    @bt_uk But beware if you ever try to leave they don’t process the closure of your service then hound you for months for money you don’t owe and then set the debt collection agencies onto you, despite you cancelling three times with them and thinking surely they must do it this time!

    @btbusinesscare Thanks. I’m aware of this process as I have had to use it 10 times in my quest to get a response. I am told I have a complaint handler who just sends a copy and paste of last week’s response when I try to chase up a completion date. Where does it end?

    @bt_uk I've phoned numerous times only be dragged through the script, I'm fed up with it now I don't have my account number available but will happily provide name and address if it helps to see if there's an issue
