    @bt_uk Good evening, still awaiting a reply, response & a telephone call, since 3 wks ago. Sent email and email to the specific staff member “oh ill call you back” NOTHING!!! Shocking service, dont you even dare lock me into a contract. Dont blsmebthe virus! #awful #goodtotalknot

    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    @frostyrhyl @btsport @bt_uk @piersmorgan but I’m in contract until next year @frostyrhyl So they’ve told me if I cancel my subscription or direct debit they will charge me a cancellation fee base on how long I have left on the contract! So they Keep charging for a product they can’t supply - Unfair profiteering!!

    @bt_uk Absolute joke 🤬.... not one to rant but, wiffi / signal is non exsistance!!!! Post Code LL61 5AN. £72 a month, hub 8 plus 2 disks. To boost signal, what signal. No signal in office, 6 yards away from 1disk. Now my O2 bill Aug has increased 600% using 4g #cantworkfromhome

    @BT Just got a letter from the above. They put it up again, how can they charge us more for the world's worst internet speed. It's worse than DIAL UP from the 90's. You are an embarrassment @bt_uk . One night last weekend we got the dizzy heights of 9mb/s. 🤯

    @bt_uk Yes I spoke to customer service and they can only offer £49.99 a month if we start an new 24 month contract .. no where near the new customer rate and will be the same next March again ! Time to leave BT I feel

    @virginmedia tried to retain your broadband service but your CS is SO BAD i was given no option but to go over to @bt_uk who gave me a fantastic deal and were a pleasure to deal with. Sort your CS out and you might actually retain long serving customers!

    @bt_uk Yes very disappointing and no one in customer service has any ability to make and alterations to offers available or be flexible on contract terms. But I guess BT are just happy to lose loyal customers

    @ConsumerCouncil can you advise? - we switched to @bt_uk back in June not realising they didn't handle the cancellation of our @virginmedia service (which was out of contract) - now being hounded by debt collectors for a service we ceased using 😩
