Pam Medlock (@PamMedlock) reported@bt_uk It wonโt! I have spoken to at least 6 different people for hours to sort the problem. I was told to buy a new phone which I was assured BT would pay for if it didnโt fix the problem. It didnโt and you wonโt pay. ๐ซ

Now that it is working again i looked about messaging them to complain and ask how they will compensate me. Has anyone had any success or a helpful answer from a stupid bot. Me thinks its switch time

Even though I told them to leave the date booked, please let me know how I can cancel broadband and Iโll use someone else.
