@bt_uk shocking service ! 45 mins 4 different teams all blaming the other team - £19.50 fine for late payment on a bill for the 5th dec - signed up for direct debit - it says we will take payment automatically at least 8 days after your bill date.

@bt_uk ive also got rid of Bt sport & am paying the £109 fee to cancel - total lack of any empathy or blame on your part. Business as usual even in a pandemic. We are just meant to suck it up.
