Even more atrocious customer service from @bt_uk - once again the home tech person has failed to turn up. I don’t even want them but my order seems to remain open if I don’t. Please pay more attention to you customers and less on football.

@bt_uk we have spent 3 hours on the phone morning, even with one of you colleagues putting the phone down on us. Massively disappointed with the service.... And still no answer if I can have a new mini hub!

@Footyfan20001 @btsport Yeah went to manager mode and was getting champions league highlights, then the option for manger mode went. Still got it working and watched the game but still not right that it keeps freezing on my TV though! Any help yet @btsport

@bt_uk Ur my provider Internet upstairs has been horrible lately tried everything nothing helps I know ur answer to ping problems is it has nothing to do with u but surely I should be getting decent speeds upstairs and downstairs? It's unplayable without the lan cable on ps5

Hi @bt_uk, been talking to your billing team since the December lockdown BT is our only supplier forcing us, a small hospitality and gaming biz to pay for all closed months or the service is cut. We’re doing our best @Platform_EXP but a bit of support would be appreciated
