@teeny_beanie911 @bt_uk They don't seem to understand that bad reviews look bad on them and others will just avoid, no 2nd thought and despite the dozens of customer service criticisms, they still don't improve. Makes you wonder

@Rich_T_Hall @bt_uk It's an embarrassment. Any other job this many problems, this many complaints wouldn't have it. You'd be cautioned disciplined etc. They just hide behind the screens keep performing poor, no consequence. Only for you the customer do you suffer

@bt_uk i have an @EE data hub while i wait for you to install broadband but there is no service in my area. What do i do? i believe you have a guarantee for broadband and some kind of refund if this is not fulfilled?

@bt_uk @El_Loco_Jo That is not how contracts work Sharon an existing customer early into a contract will be offered upgrades only plus you can't rewind the clock for them. No wonder it takes 50 mins to get through to BT

Had a complaint with @bt_uk ongoing for about 2 months. Was told 2 weeks ago they would be refunding the money they owe me, still not in my account. Absolutely disgraceful company. Time to go to the ombudsman

@jiraiya642 @bt_uk I've bought previous UFC PPV through the box office app but this time it just isn't working. You can buy it on the website but I don't trust buying it there and then it not working on the BO app. I need the app to stream to chromecast on the tv.
