    @bt_uk I've now been told that my order has to be cancelled and reordered. They told me this last week, so nothing has been done in a whole week. I've now been told I have to wait until Monday. This is the worst experience I've ever had with an internet provider.

    @bt_uk I received a surprise email as you messed up my installation date, you also did not carry over my direct debit details can you explain why? as I am now ready to leave your service as all these lil surprises got me really annoyed!
