@bt_uk looking to switch to your broadband as my current broadband provider cough Virgin Media cough have left us without service for 8 days now, do you need a BT landline to have your broadband? Or is that not needed anymore

@bt_uk I live in a flat and I have tried all areas and still doesn't work. When I try to sign in this WiFi via my mobile phone why does it say there's no SIM card?? but when I open the mini hub itself there is clearly a SIM already inserted.

@bt_uk Not a very good service from BT fault on father in laws phone reported yesterday told would be fixed today??. Nothing happened and then pushed from pillar to post. Sorry not impressed.
