Haye maybe more forthright last week. But I thought some of the stuff online all week was piss-poor, as was to be expected.

I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles. Bilal Ahmed (@Bilalahmadjj) reported@bt_uk Took Vikram 1 hour on a Web Chat for disconnection ..... Web Chat is supposed to work quicker.... Very poor service! I am very happy to leave BT Broadband.. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. I am still not done yet the dude is still doing something in the background.. 1 hour!!!!! 🤯🤯🤯🤯Still no confirmation.. @BTGroup

Gary (@petrolheadtoo) reported@bt_uk For example why is it no longer possible to direct message BT on X. That was useful and an actual person replied. I got a bot earlier and BT should be ashamed of it. I asked about compensation and it said which service do you need help with and gave 4 options.
