@ZRevolutionYT @bt_uk Swap provider lol I left years ago and so glad I did! Watch they don't increase your bill without saying as that's what happened to me but I was able to then cancel my contract for free cuz they broke the law and their own policies

@bt_uk Internet in my area is down VOL055-3213552730555 reference and looking to have it fixed by the 18th, is just not acceptable, as a keyworker, working from home what do you expect me to do for 5 days with no Internet?

@bt_uk It’s a shame this isn’t offered to customers who have constant problems with their internet. 2 years on and still no solution to our problems engineers left right and centre ! Not a happy customer here !!! Not even a call back from any kind of management very angry

@bt_uk Thanks for that, that takes me to a page that wants me to pay for it and no option to log in on the screen. What am I supposed to do about the 4 potentially 5 days that I can't work? Honestly I understand we are in a pandemic but 5 days to fix is outrageous.

@bt_uk upgraded to 900 broadband, only getting speeds of 200 down 50 up. DM me and i will give you my number call me back asap totally unaceptable
