@EE @btsport Still only got edge 5 days now- not good enough and feels like you are not bothered. If you cannot fix it then just say so so I can hold you in breach of contract and move to another provider.

A customer of @o2 for 10+ years with six numbers, today I have had enough of this regressive network, transferred 5 numbers to @EE. One more to go. @o2 - service in the last two months for a simple query to setup my galaxy watch 3 went on deaf ears. Adios.
