@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE Have just spent 4 hours today trying to get through to customer service about an order. Abruptly cut off at 5pm as lines closed. Have now cancelled direct debit as unable to speak to anyone to change sim plan. Disappointing 😡😡😡

@EE Unless you’re an existing customer of course, then the deals are sadly nowhere near as good and the 40gb offer isn’t even an offer. You very neaarly had me switching from my iPhone, but its not to be 😔
