    @bt_uk I've literally just spoke to someone regarding my complaint. Said there's no way they can speed up complaint as it's with financial loss team and I have to wait for them? It's been 2/3 weeks since my loss. How long will this take?

    @bt_uk bt broadband down in Little Torrington EX38 - you keep moving the fix date, first it was tonight at 7 now it’s Friday at 8:39am! What’s going on??? I run my business online - I pay good money to you monthly - please get on with fixing!! And stop moving the fix time!

    @bt_uk Well @bt_uk is living up to its reputation today I've sat in all day waiting for an @OpenreachHelp engineer to call to fix my fault and no body has turned up. I have never dealt with such incompetent companies. Yet another holiday from work wasted thanks BT.

    @bt_uk No change really my sons both used their full data allowance due to poor internet and I over used mine working from home with my laptop using my phone as a hotspot. We’ve been convinced to upgrade to fibre now by your customer services not sure we should pay you more though

    @bt_uk It’s in a cul-de-sac. No road closures required. 87 year-old man with no emergency contact available still waiting. There is no fix date. Residents are desperate.

    @bt_uk I’ve called and there isn’t anything you’re willing to do to reduce cost and keep me as a customer. If I wanted to leave how do I give you notice as I’m not in a contract.
