Wow @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare substandard service since we moved into our work premises in Sept. Apparently it is acceptable for the internet to drop out every day for a least 10 mins a time🤔🤔🤔 passed from caller to caller and now you want £250 to send out an engineer!

@bt_uk Hi Alannah. Thanks for the swift reply. Is there any plans to add one, either through a firmware update or a hub 3? I have my own home network set up and don't want to add anything that could interfere, hence modem mode.
