    @EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @EE my mums been trying to get hold of your complaints department, keeps ringing and not getting through it’s ridiculous. She runs a business and the dongle she has from you keeps stopping & losing signal and costing her business. How can she guarantee getting through to someone?

    @EE The issue being that I chose you as my provider. You give me a number to ring if I don’t have a landline only for them to ask via text for my landline number.

    just how much worse can the @VodafoneUK service get. I upgrade same deal they cut off my Amazon Prime. 35 minutes on the phone listening to endless Xmas nonsense. ChatBot is giving server errors. Cant chat or talk to anyone! After 10 years I'm done off to @EE

    @EE I had texted VM OFF to 150. I kept seeing the message, "Sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later", repeatedly.
