    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    Great so @EE are putting my price plan up yet again, but cant even provide me with a 4G signal. Can't wait for my contract to run out.

    @EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

    @mk1plumbing18 @morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Honestly I’d say the worst company Iv ever had the displeasure of dealing with but in all fairness it’s a good price and I get good speeds with minimal issues but the setting up was like pulling hens teeth

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @EE i've seen crappy broadband provider in my self.. but you guys.. Just wow.. if you are not able to provide just normal service in central London, where can you? Just a disgrace.. in 4month the service has been cut for a month... if anyone considers EE for their home runaway..

    @EE why does calling 111 use my minutes when technically it’s an emergency number so it should be free! Something to think about

    @EE It’s UNACCEPTABLE that the next available appointment to sort out a thing that causes so much impact in someone’s life is only in 2 days considering that I’ve been for more than 2 days without your service!

    @EE don’t worry about the slow response to this either 🙃 I’ve sorted this myself, like I have done with all of my other issues. Focus on sorting the network/reception out, it’s nowhere near as good as it was before. Can you explain why?

    @EE - trying to find service status but no joy. I can send and receive texts and calls but I have no internet access on my mobile phone or tablet or the other 2 devices against my account
