@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

@SpotifyUK @EE I’ve been getting charged TWICE each month for this add on service, the online view has not allowed me to understand this until now as there’s little details on the charge. Since updating the EE app it comes up as two separate subscriptions on my account! 😤
