In the process of leaving @skytv. Service and customer support indescribably bad. Going back to @bt_uk who we left several years ago but that was a mistake. Sky redefine “crap service” they really do. Shocking. We’ve put up with this **** for more than a year now.

@brasense @btbusinesscare I would be careful signing up anyway. I have been without broadband for a week, promised on 3 occasions I would be called back and spent several hours on the phone and still no resolution

@bt_uk Yes I know. We never made the call but coincidentally we had an O/reach engineer here that morning. If he used it to test the line, why should we pay. We've multiple clocks so no need to call the time line. We have mobile phones to make outgoing calls which also have the time.

On balance, looking at the @MLB decision to move the playoffs to @btsport as a good thing. Timing was bad. And there are some kinks to work out, but the other night I was thinking about how existing BT Sport subscribers are now just one click away from watching a Baseball game.

@bt_uk fix your cables, you're still using copper cables move to the fiber, you're going to lose many people if you don't get onto this, I'm so close to just move to virgin at least they listen to their customers

@bt_uk can you let me know why I can’t check my bill? When I click on my bt > your bills, the page errors and takes me back to a product page

@bt_uk It's reported, but your engineer won't come out until next week. I don't think he'll have too much trouble working out the likely cause of the problem, will he...

@bt_uk No. Problem is either first or second network hop so I’m the exchange. Engineer today closed the fault apparently without a fix. The image I attached to the first tweet demonstrates the issue clearly

Hey @bt_uk, why is my internet downloading at 2 bits a second? That’s actually pathetic. Fix your service.
