@bt_uk Appreciate the help but don’t wish to upgrade my account. I am using the 4G on my mobile account which is being used up because of this fault. Just really need BT to fix this problem as soon as possible. Thanks

Hi @bt_uk I bought a 5 day WiFi pass to cover me while I move house, it worked perfectly yesterday (if a little slow) but today will only work on my phone. I don’t need it on my phone, I need it on my laptop - can someone contact me to help?

@bt_uk And your week may have flown by but without broadband, phone or TV my week has felt like a marathon completed by a tortoise - slow! And your Consumer Resolution Team don’t respond to emails either. For a communications company BT is an epic fail.

@bt_uk hello, we have left our flat & are inbetween properties. I’ve had 2 long phone chats with you about reconnecting us when we move but it was never explained that we’d be billed for this interim period. Just received a bill despite having no phone line & hub in storage. 😨
