@bt_uk just witnessed a potentially serious safety incident by one of your contractors working in the public highway. BT online customer team don't think HGVs driving the wrong way around roundabouts on blind corners is a serious matter, however.

Why when a customer wants to leave you @bt_uk do you suddenly offer them your best deal? Give them your best deal in the first place. I am working with a lady to help her reduce her bills and she was in tears on the phone to you feeling very confused and pressured.

@bt_uk Engineer ran wired test which showed my router was faulty & only hitting 50. The sec he replaced it the speed jumped up to 500. Despite this I'm being told by your cus services it was working fine. I've been having issues with speed & connectivity for as long as I can remember.

@bt_uk outrageous customer services I have engineer booked for the appointment cancelled not even a call and a measly £25 compensation and now have to take another day off work 🤔

@bt_uk I am done waiting for help. I have cancelled my direct debit so perhaps when you don't get my money someone will call me. I have put a complaint into Ofcom whilst waiting for someone to answer the phone. 40.39 now. DISGUSTING
