@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE I also don't understand how I can get 10% loyalty discount on an extra device but cant to upgrade when I've been a loyal customer for many years. Exact same deal im looking at cheaper if I add it than if I upgrade how does that make sense!?

@EE Unfortunately, they would have to cancel the existing order and place a new "eSIM" one. On your website I see "If you are new to EE and ordered an eSIM on a SIM only plan, follow the links in your confirmation email to My EE where you will be able to download your eSIM."

.@EE are an absolute joke! Upgraded with them and ordered the wrong colour, told to send back and will swap. Now they’ve cancelled my deal and can’t offer me the same one and want more money off me! Robbing scum! Contract cancelled so need a new phone service. Any suggestions?
