@DeputyGrocott @EE I’ve been with EE or predecessors since mobiles were a thing. I tell them I’m going to leave! I got my a14 for same cost I was paying my a11 with 25 GB data by trading in and getting £12 discount a month along with long service discount.

@EE how long are masts going to be down in the Merthyr Tydfil area please? Trying to makes calls these last few weeks have been a nightmare! As for using mobile data it doesn’t work In many areas?!

@EE So Ee send me an email about my contract coming to an end.I click on the link,I can have the same cost but without the free offpeak calls and it says only half the download speed I receive now.Customer loyalty at its finest.

Anyone else having issues with @EE signal the last few days. People keep telling me my line is poor and I’ve been on one block of signal for the last 48 hours. Even in central London in 5G areas.

@EE Having signal issues no bars at all, currently in Birmingham. I couldn't recieve a phone call it went to voicemail then when phone call came through after she tried twice nurse from occupational health couldn't hear me. We had to rearrange the phone call tomorrow at 11am.

@EE why, for the second day running, do I not have enough signal to make a phone call!? I have one bar of signal, sometimes two. I live in a large city not out in the sticks. What’s going on?
