  @bt_uk we’ve been without internet for the past month due to port damage/ network outage. Despite numerous escalation calls via Sky, we are still waiting for a specialist engineer to sort the issue and no further updates. Can this be flagged ASAP?

  Appalling service from @bt_uk spent half an hour trying to get through to their customer service to find out why suddenly my appointment for FTTP has been put back by two weeks.... Really regret not going to another provider at the moment #badservice

  @WayneRoutledge @bt_uk Very much Wayne. Especially if it was an Openreach engineer. I could turn up at your front door and curl one off on your doorstep, and it would still be better customer service than those *****.
