Jatroa 🏴 (@jatroa) reported@bt_uk The complaint is that an Openreach employee came onto my land to mend somebody else's faulty line. When he left my line was faulty, the other person's was fine. Neither BT,or OPENREACH will check the work he did and mend my line.

Disgusted an 80year old is left vulnerable with no ways of communication. Send this complaint to the chief exec and get it fixed . PLEASE!
