    @bt_uk we need an engineer to come and fix up a land line as where we live has poor mobile reception, can we do this any other way than phoning - as we have poor reception here?!

    Dear @bt_uk, I waited for hours in my empty house for your technician to arrive to install broadband. When he arrived he told me, despite you supposedly checking when I registered, there was no BT cable and it was impossible to install. Do you cancel my contract automatically?

    Well done to @bt_uk getting us back online with a temporary fix, pity about the attitude of one of the engineers when I was asked if it was working I said yes but slower, was interrupted and told " to get over myself. " Was simply giving a accurate report.

    @bt_uk Account GB12797265. I am now waiting a response from a complaint raised. I have been told the outcome verbally and I will be writing to the ombudsman as I am being charged more for the same service( when I get it) and not offered a cheaper offer that you only give to new users.

    @bt_uk no internet since 1pm yesterday due to an 'incident' and now your help text system is saying should be fixed by 16 December? Which will be over a week with no internet. Can someone please discuss this with me?

    @bt_uk I did that it said to move it around, which I did, make sure everything is working which it is as my phone is connected and working. Maybe it's a glitch in the matrix just weird how it said weak signal but came up with no faults or issues.
