  Back from work & problem with broadband. Phoned helpline. Through in 5 mins, line issue identified straight away, engineer booked for first thing tomorrow morning. Well done @EE & thanks to Danni. Excellent service 👏👏

  Why would @EE send a cheque for £1.04 instead of refunding a card or bank account? It's a lot of trouble to bank it. EE probably think most people won't. If they do this to everyone who's cancelled a contract, they will save a lot of £££. @MartinSLewis #eerefund #eecontract

  Currently been on hold with @EE for 45minutes and counting. What an absolute disgrace! What terrible customer service that is, I will be cancelling my contract as soon as they answer! If they ever do!
