@bt_uk I just checked and can get Vodafone full fibre 900 for over £30 a month less than I'm now paying from April. Counting down the days till my contract ends.

@virginmedia The whole VM service is a joke and I can’t wait to be off it. I even stopped calling in faults, CM make everything too difficult - apart from upgrading of course. @bt_uk fitted today, works perfectly.

My advice, if you are on digital voice, never order FTTP from @bt_uk If the install goes wrong, your life will be a living hell. #BT #broadband

@bt_uk I've had a complaint open with bt once before. It took 3 months to resolve and I was given a £10 goodwill gesture. I'll pass but thanks for the offer. You'll need a stiff drink tonight when you get off shift. I know it's not your responsibility that BT are so greedy.
