Canβt get anything other than a bot on phone or text. I work from home and this is not good enough

When can we at least hear some updates! This is just getting extremely silly! We now think Openreach donβt know how to fix it! π

And apparently it's a bank holiday in England tomorrow so they can't help tomorrow either. Fobbed off, couldn't get me off the phone quick enough.

noone@nowhere (@nooneatnowhere) reported@bt_uk correct number ported back. It worked for a month and then stopped receiving calls from Vodafone, 3, Lebara and others. Now nobody is able to sort it and they refuse to let us speak to a manager. Can you help??
