@EE Hello Jess, thank you for getting in touch. Unfortunately I have been experiencing issues with your service since joining in November. The broadband crashes regularly whilst I am using it and when it works, the connection is terrible.

  • MrJDrew1 MrJDrew (@MrJDrew1) reported

@EE please can someone sort my query out. I have spent in excess of 6 hours on the phone since December with NO signal in my area. I have just spent 40 minutes on hold to then be hung up on again. Sort this out EE.

  • Azza201211 Walks (@Azza201211) reported

@OpenreachHelp @EE my girlfriend lives in a new build flat 2 months in, still no WiFi. EE keep saying they're chasing openreach & that you haven't fixed a wiring issue. Yet other flats in the build are all sorted. Why is this taking 2 months? Absolutely ridiculous service.

  • MarcAllera Marc Allera (@MarcAllera) reported

Our Lockdown Learning support scheme extends BT and EE’s partnership with @educationgovuk to provide unlimited mobile data for @bt_uk and @EE customers who need it most. Plus we’re giving away wi-fi vouchers for BT hotspots across the UK and zero-rating educational websites.

  • leeglasby 𝗟𝗲𝗲 𝗚𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗯𝘆 (@leeglasby) reported

@radiogoldsmith @EE I was with EE for over 10 years but couldn't offer me anything when I wanted to upgrade. New customers were getting better service, so I said goodbye.

  • amoulden2463 Alan Moulden (@amoulden2463) reported

@EE @btsport Hi guys, just joined your network only to find your app doesn't work on Xiaomi Poco F2 phones. Is there a fix in progress for this issue?

  • JesscaLea Jessica Lea (@JesscaLea) reported

@leestoker1984 @EE I'm sorry youre having issues too. I thought my timekeeping was bad but honestly, the amount of times I've heard it'll be fixed in so many days and then it's dragged on for THREE MONTHS. That's almost 13% of my contract with them. Not good enough really is it?

  • AutonomousAmy AutonomousAmy (@AutonomousAmy) reported

@DebraClaridge @ScottishPower I had same with Asda . Also my bank of Scotland, council, and every service who is now WFH. They getting away with being super rude and confrontational. Only one who been brilliant has been @EE

  • ukandrewtaylor Andrew Taylor (@ukandrewtaylor) reported

I get they are a more expensive option, but, you can't beat @EE for customer service.
