    @JaneCouchMBE @SkyAdamSmith @btsport Can’t agree with that Jane, ok Warrington v galla is ok but the rest is so poor it’s unreal. Hopefully the lot are scrapped and then they will see how much they have all ****** this up

    Had a complaint with @bt_uk ongoing for about 2 months. Was told 2 weeks ago they would be refunding the money they owe me, still not in my account. Absolutely disgraceful company. Time to go to the ombudsman

    Well, @bt_uk your automatic fault-diagnosing system is brilliant. Your appointment booking system is however awful. I'm trying to fix my mother's broadband and the appointment options I'm given are on days I can't be here. Would like to speak to a human, please?

    @Renvoize @bt_uk I had an issue with them a few years ago and their customer service was such a disgrace that I swore I’d never use them again. Horrible company to deal with, we went ombudsman and they backed them. I was furious. Good luck
