    Dear @ee your mobile signal in the Brecon area has been down for well over a week. We may be a rural population but we rely on for your our work and personal communications. When will this be sorted? And how do we claim a refund for the fees we have paid & received no service?

    @EE data on my phone is really hit and miss - it either does or doesn’t work. I have tried resetting my network settings but that made no difference. What else can I do? It’s an iPhone 13 on the latest iOS

    @EE why over the last year is your service so poor in TQ7 postcode area? I’m not talking about one specific fault but the endless weekly faults/ outages or poor signal events. If your engineers are ‘working to improve the service’ why doesn’t it get better! Serious question?
