  @bt_uk This is utter rubbish I get a 30 meg download and a 1.5 meg upload - devices are either slow, freezing or disconnecting

  @chidi_ogo @bt_uk Maybe because they rely on word-of-mouth they do not advertise. But they are 1 million times better than BT also better than sky. There better than any broadband you can think of there based in the UK you talk to a British person if you have any problems which is very very rare.

  @bt_uk Yes i have tracked the fault but this being fixed by the end of thursday is a bit of a joke. So i am paying for a service i cant use ?
