    @PorscheSauce @EE I’ve been with 3 for 10 years. Never been any agro at all. Two contracts. Even when I lived in The Dales coverage was good.

    @EE please can someone help me to cancel a paired watch contract, I have tried by chat to be told to call, I have called numerous times waiting for many minutes with no success of speaking to someone! Any other way of doing it please?

    @EE So I can't close, or upgrade my account online as "our system is not allowing to upgrade 3G plan", phone support is totally congested, and if I don't contact them they'll shove me onto a totally unnecessary bigger, more expensive plan than I need. @EE

    @EE can anyone help my bill is incorrect I’ve been overcharged 3 figures+ on top my normal bill for calling a number I didn’t call 6 times and texting from a country I’ve not been too

    @EE My bill is wrong I spoke to your customer care team they said someone would give me a call between 3:30-4:45pm to sort it nothing any help please! You’ve overcharged me massively for calls I didn’t make and texting from countries I haven’t been too.
