    @bt_uk I left BT today for another provider ( after 50+ years with BT). BT took £39+ yesterday, knowing that my account was ending in hours. As this is a payment in advance for a service I no longer have, how do I get this payment refunded please?

    @bt_uk Hi, just bought a broadband package with BT. It says activation date 11 Apr, but the equipment arrives 6 Apr and it needs customer to self-install. Can I not have internet activated from 6 Apr in that case since I don’t need an appointment with a BT engineer? Thanks

    @bt_uk I sent my router back to you in February, I received an email a couple of weeks later saying you hadn’t received it. I phoned up, provided a tracking number and supposedly that had been noted down and the charges taken of.

    @bt_uk Hello. I'm having fibre installed today and the engineer is apparently on their way. However, no equipment has been delivered. I never received a tracking number. Has their been a mistake in sending it out? Details are in a DM I sent last night.

    @bt_uk I’ve had issues all day with connection says bt to hub is good but the hub to my devices is low and I’ve not changed anything at all
