    @bt_uk yet ANOTHER broken promise. I have nothing but contempt for the ineptitude of that company. Over 6 weeks without service and you still take £110 per month from the bank account. 🤬

    @bt_uk unfortunately there are no clear problems with the internet. i think because of the area i live in my internet is not great, which means i am unable to stream and i cannot get over 2.5MBPS of upload speed

    @bt_uk I doubt it, until BT put decent, up to date cabling in to our hamlet, which we have been told is not likely to happen anytime soon, the service we receive will remain diabolical and not worth the money we are paying for the small amount of time we can actually get broadband.

    @bt_uk just had a look, even the top one id chew through that data in just over a week, looking for more of a pay as you go solution as its just for a month as i have a big 4G router with sim slot i can put the sim into etc :)

    @bt_uk Hi BT the issue is with BT. When I used any other Internet provider I can access @hushmail it is only when using #BT that the application #TimesOut..@hushmail have already set out the issue is solely #BT

    @gtrowb1 @bt_uk Yes it's possible. When placing order there will be a section to change delivery address. However it does fit through a standard letter box so may not be an issue to have it sent to the new address either. Hope that helps

    @bt_uk broadband is down even though i'm a halo customer it says it should stay connected. Been trying to use the troubleshooter but been stuck on 99% for the past hour and says should only take 1-2 mins

    Still no balance refund after 4 phone calls. 7 working days is now 30 + working days. Incompetent customer advisors and care @BTCare

    @bt_uk hi. My mum deleted an email from you by mistake regarding important changes, as it went to the junk folder. We spoke to someone on online chat who said they would resend it, however it has not arrived. Can u help pls there’s no email address on contact page. Thanks.
