@katemcassidy @bt_uk I'm a content creator and my partner is a software developer and we both have different sites we are unable to access! And it's not the websites as we've asked other people to check... BT trying to fob the problem off!

@bt_uk @ionCube It's a server-specific issue not a connection issue – I can access many websites (including this one!) – it seems to be specific to certain servers i.e., Zoom.

@bt_uk is there an issue with showing people onto the PSN? There's lots of complaints of a failed NAT type and that seems like more of a @bt_uk issue than a @AskPlayStation problem? Thanks in advance for your reply. #BT #PSN

Hi @bt_uk Do you have a local Zoom problem at the moment? Absolutely everything is working fine with my WiFi, except I cannot get Zoom on laptop app or web browser, but can if I disconnect WiFi and use data hotspot. Tried rebooting router etc.
