@jonboy_103 @bt_uk I can't log in either - The log in page says 'We've launched something new - made some changes etc' - Unwise to do during office hours on a weekday, so there must be a problem in which case @BT_UK should just be honest and post on their X feed with an eta for a fix - v.poor

@bt_uk please fix your app. I can't get out of the circular demand for verification and crazy requests to change my login email

@martinintune @bt_uk Do you have any local alternative? I’m baffled why people pay BT for poor service at inflated prices. There are so many new Fibre providers now offering a better service at much lower prices. The days of BT’s monopoly and ridiculous Line Rental charges are thankfully, over.

@bt_uk @ee How clueless you all are, asking me to confirm a security code received via email while I am trying to log in to your Wi-Fi hotspots? Has anyone ever tested that process on an iPhone? 🧐 What happens when the user leaves the login process to check the email? 🀨

@bt_uk is it possible to speak with someone about serious internet issues in surrounding areas since major roadworks began? I also have a router to return - how is best? Thanks.
