@mk1plumbing18 @morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Honestly I’d say the worst company Iv ever had the displeasure of dealing with but in all fairness it’s a good price and I get good speeds with minimal issues but the setting up was like pulling hens teeth

@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE Hi, seem to be having signal issues in the SO42 postcode, do you currently have any known issues in the area? Usually get 3/full bars of 4G but have no service currently.

@ArcadiaWildBill @EE 3 times now It's not so much cancelled as they have made the appointments Never checked with BT if they were accepted they tell me it's booked BT don't accept them I get screwed And around and around we go

@DrAnamorphosis @EE They're owned by BT, therein lies the problem. Ironically it's awful phoning BT. I got shot of my EE contract, moved to Giffgaff, I couldn't be happier.

@EE The router I was given was faulty, the replacement router was booked for delivery with the router number in as opposed to my mobile number. I asked for a transcript to be emailed this never arrived.This router was also faulty, pt1
