@bt_uk Now they are saying Friday and o have absolutely no confidence. Isn't over 3 weeks of no broadband enough to cancel my contract for free

  • Dewsick_ Dewsick (@Dewsick_) reported

@bt_uk every single night at 6-7pm til about 11pm I'm constantly having 20% packetloss and 3Mb down. I usually get 1Gb. I'm not with you but my service is using your lines. I'm actually quite sick of having to come home from work and basically can't watch a 720p video.

  • TenV56 TenaciousV56 (@TenV56) reported

@CRobertsonUK We were copper only line. @CityFibre put in fibre and we are having to move to Talk Talks Data only service ...no landline. will probably cancel @bt_uk landline as they charge too much! Vodafone do a router you connect phone to

  • mtburns101 Mary Theresa Burns (@mtburns101) reported

@bt_uk I don’t know if this is the right page and I don’t have a problem, my internet went down the other day and I just want to say I was impressed by how quickly the issue was fixed and by BT keeping me informed of progress, thank you.

  • MisterWindle James Windle (@MisterWindle) reported

@bt_uk The site comes up fine, it's just when we get to the direct debit payment screen it doesn't work. No VPN or firewall. Connecting to internet via a hotspot on mobile as without internet due to @CommunityFibre leading us a merry dance.

  • hockeybee Steve Merry (@hockeybee) reported

1/2 @btsport on the 14th January 2020 you posted a video on your socials of Jack Wilshire hiding in a washing machine and frightening Declan Rice, What a stupid post. There are kids that will look at this and think it’s a funny idea to hide in a washing machine

  • PeteHarrison90 Peter Harrison (@PeteHarrison90) reported

@bt_uk is there a problem on line as my hub is flashing purple but was working about 10 mins ago

  • pete_tonkin Pete Tonkin (@pete_tonkin) reported

*Finally* got my @bt_uk contract renewed - why the bloody hell is it such a faff? Nothing's changed, everything's the same, please just continue to provide the exact same service I've had for the last twenty years. It should take seconds on the website, not 20 mins on the phone.

  • followthenut Klayman (@followthenut) reported

Hi @bt_uk ... I have just gone on to your digital voice service with two wifi digital phones ...if I now make outgoing calls will I be charged extra now as I'm paying for the Internet and the phones use the Internet? Thanks

  • Janekelly25 Jane kelly (@Janekelly25) reported

@bt_uk I joined #bt_uk in May & quickly found my wifi signal was weak especially on the mobile. I am now told to improve this by taking out a new account with EE, which costs more. Is this good business?
