@bt_uk hi I recently upgraded my mobile account as in new phone but kept sim. I can't log into my account online or app. It's says retry or restart app. Same for online login. I can't access btwifi hotspots Please help

@bt_uk It says tomorrow. But it has constantly slipped. BT they need Sec 55 approval from local council, council says they don’t ….. but many homes have no broadband. Huge issue. Please investigate.

@bt_uk I have waited in all day for an engineer - who just cancelled. I’ve spoken now to 3 people at BT who said that I can’t re-book an appointment! Useless customer service. Still waiting for a call back.

@bt_uk Hi Elaine the fault has not cleared and to my shock I’ve just received a email to state my complaint has been closed down even before it has been resolved. This is very poor VOL013-590044585522.

@BTCare hi I was in communication with yourselves at start of wk re an issue & it since resolved however a colleague arranged for a new hub to be sent altho I requested for it to be stopped it’s arrived would you like me to return it ??
