@bt_uk Hi - I was in touch with Dominic and then Kelly yesterday regarding this, and subsequently raised a formal complaint. I note that the case has been ‘closed’ with no reasons provided. Will I receive a deadlock letter confirming the unresolved position? Any further calls?

@rahim94 @btsport It's not their fault. They get the feed from WRC and in a mountain rally like Monte Carlo things like this may unfortunately happen due to problems with the signal.

@bt_uk Yes!! You cut off my Talk Talk broadband in December (I placed my fibre broadband order 20 November) and still no progress!! Today's advice when I rang was GO TO SKY!! Unbelievable! Appalling customer services. Clueless. Nice. But useless and "sorry"..!!

@TringyD @bt_uk I’d honestly recommend steering well clear and then at least when your neighbours have problems you’ll still be connected. Even two cups and a bit of string are more reliable than #BTFibre

@bt_uk Day 12 since #BT mistakenly cancelled our account and still haven’t got us back our services. No call backs, no help whatsoever. Due to go into labour at anytime- hopefully will be able to get hold of some help with no Wi-fi, phone line and no mobile phone signal!
