    @EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

    @PorscheSauce @EE I’ve been with 3 for 10 years. Never been any agro at all. Two contracts. Even when I lived in The Dales coverage was good.

    @EE Thank you. What would normally happen? It’s so wrong that EE make the mistake but I am meant to just help out for free!

    So I went online and tried to cancel 2 of them which the system let me do. Phew! Later that evening I received another 2 simultaneous emails from @ee telling me that it was too late to cancel the order and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

    @scottyf82 @EE I’ve just left them. I’d been with them since very close to the start. Only interested in selling you broadband even when you are just looking for a phone. Horrendous customer service and near impossible to speak to a human on the phone.

    @EE @scottyf82 You’re paying for the customer service and by that I mean EE has the worst customer service I’ve know from any company, ever. I’d go £45 and have the improved service

    @EE hello my number port from Three to EE has failed. I have no signal at all. Three have already closed my account but I submitted the PAC code before that. Please could you check the porting status and r-trigger the port? Many thanks.

    I’m on my 7th day without home broadband thanks to a faulty router. Obviously the xmas closures hasn’t helped the situation and delayed delivery. Wife’s had to cancel work for tomorrow because using hotspot isn’t going to work for her. @EE I think you guys should consider…

    @LiamNorris5 @EE Oh Christ. I’ve just started the ombudsman process now and felt optimistic but perhaps I shouldn’t feel so.. crazy how it’s been a known issue for a while now and the companies are refusing to do anything about it.
