    @bt_uk I have literally spoken to your office every day this week -- and each person makes a mistake, and I have to start all over: our order to move broadband was not correctly placed, mini hub sent to wrong address, managers don't call back as promised. Truly inexcusable service.

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk no working Internet since 31/5. Three times open reach have failed to turn up for my booked appointments. Twice your complaints team have promised to ring and never do. Lost track of the amount of time I've wasted calling BT. What am I paying you for? Jokers

    Shame on you @bt_uk I have been lied to three times about having engineers booked in. Three times! 3 days of no broadband, approx 6 hours of calls and messaging BT tech support and still no engineer is coming to fix the problem.

    @bt_uk I'm paying £58.99 a month for Halo 3 the connection is so bad its been like this for wks now I'm thinking of leaving BT it's ridiculous
