@EE how do I get a new ip Address? I can't log on to my workplace website as its blocked the ip. Address for some Reason. And ironically the contact support page is also blocked. So I can't contact head office to let them know. I need it for my payslips and working hours.

@EE Thats just it. I had already done the 20 minutes of waiting to get through to an agent. The agent said he was going to check some deals for me, put me on hold for 45 mins then disconnected the call. Ive been with you over 10 years and this is how you treat me.

@ee I've been charged a collective £44.03 for a premium number charge for a phone call that never happened. One of my lines got a call from 09011480900 and it's charged them twice for it. Please advise on what happens next.
