@OpenreachHelp @EE told us it was down to you rescheduling with no reason. And regardless of reason for this delay- 9 engineers and 3 months later it’s totally unacceptable.

@EE nope all lights stay on reset it many times and still having the same problems been looking at other deals other compainies have as really thinking of changing £24 we paying for internet that doesnt work most of the time

@EE No because no one knows what has happened, the tech support guy has scheduled a call back for the 13th of jan - yes you read that right the 13th exactly a week from today as he was and I quote hoping that it will be sorted by then , I've got say massively disappointed so far

@EE I received an email that my direct debit was late and I needed to make a payment. My due date has been the 7th of each month and yous tried to take the payment yesterday so now im being charged by my bank. Id like to clear this up but your online live chat is not working!
