    @bt_uk Good evening, still awaiting a reply, response & a telephone call, since 3 wks ago. Sent email and email to the specific staff member “oh ill call you back” NOTHING!!! Shocking service, dont you even dare lock me into a contract. Dont blsmebthe virus! #awful #goodtotalknot

    @frostyrhyl @btsport @bt_uk @piersmorgan but I’m in contract until next year @frostyrhyl So they’ve told me if I cancel my subscription or direct debit they will charge me a cancellation fee base on how long I have left on the contract! So they Keep charging for a product they can’t supply - Unfair profiteering!!

    @bt_uk Absolute joke 🤬.... not one to rant but, wiffi / signal is non exsistance!!!! Post Code LL61 5AN. £72 a month, hub 8 plus 2 disks. To boost signal, what signal. No signal in office, 6 yards away from 1disk. Now my O2 bill Aug has increased 600% using 4g #cantworkfromhome

    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    Here we go again with ****** @bt_uk. There has been workmen working down the road on our box for days, with no problems to our internet. Someone comes around today and guess what, ours is bloody not working again. This is seriously some kind of joke.

    @btbusinesscare, @BTBusiness. Something told me it would be a nonsense dealing with BT trying to get fibre broadband. Should have trusted my instincts. Apparently my address doesn't exist, even though I'm an existing customer. Can anyone else provide that service in Stockbridge?

    @KarkinosSolar @bt_uk Sounds more like a wiring issue, have they checked the box outside the house? I was getting disconnects and **** speeds. He re routed some wires and it’s stable and now 11mb from 2mb previously
