@bt_uk Yeah sure it wasn't the case. Then why is it the engineer didn't bother telling us? He asked us to keep our door on the latch for him because he'd only be 2 or 3 minutes yet here we are. Tried calling but your staff says they can't cancel the order as is the same day

still awaiting a call, told on Friday openreach were coming today to fix broadband told line would complete today neither have happened again this was supposed to have happened on the 18th Jan we have had no business calls since then . @btbusinesscare @BTGroup @btbusinesscare

@bt_uk @Gemlovers Hi, we have been assured that this ongoing issue has been fixed, however still having major issues. The hub works briefly every now and again but is still mostly on the flashing purple light. Its been about 10 days now.
