    @EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @BRITISHFOXY @EE Think I might contact trading standards. Collected a bunch of screenshots that make a compelling case that people are being misled and sold mobile contracts and renewals in bad faith. It’s not about being out of stock. It’s about misleading people and playing unfair.

    @EE really disappointed with your customer service more and more it becomes worse . Spend hours to sort out issues that shouldn’t happened and don’t respect your agreement. I’m done with EE

    @EE My wife just had the worst experience with EE. When she asked to speak to a manager she was told that Christopher was 'a bit busy' so she could not talk to him. DO NOT use this company !!! #eebadservice

    @EE I am now becoming discussed with the level of service I am getting regarding cueing my bills. I have not been able to access any of my bills since November neither online or on the app. When I call just get fobbed off with excuses. I want this to be fixed!
