@EE @chrismarsh90 Did you get this sorted? Mines the same. Used it for over a year. I phoned BT today, on the phone for an hour & neither their customer service or tech support dept can see I've got BT, or ever had BT sports?!

@EE I know she has 14 days to switch away as it was purchased over the phone but I prefer to get this fixed for her and she can be happy if not to cancel is it just switch out using her PAC code within the 14days seen as she cannot even receive calls properly @juleshoyle

@EE don't know if anyone can help. My phone is no longer working, when I text 150 it says I can upgrade early, yet when I go on your site it says I can't, even though I am eligible? Could someone please contact me so that I can purchase a working phone
