  @bt_uk been trying for 3 days now see my bill. Please don’t tell me you are not aware of any problems. How about telling me how this can be resolved. You emailed to say bill is available ……. All I get is 3 dancing dots !!!!!

  @bt_uk are you not contractually supposed to prove a bill? if you won’t let me log in to my account or let me reset passwords etc to get access and still can’t fix this issue after a week surely that’s breach? i will cancel my direct debit until i can access my bills
