    @bt_uk I cannot use my hard wired phones which are important as I do not want wireless. So we excercised our rights, 14 day cooling off period to put everything back. I understand the VOIP thing happening by 2025. But we was not ready to have our service taken off and I cant make calls

    @bt_uk Well was hoping my Hybrid connect issue was going to be sorted yesterday evening but guess what? It's not. I give up with BT can't really even get this part right...

    @bt_uk I want 2 be put back 2 copper landline, so I can still research what we will do going forward. Your sales man lied to us saying absolutely no change to service, when there is, I cant use my phone. I will not go wireless so you have forced this on me, by lying.

    @bt_uk Probably not. My formal complaint is in progress. BT now knows way more about my thinking than they probably want to know. I doubt the signal in my zoom was dropping at my end, but who knows! As a service for vonnecti ity I am not complaining.

    First class service from @bt_uk. Pup ate through the fibre wire last night about 9ish and they had an engineer out first thing this morning to sort it out.

    @bt_uk my router disconnected 4x pday, so you send me a faulty hub which fails to provide wifi (54downstram, 3.5mb over wifi) Cost me £150 mesh to resolve as you fail to. Now nobody is answering my calls? ALSO I returned my kit 26/09 but you are still going to charge me? UNHAPPY

    @bt_uk Probably beautiful if your not a BT customer... I can't find anywhere in my contract that it says my Internet will drop out daily requiring a router restart. Bad when working from home. Embarrassing when hosting an online meeting. Devastating while playing ranked games.

    @bt_uk An engineer is booked for today 1pm onwards. This follows on from quiet a few engineers that have so far not even turned up despite being booked in to sort out my BT problem. Is there a number l can call to see if they are coming or cancelling like usual?
