    @bt_uk My elderly father has a landline and a bt account. He has had a broadband account with a different provider which his wife (now deceased)used. When we went to cancel it they told us we would lose the landline number that he has had for nearly 70 years. Is this correct?

    @bt_uk Having trouble logging in to report a fault. Can't reset password, can't use phone number all I'm getting is 'something has gone wrong'. How can I report a fault if I can't even log in!!!
