Service is due to start on 17/6 but I learn that I can use the app to start before, i.e. today? The order doesn't show in the app & if I search for order + post code it claims they're incorrect. pete replica (@petereplica) reported@bt_uk Cut off my phone and net 1 week ago, instead of an upgrade. Got net back this week. Now I don't have a phone no. I can get no response from BT now. Customer of 50 years. Treated like filth. B'band speed 1/2 what is promised. Really appalling treatment.

Ian Robson (@GFX2001) reported@Ofcom @bt_uk I do not understand why it is so difficult to report Nuisance Calls / Hang-ups. You have to complete a very lengthy form for a Call. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.
