    @10Broderick @BTSportBoxing @btsport Well, Frampton said Dubois quit — and I agree — but he was pretty measured, almost apologetic while saying it. Haye maybe more forthright last week. But I thought some of the stuff online all week was piss-poor, as was to be expected.

    So @bt_uk turn up a week late ... then when we tell their engineer where the line is going, he crosses the street, gets on his phone and moments later packs up and leaves. Typical BT service. Will be looking for a new provider! #BTBroadband

    @Roxy2Buck @bt_uk No they do not unfortunately @bt_uk has continued to provide the correct service and have been unable to rectify the problem. Endless amount of hours on the phone trying to solve the problems and not one of their employees were able to help.

    @bt_uk Frustrated to see our broadband issue fix date has been pushed back another day. Intermittent drop-out and slow speed is not good, especially for my partner who works from home for the NHS and is supporting a variety of front-end activities. I can DM fault ref. details.

    @bt_uk Spent 90 minutes plus over two calls to you today to be promised a call back which never came. Was supposed to have a broadband line installed on Thursday and not had any update since the engineer left. Not a good start BT.

    @bt_uk Terrible service after endless amounts of hours with your customer service team. We have tried to switch to your broadband but have had complications throughout which not one member of your team has been able to rectify.
