Nightmare service from @bt_uk switch over to their WIFI two weeks ago, no hub box delivery, lines switches tomorrow “oh your box is in the post blame @RoyalMail they have a back log” Sorry boss can’t work no wifi, sorry family no TV, but it’s okay I get a fiver compensation FFS!

You know what really help with your viewing figures @btsport @BBL ? More adverts, I've almost managed to watch at least 6 consecutive minutes without someone screaming at me to buy a peloton bike or a wife beater burying aftershave in the desert and it's terrible

@bt_uk So it's now almost a month without broadband, phone & TV. Jon from connections called today to say he will call again next week - this seems very casual and absolutely nothing has happened to help us for nearly 4 weeks!!

@bt_uk I have smarthub2 with disc. My laptop is in the same room as the hub upstairs but continually connects to the disc which is downstairs and has a weaker signal. How do I rectify this problem
