Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE Why does it take so long to fix a fault, I’ve had no internet access since 10am Thursday, told@it will be another 4 DAYS before engineers can attend 🤬

@EE I’m trying to call the UK from the UAE, I’ve bought an add on to use 30 minutes abroad but when I try to call it says I’m not able to make outgoing calls and to call 150? But I can’t call 150 because I’m not allowed to make outgoing calls. Can you help?

@ncohen4 @EE It's awful isn't it? My friends daughter had the same message she is 13. She lost her dad to a heart attack 2 weeks after his second dose. This was her first christmas without him and she had this sent. Evil.
