    @bt_uk congratulations to BT by managing to not show up to 3 out of 4 booked service appointments in 2 weeks! That has to be a record. Wasted another day waiting for BT to come and sort out your terrible service that I have been having since March. @zeninternet here I come.

    @bt_uk I read @WhichUK article. If decision is relying on inaccurate coverage claims there are serious concerns about the safety of the elderly/vulnerable. Yr alternative was better than Virgin, but still relies on a non-existent mobile signal, which 'officially' is supposed to exist

    @bt_uk any updates on hybrid connect outage? Not been working since yesterday, and seems to be a problem others are having too. Ive spoken this am to BT but was told they didn’t know what the problem was or when it would be fixed. We are w/out internet without it.

    @bt_uk worst company ever. First the engineer don't turn up. Then turns up 4 hours late. Can't even install the Internet as another company needs to do something first. By the time all this is done I imagine be a couple weeks. And now I can't even cancel! Absolute joke.

    @bt_uk The fault reporting & tracking section of your website is truly appalling. I have a fault ref for MIL's landline fault but there's nowhere on the website that will let me track progress, I can only report faults. So can't get an update on an elderly lady's phone problem!

    @bt_uk I have been a BT customer for the best part of 25 years and I’m trying to purchase a PS5 from the BT shop But it keeps asking me for an access code to put in so I can buy the PS5 where am I supposed to get this access code from?
