@Tonysmini @bt_uk Hi, I'm told that the main box can't be moved due to the fibre optic comming in but I've moved to router via a extended cat 6 cable so router is in the open, signal still poor so bought 2 TP link boosters and they have done the job, Thanks

@bt_uk Says something when I get charged a early termination fee of £242 after a price hike of 11% by BT but still save £150 over 9 months by switching to virgin media Great customer retention 🫠 last time Il ever be going with BT !

Credit where credit is due absolutely brilliant service from the twitter helpline staff @bt_uk Extremely helpful and knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Captain Kirk couldn't have got the router to me any quicker! Also a shout out to @RoyalMail as they helped too with delivery
