    @TextExpander @Grammarly @BTCare I've been in ongoing discussion with your help team who cannot resolve it - Safari keeps blocking TextExpander. I appreciate it may be Safari's issue but TextExpander needs to find a way around it

    @bt_uk @ItsTheJoker22 I wouldn't bother mate. BT have had me on the phone for hours and passed around 5 separate customer support officers and I am still no closer to getting one despite having a code. Absolute shambles.

    @retracement @bt_uk I think they started doing like Virgin where the equipment is rented, so they can push out updates without you arguing with them about you owning it. Plus side - it breaks = their problem

    @bt_uk No internet for 9 days’s (actually on/off for a month) and today’s engineer you sent was the wrong one. Despite your system detailing a line fault (still the issue), and it not being a home setup issue. Just one of the multiple issues which took over 30 mins on the phone.
