    @bt_uk My partner's elderly aunts have been without telephone or Internet for a week now. The phone numbers they have been given for support do not connect. They are in Northern Ireland. Can you help please?

    @bt_uk No, nobody has let us know. Apparently they were meant to knock on the door but I've been in the house every day for the past year or so and nobody has been. I've had to cancel an online business meeting - not good.

    Dealing with @bt_uk is always a pain, every single person is lovely and just wants to help, whatever messed up system they have them working with means it is impossible and frustrating for them too. 3 systems showing 3 things, none correct. Always over an hour on the phone.

    @bt_uk I am talking with someone but they can't get anything done and the people in the other departments are shrugging him off. On hold while he tries to fix things.

    Never before have I called anyone out online but the appalling behaviour from @bt_uk over the last 6 weeks has forced my hand. How can a company continue taking money from my account, yet provide no service and refuse to acknowledge my complaints. #moderndayrobbery

    @bt_uk Called to talk about recontracting broadband. Disappointed that the best I was offered was more than a new customers price. Not the best way to treat loyalty.

    @RagNBoneMan @bt_uk Was this from the flooding couple weeks back? Only asking because @virginmedia went down in our ends - and when pressed, it turns out that none of the main infrastructure companies have any adaptation strategy in place to deal with climate change. No resilience plan, nothing.

    @bt_uk You would be better off focusing attention on providing the service your customers pay for. I have been paying for super fast fibre for months that does not work!! Terrible company!!
