Guy at EE tells me he can’t help. If I can’t afford it, i’ll end up in the Collections Team and on a payment plan and in debt. Great support!

Daniel Hill (@DannyH91) reported@EE Hi Chris, that’s all done but no change. The issue I don’t think is a phone or network this end, I believe it’s a case of someone your side hasn’t updated the records. My billing on the app still shows it’s owed the amount I’ve paid. Maybe a billing?
