1/3 @e_emobile disgusting companies. I signed up through @bt_uk. Immediately cancel the contract the next day when realised I would have a second bill. Spke to both BT & EE and confirmed cancellation. Today received a Bill. EE refusing to cancel bill

2/3 @e_emobile @bt_uk Refused bill cancellation despite them admitting, that neither SIM card was ever activated and EE told me to destroy them. Now tell me they will keep generating bills. EE want me to pay for a bill for a SIM card never used

@OpenreachHelp @BTCare My broadband has been dropping out and giving me 13mbps download and 2mbps upload since April 9th (stay fast GUARANTEE is 30mbps download). Between your 2 companies, neither have managed to get to the bottom of the problem. Please, fix it.

@bt_uk don’t know why I pay for fibre optic when the speed is slower than the normal option. Can’t even join a video call without being kick out 5 times due to network being slow. Called customer service only to be told there is traffic in the area. Shouldn’t be offering it then!

@bt_uk Hi it has resolved for the time being its not on I live in London and I keep having problems with my broadband every few weeks or so its come too the point where I am thinking of changing broadband provider
