    @EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

    @EE Then I would like to report that this is a scam! Caller told me he could escalate my complaint and wanted to direct me to download an app for a refund. Sounded dodgy so I hung up.

    Starting to loose all faith in @EE - phoned them today for help, the minute they realised they couldn't sell me a more expensive package - the girl just didn't care about anything I had to say. I've been their customer for years (after being transferred to EE via BT).

    @EE @bt_uk absolute joke, broadband been down since 1pm Thursday 14th and cannot be looked at until Tuesday 19th. Not interested in resolving sooner.

    @EE are ******* useless, first off sent me the wrong phone, messed up my add on and new contract price, I'm still within my 14 days cooling off period yet they want to charge me 1600 quid to cancel, I'm done with them, been with you almost 30 years and this is how I'm treated

    @EE Nothing to do with outages, you plain LIED when claiming to have a good network. Poor signal strength ALL THE TIME in the area I live, and no 5G in the west end!! I should have stayed with Vodafone. You get what you pay for.

    What is going on with @EE signal? Used to be brilliant but now I'm not getting signal anywhere. Missed out on MCR tickets today as couldn't get a signal.

    Just a heads up to anyone thinking of going into contract with @EE on TV & Broadband. I was miss sold on their call of which they now have no recording of. Leaving me with the only option to cancel free of charge, rather than just including Netflix that was offered 👍🏻 steer clear
