    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yep, thought so. Support person from @bt_uk said the transatlantic was yours! Didn't think so. Still need a direct contact with someone from the group about an issue that's popped up about the cable.

    Can anyone help? Bt Internet hub is blue but devices say connected but no Internet access @bt_uk ran a test on pc and it says "WiFi doesn't have a valid ip configuration" anyone help here as its doing my head in for last 3 days now 😔

    Anybody experienced this issue I’d like to hear from you please. I have @btsport through @SkyHelpTeam - but now I have a second Sky Q digibox, in another room, the BTsport channels are not playing/available on it, but fine on my main Sky box. Is there a way of making this happen!

    @bobby_bridge @btsport @SkyHelpTeam On main box go to settings, press across then down to system info,across to viewing card, then across to set up. Should ask you to pair card or similar and press that.

    @BTCare So, can you please tell me when exactly the fault with my telephone & fibre line will be fixed, as I’m now sick of paying for a service I’m not getting...!!! It’s not as if we live in the sticks... Next stop will be @BBCWatchdog & @Ofcom if it’s not fixed very soon!!! 😡

    I have @bt_uk @BTCare Fibre 1: meant to have upload speed of 32mb yet getting less than 5mb to firestick, anyone know how to fix this ? Do I need to move providers ?

    @bobby_bridge @btsport @SkyHelpTeam Have you cancelled BT sport with BT that could be causing an issue. What message are you getting on the mini box?
