    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yep, thought so. Support person from @bt_uk said the transatlantic was yours! Didn't think so. Still need a direct contact with someone from the group about an issue that's popped up about the cable.

    For clarity, he was supposed to be coming tomorrow, but @bt_uk managed to get the booking wrong thanks to an error. And now complete silence despite their promises. Dreadful service.

    @bt_uk Im already in a queue - 56mins now.... Got to 1hr 25 yesterday evening being cut off. So far spoken to 4 separate advisors and none are able to help me. Getting passed around from pillar to post

    @bt_uk shocking service from @bt_uk I have fibre to the home. First they send me the wrong digital phone which doesn’t work with my line. 2 weeks ago said they were sending out correct home phone. Still nothing received. No email. No phone . I give up!

    Actually, bollocks to @bt_uk as I was PROMISED a text on Friday saying when the open reach person would be coming to sort my broadband...NOTHING. Can someone sort this now please? #complaint

    @bt_uk I really am surprised how you have managed to stay in business after witnessing your customer service. My order for FTTP has been ongoing since August. Allowing for the pandemic obvs, but so many issues. No choice but to use BT otherwise I would have gone elsewhere.
