@btbusinesscare @BTBusiness & @btbusinesscare as a customer service provider are useless and clueless, if I run my businesses like you do I would be long since gone, guess as your monopoly gets dissolved then you will lose market share because of it.

@bt_uk Hi Rita, Coverage checker showing no faults, I work in Openreach and all of our engineers, including myself, all our phones are down with no signal, I believe there was a problem with a mast a few weeks ago but thought that was resolved?

@bt_uk is it me or you having problems with the Internet, I've had no Internet for 3 days I live I'm south wales and alot of people I know are saying the same they've had no internet any reason bt
