@bt_uk 2 weeks after joining you, internet that drops by the min! 3 engineers in 3 days and today’s went to the van at 11am and disappeared!! Complaint ignored, no manager call back as promised. Additional TV box faulty from day 1 and 2 x incorrect replacement boxes sent out!!!

@btsport I know you need a second subscription if you have a second sky box in the household, but if we don’t watch sport on the main box, is there anyway to cancel it on there and set it up on the 2nd box only? Casting from app isn’t great.
