@Ofcom I did state that, my issue like tens of thousands of others is why do they have a price scale which clearly discriminates against the elderly, poor, and disabled. 100Mb, 200Mb, 350Mb doesn't cost the supplier any more than a base price - why the scaling? @virginmedia @bt_uk

@bt_uk bt customer service principles: 1 Never call back a customer unless customer has complained on social media 2 After several complaints just ignore completely. 3 Don’t bother rectifying problem that prompted complaints in the first place

@bt_uk Hi I can't make calls to Japan from my landline today. No ringtone. Just silence. No problems making/receiving domestic calls. Is there any international line faulty on your side? Need to speak to my family who are elderly and don't use online services. Hope you can help.

@bt_uk Please help! Logged a no dialtone fault on the 09th November. Now 11th December and no communications regarding rectification. We live in a poor mobile signal area and rely on our landline for emergency contact if needed.
