"David" from @bt_uk couldn't tell me my name, couldn't tell me who my isp was or where he got my number from but he could tell me that my broadband has been poor of late (it hasn't) and that he needed my bank details... David got told to do one... David called me a Mother F'er

@bt_uk Broadband engineer didn't show up today but it says on your faults timeline that he did. Trying to book another slot is impossible because the case is still open. Wtf is supposed to happen here?

BT is down again! BT went down at November 10, 2021 at 05:15AM in Camberwell. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. bt_uk

@JohnLewisRetail @bt_uk get your acts together. Disabled brothers broadband and phone ordered fir 20th Oct to go live, today 9th Nov still not working. 21st Central and your service is rubbish.

@bt_uk - can you help, I just had what I believe to be a fraudulent doorstep salesman claiming to work ‘in partnership’ with you. Before I go into detail can you help me identify if such a sales tactic is used and how I might go about making a complaint?
