    @bt_uk This is an ongoing issue for a long time. I'm not going to waste any more time trying to provide information. I've shared and complained several times over the last few years. And whilst occasionally there's a improve't there's almost immediately after an immediate perform crash

    @bt_uk hello. Openreach were supposed to come today to connect my bt Full Fibre. They never turned up and I took a day off for it. I never got a message that it was cancelled. Openreach are suggesting this is your issue. Can you help me get to the bottom of this?

    @bt_uk This didn’t age well today did it? Maybe your senior management aren’t aware that the customer support team are told to close complaints once they’ve contacted the customer? Despite the problem not being resolved. Please look into this practice

    @bt_uk why is the Broadband connection in my parents-in-laws house so bad?! 10mbps upload speed is a joke...

    @mdshamilton @bt_uk When I opened a complaint the guy on the other end was trying to close it despite doing nothing, I told him not to it’s still open and no response or acknowledgment since 24th October shocking service

    @Si_Vargeson @bt_uk @SkyUK It’s a joke, hoping to get out of my contract as they are doing nothing to resolve my issue whatsoever. I have a long day at work want to get home and play Call of Duty but no I can’t cos of no broadband. 😖 Had nothing but issues for 9 months with BT.
