I’ve been a loyal customer of @EE for I’ve 20 years and now they are stinging everyone with a price increase inline with CPI PLUS 3.9%. Plus, I only upgraded a few weeks ago 😭🤬

@EE Hi, thanks for the reply. I feel like you've misunderstood the issue, maybe I wasn't clear enough. I'm supposed to have 10GB, that's what I pay for on my contract, but EE have only given me 6GB. I upgraded & switched contracts last month. Thanks

@EE Z Flip 3 screen starting to crack along the fold. Full cover insurance. App showing policy canceled despite paying for it every month. Claim denied as agents didn't grasp the issue. They feel its cosmetic??!! Had enough of EE at this point.

@EE No. Been an EE/orange customer for years. Was really disappointed with the service. Bought a new phone in Argos. I use an EE SIM, but I may change as I'm out of contract.
