    Huge thanks to @bt_uk for switching off my internet because you made a mistake. No, we don't all have unlimited data plans to use while we wait for you to fix it. How are people supposed to work from home when you are so utterly useless?!

    talked to a #bt_uk adviser and full fibre team member on 1st mar and was told the old order would take 24h to cancel and a new one would be placed automatically. till this morning, i saw no order confirmation.

    @Steve_Manners @bt_uk Totally agree. I am having endless problems but BT tell me nothing is wrong, send me jargon and links, refuse to talk to me like a human, and fob me off. BT are expensive crap.

    @bt_uk my Internet has gone down with the red LOD light on the modem, this is the third time in the past year this has happened and each time I've been without Internet for weeks due to a **** up on your end
