@EE Offered £54 a month for a iPhone 8 Plus 20 gb data but I’ve been a customer for 6 years and never missed a payment wondering if you could sort me a better deal

@O2 No it's on an esim. Am afraid have made the decision to go back to @ee because I just can't do with this, loads of signal but still trouble loading pages, so will use my o2 sim as my secondary and ee as main.

@EE You cancelled my EE broadband installation for the second time despite me calling at 4:48pm and saying they will be at mine by 6pm. I had to wait 3 weeks for another appointment now I have to wait 8 more days. Horrible customer service

Hey @EE is there something wrong with your systems today? Got kicked out of my account in the middle of doing something, now neither the website nor the app recognise my login details and I haven’t received any of the password reset emails I’ve requested. Very frustrating….
