  @bt_uk Hi Laura, I'll be honest it's been terrible with BT! In the end it didn't get resolved. I was owed compensation which meant in order to get it I had to sign up to a new policy. Customer service tried to sell more expensive products, they wouldn't allow me to continue...

  @bt_uk Why do we still have to phone up to cancel things? They tell you there is “unprecedented demand” when you call and after 30 minutes you still haven’t spoken to anyone.

  @btsport are you sure you're not having any issues tonight? TV app not working, from my laptop it says I have too many live streams running at the same time, but if I can watch from my smartphone.
