My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE Thanks for that. Unfortunately they are unable to help either as the order system us down 😥 keeping fingers crossed it goes to the right address as the last item I ordered was sent to the wrong address 😳

@EE I've done all that. App basics. Thats just it I dont want to speak to anyone its an app, everything should be there available for me, otherwise whats the point? For a phone company to have such a poor app is bad. A quick search can see its a problem most people are experiencing

@EE Hi. The battery in my Samsung Galaxy S22 has expanded, is that something that a battery repair at my local store can fix? I've booked an appointment but I'm a tad nervous about walking around with the battery like that if not necessary.
