@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

@EE Credit where credit is due, the two representatives I have DM on here in and the representative from the resolution team have surpassed my expectations today since my tweet last night. They listened, they understood why I was disappointed and they offered a number of resolutions

@EE (2) so we wouldn't be only checking your previous mobile contract. Unfortunately, if you failed a credit check you wouldn't be able to get a pay monthly contract with us at the moment. You can still look into getting a pay as you go SIM card to experience our network > bla bla
