@EE once again I've come to here due to customer service telling what I want not what I was willing to discuss, run through options. Left once again like I don't matter. Well I'm out of contract so.. I'll take my business else where.

Will @EE ever get my bill right? Or am I going to be told “it’s all sorted from your next bill onwards” forever? Looks like yet another discussion with customer service tomorrow!

@EE Thanks but that’s now without internet for 4 days. Since Sunday. Apparently Openreach will come out to fix it. Who knows when. Just hoping it is an external fault and not the fact the router I have from EE (or Orange before that) is about 10 years old.

@EE I have never been so angry at a company or felt so cheated/robbed by one. You might want to start telling your customers how you sneakily make them pay for their phone when they have already paid it off. Sneaky loop hole thief’s !

@EE I'm travelling on the 17th and returning on the 23rd, my billing cycle starts on the 18th. Would that mean I just pay 1 day's worth in one bill and then 6 days in the other bill if I cancel it as soon as I get home?
