    @ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

    @EE Well I see that EEs dreadful customer service has not changed. Was Miss sold a item. Never mind will return it and choose another network .

    @EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @EE @NetworkRailSE please please please talk to each other and make arrangements for safe repair of mast serving TN14 7TS . Fault recorded on 8/9 and still no date for a fix. Being told ‘it will take as long as it takes’ isn’t good enough. #servicefailure

    @EE I have never been so disappointed with your customer service, I wanted to upgrade and was offered prices much much higher than other networks despite being a customer for 10 years and when I questioned this I was told it’s because you’re a better network and can charge more!

    @EE great service from Gemma in your Ipswich store today, however due to no fault of her’s had to immediately cancel the contract as the 20% code I had didn’t work Instore, and turned out it was online only. Such a shame #iphone13 #newphone #HighStreet

    @EE So it's now official. Wife's phone checks out ok... After every possible check and MOT, 100% proof that #EE coverage in my area is bad and they're lying about signal strength. Every call from @EE Cust serv they comment on how bad the calls are with dropping out. #eeliarshuyton
