    @EE I paid £15 for a roaming pass - it doesn’t work - can you activate for me? I have no mobile signal so can’t call or text. Only have free WiFi to use.

    @virginmedia broadband down again and also @EE 4G barely working in the Brighton area, is this issue effecting multiple providers or is the 4G network overloaded?

    @EE My 5GEE modem has lost 5G over the past 36 hours or so and is stuck on a 4G signal. Have moved it to a couple of spots around the house with no luck. Is it possible this is due to work in the area, or down to something else?
