    @ZRevolutionYT @bt_uk Swap provider lol I left years ago and so glad I did! Watch they don't increase your bill without saying as that's what happened to me but I was able to then cancel my contract for free cuz they broke the law and their own policies

    Had a joyous conversation with a man who called my landline claiming to be from @bt_uk #openreach tech team. Wanting me to share details to access my computer to help me with services that would otherwise be stopping. He got very cross and frustrated with me #scammer #reported

    @bt_uk Internet in my area is down VOL055-3213552730555 reference and looking to have it fixed by the 18th, is just not acceptable, as a keyworker, working from home what do you expect me to do for 5 days with no Internet?

    @bt_uk It’s a shame this isn’t offered to customers who have constant problems with their internet. 2 years on and still no solution to our problems engineers left right and centre ! Not a happy customer here !!! Not even a call back from any kind of management very angry

    @bt_uk Thanks for that, that takes me to a page that wants me to pay for it and no option to log in on the screen. What am I supposed to do about the 4 potentially 5 days that I can't work? Honestly I understand we are in a pandemic but 5 days to fix is outrageous.

    @bt_uk Hi, thanks for checking in. The issue seems to have settled down, service isn't dropping like it was the previous day. Is there any chance it was the snow's fault? Lol! Either way, everything seems to be working ok now

    @bt_uk upgraded to 900 broadband, only getting speeds of 200 down 50 up. DM me and i will give you my number call me back asap totally unaceptable
