We have virgin currently. I didn't know why we needed to pay for an engineers fee as nothing changes at the house apparently

The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). I have to pay the outstanding device balance as well just because I have over 12 months left!
