@EE just been on hold to get through to @BarclaysUKHelp for 2hrs and 30mins Hope I dont get charged for that in these horrible times. Especially when I was on the phone to help me out of a bad situation

@EE @chrismarsh90 Did you get this sorted? Mines the same. Used it for over a year. I phoned BT today, on the phone for an hour & neither their customer service or tech support dept can see I've got BT, or ever had BT sports?!

@EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

@EE Absolutely appalled by the way my parents have been treat & ignored by EE. Even after having to launch a fraud investigation because they were being charged for items they have never had - zero response after promising over 4 times - Lets see what Ofcom say!

@EE 4G speeds around Chester Le Street are ridiculously slow this morning. 2-3mbps. Restarted my phone a few times, removed and reinstalled the sim card, same outcome. 5G isn't connecting either.

@EE Trying to upgrade on your site but can't because, once logged in, EVERY link to an upgrade or shop page takes me to a "SORRY! there was a problem while trying to display the page". In Chrome and Firefox. Good work.

@O2 @EE I’ve been told it’s a mast problem? Or that I’m Unlucky with a busy network, or that it’s my phone that has a problem. I’ve been told various excuses.
