I would like to send evidence my phone was broken from the start. Phone is brand new! @EE say "send evidence to repair centre". Repair ctr wont accept evidence, "send EE". 2 hours on the phone I'm being used as a ping pong! Cut off twice also.

Can’t believe I pay £65 for such a **** phone! @ee if my phone breaks before the contract ends what do I do?! I don’t even think any EE shops are open to take it in. My contract finished in June but my phone isn’t working at all.

@EE I'm having real trouble with my phone! I have no network and my phone cannot wifi call (I don't think). When I check to see if there's problems in the area, my Samsung A40 isn't recognised! Please advise what I can do because I've done the usual turn off, remove sim... thanks

@EE really let down by EE again. Customer service were no help whatsoever even though their texts state “we are here for you during uncertain times”. So frustrating!
