@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE How do I log a real technical support call. Not your chat bot or FAQ. An actual call where technical people will investigate. I have some people that can’t phone me because it says my number does not exist.

24 hours without Internet wifi alledgedly your problem @WeAreOpenreach yet all good for @EE customers. Lucky have mobile data spent hours via DM with customer services to no resolve , time to say goodbye as poor service @TalkTalk

@EE I have tried calling, the agents put me me on hold to resolve my problems. Then the phone call dropped off. Never get a call back this has happened three times.

@EE I can't call 150, I'm not an EE customer - I just used EE as a recommended repair centre. When I called support they couldn't help as I am not a customer.

@EE I pay for a service I am not getting a also have about 18 months left on my contract and your owned by @BTCare Thai should now t be happening and it's not just me am gone by Christmas if it not fix just as bad as @tntsports cut out on all channels 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Love that I’m not getting the service that I’m paying for from @EE Mom has had to ring up about the broadband yesterday and her phone and mine is exactly the same! I should have changed when they took my bt discount

@DJRubidium @ThreeUK @EE My family are all with EE and we have 25 work phones with them too and they’ve had great service - that’s why I switched tbf.
