@bt_uk Hi shambolic organisation. I was sent a cheque for £80 for the sheer amount of time I’ve spent on the phone with problem after problem. The cheque has bounced. This needs sorting ASAP.

@bt_uk The problem is that they call me when I'm on work phone calls, but it takes me more than 30 minutes to call back and get put through to the right person, which I don't have time to do. It would be helpful for someone to text or e-mail me to agree on a time to speak.

@MarcAllera Can you sort the @bt_uk connections team out working with @OpenreachHelp I’ve been left without service for months multiple orders endless phone calls and no advised call backs. -119 days since my order, working from home almost impossible because of the incompetence.

over two weeks without internet in my house now. 3 adults and 2 schoolchildren have been working solely off 4g hotspots. NEVER use @bt_uk or anyone that uses @OpenreachHelp . they are utterly USELESS.
