@btsport So @ManUtd were due to be aired on BT tonight but no longer showing due to the CL. You should make it an option to watch or given it to another provider! This is why so many people stream matches because of **** like this, can't even watch our own teams on UK TV!

Hi @bt_uk please can you let me know why you have accidentally cut off an elderly relatives phone and internet and have said you cannot fix this, even though it is your mistake. She relies on this to stay in contact with family and friends and now has no way to contact us 1/2

@gsmith1959 @bt_uk I had the same thoughts. Question is whether the service is good, or at least, better than alternatives. My tolerance for crap Wifi likely to be very low
