  Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

  @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

  This matters because @WeAreOpenreach says I can’t activate the #Universalserviceobligation because there is a wireless solution provided by yes you guessed it @EE. The @Ofcom coverage checker shows that the EE network can’t support voice calls here and it clearly doesn’t do data
