I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here 😔

Spoke with someone, put on hold whilst they looked into the mistake made by someone 5 days ago, left me on hold for 40 minutes, then transferred me to a different call centre who were very confused. Now told you are closing.

Every time I speak on the phone to someone, after being put on hold for ages they eventually get back to me with a completely different answer. Today I was told that the original engineer booking was never actioned in the first place! We will be leaving @EE

Wayne Patton (@patton_wayne) reported@EE , having issues with boardband connection chat box to tech support was slow and difficult to explain issues. In end just gave up, spoke to customer service chat and again little support. I’m so disappointed will be looking forward to the day I can cancel.

Oldpuddle (@Oldpuddle) reported@EE and @HBO - if you offer a free trial to customers then don't charge people for it when they sign up. We even called customer services and lo and behold - we get charged. Terrible behaviour.
