    @ItsJamesPowers @EE I found #EE to be a good network and generally customer service & support personnel were without fault. However, where the company still fails is it's inflexible attitude around tariffs for monthly pay/contracted customers. Unlike competitors they will not allow tariff drops.

    @EE wtf! Our broadband went off during the FA Cup semi final between @ChelseaFC & Crystal Palace. Missed both goals and the main part of the game. Totally ruined the game for me & @Bobbiensr what kind of service is this?!? #rubbishbroadband

    Really great service from @EE and @WeAreOpenreach this morning. Lovely engineer, so nice not to have someone complain at installing a line in a flat. WiFi back to working perfectly.

    @ItsJamesPowers @EE They're happy to take money from you the customer but not always so helpful if you need something from them. And they're not particularly competetive when it comes to handsets & tariffs either. #EE was more expensive than major competitors, who incidently allow downward changes !

    @GooglePlay why is your support line down? I’ve had £250 of fraudulent charges made on my mobile phone account with @EE and they tell me I have to call you or nothing can be reversed. Yet your call centre is shut?

    @jonoread @nickrf1966 @EE Seems to work fine now! I thought it was a problem with the modem chip in the phone which they've conveniently changed in pixel 7 pro. Who knows! 🤷🏻

    @EE Hi Mike - I went again today after rebooking - was closed again with a new notice. Then had email saying closed until 7/11. Kidderminster store. Still no service. Have to wait for a sim, likely next week. I stere no way you can activate Esim remotely??!!

    @EE DebbieI sent a reply but it seems to have gone missing. The main problem I have is poor reception in context to other suppliers. My wife with 3 will have reception in the same building but I won’t.

    @EE I honestly can’t express my distain for this company. I have been treated like utter crap by this company for too many times. Can’t wait for a stock response saying you’re really sorry for this “it should be a pleasurable experience to upgrade your phone”
