    @bt_uk I won’t hold my breath. Why does it take 3 weeks and 4 attempts to even get close to getting an appointment for full fibre? Is BT retaining customers? How do your shareholders feel about this continuing poor level of service? BT used to own Openreach.

    @Shann_day @bt_uk They called me childish and threatened to hang the phone up on me for asking for proof to agreeing to the contract I never agreed to. They scam you!

    @bt_uk hello. Openreach were supposed to come today to connect my bt Full Fibre. They never turned up and I took a day off for it. I never got a message that it was cancelled. Openreach are suggesting this is your issue. Can you help me get to the bottom of this?

    @bt_uk going in circles with a line fault that cannot be fixed at my house - it's an exchange problem where the exchange does not send enough voltage to make phone ring. Fault shown as fixed and you send engineer to my house which is pointless. Any idea what to do next?

    @Si_Vargeson @bt_uk @SkyUK It’s a joke, hoping to get out of my contract as they are doing nothing to resolve my issue whatsoever. I have a long day at work want to get home and play Call of Duty but no I can’t cos of no broadband. 😖 Had nothing but issues for 9 months with BT.

    @bt_uk my internet hasn’t worked for two weeks. I’ve had 4 engineers come out (1 BT, 3 Openreach), and have been expecting a “multi-skilled engineer” the last two days but nobody has visited. How can I get some help to get this fixed??? 😤
