    @JaneCouchMBE @SkyAdamSmith @btsport Can’t agree with that Jane, ok Warrington v galla is ok but the rest is so poor it’s unreal. Hopefully the lot are scrapped and then they will see how much they have all ****** this up

    @BTCare I called support this afternoon to sort out an extremely weird data breach involving a deliveroo driver asking for Wi-fi passwords, the member of your team I spoke to was brilliant, they were understanding and went through steps to try and help the situation

    @GeorgeMonbiot @bt_uk After so long of trying politely to decline and simply opt for the landline-only package they already had, the old person will eventually capitulate either out of not wanting to be rude, or having successfully been coerced into believing they really DO need this...
