@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yep, thought so. Support person from @bt_uk said the transatlantic was yours! Didn't think so. Still need a direct contact with someone from the group about an issue that's popped up about the cable.

@daysoutinfo @bt_uk @EE Has similar last time my BT Broadband was up for renewal. Was cheaper to get same package with EE (who BT own). So low and behold they matched it when called to cancel!

@bt_uk can you promise a “SUIT” or senior engineer can call me and let me know why my #btbroadband drops out about 60 times a day YES a that’s right 60 times a day My O2 iPhone hotspot is more stable than the service promised by #btbroadband

@bt_uk never ever use these idiots took a day off as an engineer was supposed to be here between 8-1 I ring them and there response we've had to rearrange no phone call or nothing and the only thing you get is sorry about that #crooks
