@EE Yeah I upgraded to the iPhone 11 about a month ago and I’m having issues with the sound amd handset I general i have to double dial anyone to speak to them and when they try calling me the ringtone starts off loud the drops to a whisper so I miss the calls and texts

@EE Hi Jess, it had previously but that number was moved onto another SIM card. Honestly, at this point I’ll just wait for the posted SIM card, I’m just amazed that EEs processes are so cumbersome and that the one time I needed a quick resolution to something I couldn’t get it.

@EE I fail to believe that. It’s been 10 years been with you guys and nothings changed. Seem to be more interested in 5G and charging more. Can count on one hand amount of times I’ve picked up 5G

@EE You can't help its not in your remitt. Rachel passed it on. I even told the lady who called to forget smart watches, ear buds and just reduce my contract renewal price to compensate but nothing. I've been with you lot since you took over from Orange but this is my last contract.

@EE 5weeks And we had a engineer come out a week ago who said problem fixed but isnt and we both work from home and wife is now losing money as cant use the internet so what happens to that?
