    @EE just been on hold to get through to @BarclaysUKHelp for 2hrs and 30mins Hope I dont get charged for that in these horrible times. Especially when I was on the phone to help me out of a bad situation

    @EE @chrismarsh90 Did you get this sorted? Mines the same. Used it for over a year. I phoned BT today, on the phone for an hour & neither their customer service or tech support dept can see I've got BT, or ever had BT sports?!

    @EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

    @EE huge help needed. I had my phone stolen so I got my sim blocked. Managed to get a replacement phone and sim. How do I get my old number back

    @EE got a shock today when my service was terminated due to extra charges, are you the part of this scam, (Boku & Sony scam) the way the query was handled was shocking, I was told EE can't do anything... Seen alot of people in similar situation

    @EE @ThreeUK only put theirs up by 4.5% not the 14.4% that you have….. It’s not the fact they’ve gone up mid contract, it’s the fact you don’t appear to care about customers and giving automated responses doesn’t help your case.

    @EE please can you help me- my SIM card is stuck in my new phone- I’ve tried activating a esim but needs to text me a code to activate. I cannot call because my sim is lodged in phone. What can I do????

    My @EE broadband has been broken all day (not very helpful when working from home!) Everything just says to restart the router but I’ve done that 10+ times today and each time it reconnects for 20-30 minutes before going offline again 😭 Help!

    @ee Really not happy with your customer service today. I have had a phone two days and it's scratched up and in poor condition already. That's not fit for purpose.

    @EE Still no network, your customer services are telling me it's a known problem with iPhone roaming + T-Mobile in the USA ... and Apple are working on a fix. Given lack of press I think it's just a problem with my phone and EE offshore customer services lack the skills/knowledge.

    @EE how do I actually speak to anyone every time I ring 150 im passed through some filtering system which ends in being sent a text which isn't the solution to my problem. Son is abroad having set phone up for roaming and his data isn't working and I need to speak in person. HOW?
