    Made the incredibly stupid mistake of trying to switch broadband to @bt_uk and now they're trying to sell me a crappier connection for more money after cutting me off from previous supplier so am without internet for 2 weeks if I don't go with them

    @bt_uk having issue with my newly installed broadband. Activated by engineer yesterday and received an activation message but still purple flashing lights even after checking cables...

    @btbusinesscare been waiting on a call back for over 24 hours, and that was the 5th time I've called this week. Still no internet connection and nobody interested in seeing whats went wrong with my order. Customer service used to be your strong point - what happened? #btbusiness
