  @bt_uk Is there an email address as it is an ongoing issue? I dont want to gave to start at the beginning with online chat each time. I need support for calls and last time I was told to just try using less devices. Your engineer confirmed the issue is external.

  @CapelLofft Sounds like my work. Conned into renewing our digital landlines with promise of new mobiles for our aging ones for our drivers. once renewed no mobile phones, contact doesnt speak to us and emails unanswered. Absolute rotten service @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare
