@bt_uk fix my WiFi ya gobshites, was fine an hour ago now can't even watch a 40 second video on YouTube, ******* 30 quid a month to look at buffering, forgot its still 2006 and Wifi routers had just been invented

@btbusinesscare What a waste of time. 'Customer Care' person just disconnected - he texted two PINS which he said were 'wrong', and I didn't receive an email with another from him. Then told me he'd have to disconnect, and left a message (I have a screenshot) which advised me to try BT Chat.
