@EE just been on hold to get through to @BarclaysUKHelp for 2hrs and 30mins Hope I dont get charged for that in these horrible times. Especially when I was on the phone to help me out of a bad situation

Think it’s time to go sim only, the price of a contract these days is ridiculous @ee, been a customer for over 10 years and can’t even offer me a contract at the same price I have now

@EE Too little too late. Much cheaper to finance new phone via @SamsungUK direct and choose a payg deal. Hate feeling ripped off by a company I have been loyal to. Customer service at its worst.

@EE I know this but EE promised years ago to improve the signal in Caerleon and have done nothing. My wife’s phone does not have Wi-Fi calling and our guests have had problems, EE does not seem to care about loyal customers. Disgrace
