    @bt_uk beyond ridiculous. 3 months, about 8 engineer visits, fibre connection I’m still paying a fortune for STILL broken. No one seems to know what’s going on. Then you disconnect the mini hub you provided to help us a bit. What on earth is going on?

    Awful experience with @bt_uk I've been out of broadband 5 days. It won't be fixed for a further 7 days. Working from home using 4G. I need more data to see me through the week. But BT's only offer of help is that I upgrade!! Time to change i think!

    @bt_uk Never had a problem until now. Always good but tonight match, the colours are washed out and unwatchable. Instead watching on HD1. 😡
