    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @mk1plumbing18 @morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Honestly I’d say the worst company Iv ever had the displeasure of dealing with but in all fairness it’s a good price and I get good speeds with minimal issues but the setting up was like pulling hens teeth

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    Great so @EE are putting my price plan up yet again, but cant even provide me with a 4G signal. Can't wait for my contract to run out.

    @EE Signal is not available in Bournemouth BH7 due to construction of massive Hospital wing between us and the mast which is disrupting the service. Numerous staff are unable to receive calls or access 4G. Can you help?

    Please @EE sort this problem. My wife tried to log onto EE account this am. Can’t log on. Over 2+ hours on the phone - told if you have not logged on for 6 months, you need to set up new account but with new email address. Why? Still bill us through account. Couldn’t make it up.

    @EE I am abroad and my roaming is not working at all. I have data roaming activated, and I have the smart benefit included in my contract. I desperately need to be able to use my phone - can you please help??

    Yet again @EE no help at all! Partner is travelling in a unsafe country and won’t add data roaming to her account and she can’t contact them! So shits given for her safety!

    @EE been trying to get a PAC code to leave your network after > 10 years. couldn't get a code via text cos there's a balance on my account. there is every month, i pay by direct debit! paid the balance, you have a me a PAC code. it didn't work to port to vodafone. DISGRACE!
