@EE disgusting sales tactics from EE. calling out of the blue to offer an apparent 'upgrade' and switching me to a new plan I don't want that doesn't include the perks I had before. and I'm now apparently locked in for 24 months? I hope you can fix this

@EE wonder if you can help. Every call I make or receive I get a voicemail notification straight after ending the call. I don’t have any voicemails saved or new so want to stop this happening please help

@EE @chrispugh_69 Having the same issue in Fairwater, Cardiff too for the past few days. It’s weird because haven’t had a problem at home before. Why would it suddenly get worse? So frustrating.

@EE And that it was because I was a loyal customer. Paying a premium for being loyal is disgusting as is being told I couldn't arrange a contract over the phone then go to a store to pick up and be made to jump through delivery hoops
