@bt_uk I’ve spent over 6 hours on hold over the past week trying to speak to your connections team on that number. The last two days I’ve been promised updates which I’m still waiting on. Your customer service is a bit of a joke to be fair.

@bt_uk hi, I had my internet installed on the 15th and it has been down for the last two days. The fix ETA may be until the 24th December. However, I need the internet working by Monday so I can work. Please can this sorted out ASAP. Thanks.

@bt_uk I’m in Windermere & I’ve just got a smart hub 2 and it’s been flashing orange for a day but hasn’t connected. We’ve tried all the trouble shooting but it isn’t working. Is the broadband service working in Windermere? And if it isn’t, do you know when it will be? Thanks

@bt_uk Don't believe them. They are not interested if you live in the country and get terrible reception. £78000+ to fit us with fast broadband. Even tweeted to me the other day to tell me I didn't qualify for the £100 back.
