Some poor referee decisions today. Also, saying it's a penalty just because there is contact is lazy commentary. It's a contact sport and too many players are just diving in the box. VAR should be sorting that out, but they won't go against the match referee.@btsport

@bt_uk just when I thought BT were looking after me. After speaking to a Complaint Specialist, I was told I'm not getting the cable and drilling with today as promised, but I would get an update. Guess what, surprise surprise no update. Shocking rubbish pathetic useless BT

@bt_uk Dear BT , I'm ur customer for last 12 months. Due to my son medical emergency moving to India. when I check to disconnect my service, team saying to pay the penalty of £250+ for breaking the contract. I'm happy with BT service but due to uncertainty I'm moving to Ind #BT

So @bt_uk have ****** my sister by booking appointments then cancelling at last minute and LAURA is being anything but useful as she won’t read the dms properly I don’t know my sisters details but I know ofcoms number and will be reporting failure to fix her WiFi
