    Hi @bt_uk Need a bit of help please. I've been send 5 emergency backup line telephones, when I only need one. I'm regrestered as a vulnerable customer. How do I go about sending them back and stopping further deliveries. Thanks

    @bt_uk I was calling to cancel a contract for an elderly client but you can’t appear to verify who she is even though I can do it and I’m a 30 year old man putting on a funny voice
