@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE Called and webchatted to various people and nobody can offer better. Claimed new customer deal is only better as not F&F eligible but another told me it is and nothing on website says it's a special promotional deal. Just disappointed all round, wasted hours on this now!

@EE I've since spoken to a lady in your customer service team and she hopefully will resolve this issue this afternoon, she's agreed to zero the balance on my mum's account as a gesture of goodwill, fingers crossed this happens 🤞

@eww_williams @EE Same! apparently it's a known problem others have reported, was told to keep trying over next 48-72 hours... i'm in 12 day cooling off period so fingers crossed it's sorted before i have to go elsewhere

6 months trying to sort a problem with @EE hours on phone and online chat and Maureen in business support has just sorted it and also Jill in technical sorted another issue. If only these two answered our calls before. Restored some faith

@EE can you tell me why on website is it telling me that i can get 100% discount on early upgrade BUT EVERY phone/sim plan shows me having to pay £xx to upgrade early - then when i tried online chat its not working.... (nothing showing to chat)

@EE It's a standard upgrade. I'm not asking for anything special, just trying to get what I've been told a new customer can have. I was hopeful as a loyal customer I may be offered something even better, although not expecting it - but can't even be put on parity with new customers!
