@EE @chrismarsh90 Did you get this sorted? Mines the same. Used it for over a year. I phoned BT today, on the phone for an hour & neither their customer service or tech support dept can see I've got BT, or ever had BT sports?!

@EE I was told at the beginning of last week after complaining of little or no Internet from EE 4G wifi router & no mobile signal. Was told originally it would be fixed today. Nothing! We are in the DE55 area and there seem to be many others having issues here too. It's a joke

@EE I hope you can help! All the apps on my phone (including Safari, Slack, Citymapper etc). Don’t seem to work with the 4G on my phone, but work perfectly with WiFi. Is this a problem with the 4G or with handset. It was a real struggle today.

@EE Hi, I’ve recently changed from contract to pay as you go and I’m having trouble adding credit to my account (recharge app) I don’t seem to be able to add the credit? Recharge have said send a message to 150 to active it but as I’ve no credit I can’t??
