@EE Sorry am turning phone Of I had enough since I Changed phone number Google and EE can't find away to get a payment set up. I have Tried G-pay from 5thmay they want bank Account which I can't do am on lock down because I got chronic brontosaurus. Asthma. And I do not have access

@EE my broadband has always been fine - even in the corner of room at opposite end of the flat to where box is. But in past week it has slowed significantly and won’t load streaming episodes unless I’m next to the box now - can you help?

@EE Think EE has a cheek saying they have the best 5g coverage in Edinburgh I’ve been a customer for years and the 4g signal in Edinburgh is shocking I only stay with them because of the deal I have for 4 phones

@EE Yet again your Digital Voice telephone system has disconnected our telephone line so I want a refund of the money we pay you for a service you fail to provide. Currently we cannot make or receive any landline calls at all - all we get is a message apologising for not being able to make a call. We live in a black hole where mobile phones are concerned we have no mobile phone signal so if one of us requires emergency help you are going to be held responsible.

@EE Ah Ha! @EE so you do get a text when your pass runs out, asking if you'd like to extend. It would be helpful to spell this out clearly in the message you send warning it will run out in 24 hours. Just call this Customer Feedback. And do not tell travellers to ring 150!

@EE isn't time that the signal in cranbrook devon was improved it's shocking iv got no signal or little in doors iv had this issue since iv moved in back in December I sound like a robot iv got wifi calling to and always problem as well
