    Hey @bt_uk you sent us a temp Mini Hub that only works for 10 minutes until it shuts down and we cant see it anymore- even when it is reset. Like we need to work. Why is it so hard to send us an actual working device that's been tested?

    @bt_uk what is going on with BT internet right now?? Last few days my internet is extremely slow and it keeps coming and going all the time. We are paying for broadband and the service is absolute garbage

    @bt_uk I set up an account for Mobile / Broadband with BT before coming over to the UK on the 18th. It's now the 23rd and I have neither service due to ongoing Faults, and no prospect of having any service this week despite repeated calls to your technical teams. Worst Service.

    @HMRCcustomers Credit where credit is due. Query was handled very efficiently this morning with a minimum of delay. Wish I could say the same for @btbusinesscare and @openreachHelp on broadband issues.
