    Hi @bt_uk , someone cut through my line last Thurs when digging up the road. No internet for us working from home or homeschooling😱 You fixed it that evening👍🏻. However, my laptop connection keeps cutting out during zoom calls. Hub remains blue, what can I do, pls help.

    @btsport hi guys why does bt sport ultimate constantly buffer, no other app does this on my amazon firestick. On 300mb fibre broadband all run through ethernet and still won't stop buffering every 5 minutes. Works fine until the main match is on so suspeft it's your service?

    @janbarber34 @bt_uk We’ve been with them for several years and ours goes off when it rains or snows turns out the exchange box keeps fludding they said it’s not there problem lol and I have complete Wi-fi and I’ve never received a refund. It’s impacting on my work now also it’s a load of old baloney

    @bt_uk Hi, we’re meant to have broadband installed today, however it says it’s been complete even though they never turned up and the hub never arrived!

    @btsportfootball Can’t watch the palace game as you’ve got that stupid female commentator. It’s bad enough hearing her as a pundit but twice this week on the BBC now BTSport. Get this in your head women cannot commentate on football. Quality not equality over please
