Can’t log into my account, really unhappy. Do I have a 14day cooling off period?

Pam Medlock (@PamMedlock) reported@bt_uk It won’t! I have spoken to at least 6 different people for hours to sort the problem. I was told to buy a new phone which I was assured BT would pay for if it didn’t fix the problem. It didn’t and you won’t pay. 😫
