    @bt_uk Hi. Is there nothing similar to the ee network reporting tool? It allows reporting for specific postcode areas and I used to be able to use it and have problems rectified quickly. I frequently have 4g Internet issues in a certain area I visit and they were always solved asap

    Excellent service from @bt_uk this week the contractor from Cube who visited us twice, went out of his way to help disabled customer get all his gadget connected to new router, what a star.

    @bt_uk Hi after recently upgrading my service I keep being harassed by email and text to return old equipment or be charged but I haven’t been sent a returns a bag?

    @bt_uk They weren’t, I’m afraid - I’ve got a wider issue which is my broadband has been down for a week (!) but nobody seems to know how to solve this iPlayer mini hub problem.

    @PSAWorldTour @SquashTV @btsport I’m sorry, I don’t think I can bring myself to watch it. The baffling decisions and the attitude and behaviour of certain players this week has made it unwatchable. I love this sport and I’ll always support it, but it’s going in a troubling direction 😕

    To anyone interested. Never use @bt_uk for your Internet or phone. Shambles of a company. 6 years if issues, no interested in fixing the problems. So called tech experts that don't know how to reset a router. Always the same response.

    In the pub with that futsal on @btsport its the final and all i can think is how rubbish were the teams these put out , its like watching a game with the players left after youve picked two squads of 50 for the eleven a side game and this is the crap left.
