@bt_uk I've now been told that my order has to be cancelled and reordered. They told me this last week, so nothing has been done in a whole week. I've now been told I have to wait until Monday. This is the worst experience I've ever had with an internet provider.

@btsport Worst commentary teams ever. And the fact that you charge an additional amount to stream from your phone to chromecast etc
