    Morning @EE , are you still having issues with 5G? Can make and receive calls ok, but can’t connect to 5G, even after resetting my device. Was working perfectly a few weeks ago. Same for the rest of the family. Just wondering if it’s a local issue or more general EE issue. Thx

  • lewispoole92 Lewis Poole (@lewispoole92) reported

    @EE I'm currently travelling, and i've lost my Sim card. I can't log into my EE account because you send me a text to log in, which I obviously can't receive. I've messaged on FB, X, and Insta, but I keep getting the same automated message. Can you please help me get in touch.

  • debbieharry2017 Deborah Carlisle (@debbieharry2017) reported

  • JamesPo87006998 James (@JamesPo87006998) reported

    @EE I was told I had to switch from BT to EE because BT were only handling commercial customers from now on. What a disaster. That was back in December last year. Took 3 months to get my phones to work, even though they worked under BT! I recently had another problem.

  • mickythevalleys Micky (@mickythevalleys) reported

    Nothing says "treat yourself" like upgrading your phone with EE and getting the full DPD chaos experience. It's the annual stress-fest I never asked for. @EE

  • SaskiaBPower Saskia Baynton-Power (@SaskiaBPower) reported

    @EE Turned it on and off and even off WiFi it's not working today, so I don't think the problems fixed. It seems to be intermittent. I'll ring up when I get chance but I didn't have this problem before your issues started on Thursday

  • Ravelston89 Michael Oglethorpe (@Ravelston89) reported

    @ee Another day, another 24 hours of truly awful service from EE, and another waste of money ive shelled out to you. Signal strength at -119dBm. Little better out in the streets nearby, possibly 2 or 3 dBM stronger, not that that makes a jot of difference. I'm not the only one.

  • Kiki_friar sneaker freak (@Kiki_friar) reported

    @EE Done that doesnt work

  • lazeedan40 L₳zeedan40🎈 (@lazeedan40) reported

    @MrTelecoms @EE 24 month contract costs £18 a month for 25gb data and unlimited calls & text. Affordable and signals not too bad in the areas I mostly travel. I would swap to WorldMobile for the personal data protection and simswap insurance. I would definitely stake to phone plan also.
