@kestermann @bt_uk @MarcAllera how about giving small villages full fibre? being stuck on wireless from junction and poor internet because no1 wants to come here, apart from #CountyBroadband, 300mbs up and down for 6months for the same price i get 25 down 4 up...

@bt_uk Hi shambolic organisation. I was sent a cheque for £80 for the sheer amount of time I’ve spent on the phone with problem after problem. The cheque has bounced. This needs sorting ASAP.

@bt_uk The line is copper and its crap because you won't upgrade it. Its also been ripped down by a farmer in October and you've yet to fix it

@bt_uk You are becoming a joke. You offer a great deal to stay with you instead of switching to Sky. Then say I need to cancel my (currently 24 month free) Now TV subscription then I can take your offer. I do this then you take the offer off the table. Screwed me over. Fuming
