    @EE @EE your option here is to escalate this appropriately, such as @bt_uk did historically with a similar issue (and before this godforsaken merger saw such a decline in service quality) - or I shall opt to seek your executives out directly.

    @bt_uk my phone line to my house from the telegraph pole has been damaged and is hanging down really low to the ground can you send an engineer to reattach it asap

    @duncsand @bt_uk Being able to find a contact number for a business is more than you get from most companies. Goes to show though, very few understand or care about customer service these days

    @neural_theory @bt_uk No way to cancel on the website and I really had to hunt to find the phone number - they're trying their hardest to make it difficult.

    @btbusinesscare Thanks , but no one's been in touch - mind you , could be difficult on a phone system that's not working. Nevertheless , nothing received on e-mail either.
