@EE If anyone is thinking of joining look forward to messed up bills and price plans . Cancelling all 4 lines tomorrow and making a formal complaint.😡

  • HarrisonHeating Keith Harrison (Harrisons Of Burwell) (@HarrisonHeating) reported from Reach, England

@mk1plumbing18 @morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Honestly I’d say the worst company Iv ever had the displeasure of dealing with but in all fairness it’s a good price and I get good speeds with minimal issues but the setting up was like pulling hens teeth

  • hertscooke Lee Cooke (@hertscooke) reported from Royston, England

Come on @EE get this sorted out! A loyal customer being treated like this isn’t good for your PR....

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

  • helengalletley Helen Galletley (@helengalletley) reported from Fowlmere, England

@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

  • Liam_safe_hands Munty (@Liam_safe_hands) reported from Cottenham, England

Great so @EE are putting my price plan up yet again, but cant even provide me with a 4G signal. Can't wait for my contract to run out.

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

  • Debzlou Debzlou (@Debzlou) reported from Haverhill, England

@EE got no broadband currently - are there any network issues?

@EE Doesn’t matter about being upfront! You’re joking the others in making living very hard for us folk. 20+% in two years is ridiculous and the network hasn’t changed in those two years! Not at all

  • Ian_Loveshack Ismadder (@Ian_Loveshack) reported

@EE worst customer service and treat disabled customers #badservice #badcustomerservice #shameful the staff at rushden lakes treat people with mental disabilities awfully and ask them to leave the store.

@EE hi, why is your mobile data service down in London and when are you planning to restore it?

  • Dibbster909 Andrew Dibb (@Dibbster909) reported

@EE Can you cancel a contract without cost, due to the unreasonable 14%+ hike in prises, guess your another lot jumping on board the profit train, whilst the working people foot the bill

  • KevinPaulJames Kevin Paul James (@KevinPaulJames) reported

@EE Customer service absolutely appalling. Zero common sense in the EE shop to help someone who had their phone stolen. Dismally disgraceful. #eecomplaints @EEComplaints

  • xxKamxx21 xxKam63025 (@xxKamxx21) reported

@dyerAndie @EE My phone is with Tesco as I prefer them and my bill will never change. My 02 has gone up a couple of times though

  • magic_treehouse Andrew ❤🐶🦒 (@magic_treehouse) reported

@dyerAndie @EE I know right? It's obscene. I was stupid for not buying the phone outright at the start.

  • SneakyBear1987 My Name (@SneakyBear1987) reported

@Up_Za_Daisy @EE @ThreeUK I get about 70 Mbps on Mobile Data. I go places and I loose signal or it's very slow. Rather annoying

  • MePeterNicholls Peter Nicholls (@MePeterNicholls) reported

@EE People are being asked to keep wage demands down. But where are the people telling companies to keep price rises down? If everyone did what your going, infjation next March would be 14.4% and you’d be asking for 19%!
