@bt_uk my broadband has just gone down and after doing a check using the app, it said you are doing work on the network that could be causing the problem. Any idea when I will have broadband again? And should I not have had warning of affected service?

Damn, I swear @bt_uk throttles speeds because I’ve just been booted from FFXIV 3 times and I haven’t even finished this raid yet. Never had this issue while it was through EE.
