I am so disgusted with the service provided by @EE (Doug & Billy) regarding an error in their roaming package not being applied and having to take it to the OS. Get me back to @VodafoneUK ASAP (something I never thought I would say).

@EE hello, I ordered a phone yesterday (pay as you go) and have put down my home phone number as a contact instead of a mobile to get updates about delivery. Is there a way to change this?
