    @EE Well, I just restarted my phone and it wouldn't give me any service so I had to go into networks and search for network. Still only one bar somewhere I ALWAYS get 4G. No my phone isn't broken.

    Best customer service ever from Becca in the @EE call centre. Got my iPhone 11 up and running when I was putting the sim in upside down. Good job I don’t work in a communications industry.oh hang on..🙈

    @IanTregale3 @EE I guess I had a bad egg. Had a Samsung phone (top end) and screen broke multiple times even had pressure marks on the screen. Since I’ve been with iPhone been so much happier and had 0 issues with them. I guess each to their own 👍

    @EE thanks for saying there is nothing wrong with my mums phone, although she can't text, receive calls or phone out. But you still charging her the monthly bill. Always a good thing when she is my carer and the hospital can't contact her. #EE #shit

    I’ve actually had such a bad day it’s almost been comical - from turned off alarm to no broadband, a panic attack, running out of coffee and cancelled @ubereats_uk. You know who saved it? The dude at @EE tech support. Great work with great banter! Not all heroes wear capes.

    @EE just received my new sim and activated it,Was previously with Vodafone the past year.Went to register and received message saying already registered please sign in with password which I did and it says account closed.Can it be reopened?

    @EE does my employer have to give me a pay rise of 2.7% every year because the RPI say so..No..do you have to implement these rises.. No but you do because you can..you have 30 million + plus customers with an average rise of roughly £1 p/m per customer that’s another £360 mill..

    @EE So many calls, emails, chat line still no replies only promises, need my phone unlocked, have been told by chat line that everything is in order, but they can't help. Now without a phone

    @EE I’ve spent several hours on the phone to various people to ensure more equipment didn’t get sent. At 11.47 I was assured none would be sent. At 13.17 got a text to say it had been sent. The “best possible solution” is actually listening to customers. Complaints address please.

    And now campaign limit reached wasnt when I first started trying @EE , dont worry this wont be forgotten on contract renewal especially with the crap signal I've had to suffer all week and the intermittent broadband

    What is it with the infrastructure of mobile networks in the UK when you can get a signal - at all on a train?! Why is that? Why in 2026 with a digital generation can I not access an email on a train? It’s ridiculous @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

    @EE My roaming was all set up from my previous trip a few months ago. I've never had to take any additional steps prior to this. If I turn my phone on and off or manually search, it connects for just a minute. Already said I don't have access to another phone.

    @EE Guys I pay for uncapped speeds and have 5G across all these devices, 2x iPhone and iPad yet I get this problem all the time I do speed test and it says 70+mbps as well as still devices are overheating/frying and typing on my screen at the same time every time I get a new device??
