@btbusinesscare I took out out a new customer broadband & phone with you last week. A engineer came out on Friday to install a box on the outside of our office. The stage 2 of the install (router etc) now I’m being told isn’t until the end of the month!

@bt_uk Everything has been sorted but the engineer didn't leave a router. He said everything was done, tested and working and there was nothing to follow up on but I've since been told that we should have been given a router. Can you help?

Hi @bt_uk could you confirm the date that the copper cabling will be severed in Mildenhall, Suffolk. I got letters from @VodafoneUK saying end of March 23 but I still have service! Thanks.

@FtefanWithAnF @btsportmotogp There’s a hell of a lot of us only have BTSport for MotoGP. If half of it is going to be MotoGP coverage, we might as well go down that route and get every session plus press conferences etc
