Some poor referee decisions today. Also, saying it's a penalty just because there is contact is lazy commentary. It's a contact sport and too many players are just diving in the box. VAR should be sorting that out, but they won't go against the match referee.@btsport

Specifically asking about Napoli - Spezia at 2pm tomorrow, btw, since they normally show ALL Serie A games EXCEPT the match on Saturday afternoon, due to the blackout rule. No reason not to now though!

@bt_uk time I go to my phone and someone with a withheld number has left a message and yet I didn't hear the call when they rang. Before I asked you I went all over the internet trying to solve this issue (not for the first time either) but nothing seems to work.

@bt_uk Thanks for your reply. Your colleagues over the phone yesterday were saying the fault is inside our home, but it’s not because the we can see the Wi-Fi with full signal on our devices, we can log onto it but there is no internet coming in the home. 1/2

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp My 81-year old mother has been without a working landline and broadband for weeks and been let down time and time again by a series of missed appointments from both of you, the latest being this morning when someone was meant to attend 9-1. Get this sorted.

Dear @bt_uk thanks for the threat of a £50 fine. You really get Customer Service. My broadband hub failed on Tuesday. Tech support new it was faulty but insisted on sending an Engineer. I asked Tech Support to ensure he brought a new hub....

@bt_uk Why is it then whenever a with held number dialls my BT6500 cordless phone there is never a ringing tone? Driving me mad.
