    @bt_uk How can you send an incorrect engineer. Total incompetence. And what are you doing about sending a correct engineer??? This is supposed to be a welfare case and yet you do absolutely nothing to fix it.

    @bt_uk how come people are complaining of outages across the country yet @bt_uk website shows no such outage, my broadband has been off for at least 4 hrs now
