@bt_uk @EE well done on being completely useless the both of you......you send the wrong engineer and then charge us £130 for your mistake!....your staff at the Workington branch of @EE are horrendous to deal with. Rude & aggressive.....awful stuff around really.

Well that the end of that no new phone untill back from work as @EE willnt change the address for a store pick-up and lied about getting it today on release to make a sale, cheers for the great customer service @EE!

@InfiniumIT for clarity on the problem. Having been on-site now for more than 1 week. We barely get 1-2Mbps either up OR down and the amount of personal hotspots of MiFi devices I’m seeing is just increasing. To the point that the local @EE store is selling “caravan WiFi”!

2021 and you still cannot get a good phone signal or WiFi connection at @haven in kiln park Tenby. Been hearing for years now that you are going to sort it out throughout the whole of the park. @EE
