@bt_uk I've been switched to 'digital voice' which means my landline phone no longer works unless it's plugged into our router, but our router is under the stairs so it's hardly the ideal location for our phone. Are we able to just cancel the phone part of our service?

This is in London, in tower hamlets. This is how terribly they treat their customers. @bt_uk can you atleast stop lying about sending the Halo device and actually send it? And for the fault, they say they don’t know anything? @OpenreachHelp does? Well 20+ days to fix an issue?

@TheRunningManZ @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Truly the engineer should have checked everything first before leaving you. That is the standard service by all ISP sub-con engineers. Why this was not done, is the biggest question.
