@bt_uk @ScottMcGready It cannot damage the hub, it can damage your network connection if you set it up to unreachable DNS servers, which would be difficult for someone non-technical to fix on their own, especially without the internet, but I don't see any reason why there isn't an option somewhere ...

@bt_uk My Broadband fibre was damaged at the end of August by @CityFibre. Its the 20th September and l still have no broadband. Your support has been awful and the engineer due to attend last friday didn't bother showing up. Today you just charged me £40 for a service l can't use

@bt_uk do you have any deals for people on low income like me? For Broadband? I've seen something called "BT Essentials" does that mean I would qualify? Also, can I get BT Sport for free if I become a BT Customer? I've seen that online before as well (2/2)
