    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yep, thought so. Support person from @bt_uk said the transatlantic was yours! Didn't think so. Still need a direct contact with someone from the group about an issue that's popped up about the cable.

    @btbusinesscare Hey BT, Not sure how to reach out. I am unable to access my account on BT app. It authenticates well, means no issues with id/ password etc. But some how apps don't work. Have reinstalled the app but still the same error. My web login is working though! Pls help.

    Renewed my broadband today with @bt_uk / @EE / @BTGroup As per the perennially poor service, a service costing me ยฃ26 a month was added to my contract without my knowledge. Complained when I found out - and the problem was put back on me to solve!!!

    Who else is having issues with BT Broadband after moving? ๐Ÿ˜ก Been waiting 28+ days for service and just spent 2 hours on the phone with no resolution. Broken promises, poor communication, and still no connection. Completely unacceptable. @BT_UK #BroadbandFail #CustomerService

    Spent an hour with a really gentle lady from @bt_uk got the comp network set up and now can't watch any tv, at all. Not anything! Outstanding!. Your colleague was lovely though

    @DeborahBlythe @bt_uk BT are useless!! Had an engineer booked in today to sort out our tv and WiFi , he turned up at the front door said I havenโ€™t got a tool for that as mines broken and walked off .. ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @bt_uk you guys are a terrible internet provider. How do you charge your client extra ยฃ10 because their direct debit failed. This is pure extortion!!!! @BTGroup @bt_uk

    @bt_uk I'm unable to manage my account online due to the recent changes you've made with MFA and needing a uk mobile phone. How do I check on my billing, how do I know what my bill is, and how do I pay it. Tried multiple times calling customer service and nobody has a solution??
