All week at 21:00 it goes down everything freezes cannot download ANYTHING to watch and your system checker is saying it’s fine! It definitely isn’t… if it was it would be working. Lisa Gills (@arealpageturner) reported@bt_uk Well a temporary solution. But @EE customer service and the #tooting branch told me my device would be fixed same day. I’ve actually been quoted 5 days. You might be the fastest UK network but you’re a long way off the being the best service provider
