@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

@Yaco1872 @bt_uk @EE This happened to me and I called BT. They couldn’t refund me electronically but sent me a cheque for The money that I had in credit on my BT account. However, I wished I never moved across because the EE broadband service is appalling!

Hi @EE, I topped up my SIM today online, but there’s an outage in EX16 and I can’t use any data or calls. I’ve tried going through your online service. I’ve had to borrow WiFi to message you. The top-up’s useless right now — can someone help me get a refund or credit please?
