My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE Unfortunately not. Can never get through to on the phone after repeated attempts. Ten years loyal service and now for a service that has never worked you are saying I have to pay £370 to end contract. You won't even try to resolve with customer just said take it up with ombudsman

@EE Hi. I have a smart iPhone plan. I currently have Apple Music benefit but need roaming for a trip in the USA later this month. I don’t want to swap my Apple Music for the month but would rather add the roaming for the trip. Can I cancel the roaming when I’m done with my trip?

@VodafoneUK your processes are terrible, my contract coming to end so want to change ge to sim only and carry on my employee discount but 30 mins later and being told need to do this online, what's the point of having a call centre. Can't wait to see what @O2 & @EE can offer

@ShieldVoC @EE are refusing to unlock my phone. It must be because I'm leaving them. This has gone on for 1 week now. I've phoned and used online chat but they are refusing to help. I've had nothing but problems since I've been with @EE I'd advise everyone to steer clear of them
