Sebastian Colt (@Red_Rescue) reported@bt_uk I did some asking around for others I know on BT and one showed me their laptop was allowing them into their mail with no request for the SMS at all and their desktop was experiencing the same issue as I do - always wants calls that never arrive to mobile or landline in time.

Iโve been helping my nan with internet, told 2 different stories, didnโt show up on installation date, then told canโt do it because of careline, ยฃ95 offer revoked. Disgusting behaviour!

BT seem to think this is acceptable as 'it's subject to change' How are we supposed to run a business with no comms!! 4 weeks & counting
