@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE Why does it take so long to fix a fault, I’ve had no internet access since 10am Thursday, told@it will be another 4 DAYS before engineers can attend 🤬

@EE It’s still strange when your contact is coming to an end or you change it to a sim only contact Your phone goes slow when out roaming on 4G with a full signal. Had this for years you go and change to a new phone and contact and you get the fastest speeds straight away Not on 😡🤬

Been let down twice now by @EE . Took the @btsport add-on and been waiting since Tuesday evening for my login to be sorted. Twice been told it will be fixed within 24 hours and still waiting. Paid out the money for a service I’m not receiving. Not good enough!

@EE Hi, I need to view my monthly bill because I have had a notification from my bank to say it will be £54 higher than usual ? I’ve tried to view my bill but apparently I’m not the account holder so I can’t see it. I am the only account holder on my account, can you help ?

@lilydaisyX @EE What’s the use of their support when they’re not going to respond to any of your messages I had the same issue with my account I got referred to Unihackspyyyy on Instagram and within a short period of time I got my account issue resolved
