Dear @EE this is an inappropriate use of the emergency broadcast system. A booster is not an emergency. I'd like to complain about my teenage daughter receiving unsolicited texts on a phone I am paying for.

@ee When you wait over two weeks for upgrade to arrive and call centre manager says ‘system cancelled’ and won’t explain why? Not good customer services…. Especially when returns pack is in motion!!
