@bt_uk I’m on fibre 1 with approx 12 months remaining on 24 month contract. Looking at terminating services, would I be correct in assuming termination fees are approx 12 x monthly bill? Would moving service to new property mean I have to have to sign up for further 24 months?

@bt_uk hi! We’ve received several calls recently with regards to disconnecting our landline and internet connection. This is most certainly a scam as it’s automated. I have the number it’s been called from this time. Can you help?

@bt_uk Is there a problem with broadband in the Manchester area? I am being asked to sign in to my wifi (after I already have done) but nothing happens.

  • goodman_pamela Pamela Goodman (@goodman_pamela) reported

@bt_uk how interesting it is that BT can randomly change the fix date of your broken broadband by a further 7 days (after it has already been down for 5) without any explanation whatsoever to those affected. Beggars belief!
