@bt_uk So people will have to pay £85 or more for a UPS just to get one hour back up service compared with the days of backup provided by the exchange on the old system. Our power cuts often last for many hours after such a unit would be exhausted.

@bt_uk broadband went down about 2 hours ago. After texting the number It now tells me it won't be expected to be fixed till the 10th. Meaning no Internet access for 2 days. My partner works from home and I rely on the Internet for work too.

@bt_uk is there an issue in the Plymouth area? With wifi? Only mine keeps dropping out every half an hour! And it’s getting ridiculous now!

@bt_uk that doesn't help me nor does it give our bosses a satisfactory answer. Faults happen but taking 2 full days to fix it is ludicrous I understand you have to keep to these lines but as a couple who are struggling even 2 days without work is going to seriously effect us financially

@bt_uk So both me and my partner are expected to just tell our bosses that? understand that there are complexities but paying for a service that isn't available through no fault of your own isn't acceptable. If we don't work we don't earn money. Times are hard. this needs to be resolved

@bt_uk Again I get it but maybe try being a little more personable this doesn't help. Now we're out of 4 days of work between us. We both have desktops and aren't near a hotspot. But I guess thanks.

@BT_uk What's going on with your broadband today?? Extremely unstable connection in Bournemouth, Dorset. Connection drops out a few times every hour. I can't get any work done.
