Some poor referee decisions today. Also, saying it's a penalty just because there is contact is lazy commentary. It's a contact sport and too many players are just diving in the box. VAR should be sorting that out, but they won't go against the match referee.@btsport

@bt_uk still a problem with our broadband. Been very unreliable now since May 26th. Hometech expert was due to come 8-10 this morning. 5.22 last night they cancelled with no new date.

Trying to get @bt_uk for my new home. I add the option to pay for it to be set up but then it’s removed at checkout. Is set up free for disabled people? Or is there an issue with the website?

@bt_uk We've done this, repeatedly. An engineer has been to fix the fault and its worse than before. We've tried to raise the problem again multiple times and get nowhere.

Well what a surprise, my @bt_uk order placed on 26.5.2020 (yes over a year ago) has been moved from ‘confirmed’ on 18.6.21 to 9th July. Talk about customer lack of service.
