@btbusinesscare Second call from BT today confirming the charge stands from Annu Singh and emails returned #IMP-110493604. This has gone on long enough and is extremely distressing. Businesses need to be warned about extortionate charges and broken contracts from @BTBusiness

@bt_uk I am checking whether my return has been processed. But in the interests of fairness and good customer service I would like reassurance that BT will review systems so that no customer is charged for a problem (delay in returns processing) that is not of their making. Thanks.

@bt_uk Still no working phone after 14 days. Vaguest of updates with no end date (well, tracking fault says 01-12-22) The only reason I keep the BT line is that there is no mobile signal where I live. @bt_uk this is not impressive at all.
