    @JaneCouchMBE @SkyAdamSmith @btsport Can’t agree with that Jane, ok Warrington v galla is ok but the rest is so poor it’s unreal. Hopefully the lot are scrapped and then they will see how much they have all ****** this up

    @bt_uk Hi I was incorrectly billed a final bill of over £300 on the 11th of Feburary, when I was told I would be able to leave with no charges due to not having service for over 30d. I was told I would be refunded on that day within 5 wd when that didn't happen...

    @virginmedia Thanks for the suggestion but I have tried that numerous times. It was also the suggestion the last time I contacted your support. I can't spent my life chasing my internet provider to provide internet. I would prefer it if you would cancel my contract and I can change to @bt_uk

    @xlphos @bt_uk Avoid bt. My partner asked number change and was not done she was subject to **** threats and calls last night a vulnerable adult left abused by bt. They refuse to do other or credit my bill. AVOID BT BAD COMPANY

    @bt_uk You might expect this and it’s a reasonable expectation but currently we are talking to the call centre and explaining yet again our problem.

    @bt_uk Hi Neil I’ve already spoken to the mobile team this morning who said they were going to cancel and replace the order I don’t have the time to spend another 30 mins on the phone!

    Yet again, @bt_uk have failed to communicate effectively with me. Social team had mislead me. Telephone teams give me zero of use. A complaint now open for 7 days with no response. For a communications company this is just unacceptable.

    @bt_uk It’s gone back up to 10Mbps now. The problem we’ve had for months is that the WiFi regularly collapses to zero for long periods.

    Hey @bt_uk I was supposed to have internet on the 12th February, and I still don’t have Wi-fi. You’ve texted saying 5th March, and you’ve emailed saying 3rd March, but no comms since with any updates and Wi-fi box still not working... you’ve also just billed me.

    Biggest mistake was joining @bt_uk 2 days without internet due to a system issue... makes WFH even harder thanks 👍🏾
