, I can use my mobile phone. I pointed out to a (very helpful) guy at BT that there is no signal in my house. He said he would send a signal boost..(continues in new tweet)

    @Courtne09519001 @bt_uk Same here in Bath! Had issues all week. I need to work!! When will our internet be functioning again. Even with a BT hybrid connect it still dies every qtr hour or so! Grrrrr! 😤

    @bt_uk It was escalated to CEO’s office. An Executive Complaints Team person was appointed. He challenged the lack of service and excess charges, and it went to the Ombudsman. The case manager agreed 100% that I’d been overcharged, but under the regulations he couldn’t order a refund.
