Hi @bt_uk our phone line went down last night and has gone off again this morning after an hour or two working. We rely on our broadband to provide services from our home office. You are installing new hardware locally, have your engineers killed our internet? WF9 postcode.

At the final straw with @bt_uk. Broadband cuts out every 25 mins (great for home working right). Tried every suggestion..non worked. The hub is clearly broken. Told at 10:06 I would get a callback in 2 mins...it is now 13:08...but quite happy to take my money? Breach of contract!

@bt_uk No faults shown there, our service is Sky but your engineers have been here in the town all week digging up the roads and installing new cables for fibre and I suspect they have killed our local lines?

@bt_uk I've been talking with openreach and they insist the network is in place and that the fault is with yourselves. I can't believe how unorganised this all is. Its as if the two companies have never done this before. Can you please get someone to contact openreach and look into it?

@btbusinesscare The same live chat I tired earlier - didn’t recognise our acc. details & ended the chat before I had time to respond? Neighbours having same issues trying to contact you. Will try WhatsApp but surely it shouldn’t be this hard. Constant issues with our account management.
