@10Broderick @BTSportBoxing @btsport Well, Frampton said Dubois quit — and I agree — but he was pretty measured, almost apologetic while saying it. Haye maybe more forthright last week. But I thought some of the stuff online all week was piss-poor, as was to be expected.

@bt_uk your router has ruined my gaming online... Since I was forced by your team to use your home hub the game play now slow, lagged and poor quality. Your promises on marketing best for gaming... Far from it with substandard equipment.

@bt_uk hi I’ve just had the newest fibre and router installed and the signal strength is a lot poorer than with the old router. Also the download speed is half what it was before despite having supposedly increased. Is this normal at first ? Thanks

Lost fibre optic on Thursday. Apparently an BT Openreach engineer made his life easier by assigning our connection to someone else! Nothing I can do about. Terrible service @bt_uk

@bt_uk Thanks… the problem is I don’t have an account so can only imagine it’s part of a huge mail shot. An organisation of your size surely has sustainability targets that mean you don’t need to send out millions of bits of paper telling me we can save paper together

@bt_uk @DrSamColl Aye and as you prob know Sam my broadband has constantly dropped out when on work calls. Despite BT telling me there is no problem! (Neighbours also have problems!) They sent me a "free" replacement box only to then charge me £30 on my next bill for it...jokers.

@bt_uk "upgraded" from fibre to full fibre. Failed installation left with no Internet connection since Thursday 11th. Rely on Internet for homeworking. Been misled numerous times around fixing and now I can't get through to anyone who can help.
