@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE Why does it take so long to fix a fault, I’ve had no internet access since 10am Thursday, told@it will be another 4 DAYS before engineers can attend 🤬

@EE are my provider arriving in Dublin I found call barring for Internationsl calls is on so I cannot make calls to UK I have never set a password but tried 1919 & 0000 which did not work please can you DM me the password 4 digits

@EE Thanks Alex, I spoke to your online team and they said the cheapest SIM only deal they could do was £10 so I've no choice but to move it somewhere that does offer that... ironically using your network

@EE @OpenreachHelp some guy came from openreach and said he had been sent re the network. He said there's still a problem, even though it was fixed b4. After working hecsaid it's fixes. And today no network. You lot are useless and hopeless. Fix it or else!

Day 15 since no access to my mobile phone number, texts and data when porting from @EE to @Plusnet mobile 😱 @Plusnet are sending no updates on when their problems will be fixed and when I call they have no clue to a fix or an alternative solution #UnhappyCustomer

100% about to snap both our @EE SIM cards and they can swivel for the rest of the contract. Over 3 months with LIMITED signal and no internet access unless on wifi and they still can’t resolve the problem or offer a resolution after 3 months of complaining🥴

Dear @EE after spending the last few days trying to get through to customer services, I managed to get through to a lovely representative James from Plymouth. Unfortunately the line went dead when I was on hold, is it possible to get a call back please to discuss my bill ? 🙏🏼
