My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE I pre ordered @Google pixel 6 pro in-store last week &was told I would receive it 28th October on release day. My old ee plan has now been replaced with my new more expensive plan, I don't even have the phone & the store have no idea when I will receive. Can you help please?

@EE Thank you for responding Russ, I logged the issue with your call Center yesterday. They did explain there were some issues with the masts in this area so would have them looked at. The network coverage is really flaky with videos and streaming pausing and lagging all week.

@virginmedia what crappie service you provide full of nonsense and lies told today a fault was fixed 6am still presits told last night was gonna be fixed by 6pm clearly wasn't today told check @EE coverage checker shows no faults so decided to chance calling them they couldn't
