@LizzyCryer857 @bt_uk I was told today there is NO complaints department. All complaints dealt with by whichever (junior) staff member picks up the phone. Spent 1h20 today re-opening a complaint that was closed with no resolution. Only to find they’ve closed it again hours later still with no resolve!

@bt_uk Won't let me watch any live feed, I've tried clearing cache, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing. I don't get errors or error messages. I tap what I want to watch and it does nothing.

@MikeyR20 @btsport @espnplayer I think the late EPL and Serie A games pretty much mean Sky/BT are never going to relinquish their deathgrips. Using BT as an example because they would be a sensible company to court to buy the rights, fwiw
