It seems every time I get a text to say your engineers are working on a problem, the next day is worse. This is over 15 years. Today I've had to use my other phone with an ID SIM to hotspot for internet. Time to go I guess.

They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

Kerry Hassett (@Archie_Lily) reported@ste_waring @EE That’s exactly what I thought would happen. I even called them twice and was told if I had email then it was ordered but they couldn’t see any orders on system til dispatch. Really poor show as too late once 15 dec passes and no console for Xmas.
