@EE I’ve had an email to say my January payment has failed & that there’s an issue with my bank details. The EE App states it’s been paid. I pay by direct debit and nothing has changed with my account details. Fraudulent email?

@EE @btsport I’d love to but as @EE have left us with no internet for 18 days (no closer to a resolution than day one despite being told by their staff on more than one occasion it was being done that day or the next) I can’t.

@JesscaLea @EE They really are the worst. We’re now 18 days without broadband, we’ve been told it’ll be fixed with 48 hours more times than I can count. Like banging your head against a brick wall dealing with @EE.

@EE Soooo..I get charged £100 excess fee for losing my phone fair enough. Having a little crack on the bottom of my screen excess fee is also £100! Honestly cant wait till my contact is up so i can leave this greedy company. Your more money focused than delivering a good service!

Issue with @EE broadband and they cannot fix it because their system is unable to book an @OpenreachHelp engineer because their computer is broken. Apparently might be for only our house. With no possible fix. What the hell....

@EE my broadband is virtually unusable due to weak signal. I'm a teacher & need to zoom my class but struggling atm. You'll probably be aware @GavinWilliamson has encouraged parents to report us to @Ofstednews (thanks for the support, Gav) so would really like some help, please.

@EE when are the network issues in CF41 going to be resolved. I pay over £100 for 5 lines and none of us can make or receive calls and this has been happening for almost 2 months. I would call you to discuss but I haven't got network coverage!!
