@bt_uk I only have one device actively connected (My TV and Mac) are powered down. I’m standing right next to the router when testing. Can’t use an Ethernet to check as I have a Mac Mini and the screen is VESA mounted in a back room.

@bt_uk @bt_uk Martin thanks for responding. Service has been moved now. Still awaiting a refund though which was expected over 2 weeks ago. Have just spoken to another advisor so hopefully this will now be progressed. 3rd time lucky.

Our fibre broadband cut out at about 00:30 on March 9th. We rebooted our router a couple of times and the service was restored by about 9 am. That's over 8 hours without broadband. What compensation will you provide? @bt_uk

The @bt_uk way...in my experience 1. Promise the world to get you to sign a new contract. 2. Provide nothing/blame open reach for the issues. 3. Charge you double what they should for the privilege of this frustrating situation which appears to have no end. 4. Ignore your comms
