@EE just been on hold to get through to @BarclaysUKHelp for 2hrs and 30mins Hope I dont get charged for that in these horrible times. Especially when I was on the phone to help me out of a bad situation

@EE I’m using my iPhone, I’m on website but it’s not letting me switch my number over with the pac number from previous network, who have confirmed pac number is correct, Iv tried doing a live chat but that doesn’t seem to be working either

@PaulTPhotograph @EE Thankfully my contract finishes on the 20th April so I'll be looking for a better deal elsewhere after being with EE for many years. I imagine their site is down because many people are trying to log on to do the same!

@EE Website down, app down, number has not ported, Friends and family discounted code disregarded, nothing heard about utilising the account extra's (Netflix/games pass) its only been a month now... Worst new customer experience ever. 1/2
