@bt_uk what is BT doing around Bonnyrigg area in Edinburgh? since the 21st our internet connection has been extremely unstable with constant (and sometimes huge) packet loss.

@bt_uk As per the message... "Sorry we couldn't connect you. If you continue to experience issues, Please contact BT and quote Error Code: TS-0003". Which is what I am doing...
