    @bt_uk Service is back now. I do wonder how someone who has a BT Mobile contract and no landline is supposed to report a lack of mobile service. There’s no facility on your website and by definition they will not be able to phone 150. What do they do?

    @bt_uk Dear BT, my broadband is running slow around 4.5 mbs. Wi Fi also very slow and can't get rugby on BT sport. Is there a general problem. My postcode BH21 1XN. Regards Denis

    @bt_uk Terrible customer service. I moved Broadband in Oct but you have still been taking money every month. I phoned 2 weeks ago and still not received my final bill or refund. I called today to ask what compensation I would be receiving and was told £15, not even a months bill!

    Thanks @bt_uk you were meant to phone my husband between 12 noon and 2pm. Instead you phone me at 5.47pm. Not expecting a call from you so I missed it. Still trying to sort out a 5 month old problem. Terrible service.

    How crap is @bt_uk My recently bereaved elderly mum has been messed around since 12/12/22 trying to get @btsport cancelled & broadband changed to fibre. Now she's been disconnected & lost her lifeline with the outside world. So tomorrow we try again. 4th time lucky? I hope so.

    @bt_uk since that engineer came to my house a few weeks ago he has made it impossible to sign back into apps on BT TV now im paying for a service which hasnt worked from the very start last November its not rocket science but id like it fixed ASAP
