My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

Be careful of visiting an @ee shop. Went to u/g mob and persuaded to switch from ee braodband to BT since all customers would be switching over. Was on 70mbs and now pay slightly more for just 50mbs. Started complaint process with BT and will do same with @ee for miss selling

@EE What about making sure customers have a robust signal inside their homes not reliant on a broadband signal to boost a supply that your modelling claims is great despite not supplying an adequate voice signal.

Ah! I see @EE are regular as clockwork with their fortnightly outage in LN4. You could set your clock by them, as long as your clock doesn’t require data!

@EE Hi, for personal reasons I have used an exceptional amount of data on my Pay Monthly account and only have 250 MB to last 21 days. I can’t see how to add extra data just for this period. Normally I never use even half my 5.5 GB. What can I do?

@EE you keep giving me charges and have stopped texting as per agreement when my bill is due. Your operatives 3 times has said it'll come off next bill but hasn't and another charge added. I'm tired of ringing you up in my own time to fix it. Never been late paying in 15 years
