    @EE please explain how I can have 4/5 signal bars of 5g but my download is at 1.90mbps and my upload is only 0.02mbps. I cannot work woth these speeds!

    @EE Why does it take so long to fix a fault, I’ve had no internet access since 10am Thursday, told@it will be another 4 DAYS before engineers can attend 🤬

    @EE My service has deteriorated year on year. It seems every time I get a text to say your engineers are working on a problem, the next day is worse. This is over 15 years. Today I've had to use my other phone with an ID SIM to hotspot for internet. Time to go I guess.

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @EE The number I have been provided with, customer service today confirmed was likely recycled. When I have provided my new number to contacts, it seems those with snapchat (I don't use this) are notified that this number is linked to some young ladies snapchat account?

    @EE I have the manual for the Samsung Galaxy J3 it is in 2 folders and in total 104 Pages, I need my phone working asap I can't make or receive calls, neither text, No Sim, Emergency Calls Only

    @ste_waring @EE That’s exactly what I thought would happen. I even called them twice and was told if I had email then it was ordered but they couldn’t see any orders on system til dispatch. Really poor show as too late once 15 dec passes and no console for Xmas.
