@frostyrhyl @btsport @bt_uk @piersmorgan but I’m in contract until next year @frostyrhyl So they’ve told me if I cancel my subscription or direct debit they will charge me a cancellation fee base on how long I have left on the contract! So they Keep charging for a product they can’t supply - Unfair profiteering!!

@bt_uk Absolute joke 🤬.... not one to rant but, wiffi / signal is non exsistance!!!! Post Code LL61 5AN. £72 a month, hub 8 plus 2 disks. To boost signal, what signal. No signal in office, 6 yards away from 1disk. Now my O2 bill Aug has increased 600% using 4g #cantworkfromhome

@pfnickless Openreach has it's own board & separate legal entity to BTGroup Plc. There are regs in place that prevent your provider BT Consumer ( a biz under BT Group Plc umbrella & therefore not the parent company) from having influence on Openreach. Need to📞 @bt_uk for help not Openreach

our internet has been down for a whole *** half an hour. it cuts off semi regularly (almost once a day) but usually it's only down for a minute or 5. i guess I've been avoiding complaining cos I can't be arsed but this is too much. @bt_uk seems to think there's no issues? Lies.

@bt_uk I have a call raised weekly and know the names of every BT engineer in the area as they are here that often. We regularly get less than 1Mb and you can’t fix! When want to cancel get told it’s £706 unacceptable!

FFS! Bloody @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp internet down for third time in 24 hours. They patronising us about ONT & hub lights, switching it off & on again 🙄. NO, it’s a network issue. We’ve been told this by BT. Fix your network or lose customers. 😡
