    @EE still no phone signal in my area Everything everywhere? I live in a town centre in Walton on thames how can there not be any signal? We’re not in a rural area. When will this be fixed?

    @olive_blacklab @EE Also have the same issue. The last few days the 4G has dropped off a cliff. All EE are saying is check static or your SIM card. What is wrong with your system? There’s clearly a national issue

    @EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

    "We're experiencing a high level of calls at the moment, so you may experience a delay" If this happens EVERY time I call you, @ee, it is not unusual, it is usual and you are therefore understaffed and under-resourced because you have not invested enough in customer service.

    @EE Hi Andy, is there a workaround for this? I’m not due to be in the UK for a couple of months and without my number I can not access my banking or emails because I have codes sent to my number before I can sign in
