@10Broderick @BTSportBoxing @btsport Well, Frampton said Dubois quit — and I agree — but he was pretty measured, almost apologetic while saying it. Haye maybe more forthright last week. But I thought some of the stuff online all week was piss-poor, as was to be expected.

Not only are @bt_uk a bunch of thieving scumbags, the mobile app constantly forgets your account, forcing you to sign in over and over again.

@bt_uk after waiting 2 months with no Wi-Fi and finally having the external work complete, being on a ‘priority’ list apparently means waiting another month just for an engineer appointment. Shocking service.

@btsport Very frustrating that when you record the rugby the end of the match is cut off. This seems to happen every match. Very poor.

@bt_uk Although your Customer Service Representatives try their best, your systems are appalling. I upgraded my service 3 weeks ago and for the last 3 weeks I've had a text to say there's a problem with my order. Apparently it's been cancelled yet again. WHY

@bt_uk your internet service is the worst. I’ve been cut off 4 times this evening. That’s after months of no service and an engineer visit last week

@bt_uk you’re doing it again! A promise of Carl ringing us between 3-5 today but guess what. It’s now down on your system that someone will ring us tomorrow. You really couldn’t organise the proverbial could you?

@EE & @bt_uk NOT happy at all. absolutely TERRIBLE Service. zero out of 10. we were getting dropped calls with BT, so BT told us to switch to EE. Not telling us that in doing so we lose any advantages we had built up with BT, months of service, £5 discount on broadband, etc.

@bt_uk Sadly the advice is basically that the routers DECT output isn’t powerful enough. As BT don’t support ANY DECT repeater that works with SH2, there’s no known solution when the Router is behind 3’ thick 1694 walls. BTs DECT is non standard implementation.
