    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yep, thought so. Support person from @bt_uk said the transatlantic was yours! Didn't think so. Still need a direct contact with someone from the group about an issue that's popped up about the cable.

    @bt_uk broadband has been off since Sat along with others in the village. The BT help Bot is saying the problem is fixed. The BT Care address is closed down, the BT online help chat is unavailable and now an update saying it may be fixed by 7pm Mon 6 Dec. What is going on?

    @Melaniebrowder1 @bt_uk Melanie, it amazes me BT acts surprised about help not coming quickly. Their service is always terrible, and at rip off prices too. I've had it with them. I can't wait to get out of my contract, but unfortunately we recently moved which allowed them to lock us in another 2 years.

    Thanks to Jack at @bt_uk. Broadband and phone line repaired less than 24 hours of reporting problem. Great service.

    @bt_uk Having checked your address on the system it appears the property is not registered yet for service. I am very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you, we are working with Openreach to have your property ready at the earliest opportunity.

    @bt_uk can you help my dads broadband isn’t working correctly..nothing will load and when it does load it’s buffering,I can’t even load google on my phone ..yet blue light is on and advisor said no issues with connection
