@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE Hi again, it's not showing any network issues. They've just replied and asked me to remove and reinsert my SIM card but that hasn't worked so they'll need to investigate further. Thanks anyway!

@EE Hi, I have DM’d with an enquiry regarding EU roaming, please can you help? Been charged £3.32 ex VAT for 48.15KB usage. Expect the £2 per day for using my data, calls and texts, but a little concerned about the random amount. Don’t want to end up with a big bill. Thanks! :)
