@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE I have just got out of your Mansfield store. Beth was wonderful, she could have given me the customer service number and sent me away but she was engaging caring and sat with me while I sorted my issue out. She is a credit to your business.

@EE Hi, can I complain about a very cheeky person in Greenock I just spoke to on the phone??? Very poor attitude and patronising. Spoke to me as if I was 8 years old. How do I complain? This guy shouldn't be in a job. Disgusting customer service.

@EE @RiaBish I wouldn't buy anything from this company - I can't even get mobile network coverage 🙄 and they couldn't care less - their Customer Service is appalling - I have sent my complaint to The Ombudsman.

@EE How do i actually speak to some one , your new system is terrible for someone who is visually challenged , I have spent 2 hours going through each option for the new system to send me a text which I cant read . a little bit frustrated
