Lee Ralph (@LeeKRalph) reported@bt_uk @bt_uk it’s gone bad again. 11 mbps. I’m paying £52 a month for a service that isn’t holding up and it’s extremely distressing. I’ve reported the fault again but despite being told I was getting 20mbps+ after the first fault, this just isn’t the case. Please look into this.

Sorry, but we’re doing some maintenance on the site at the moment. It should be back...in a short while." How can you be doing "maintenance" in the middle of a working day?

Ed Walsh (@Farmerwalsh) reportedWell done @bt_uk came to replace our aging pole but forgot to reconnect the internet again. Booked engineer but he can only sort internal issue not pole. Now have to wait up to 3 days for fix. If I break something I would ensure it is a quick fix
