@10Broderick @BTSportBoxing @btsport Well, Frampton said Dubois quit — and I agree — but he was pretty measured, almost apologetic while saying it. Haye maybe more forthright last week. But I thought some of the stuff online all week was piss-poor, as was to be expected.

@bt_uk Now being told we can’t have the hybrid hub unless we upgrade to a different plan but still with no guarantee of better speed. Also now being told the ‘issue’ is inside the house, funny that numerous engineers said otherwise?

@bt_uk numerous engineer visits because of atrocious Broadband ‘service’, each time told it’s an external issue or fault. Until we asked for the hybrid hub that the last engineer recommended & now being told it’s a fault inside the house. Shocking customer service & attitude.

@bt_uk You're BT TV box is a lucky mess I know the original one was about 10 to 20 years ago but it was better than this version the new version I got the interface just like and it isn't fluid at all also the the standby mode doesn't work
