    @bt_uk Gareth - thank you, yes. A minihub arrived today but unfortunately it doesn't get strong enough signal to work so we're abit stuck. Is there anything else that can be done?

    @bt_uk Been there, done that. Spent days in call centre hell and you still won’t cancel a contract. Service has been very poor.

    @bt_uk glad I am not with this great company, dealing with aunts broadband and tv package still not live after 14 days, been on the phone for 1hr to be left on hold poor customer service
