@bt_uk @EE Email server problems again? Access to emails is sporadic and denied on occasions. 2nd time in 24hrs. Communication should be much quicker for a comms business.

@EE I cant get an info on how to access my 2.4 ghz wifi setting on my smart hub everytime i get to technical help they restart my router and nothing. Very unhappy as I am trying to link a video doorbell. I have been with you about 7 months and unhappy on many areas especially

@EE I am not an EE customer so not my customer service number. Also note the bit where I said I couldn't get through. Maybe I have to sit on hold to sort this out. I have a job to do. Please arrange for an agent to call me.
