Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE @cleks I heard this exact excuse, word for word, from a customer support person last night. TAKE THE 3.9% OUT OF YOUR PROFITS, not ripping off your customers! why don’t YOU help those suffering from financial hardship, instead of taking it off your customers in a cost of living crisis?

@EE 14.4% increase £2.00 per day to use data you already paid for in mainland Europe speak to customer service and they offer you a free phone MOT as a trade off against £262.00 increase. When my 3 contracts expire I am gone

@EE thanks for the notice about yr joke price increases. As if RPI wasn't bad enough u them add in the #EETAX on 3.9% Just called yr cust ser to ask about contract end process and yr rep couldn't even be bothered to ask why I might be leaving! No engagement no support no service

So glad that @EE charged me £70 installation fee for a service that one week later is still not resolved, also not replying to tweets asking for a status update. Typical of companies to give zero ***** once they have your money

@EE Just curious to know are you intending on ripping off customers like @O2 @virginmedia are with unethical, unfair and quite frankly absurd price increases? Looking for a new network as O2 service is garbage yet they feel a 17.3% price increase is fair!
