@bt_uk @Ofcom BT, my parents who are over 70 have been without telephone and Broadband since 21/12/20 due to yourselves turning their line off when you shouldn't and have been promising them for over a week to reconnect them. Please fix ASAP.

@bt_uk 3.9% + inflation annual price rise for no additional improvement in service or product. No reward for customer loyalty, in fact precisely the opposite. Can potentially get better services and product from other providers by moving.

@bt_uk We’ve waited almost 5 weeks and our broadband still hasn’t been connected. WHAT IS GOING ON? We were supposed to receive a phone call yesterday but it never came. Really abysmal service.

@virginmedia Naw, You can take my money for this last bill then I'm switching my mobile to @SMARTYMobileUK and Internet to @bt_uk. My gran will be getting a new provider in her house as well. Sorry's don't fix broken hearts. 💔
