@EE Why is 'my EE' so pitifully terrible? Why doesn't it work well on mobile devices? Why do you get to determine what password I can use?

Been with @EE for years but time to move on if they are not willing to help someone who has been with them for a long time. Very poor customer service and customer retention.

@EE Aug/Sep time, not early upgrading as there is a massive amount for me to pay, I have the essential 10gb plan at £60, my friend has essential 100gb plan at £43. I’ve never once moaned about pricing as I thought it was fair but clearly not.

@EE no loyalty to long-standing customers. “Unable” to pricematch - despite promising me if I waited a few days you would. Poor treatment in my opinion. Will now go elsewhere 😔

@EE @MarcAllera Any thoughts on why this has to be a riddle? You could improve your customer experience tenfold, with honest communication. You could go one step further and provide some examples *based on a customer's actual bill* to show how add-ons or out-of-plan prices rise too!

@Isv71903127 @EE @MartinSLewis I am now of the opinion that they are just there to say someone has oversight. Not there to help people complain about companies as they state. Just another hoop for the little guy to jump through whilst a company gets away with plain theft
