@EE Not a lot to celebrate after getting your email today informing me you’re going to stick my bill up 14.4%. Don’t suppose you are going to improve the service 14.4%? Didn’t think so….

@GJRbluebird @EE Completely agree - I’m disgusted by this price increase! Especially when the service is so shoddy! I was on call yesterday for a care provider and couldn’t make any phone calls! What a joke.

@EE For a year now no competent person from EE has been able to help me solve my problem with the Internet at home, so maybe here is someone who can.

@EE You are about 24 hours too late for many of us . Will we be receiving a partial refund on our line rentals for the outage or perhaps the month free since we had zero support or info?

  • ItsJamesPowers James 🇬🇧 (@ItsJamesPowers) reported

@EE It's taking time, I simply haven't got, at the moment, I am seriously cursed over phones that is for sure. it never rained but it pours. it's guaranteed this return will clear just as I go into the hospital for my rescheduled procedure. :((

  • RatherBeCyclin Arturo💙 (@RatherBeCyclin) reported

@JamesAHogg2 @EE They're all soing this. My service provider buried their announcement way down in small, faint print, also citing cpi. Never realised these big corporates were "consumers" just like us. A dodgy justification - neat way of increasing revenue tho.

  • scottroyharvey scott (@scottroyharvey) reported
