My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen. She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@Mr_Pink13 @Femi_Sorry @EE The right seem to declare capitalism as the 'best' system. Yet when the left use capitalism as intended, i.e. not giving money to something you do not support, then suddenly it's a problem.

@Femi_Sorry @EE Tweets like this show some people really do think they are more important and influential than they are. Why would EE give a **** that some guy called Femi who happens to have a tick next to his name is changing network.

I am very confused @EE. My broadband bill has increased from £30.39 to £42.39 and I wasn’t informed. This seems like a very drastic change to receive exactly the same service as before. Surely a loyal customer should be rewarded for continued service, not charged extra?
