@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk - openreach THE worst business I’ve had to deal with. Internet supposed to be on on 28th May, zero communication, blame games, no sign of today and no communication as to whether they are even going to come! Shocking service. Massive inconvenience caused.

@bt_uk I signed up only to be met by a litany of incompetence, lies and the most egregious experience of customer services I have ever experienced. Seriously outstandingly bad. And then they had the temerity to take money from my account when they never delivered me a service.

@bt_uk I’ll try one more time. That number you have listed is automated. could you please provide a number for customer services that isn’t an automated response?
