Had a complaint with @bt_uk ongoing for about 2 months. Was told 2 weeks ago they would be refunding the money they owe me, still not in my account. Absolutely disgraceful company. Time to go to the ombudsman

@Renvoize @bt_uk I had an issue with them a few years ago and their customer service was such a disgrace that I swore I’d never use them again. Horrible company to deal with, we went ombudsman and they backed them. I was furious. Good luck
