Hi @EE when I took out my new phone contract, I also took out @bt_uk wifi and I was told I’d get money off my contract. I’ve had my bill through and the money hasn’t come off. Can you help please?

@EE Hi there. No, today is fine but yesterday was awful. Sites wouldn't load (and I'm not referring to social media, which was down) but even Google would not load. Your status page said lifes good but that wasn't the case for at least me and the 60 people who liked this tweet
