    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @EE sadly after many calls to your home broadband techs, I still have terrible service & paying over £40 a month for the 💩est broadband there is. I’m a web designer working from home, so it’s very hard to work when my expensive internet won’t work properly.

    @EE I’ve clicked the link, it takes me to Apple Music, a pop up appears but it then disappears and nothing happens. When I first did it, it said I needed to cancel one of my subscriptions (which I already had done). Should I want until 15th when my precious sub ends and try again?

    @EE how many times do I have to do a network reset on my phone. Seems like I’m hitting every outage on my journey not happy as I lost a call I can’t get back

    @EE A flat percentage increase across the board penalises the customers who are already paying you more money… ludicrous Don’t worry. The amount of customers using your network will be decreasing shortly.
