@bt_uk BT can you help me out here? I've tried using your moving house link that an advisor gave me but got told to ring the 0800 number when I put in postcode. I've been on hold for over 20 mins now waiting for someone to help me sort out my moving and upgrade account.

@LeedsInjustice @bt_uk If there's any question as to the behaviour being serious enough to amount to an abuse of the public's trust then there's plenty to help meet the threshold from what goes on regularly in Professional Standards and Legal Services of which the DCC is also the portfolio holder.
