Pundits these days are average and lazy. Hargreaves, who isn’t bad normally, just said Neymar and mbappe are the most talented players in the world. Obviously forgetting messi . I mean no matter what Barca’s form, there is no player more talented than Messi #btsport #ucl #******

@bt_uk We already are with bt but the internet is not the best can’t even get fibre on our street but u can get it down the around the corner

So @bt_uk came to install full fibre yesterday.We now have no working phone line or broadband and are using a 4g hub for connection atm. The engineer left without testing anything worked and now we have to wait for a hub in the post. Which is obviously not going fix the issue.

@bt_uk My brother in law has been on the phone to you every single day, how many times do you want to look in to it? An 89 year old spent 4 hours on the floor with no help,because you couldn't be bothered to send an engineer out.

@bt_uk Wish I hadn't returned previous BT hub before testing the Halo 3 hub. Internet is painfully slow and customer support is a confusion of text messages and online automatic nonsense.

@bt_uk No. I am still on hold for 45 minutes with someone called Andy. No idea where he has gone. Not come back to apologise for the delay. I called 0800 587 4787. I have hung up. I’m furious at your crap customer service. I’m only doing this to avoid hassle of changing provider…

@bt_uk Th landlines and internet in the Village of Barrowden (LE15 8E) have now been down for 15 hours. The BT website indicates that there you are unable to provide a time for a fix. What is your plan to resolve and keep customers updated?
