    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yep, thought so. Support person from @bt_uk said the transatlantic was yours! Didn't think so. Still need a direct contact with someone from the group about an issue that's popped up about the cable.

    @bt_uk Also, I did the “fix” text and EE state there is an network issue in my area , and should be fixed in 4 hours but been saying that for over a month?

    @bt_uk your service is an absolute joke. Slot booked for 1-6 for an engineer to see to a fault - text us at 17:40 telling us that it’s been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances!!! Can’t afford to take days off work to re-arrange. Nobody to speak to via phone. It’s a disgrace

    @Tim_Oldland @bt_uk Absolute joke of a service, we moved house at the end of April, didn’t have wifi till the end of May, and have had our entire package double in price and been charged new customer activation bills etc because they can’t do a simple task correctly

    @bt_uk hi, just had a call from 07857 906161 claiming to be bt and discussing my router replacement due to poor speed! Obviously a scam, but thought i’d let you know in case theres something you can do to stop other people getting calls.

    So @bt_uk have cancelled yet another order 3 months after a house move still no tv Internet or phone and since an agent admitted they has mis sold me a package constant no shows then find out they lied about being able to make a complaint

    Just want to thank @BT_UK for there support in pranking @WorkTheSpace for 2 weeks and then fixing his internet just in time for the next @TheFMShowdown Cheque is in the post. I'd email it, but I'm not 100% you'd get it 💙

    Dear @bt_uk My broadband & phone service with you started today which is great as otherwise, my day has been a disaster. Do you know of any cases of an #AlexaDot not working with your routers? My PC died, so I can not access my router but it is working. Thank you. Sarah

    @bt_uk is there a ongoing problem in the NE4 area? Last three days the internet has been stop start at best, usually no problems but long buffering and poor connectivity…done all the troubleshooting..thanks
