    Many weeks notice to @btbusinesscare @BTGroup to install a new high speed home internet line. 6 weeks later- not completed. Plenty of excuses & misinformation though. One hand not knowing where the other one is! Shoddy service means I can’t do critical Zoom or Teams video mtgs

    @bt_uk Because BT do not offer a fast broadband service in my area. We have to use Virgin if we want decent speeds......
