@bt_uk Broadband is crap - pass it on. This is my 12th day without broadband in the last 14. Customer service don't even answer now. And they want to charge me £200 for ending my "contract" early. Good luck with that one

@bt_uk I was just on a call to your customer service agent trying to cancel my account as I'm moving home. The call was transferred to another dept who then put the call through to me too early and heard him accuse me of being a liar! #disgusting #unprofessional #nothappy

@bt_uk You are awful to deal with - i have had a stroke, my phone doesn't work and hasn't for weeks, you haven't fixed it. Terrible customer service, no one is dealing with it! HELP! HELP!

@mary_suffolk @bt_uk Sorry to hear that. I asked for your help when my disabled child was out of education and EHCP support for nine months - 4 years later he's lost his whole sec education. You presided over one of the most dysfunctional organisations imaginable so wait for your kit and be thankful.

@bt_uk Can you please advise how I lodge a formal compliant that will be actioned promptly? Moved house and agreed contractually to installation date for full fibre in new house only to now have seen two installations cancelled without any reason. I cannot believe this service!
