    @bt_uk hi, bit weird. my dads trying to record from bt sport 3, and bt sport 3 hd, and it wont let him weve tried everything, inc google. pls help ty

    @btsport not possible to watch the Porto match on the red button at the moment. Have rebooted everything. Only 4 options and numbers 1-4 are working. Options 5 and 6 nothing. Please fix quickly!

    Not the most auspicious start to my time with @bt_uk. Broadband service due to be commissioned today, and that's not going to happen because I have seen the cut ends of my cable in the ground outside, but until computer says so, they won't make any arrangements to fix it.

    @bt_uk My nearest hotspot is 1.4 miles away, according to the BT Wifi app. In hindsight I should have arranged the new service with an overlap of a couple of weeks, but was trying to avoid paying for 2 services at once.

    Rob McLean apologising for some guy appearing while showinng the finger on @btsport never ever hear them apologise for the constant bigoted and sectarian pish we have to listen to when either of the Glasgow teams are on BT.

    @btsport Didn't get a response to my question (either time I asked about it) and I have now tried it on a different browser - exactly the same problem. There are no issues with anything else on this machine, just BT Sport. The problem is at your end, so how/when will you resolve it?
