@10Broderick @BTSportBoxing @btsport Well, Frampton said Dubois quit — and I agree — but he was pretty measured, almost apologetic while saying it. Haye maybe more forthright last week. But I thought some of the stuff online all week was piss-poor, as was to be expected.

Oh, @BT_uk appears to be broken in my area. The @BritishTelecom site says the estimate fix time is 11:53 am on *Monday*! Let’s hope my mobile network stays up.

@bt_uk Yes, that's the exact problem. BT confirmed over the phone the contract had been extended to 19 November. Except it hadn't and you have no means of rectifying your error. Whether it's human error or system error you've completely let us down and caused so much stress.

@bt_uk @EXCEL Any chance you can concentrate on customer service as I haven’t had a phone line for 6 months how about spending the time fixing clients phones #mentalhealth is now affected.
