    @EE Thank you for replying. We have normal service now. For just under an hour we had no service but it seems ok now.

    @EE Offered £54 a month for a iPhone 8 Plus 20 gb data but I’ve been a customer for 6 years and never missed a payment wondering if you could sort me a better deal

    @EE I’ve all ready done that. Still won’t work. Looking at the comments there a fair few got same problem today.

    @EE sub-optimal experience this morning. Promo email 18/3 offering broadband upgrade with 31/3 deadline & no 2026 price increase. Cannot access the linked page online/via app. Called in. 45 mins chat. Agent can’t see either. Techs advised. Suggested I try +24 hrs from now. Poor.

    @mikeycarter @EE Yep, we access TNT Sports via EE and HBO Max via NOW TV. NOW has let me activate and link to a fresh HBO login, EE not so much. There are loads of dead links on the EE site in relation to all this

    @EE Hi, I upgraded my plan to the full works with Xbox Ultimate. I’m trying to redeem it but I keep getting “we are getting technical problems” warning on all devices i try it on. I called 150 and the agent could only suggest I go in store. Can you help?

    @EE the hbo max app is now on the EE TV box. Scanning the QR code takes me to a BT website, then links to EE, with no options to add, or activate it. I've tried on the EE app also and there's no options there to add, or activate either. Can you provide any help please?

    @EE Any update on this? Your guide fobbed me off again with a mealy mouthed accusation that the 97 year old man should have known what he was agreeing to! Ofcom said you'd contact us within 5 days which you never did - Not at ALL surprised. Very lax on the duty of care for seniors!

    @EE Thanks, I just called the EE tech guys on another phone and pleased to say this has been resolved now. They said there were some issues with some of the networks but Movistar seemed to work. Thanks for replying promptly.

    @EE I can't log into my account, I get sent a pass code, then when I enter it, it goes back to the login page!! Round and round in circles! Help!
