@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

@EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

@EE its really bad that you need photo ID To have a new phone delivered when being on a monthly contract, not everybody has photo ID, i'm now gonna miss out on the phone i wanted coz it was on sale, iam really disappointed as can not got the phone with out the discount.

Is it worth ever getting Apple to check out your iPad? I still pay monthly for mine (via @EE) but the battery is super weird. It'll be charging but go down, it'll only stay to 2%. Right now it won't budge at 84%. And it drains FAST. It wasn't like this before.
