Dave Tyrrell (@Dajamaky) reported@bt_uk are absolute *****. After 10 yrs of patchy WiFi we’ve made the move to another provider. 1 week before switch off they have turned off our WiFi . Thanks for nothing, mediocre pricks. I won’t hold my breath for a refund as I have long experience of your “customer service”
