Even recalling any part of this mess will make me lose my temper and Iโve already spent hours. My monthly bills have gone from ยฃ125 to over ยฃ500. Why? BT has no answer.

Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk Iโm absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was โI promise I work on behalf of BTโ. I said I can promise Iโm the king of England. Do you see how stupid you allow people to do this? I think as a company you desperately need to review this practice, itโs dangerous and a disgrace and itโs making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age itโs unforgivable to do this in this manner.
