    @JaneCouchMBE @SkyAdamSmith @btsport Can’t agree with that Jane, ok Warrington v galla is ok but the rest is so poor it’s unreal. Hopefully the lot are scrapped and then they will see how much they have all ****** this up

    @bt_uk hey BT my BT Sport monthly pass is still not working. I reactivated my account at 19:30 on the 26th January. I received a confirmation email as well confirming my payment. Also on my BT dashboard it says the payment has gone through. And I still can’t watch live BT Sport

    @bt_uk my Nan has had a router under the tv and one of the foots to keep it up still has broken and no one has touched it

    @bt_uk Hello, thanks at least I have a date and time for fix. However, the link you have given me simply takes me to another view of the tweet conversation between us. I was also told I’d get text updates but that hasn’t happened. I feel that I’ve been let down by your service.
