@10Broderick @BTSportBoxing @btsport Well, Frampton said Dubois quit — and I agree — but he was pretty measured, almost apologetic while saying it. Haye maybe more forthright last week. But I thought some of the stuff online all week was piss-poor, as was to be expected.

@bt_uk absolutely awful service. 10 months of our contract left and our router and tv box do not work. Bt refusing to replace unless we upgrade and the man in the tech team was very aggressive and rude. Will not upgrade as cannot wait to leave. Just want the service we pay for!

@bt_uk on hold for 2 nights in a row for over 30 minutes and still not spoken to someone with regards to a price increase on my account I was not aware of! Customer service at its worse 🤬🤬

@bt_uk ‘round the houses’ via bots who never seem to quite understand the problem or endless telephone menus that lead you nowhere but in circles before your query is resolved. After all isn’t BT’s main aim supposed to be to make it easier to communicate? 🤔
