@EE Upgrade deals iPhone 12 mini between 41 and 71 p/m or take out a new contract with a different network for 26 p/m or new contract with EE for 32. Makes me so mad that companies don’t look after their loyal customers! 🙄 Looks like I’ll be joining @Stujhodgson and leaving EE!

@EE No thanks. If can't come in store without you threatening you may need to provide details to someone im not interested in phone call or options. I've worked throughout & believe if you're ill seek help but the healthy are healthy & shouldn't treat as potential risks & isolated.

@EE hi, my wife had a free trial of BT Sport which was due to end 17th May but she got a message saying if we don’t cancel it by then we will get charged. So we cancelled it thinking it’ll still work to the 17th and now can’t use it. Why’s this?
