    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    @EE Why does it take so long to fix a fault, I’ve had no internet access since 10am Thursday, told@it will be another 4 DAYS before engineers can attend 🤬

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @EE are their issues with mobile Network I haven’t had any for two days now it just keeps searching. I’ve updated my phone restarted it done the airplane mode on and off still nothing for two days

    @Dene2018165 @EE From my experience they are all as bad as each other. Virgin media might be better if you can get it in your area. We’ve got 900mbps fibre with EE and it’s never anywhere near. Also the WiFi output on EE and sky routers just seem to have a cliff edge on their WiFi signal.

    @EE Very disappointed with ee been a customer for over 30 years.we phoned up the other day to upgrade but you couldn’t offer a deal that we had found with another provider so we decided to cancel.was told retentions would call but they didn’t.

    @EE Can you get someone to message about an upgrade. Im not spending another 40 mins on the phone to someone who clearly doesnt care about customer service. If not then no worries ill be cancelling all contracts

    @EE @Paul_Reviews And in central Swindon SN1 we have a huge black spot in data network coverage for the past 5 years. No amount of customer service “chats” have ever resolved this.

    @EE Hi I did call they managed to help me reset my network settings and so far it’s been okay. It’s been one hour so hopefully it stays fine thanks.
