    @JaneCouchMBE @SkyAdamSmith @btsport Can’t agree with that Jane, ok Warrington v galla is ok but the rest is so poor it’s unreal. Hopefully the lot are scrapped and then they will see how much they have all ****** this up

    Will never know why @bt_uk think it’s fair to 1) advertise fibre 2 on the website being available and 2) think it’s fair in 2022 that speeds under 70Mb is “fast”

    @bt_uk Had fibre installed by OpenReach 2 wks ago but it does not work. We run a business from home and have no Wi-Fi Service from BT wholesale is not fit for purpose.

    @bt_uk imagine coming out to install broadband to a new customer & it not working at all for 24 hours & the asking if you would recommend to a friend & fill out a survey after being told it could take upto 3 days to rectify?!! Not a good start 😠 #embarrassing

    @virginmedia 4 days now I have been trying to cancel my contract. Your customer services are awful. Any thoughts if staying with you now gone! Thank you @bt_uk for speaking to me and sorting everything out within a couple of hours.
