  @btbusinesscare hi all - are there broadband outages today SO52 area? Our offices are reporting the internet down so all employees have left. I need to know if this is a known issue or a localised issue. I have logged online and the website isn’t working where you check status?

  @bt_uk I’ve tried that twice. It takes 20 minutes to get through and then I’m sat on the phone a further half hour while your operatives ‘ look into it ‘ and then promise the problem will be resolved. Each phone call is over an hour !!!

  @bt_uk since my full fibre was installed my connection has been rubbish,you checker on the website found an issue your end but then I just get trapped in a ongoing loop of uselessness from your 'help bot'(which I can't actually type a reply to)how do I actually resort this issue?

  @bt_uk Can’t believe this. Obvious misdiagnosed as both neighbours and ours routers going down. Now I’ve had an email to say my router is being delivered…. to next door.
