@EE I upgraded using my phone on 29 Jan. I just accepted the offer as EE sent by mailshot text. Realised too hasty. Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

@EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

@EE @BTSopenreach Engineer came yesterday to fix our noisy phoneline took him a lot longer than expected he was patient, (we had lots of questions & phone wiring is v odd) he was funny & v polite credit to yr Co.

@EE I was kept waiting for proof of purchase. Sorted that. This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

@EE Hi! Is there a reason why signal in certain areas of Burnley has suddenly gone absolutely attrocious in the last couple weeks? Can be out and about, with the phone showing full bars and 4G (for example) and get absolutely nothing. No calls, messages, internet access etc.
