    @JaneCouchMBE @SkyAdamSmith @btsport Can’t agree with that Jane, ok Warrington v galla is ok but the rest is so poor it’s unreal. Hopefully the lot are scrapped and then they will see how much they have all ****** this up

    @bt_uk what is going on with your Internet connection?? There is a shortage throughout Yorkshire and I've had no WiFi from 7pm last night. There doesn't seem to be any progress in fixing the problem?? Please let us know what's happening - we cannot work from work with no WiFi!!

    @SkyHelpTeam - I'm having issues watching some On Demand & Catch Up programmes. I've been trying to watch @russellhoward Hour for ages but it keeps saying 'Download Failed'. All help forums suggest it's @bt_uk Broadband customers only. What can I do to solve, please?

    @quigdes @bt_uk @bancosantander Absolutely. You can see there’s a pretty front end build by interns/junior staff that flies together a bunch of legacy crap that doesn’t work. Problem is that obviously no one is paying enough money to have top talent, or enough attention to even care.

    Just want to thank @BTCare for cutting off my business broadband line at home, due to an issue they admit is their fault, resulting in my being on the phone most of the day to no less than 4 agents, resulting in them saying they "may" be able to reinstate it before the New Year.

    @BTCare ... but after 40 minutes, the person was unable to help after several attempts - had to home at 19:30 and has now pout me back in the queue after two attempts...

    Today I have endured dealing with the corporate world of @bt_uk attempting to resolve an issue. It strikes me that (as a designer) the highest paid people are often working in so called UX or UI. So was my "expereince" actually designed? If so that group should be sacked.

    @bt_uk I spoke to someone on 1st December to cancel my account, today I have received a confirmation that my account has been cancelled and I have to return a Wi-Fi disc. I have never had a Wi-Fi disc to return. Can you please advise? Thanks

    @bt_uk I am not normally one to complain publicly but I am soooo disappointed with your customer service today. Have been on the phone for 45 minutes trying to organise for wifi to be installed and now been put through to a new person to start the process all over again 🙄

    @bt_uk my Internet is still horrendously slow. I enquired about this yesterday and was asked to send a text. All I got back was, you're connected. Yes I know but it's painfully slow. 9mbs is a joke when I pay for between 28 and 50 odd mbs.
