    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @mk1plumbing18 @morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Honestly I’d say the worst company Iv ever had the displeasure of dealing with but in all fairness it’s a good price and I get good speeds with minimal issues but the setting up was like pulling hens teeth

    @EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    Can't even phone 111 if I need because @EE has completely cut off my phone.. what an absolute joke.. one of my friends needs help and you guys decide to cut off my phone so much that I can't even use a FREE service 😑🤨

    @EE I must say had some great service from a young lady at EE retentions. I wasn’t ready for an upgrade she promised a call the week after,she called as promised and did an amazing deal. Even upgraded my broadband too, sorry didn’t get her name. Just waiting on my new phone to arrive

    Having issues again with my signal. Not sure what’s going on these few days but @EE in my area is always amazing. Showing I’ve got 4G but I can’t send texts or make or receive calls. Hopefully it’ll be sorted soon 🙏🏼

    @EE at the end of my tether with your company. I wanted to leave in March but persuaded to stay with free roaming. Just come back from Spain and been charged roaming. Spent 40 mins on phone and I thought all sorted and now my contract £2 more a month which was never mentioned
