  @bt_uk I know but he's put off by getting nowhere recently and i am not at home with him. What else could be a problem? He has tried putting new bt SIM in and turning phone on/off but no joy.

  @bt_uk Hello, I can only find phone numbers to contact customer services. I cannot call, I need written communication. How can I contact someone in writing about TV? It's ridiculous how difficult it's become to manage my account online now.

  @bt_uk Im helping an neighbour try to log into their BT account. They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. Is their any guidance for this?

  @bt_uk TF3 area no internet once again! @WeAreOpenreach say to speak to you! Non stop for 3 weeks Telford town centre internet line is down once again! Please someone sort it out.. stop blaming each other

  @bt_uk now being told there’s a area fault that will take a week to fix?! A WEEK. Forget using this service and forget using @EE as providers. No urgency at all. Pathetic

  @bt_uk you broke the internet end of Feb! Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - I’ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! Sort my internet out!

  @measlewolf @bt_uk Steve @bt_uk are a terrible company, they did the same with my mom & dad,hours of calls & still couldn't rectify what they'd done,they disconnected their phone & then promised they would reconnect it with the same number they'd had for 50 years....1 year ago & they still haven't
