@EE I have tried to login on desktop and your site won’t load, I’ve also tried on my phone and it won’t load when I try and login, i just tried on another phone and am given an error when I try and pay. Can you help? Thanks

@EE thanks guys. Sent me a new phone. Not moved my number across properly and when I’ve called this morning to get it sorted they’ve turned off my contract so I now have no signal. The call cut dead. Help required URGENTLY!

@EE I know there’s an issue in Waverley station (where I work) but I used to pick up 5G at Dalmeny, Hermiston Gait and Straiton areas of the city, yet today it’s only been 4G. I reset my network settings the other day like you told me.. still nothing!

@EE absolutely disgusting service! Cancelled a new contract and you are still trying to take the money from my account when I don’t have the phone!! Stroud store staff awful customer service from Rowan and Ryan.. don’t return calls and issue not resolved.
