Why is an #iPhone13 on @EE With 3 smart benefits £2 a Month cheaper for a new customer? Doesn't loyalty mean anything? & why do I need to pay £100 when I am supposed to have upgrade anytime? It's literally cheaper to clear the remaining balance and move to another provider.

I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever had worse service from a company than @EE. Never known so many members of staff say they will do one thing, and then don’t. Multiple errors made on my account to my cost and I’m the one constantly having to chase and explain. Useless.

What a joke @EE is!! Two hours on hold to finally get hold of someone from #customerservice only to be told they can’t resolve my issue and to call back in the morning!! What the 🤬! Absolute waste of a Saturday 😭

@AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK Vodafone has always had great service and pricing. The issue comes when you need to contact customer service. Still probably the best just now.
