Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE @btsport I DM you , I ordered the esim by phone yesterday, been told my current physical sim won’t disconnected until when I receive the new esim , but this morning my physical sim NO SERVICE, been disconnected!!!!! I haven’t receive the new esim yet… that is very bad !

@EE I really wouldn't put ee and reliable in the same sentence.. the mast in the CF48 area constantly has issues.. to the point where I can't even be bothered to call to get compensation anymore because it feels like I'm taking advantage 🤷

@EE Unfortunately due to a mask having been faulty in our area for the past eight months I get horrendous signal and service from EE which makes calls almost impossible. Can this not be dealt with via chat or email? Because I do agree it is a very large jump in price

Phone has suffered a temporary death, well the handset has likely gone but I'm with @EE so the overall issue is likely temporary.... There are other communication options, you know em.

@EE absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service from Brightstar! Upgraded my phones over 6 weeks ago and still no packaging to return my old phones - several hours wasted on the phone getting nowhere and several emails not replied to!! I don’t know where to go next!!
