@BTCare Full fibre upgrade not happening today since BT claim order never reached Openreach even though I have visit references for the engineer coming this pm. Utter shambles. I had to be on a call for 20 mins to find this out. How hard can it be? 😡

@bt_uk Why is the only way I can cancel a TV contract with you as my broadband provider to sit on the phone for over an hour while being charged per minute for the privilege? But you’ll let me upgrade online immediately? No chat, no email… @btsport #mobile
