@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MohamedAbdulwa @EE Same here mate I’ve been with EE for 15 years and they won’t match an offer from another network. Orange was amazing in retaining loyal customers but EE is all about profits. I have like 5 phones with them I’ll be moving them all next month

@EE called twice to customer care number both time eating nearly 25 min when someone answered call then call disconnected automatically. Very bad customer service I had today 👎

@EE how come you sent me my return package for my upgrade phone 2 weeks late and now I’ll miss the deadline as I’m in hospital caring for a suddenly dying mother and you won’t do anything to help me so now I lose my discount?! Disgusting

@EE after explaining for the 5th time to your brain dead colleague, I give up and put the phone down, how can’t they I stand that you got a problem with a intermittent down load speed from 1.12 to 10mbs in the afternoons
