    Some poor referee decisions today. Also, saying it's a penalty just because there is contact is lazy commentary. It's a contact sport and too many players are just diving in the box. VAR should be sorting that out, but they won't go against the match referee.@btsport

    .@bt_uk Hello, I had an open fault logged today on your website with my broadband, in which you accepted my speed was too slow and gave me the right to exit within 30 days. This has since been removed - why? It remains an open fault.

    @bt_uk Disappointed with BT customer services,engineer came around today,having issues with my internet and range ,I was told by engineer that the contract iam on , I could have,Wi-fi BT discs ,what I don’t understand is why BT customer services never told me this.

    Cancelling @SkyUK tomorrow. Most pointless and expensive plastic boxes I've ever known. Don't even think about quoting contractual obligations because you have systematically under delivered for months. @bt_uk or @virginmedia will have a new customer.

    @bt_uk great service received today by your collections team about my bill... Only issue i have noticed is due date is still showing old date as opposed to updated one does this change at all to reflect new date or does it stay the same untill payment is made? Thanks
