@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

@EE 6 Weeks attempting to get broadband and TV services restored following the service being mistakenly disconnected by BT/EE. Spoken to approx 16 advisors and still no resolve regardless of promises. User is 92 years old and the TV is key, really poor service I’m sorry to say.

@EE Just has to be the most incompetent service in the UK. They just can't seem to get anything right, been on the phone for 52 minutes so far, been through 4 departments, none of them can sort a simple moving procedure because they say there is an order outstanding, there isn't!
