    @bt_uk speeds all over the place for days,use speedcheck and bt speedtest and told its unreliable as not tested over ethernet despite engineers proving previously my tests were accurate and telling me to use the app. No issues showing your end yet its been on/off all day today 🤔

    @ManUtd please help, my close friend passed away very unexpectedly on Sat aged 29. He was a massive Utd fan and we watched many games together. Is there anyway to get his name mentioned in the programme or on social media at all for the EL final??? @btsport @EuropaLeague

    For 2 hours today, the Internet went down. Fortunately I'm a @bt_uk customer so I plugged the emergency hub in & got back online whilst they fixed the issue. But I *still* felt like I'd been blasted back to the stone age. The Internet really is our Overlord, isn't it?😱

    @bt_uk Hi BT. I'm in a rural location and am looking for 4G broadband. I can't see an unlimted data only sim on your site. Will the unlimited standard sim work in a router? BTW I am a BT Halo customer

    @bt_uk Not only is your customer service condescending on the phone, we’ve had at least 4 engineers out on separate occasions to ‘fix’ continuous drops in WiFi. Nothing has worked, we’ve had 4 different hubs, and have been told that we have to just deal with it. Explain?
