    @EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

    @ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    Just resending this @EE Our fibre Bband should have been set up yday There were problems all day. An Openreach man said he’d have dig the path up. Our landline hasn’t worked for 24 hours and I need it for my husband’s health issues. Could you let me know what’s happening please

    @EE ???? Your own tech department confirmed that the equipment sent was out of date not suitable for the job. I DIDT CHOOSE THE EQUIPMENT I choose the service . THIS IS TYPICAL OF THE RESPONSE FROM YOUR COMPANY - IT MUST BE THE CUSTOMERS FAULT!

    @EE EE customer service is shocking. And When you call 150 Or 0800 it's a queue for 15 mins then cut off. Terrible customer service
