    @EE I can’t call you as your mobile coverage is down. Which then.. effects our business mobile hub as it’s a smart hub, so we have no internet and no phones. Can someone tell me what’s going on?!

    @EE My new iPhone 17 pro max was stolen after having it 1 day. All they offered me was 30 of my next bill. I’m paying on a contract without a new iPhone. No loyalty perks, discounted upgrade, trade in credit, promo deal on a new device. Is this how you treat a loyal customer ?

    @EE I have and there isn’t an issue, apparently. When I try to report it, it says try again later. When I try on the app, it says it’s lost connection and to try again later. I dmed you the info. I’ve been dealing with this for months and respectfully, I’m reaching my boiling point

    @EE Well it’s happening once a month so won’t hold my breath I cannot ring them as I have no signal as I’m not connected to WiFi all the time, we report problems all the time nothing is done and still expect full payment

    @EE I’m interested in your tv service. However, I would like the entertainment channels and movies in HD. It appears that if I want Sky Cinema in HD I have to subscribe to the full works; I don’t want sky sports!

    I’m having serious issues with @EE I pay £20/month for 150GB, yet I’m getting around 2.2Mbps download in a major city, close to the city center. It’s so frustrating and annoying. Even networks back home in Nigeria often give 90–100Mbps.

    @EE Thanks for replying. I’ve emailed the Executive Office but haven’t heard back yet. I don’t want this to go to the Ombudsman if it can be resolved fairly, but I will if needed. Given everything that’s happened, I’d really appreciate any help moving this forward.
