@EE @chrismarsh90 Did you get this sorted? Mines the same. Used it for over a year. I phoned BT today, on the phone for an hour & neither their customer service or tech support dept can see I've got BT, or ever had BT sports?!

@EE I’m using my iPhone, I’m on website but it’s not letting me switch my number over with the pac number from previous network, who have confirmed pac number is correct, Iv tried doing a live chat but that doesn’t seem to be working either

@EE no sms, mms, unable to make international calls. 90 mins on chat still nothing, waited over an hour in telephone queues nothing, put in complaints nothing! No one has the slightest interest to help and no one will call me which is odd for a telecoms co. Just hopeless!!

@EE ? More like NN....NOTHING N.E.WHERE. Since moving house we've been paying more brcause the 1GB service is available here, it wasn't at our old house. The most we have had is 380mb. The dropouts are ridiculous. I love EE but trying to speak with anyone is ridiculous.
