    @btbusinesscare I’d like to know what notice we have to give to cancel and also under the terms we have if we have continue to get no service when we can walk away. I read 48 hours of no elservice consitutues a break of contract @GillDurham

    @bt_uk you lot need to fix these ******* routers and your connection. Every single day it crashes. We pay stupid prices and you lot can’t even provide a reliable good internet service. Absolute joke. Sort it out. #useless #BT

    @simon_brooke @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness And I have just had another call to say they haven’t any ideas when it will be fixed. I can’t leave the house to get Wi-Fi incase a bt engineer needs to come in to fix. You would think in 2021 they would put cables underground to save all this hassle.

    @bt_uk What’s the point? I’ve been thru all this enough times! You’ll end up sending me a new router and it will still be crap… why should I pay a premium rate for a less then average service. It’s nonsense

    @bt_uk I'm on the Fibre Halo 1 and your website says I can get fibre 2 plus phone for 30 quid. Unless you've just moved everyone onto halo so you can pretend it's a different service to rip people off.
