    @EE just been on hold to get through to @BarclaysUKHelp for 2hrs and 30mins Hope I dont get charged for that in these horrible times. Especially when I was on the phone to help me out of a bad situation

    @EE I’m using my iPhone, I’m on website but it’s not letting me switch my number over with the pac number from previous network, who have confirmed pac number is correct, Iv tried doing a live chat but that doesn’t seem to be working either

    @EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

    @EE @chrismarsh90 Did you get this sorted? Mines the same. Used it for over a year. I phoned BT today, on the phone for an hour & neither their customer service or tech support dept can see I've got BT, or ever had BT sports?!

    @PaulTPhotograph @EE Thankfully my contract finishes on the 20th April so I'll be looking for a better deal elsewhere after being with EE for many years. I imagine their site is down because many people are trying to log on to do the same!
