jack250213 (@e4290936) reported@bt_uk calling itself 'customer centric ' grates with me after an internal transfer of my broadband went horribly wrong, then four hard searches on my creditworthiness and three attempts to get BT broadband and a TV package also successfully completed by phone after a time on the phone that I regret all fell through with no explanation or apology. Customer centric? You are having a laugh BT!

Surely you can assist him in obtaining a reasonable priced package for his needs, and perhaps issue a refund for out of contract price hike?

Amy Lou (@Lashes_N_Ink) reported@bt_uk She doesn’t have an account with you. She was going to be a new customer. Seen as you didn’t come to install on the day agreed, and the installation didn’t take place. Surely there’s no chance of her being billed?
