Seems unnecessary to me.

I've unplugged and restarted the router and it still has a yellow light flashing and a red 'off' light on. I don't watch terrestrial TV, I use a fire stick for everything and I'm running out of mobile data.

Can it all be consolidated to a PDF to download & read at leisure?
