@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE I'm not asking about social distancing/other safety measures. I'm asking specifically about the wearing of face coverings, which is now required by law in England in customer-facing settings. Do you agree that it is a criminal offence for non-exempt staff not to be wearing them?

@ee are awful, I'm sat here with my chemo pump trying to get to a returns department for a sim card I was told was cancelled on the 25th - they deny that wasn't cancelled. I'm now spending my dying days issuing subject access requests to prove the agent said she's cancelled it.

If dying from cancer wasn't enough, @EE are making me jump through hoops to cancel a sim card I called up and cancelled 12 hours after ordering because the original EE representative didn't actually cancel it.
