    @JaneCouchMBE @SkyAdamSmith @btsport Can’t agree with that Jane, ok Warrington v galla is ok but the rest is so poor it’s unreal. Hopefully the lot are scrapped and then they will see how much they have all ****** this up

    Turns out @btbusinesscare trying to charge me an entire years contract to cancel wifi that has never worked (even though it was supposed to start over two weeks ago) was the thing that made me cry today, never buy BT business wifi, they’re just scammers

    @garry411 @bt_uk did u get any joy, my parents in their 80's have mesaaged saying internet down and getting meeesages about connections is this the same thing

    @bt_uk Had the pleasure to speak to a very unhelpful lady regarding my broadband being consistently slow . Apparently we are in the 00’s and we should be connected by Ethernet … so condescending it was untrue

    @bt_uk Moving the disc closer to the hub means it's further from the problem area...that's why I may need a second disc.
