    @bt_uk Frustrated to see our broadband issue fix date has been pushed back another day. Intermittent drop-out and slow speed is not good, especially for my partner who works from home for the NHS and is supporting a variety of front-end activities. I can DM fault ref. details.

    @bt_uk I’m an outraged. My small events business has had to move out of our office as we don’t have revenue coming in to pay the rent and rate. I call BT to cancel the broadband and they have slapped the business with a £7,631 early termination charge. This is unacceptable 😡

    If these football pundits are so good and know so much why aren’t they all football coaches in top teams. After every match they tells us what the teams did right and what was wrong and how to fix it. These people are wasted on TV. #SkySports #MOTD #BTsport

    @bt_uk terrible service from BT, I’ve been sent a smart hub 2 which was supposed to be active from yesturday but obviously isn’t, no one can help me and pass me from connections team to fibre team, and back again.. 2 hours on the phone and still waiting for anyone to do their job

    @bt_uk Hello, I have been on the phone for the past 2 days on BT's customer service line, yesterday for one and a half hour.. and today again... am wondering if anyone else is having the same problem??

    @bt_uk Will give them a try thank you, but after the call yesterday I started shopping around and have been a real eye opener. I’m quite a local customer and not worried about a few pounds here or there. But when you see things are cheaper for new customers it’s disappointing

    @bt_uk are actually the most unhelpful and unorganised network I’ve ever come across. TWO MONTHS I’ve been trying to set up broadband and the day of our engineer appointment they send the engineer 40 miles away from our house😡 #BT
