Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

Spoken to EE guide, arranging engineer to visit home but unless problem with exchange is fixed again in meantime then they will not be able to fix it. As we stream no TV again!

Utter crap.
