So despite me telling @BT_UK that my house move was cancelled and despite them reassuring me my line would not be cut off, they’ve cut off my phone line and Broadband and nothing can be done until tomorrow. The worst service imaginable.

@bt_uk just moved home and was told by BT there would be no interrupt to my service…..hello….you have just delayed the connection by another week and sent a hub that couldn’t even drive a phone connection never mind working at home. To top it all they said I could not complain

@bt_uk His son is sorting it and he will be thorough. Just wanted people to know what a scummy company you still are. He was the type of man who stayed with the old providers through out, a customer from day one. My wife used to work for BT and saw enough people get fired for slamming

@cambslive We have been waiting nearly 7 months for internet access at our modular homes, with repeated missed deadlines and broken promises from @bt_uk and @openreachhelp. Result: huge costs for charity, digital exclusion for our residents. Interested in a story?

Here we go again ! BT gone down again. @bt_uk I have bt halo with fibre 3 with a promise of connection . I have the mini hub that was given to me last time but who do you contact to get it up and running ??? BT APP doesn’t tell you. Bloody useless ?
