    @bt_uk An engineer said one of the issues was a box in the village that needs replacing but it’s not a priority for @WeAreOpenreach. One of the faults we later experienced was in this very box. Do you feed back or is this just an answering Twitter account?

    @bt_uk No other issues and on the console when I do the test I hit about 118mbs and around the same on xbox but xbox shows I lose about 1/2% packet loss

    @btsport @BTGroup shame on you for absolutely shocking Customer service today!! Warning to all - they have zero compassion when it comes to a real human situation, so don’t even bother trying because it’s business first and they think you’re trying to scam them

    @bt_uk But @bt_uk this is the issue, I spoke to Mcaffee yesterday and they are clear that I need BT support for the products supplied by BT and even gave me the phone number! The BT Web Protect app on Windows support link is to the BT support site. Please advise / resolve.

    @bt_uk engineer did not appear this morning. Due between 07.00-09.00am. No call, no text, no email to explain no-show. Spent over 21/2hours on the phone- no answer, no explanation, still no new appointment. So, no TV box, no TV. Very poor. Already paid for. May have to reconsider

    @bt_uk 1 month & still not connected to the broadband. @WeAreOpenreach never sent a completion code so our order timed out & we had to start all over. Was told we’re going to be added to a priority list for tomorrow but been told it’s not happening and new date is 21/4! WTF, BT?!
