@EE @chrismarsh90 Did you get this sorted? Mines the same. Used it for over a year. I phoned BT today, on the phone for an hour & neither their customer service or tech support dept can see I've got BT, or ever had BT sports?!

@EE I’m using my iPhone, I’m on website but it’s not letting me switch my number over with the pac number from previous network, who have confirmed pac number is correct, Iv tried doing a live chat but that doesn’t seem to be working either

@EE just been on hold to get through to @BarclaysUKHelp for 2hrs and 30mins Hope I dont get charged for that in these horrible times. Especially when I was on the phone to help me out of a bad situation

@EE I upgraded phone to get a switch on 22nd of November. Haven't received any email or text asking to confirm delivery. Emailed Kondor, no response. Understood that it might not arrive pre-christmas but worrying to have heard nothing at all. Please help

About 50% of the time I try and login to my @EE mobile site it's down. Absolutely pathetic that a company which flogs broadband can never keep their own site up.

@EE Hi the 4G in Ilford is awful. Routinely sluggish and constantly fighting to load a web page. As a long term customer I am concerned the 4G is not reliable on my Se2020 handset.
