    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yep, thought so. Support person from @bt_uk said the transatlantic was yours! Didn't think so. Still need a direct contact with someone from the group about an issue that's popped up about the cable.

    @RikkiClarke81 @bt_uk Wait until you phone customer services for support and they tell you to reboot the hub and the phone line goes dead mid call 🙄

    @bt_uk I understand that and I am awaiting a reply. All I need to know is are there BT issues in the local area? Sky are telling me they are unable to contact BT which I find ridiculous.
