My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen. She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@ThreeUK policy, is currently "it sucks to be poor" when asking to bring my price plan down, I was offered a reduction of £3, which is frankly a joke. After 12 years it's defo time to move to a new network @ThreeUKSupport @EE how you doing?

@EE Morning Helen. It’s not a bug or anything that’s making the new UI of the app not to work, it’s just now that it’s really slow and not as easy to use as the previous version
