@EE I’m using my iPhone, I’m on website but it’s not letting me switch my number over with the pac number from previous network, who have confirmed pac number is correct, Iv tried doing a live chat but that doesn’t seem to be working either

@EE @chrismarsh90 Did you get this sorted? Mines the same. Used it for over a year. I phoned BT today, on the phone for an hour & neither their customer service or tech support dept can see I've got BT, or ever had BT sports?!

@EE your service is shocking. Took out 4gee router in May. This has never worked. Phoned countless times been disconnected after long periods on hold.Technical team did not phone back. I've asked for the direct debit to be cancelled your going to charge me £368 termination fee!!!

@EE I am furious , I have just arrived on holiday I have spent most of today trying to get my roaming to work, I’ve added it on, I cannot get anyone to help 150 dies not work and I cannot call anyone, I need to have my phone active. I will be reconsidering my options

Definitely ditch @EE terrible service and committed to 3.9% price rise on top of what ever inflation rate is which means you could be subject to near 20% rise in March

@EE Hello. I'm on holiday in the US and have my roaming set to allow mobile internet. Unfortunately, my signal has been very poor in every city I've been to so far. I assumed this was just how it was, but my wife is also on EE and hers is absolutely fine. It also looks... 1/2
