    Some poor referee decisions today. Also, saying it's a penalty just because there is contact is lazy commentary. It's a contact sport and too many players are just diving in the box. VAR should be sorting that out, but they won't go against the match referee.@btsport

    @bt_uk Yes I have done and I’ve rang you. Also rang twice previously before installation. Still sending my personal information to an ex partner not to mention I cannot access a god damn thing to do with MY account

    @bt_uk we’ve been without broadband in Bramley, Guildford for 4 days now and customer service says it’s OpenReach “plans” to restore service by 31st of August? This is unacceptable.

    @bt_uk Issues with “customer service” You sent a renewal, the price is too high I want to cancel (give notice) 2 HOURS on a chat only to be told I’m too early for notice?? Why isn’t this being brought to my attention when I stated the cancellation date? Very frustrated 😤

    @bt_uk Everything in the house nowadays relies on internet and mine has been down all week. Your technician ordered the router -mine died through no fault of my own, your product stopped working - and BT is taking its time delivering new one Terrible #customerservice.

    Huge disappointment with @bt_uk today. I had a Post Office phone line in 1978 which became BT in 1982. I’ve never considered switching away. I moved last year with about 6 weeks interregnum. I’m moving again and am told I have to pay £73 early termination! So I’m done with BT, me

    Terrible day for getting work done today @bt_uk internet is down as there is planned maintenance that no one was informed about and no @ThreeUKSupport mobile data at work despite 3-4 bars of signal. This happens too often on your network had to go for a drive to get data

    @bt_uk why do you make it so hard to cancel your products. It’s a disgrace and should be investigated by the CMA. Spent nearly an hour trying to find and then cancel my internet. Scum
