    @frostyrhyl @btsport @bt_uk @piersmorgan but I’m in contract until next year @frostyrhyl So they’ve told me if I cancel my subscription or direct debit they will charge me a cancellation fee base on how long I have left on the contract! So they Keep charging for a product they can’t supply - Unfair profiteering!!

    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    @bt_uk Absolute joke 🤬.... not one to rant but, wiffi / signal is non exsistance!!!! Post Code LL61 5AN. £72 a month, hub 8 plus 2 disks. To boost signal, what signal. No signal in office, 6 yards away from 1disk. Now my O2 bill Aug has increased 600% using 4g #cantworkfromhome

    According to @bt_uk my phone had ext damage which killed the warranty for a problem fix. My phone was perfect, straight into a phone case the day I got it. Apparently my sim tray is damaged. The SIM tray that has been used once to put the SIM in, once to take it out for repair.

    @bt_uk Furious with how I am being treated as a “loyal Customer” for countless years, had my reminder that my 2 year contract was about to end and that my plan would be increasing should I renew, I called to discuss only to be encouraged to leave ! Shocking

    @bt_uk We had a verbal confirm by a shop attendee that delivery was 13.04 and activation was 15.04 - I had a text this morning confirming activation on 25.04! I called a few times and nobody could help or expedite it so we’re forced to wait 🤷🏼

    @bt_uk Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done as the BT internet is reliant on old fashioned copper cable from an FTC about a mile away. We are disappointed that over the last 5 years, the down and up speeds have been less than the contracted values.

    @bt_uk Well you tell me to contact talk talk, they tell me to contact open reach, .how about if I get a news crew here and I use my chain saw to cut down telephone pole, All I wanted was my phone line unlinked and satellite dish moved back which was nudged by quincy engineer

    @bt_uk I agreed with you not to cease and transfer my broadband and yet you have discontinued my services from midnight. You customer care says I have to make a new order and wait for 2-3 weeks. This is appalling - I have been with you for 2 years, have a working port & equipment
