Zahid K (@zahidk) reported@BTCare Help. I’ve spent ages trying to cancel a bolt on for mobile package. It’s an absolute nightmare. It’s like impossible to cancel.
-
pete wright (@prwright55) reported@PeterRicke63494 @JamesMelville Live sport from an outlet like BTSport (now renamed) is also covered by the BBC licence fee. I think live sport on any streaming service like YouTube would be the same, but not watching an old video of something or other on the same channel. Its a daft system.
-
pete wright (@prwright55) reported@MockKing_J @PeterRicke63494 @JamesMelville A subscription service like (in the UK) BTSport comes down the internet, not "through the air", but the BBC licence fee still applies if what you're watching on it is a live sports broadcast (stream).
-
Lesley Rubenstein-Pessok (@QuoSpera) reported@Somerset01 @BTGroup @bt_uk These structures should have something on them to determine ownership and wouldn’t it be great if there was some form of contact info to report vandalism or any damage easily, say, a QR code.
