    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @EE Why does it take so long to fix a fault, I’ve had no internet access since 10am Thursday, told@it will be another 4 DAYS before engineers can attend 🤬

    @EE Like SERIOUSLY! What kind of response is this!!! Your website says my area covered, my sim is a 5G one in a 5G handset but only getting 4G coverage! Clearly there is an issue somewhere! Your NO help at all Rachel! Can you get someone who is a little more tech savvy please!

    @EE This was my starting point. Comparisons were dismissed based factually incorrect information. Really frustrating. I’ll just get a much cheaper off the shelf deal with another network provider.

    @dyerAndie Thanks for this.. maybe I’ll give them a phone call too to see if I can get any compensation as well…. So bad, I’ll be out in my local area and can’t use my phone! God forbid I need it in an emergency @ee

    As company ad says ‘it lied to customers’ so why would anyone join @EE who are liars, charge high prices and who’s CEO @MarcAllera not only does not listen to you but he also cuts off your services because you let him know about diabolical customer service given by his staff

    @EE EE prices not competitive being £10-£20pm more expensive and to boot no 5g signal either.

    @EE I've posted on the community page. My issue is that the main router doesn't reach the garden room so I need a separate one
