@bt_uk But too many conflicting answers about getting a time for resolution, including no phone because that’s now digital as well. Not good when the mobile signal in the area is really bad too.

@bt_uk There’s clearly a problem, would it bot just be easier to send an engineer out? I assume that’s part of what my monthly bill covers? It just seems ridiculous. At one point, a few months ago, an engineer was supposed to be coming out but it just never happened.

@btsport @btsportfootball does the B in BT Sport still stand for British as Darrell Currie seems to skip past the Scottish scores only reading the ones out from England. As a BT sports subscriber this is not good enough and looks like i will be joining the queue to cancel.
