    @JaneCouchMBE @SkyAdamSmith @btsport Can’t agree with that Jane, ok Warrington v galla is ok but the rest is so poor it’s unreal. Hopefully the lot are scrapped and then they will see how much they have all ****** this up

    @btbusinesscare had a third cancellation from you now regarding a line install. Have spent hours on the phone/web chat to customer services trying to solve the issue but not one can seemingly resolve despite two people 'personally ensuring' a resolution. Where can I escalate pls?

    @bt_uk was promised by a member of staff my phone would be fixed by today m, 14 days without a phone. I am a carer to disabled people due to no landline this involved emergency services having to be called on Thursday -this is not acceptable. can not get a straight answer from BT

    @bt_uk My Mum's landline hasn't been working for nearly 3 weeks! She relies on this service as her mobile connectivity is poor. She was promised it would be fixed yesterday. But no word. Please help!!!

    @sadaplays @bt_uk what the crap? I wish my internet was cheap enough to miss noticing I was paying double. My provider tried to get me to repackage yesterday that would cost me more money. They even tried to convince me saying it was only a few dollars more. I laughed and hung up.
