@EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

@EE just been on hold to get through to @BarclaysUKHelp for 2hrs and 30mins Hope I dont get charged for that in these horrible times. Especially when I was on the phone to help me out of a bad situation

@bt_uk It gets worse. The line has been fitted but we have no router. The person who set it up from @EE in Doxford is telling me to call BT. BT are telling me they need account info & to call her. They gave me another number but nobody can locate her or help! What a waste of time!

@EE I’ve been trying for over a week to sort out issues with my upgrade tariff with EE. I have had the worst experience with your teams poor customer services!! I have been waiting since Monday morning for a manager to contact me who was supposed to by end of Monday! Can you help?

@EE I have two contracts with EE both expired without me knowing and charged full rate , one from last August one from January, apparently I should of seen the message in the app. Didn’t have the appp. So no refund, no help said I would move to o2 basically you waved me goodbye
