Shaun Wood (@Nomme1992) reported@EE As I said @EE you need to be held to account, until you sort out you awful logistics handling and poor customer care. I feel that this unfortunately whilst this may get resolved for me, many more will suffer a similar fate and now the principle of this is far more important than simply 1 iPhone delivery. Whilst I demand to have the item delivered as it should, as it is a breach of contact not to, you should now consider the wider implications this has on EEs reputation across the UK and undeed the world.
