Some poor referee decisions today. Also, saying it's a penalty just because there is contact is lazy commentary. It's a contact sport and too many players are just diving in the box. VAR should be sorting that out, but they won't go against the match referee.@btsport

1/2 @btsport @EE can you please sort out your customer service I signed my new contract with bt sport as smart benefit and after more than a month I am still waiting for my I'd to be verified. Not good enough. Keep being promised some one will call me back to resolve in 48 hour

@bt_uk I’m now getting texts telling me an engineer is coming to install on the 29th. They already installed it!! It just needs activating!! It should take two minutes. What is wrong with @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp ? Awful service, clueless.

@bt_uk Intermittent fault since we moved in. 10 engineers in last few weeks. No broadband connection at all right now. On call to BT for 1hr40 refusing to send mini hob because I am not HALO yet paying for a broadband we don’t receive. Service won’t be restored until 20th.

@btbusinesscare can’t believe the trouble we have had sorting our fibre connection at our busy pharmacy in East London. Left us without connection for days - lost numerous card sales …absolutely atrocious service and still not sorted! Thanks BT
