My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

@EE there is no connection on your 4g and i cant even connect to 5g, the phone connects to 3g meanwhile its on a call so im writing this meanwhile on a call with 150 EE automated service, funny

@payneardo @EE My story is don’t use EE. 4G 3 bars and still can’t get internet. Can only use wifi. Useless network. Was ok at first now it’s just rubbish.

@EE can you tell me what my options are if I have any please? I dropped my phone and whilst it works its overheating. I took to EE store .they wanted £640 upfront to fix! Does EE buy back these phones? Can I get any kind of a deal on another phone? Thanks.

@biomulv @EE @madebygoogle City centre here averages 100-150mbps downlink. This was in a residential area but it was only around 1.5 miles from the cell site with minimal obstruction. Vodafone is also solid here achieving similar speeds in lots of areas, but my own street is poor, 4G is heavily congested.

@EE Sarah, No idea how to send a DM, my question was is there a problem generally. CS told me yes after 20 minute wait, but then again I was told the same a week ago but it could be my computer. It is not as I have 2 separate ee accounts and multiple devices. Please sort this out.
