    @JaneCouchMBE @SkyAdamSmith @btsport Can’t agree with that Jane, ok Warrington v galla is ok but the rest is so poor it’s unreal. Hopefully the lot are scrapped and then they will see how much they have all ****** this up

    Just paid for a @bt_uk full fibre 100 connection. Didn't work for two weeks until they sent someone out to fix a duff install. Now only getting 20% to 30% of the promised speed. Ever feel like you've been had?

    @bt_uk it's bad enough that existing customers are disadvantaged with price increases, but I have to say what disappoints me more is poor customer service. 24 days and counting since I emailed my complaint and not even an acknowledgement to date

    @bt_uk £10 late fee for missing my £32 DD by one day! Cost living caused by companies like this. I am sure they are not worried about breaking even just greedy profit. Service is rubbish. Support structure is rubbish and sales lie! Broadband poor Go with virgin and thank me later

    @bt_uk pretty fed up with you lot - you mistakenly removed my landline which took down my internet. I tried to stop you removing landline but you said couldn’t instigate 2 jobs in 1 day Then said phone back update next day Then internet back within 24 hrs Then by 25th Incompetence

    @SkyUK @bt_uk been a loyal customer to you both for over 10 years, but now you ******* decided to have a broadband war. Each blaming the other for my crap service for TV and Broadband from both of you, your breaching our contract so @virginmedia here I come.
