why are #lfctv @btsport moaning again because Liverpool didn’t win. Come on @mrjakehumphrey it’s getting ridiculous now the amount of support you show as a presenter. Shouldn’t it be a bit more balanced. They have had more pens than any team in the prem this season #giveitarest

1/ Very unimpressed with @bt_uk Cut a vulnerable 83-year old woman’s line off, including her emergency alarm for not paying her bill. She’s unable to get out due to COVID and shielding, she has a bad back and is in pain, she pays her bills at the post office so getting there ...

Didn't think my experience with @bt_uk could get any worse. Problem was escalated to complaints, waited 5 days and no-one called me (again) last week with an update. Now been on the phone, on hold, for 51 mins whilst a team in Dublin look into my issue. A complete shambles.

Having horrendous problems, for the first time ever, with my @bt_uk broadband today. Making it practically impossible to work. Not helping my daughter, who's self-isolating, do her schoolwork either.
