Engineer no.10 (day 29 of no service) just arrived & still had WRONG ADDRESS & SERIALS on paperwork even though they've been changed MANY times - WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING AT BT @bt_uk & OPENREACH?? Terrible system or just noone gives a flying toss? Shocked!!! BT Full-Fibre HELL

@btbusinesscare Openreach confirm all addresses within this CFP project were signed off as ready for service, meaning all beneficiaries could place orders with ISPs to get the fibre installed into their premises. PLEASE REPLY WITH DIRECT PHONE NUMBER OF SOMEONE AT BT WHO CAN ARRANGE THIS NOW

@Taitaylor86 @bt_uk If you cancel, the order for the new pole is also cancelled. If you then go for a new provider, the order for the new pole has to start all over again. If it’s waiting on a road closure, this will be the soonest it can be done. (Can need up to 3 months notice).

Hi @bt_uk and @VodafoneUK Great that you take fraud seriously! But both told me what *I* can do about it. I want to know what YOU are doing about number spoofing, constant number swapping and so on. After all, it's your network, right? You control access.

@RichRedVoices It's possible Gareth didn't renew his @btsport subscription last summer. Cos it's hard to see how he could've watched #UCL football and still treat Bellingham and Sancho like novices.
