It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

Openreach seem to be the issue, but they are owned by BT, as are you! We have poor mobile signals and elderly grandparents, let's hope they can get us if needed!
