DO NOT USE @EE Complaint after complaint Yes you're entitled to compensation in a month... Comes & goes. Yes you're entitled to compensation in 5 days... Nothing... We'll get back to you in 5 days... Nothing Hours on the phone, no further forward than I started Useless Avoid

@EE EE selling me a phone contract on the basis of 3 working day delivery and then being unable to give me any specific post sale information when phone not delivered is terrible customer service. Had i known I would have changed my provider.
