@EE have booked appointmet to fit broadband hub connection between 8-13. It is 14:00 and nobody came. What a customer service you have. Shame. I did not stat with ee broadband and im think to come bact to @virginmedia

@MarcAllera @bt_uk @EE Can you tell me why I pay for a fast service and you are incapable of providing that service impeding my ability to work from home and after waiting over 90 mins to get customer services maybe it’s quicker to walk from Kent to Sheffield to ask in person ?
