    @bt_uk Internet and landline cable broken by a tree on 28/1. Reported on 29/1 No repair on either, no contact! Teaching from home, my daughter try to homeschool, son trying to do his degree on 1 hotspot . Not acceptable..where’s the customer service BT

    @bt_uk is there a problem in my area again? 2nd time in 3 days that we don't have internet. LA4 area of Morecambe.

    @bt_uk Well if that's the bt speed test, then it's stupid, it said my speed wasnt available and the second said it was running fine (average of 5-15mbps is NOT fine on a wired connection ) I'm sick of it all.

    @paulineb668LFC @bt_uk Agree with this, my console is 3m away max and its unplayable especially if someone else in the house is streaming on another device. I didn't seem to have this problem with TalkTalk at previous house

    @bt_uk worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Week 7, still no line working, 4 engineers, 3 credit checks and 30 false promises to get back in touch. But hey, your still charging me for this.
