I’d like to understand why @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach haven’t been able to install my internet via @bt_uk for three months. Every week I get brushed off with “we will update you more next week” The service is a joke. You won’t speak to customers directly either.

@bt_uk your workers who had dug up my street left tiny little cones across my driveway,which has resulted it damage to my back car door the sill area and my alloy wheel,it always snapped my exhaust off!

@bt_uk I have, my desk top PC is cable connected to the hub which is approx eight feet apart, using a Cat6E Ethernet cable, the result I get is virtually the same, this is after reporting issue today
