@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE I have been using the same details since 2017 without a problem until now. However logging out of and then logging back in to the BT Sport app with the same details seems to have reset something and it now works again.

@ee what is going on with your mobile phone service in the IG8 postcode area. It will@not even connect to your helpline. This has been going on since last week. When do you expect it to be rectified before we all find other providers?
