    @bt_uk So he’s called no fix @OpenreachHelp

  • Bray_sayz Luke brace (@Bray_sayz) reported

    So Dubravka goes down holding his chest, could be anything after all he has just made a diving save. The way @btsport immediately cut to replays and then Auba’s face for 30 secs and the commentators don’t say one word about it, that makes me think they’ve been briefed.

  • si_mcav Dr Simon J Stewart (@si_mcav) reported

    @BTCare @bt_uk See when you make a mess of an order and YOU cancel it? Take ownership of your mistake. Don't gaslight your customers by telling them you cancelled the order like you were asked to do!!

  • jambong James Lydon (@jambong) reported

    Note to @BTCare - when a customer with a dead landline and awful mobile signal is using WiFi Calling to speak to your helpline, having your flowchart ask them to unplug at the master socket makes further communication difficult...

  • DMARTINEZ_85 David Martinez (@DMARTINEZ_85) reported

    @bt_uk You are. And the speeds are very good (150Mbps). The app is fine most of the time, but every minute or so the picture gets juddery for about 10 seconds. Same whether I use Wifi or Ethernet. I have no problems with any other streaming service, wired or wireless.

  • EBelchamber Eb (@EBelchamber) reported

    @bt_uk No internet in YO22 area, checked online and it says there’s no issue

  • Beckymward1 Rebecca (@Beckymward1) reported

    @Lionesses @bt_uk I would vote Fran if i could, not working.

  • coliver1986 Carl Oliver (@coliver1986) reported

    Hope @bt_uk give me some money off my broadband bill with it being down all day?? #StormArwen

  • ToonTips1 Toon Tips (@ToonTips1) reported

    The standard of refereeing in our games is horrendous. Almost as bad as the @btsport commentary.

  • JamieCarroll15_ Jamie Carroll (@JamieCarroll15_) reported

    I feel sorry for the poor fans that are sitting next to that screaming child on #BTSport #ARSNEW
