@bt_uk This should be corrected to say “provide the best service in the industry- as long as you pay more” Customer service, during a call to log a fault with your network, that has us offline for over a week said that if we paid more for our service, they will help and send us a dongle

After no punishment for the big 6 and Everton playing **** I am losing my love of football. Money has ruined the game. @Sky, @btsport and to some extent all the ex player hangers on have killed it. Covid hasn't helped either but it was dying before March 2020 anyway.
